CIBIL is not providing proper service. .They claim that after payment and submission of documents we will provide your reports with in 5 to 7 working days..But even after 10 days they are unable to send my report.

      I have previous car loans in hdfc bank, at palakollu, andharapradesh. That loan was closed in date of 01- apr-2016, and hdfc banker's - given also no dues certificates, we are attach in which is send mail to cibil, but nobody responds from cibil, we are send mail to [protected]@cibil.com and [protected]@cibilsupport.com. Soo many times resend, please help and remove (Deactivate) and clear in my cibil do the needful... For we are apply loan in other banks.

        * i am so frustrated with the services i have received so far, i purchased the score and paid rs1200 as per above details. I did not why system has picked up the wrong date of birth and you asked me to send the kyc document on email which i did on same did on 20.05.16 as per cca. However no response and then i called back and someone advised (Cca) that i need to up lode the document on web link which i did on 02.06.2016. Now since then i have spoken to two person in cc and they advised its going to be in 7 working days.
        Now am i receiving this kind of services because i have already paid and you guys don't care?
        Its almost a month i paid for services but no response from you all.
        I paid 1200 with the intesion of getting my cibil report so that i can find my debt and settle that down.
        I am so dissopointed now that i can explain that. I am not positive that this email will be taken care of because i have lost complete faith now.

          I regularly recieve a call from a number [protected] which is most disturbing and sometimes threatening. I wold like to block this number from recieving unnecessary calls. My number is[protected].this has been happening for the past one year. I tried to find out the source of this number.However I could not. Kindly help me in blocking this number from receiving the calls. This is a MTNL line.

          I receive unsolicited calls from a number[protected] regularly on my landline giving me lot of disturbance. In spite of my repeated requests the calls continue to come. Sometimes the calls are threatening. My Landline number is[protected]

            I paid a sum of rs. 550 against the purchase of a cibil report on the 16th of may, 2016. I was asked to upload my kyc documents for verification and i was informed that i would receive my login credentials to the downloadable cibil form via post or courier within 5 business days. I uploaded all the required documents on the same day and recieved a confirmation email from cibil for the same. Upon patiently waiting for 5 business days, i called up the cibil customer care to enquire about the status of my report, to which i was told that it may take upto 7 working days to process my report. It has been 15 days from the day i uploaded the documents and having called the office for the past 8 consecutive working days, i still get a standard response informing me that my login credentials will be sent to me within the next few days and the occasional hang up after being promised to be connected to a manager. There is still no trace of my cibil report for which i have already made the necessary payments. I do not need a refund, i only require cibil to take account of this situation and pay heed to the plight of their customers.

              I have requested my cibil report on Moday 23 May, 2016. The amount of 550/- INR was paid and also documents are uploaded as asked. I got a mail that we will get back to you in 5 working days. Now, today is June 01, 2016 and still no response from CIBIL. I have written 2 emails on their helpline but no one is responding on even a single email.

              I am very fed-up now as I required it for immediate basis but not so. I don't know why they are not responding to emails. Even they have written in email "We will get back to you in 5 working days" today is their 8th or 9th working day but no response at all.

                  I requested for my cibil report on thursday, 19 may 2016. The amount of rs. 550/- was paid and duly debited from our account. However, at the end of the traction page it gave an error message. No communication via email or text message received from cibil.

                  Hence, i would be glad if either cibil return the money or provide with the requested report.

                      I was issued credit card of sbi in the year 2003. I am not aware of any bill pending against that credit card. I have applied for credit card with other bank. On checking cibil score i came to know that rs61.00 has been written of in the said in that credit card account. I have neither received any bill pending nor i aware about pending bills. Due to meager amount my cibil score is coming below 600 and the bank outright rejected my credit application. So i want to pay pending bill that was written of so that the i can improve the cibil score. But i am not aware of the procedure to pay as the account is closed and showing written of. I have taken the this matter with sbi credit card div. But no solution has been given by sbi.

                      I therefore want to raise the issue through this forum and expect some result from sbi credit card.

                      I have requested a credit card for icici bank but it refused without any notice and without and updation .
                      I took personal loan from HDFC bank. I paid all the instalments through ECS. They are now asking me pay 300 rupees o[censored]nknown charges and are not willing to tell the details of the arrears.

                      They are threatening me to spoil my CIBIL scoring when i asked the details of the arrears. They are harraasing me.

                      My loan is from HDFC Kakinada, East Godavari, Andhra pradesh with loan account number 22332228.

                      Please save me from the harrassment of HDFC personnel

                        I have applied for a new car loan with sbi and found it to be declied as the cibil report mentioned that my previous car loan with sbi is not closed and the same has been impounded, while i have the noc from sbi stating that i have no pending dues and my loan account is closed.. There was a single emi which was not paid but i have no notification from sbi on the same due to which it was left out. For the same i have already made a complaint to sbi greviences room and awaiting closure.

                        Reqiest you to please update your records so that my loan from other banks can be cleared and i can have a car loan approvals..

                        while i was paying regular installment manually submit cheques through same bank as on

                        date which is transfer the same date but bank delay there side . Some time payment was

                        delay but sbi bank never give me any notification for that. Now i take standing

                        instructions for future installment. I have no payment due in my loan a/c already deposit

                        excess amount.I have no irregularity in my loan a/c . I am attaching a supporting letter

                        from sbi bank for your reference.

                        You are requested to please remove dpd, std from mey cibil history.

However, at the end of the traction page it gave a customised error message. It's been few days and no communication or the soft copy of the report was received from cibil.

                            CIBIL has incorrect information and when querried about the authenticity of information there is a dumb reply stating to contact the bank / credit agency and get corrected.
                            one prime example:
                            Banks which offer a family credit card and the sub-card is closed.
                            without closure of parent account the sub account cannot be closed and will forever appear as open in CIBIL. what is the solution.
                            Govt banks care to hoots about closure of information in cibil. customers are at large and have to time and again proveout with credit agencies with proof of registration release deeds etc., towards the same.
                            CIBIL processes needs to be fine tuned.

                                When i checked my score today it was 551 and earlier when i applied on jan 4th it was 635 and i paid my cards.

                                I just got message through sms that my score is 551 and i am really disappointed..

                                But after paying fully and no dpd and without no current balance on anything this really hurts.

                                I need to apply my loan within next week to come out of big trouble.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I had an axis credit card (No-[protected]) with an outstanding amount back in 2008, which was eventually reported to cibil by them every year.

                                  Because of this my credit score remained very low even after having several loans with prompt repayment track with other lenders in the country.

                                  However, as a part of repairing my credit; suggested by the axis bank collection manager mr leo of ravipuram branch, kochi, kerala, i paid the entire outstanding amount without even getting into a settlement option

                                  When i asked him about issuing a noc or a letter stating the same and to close the account and card, he said that it will be reflected in the following month's credit card statement and that would be enough for future references as a proof.

                                  My credit score did improve after that from 574 to 765 by may, 2016, however in my cibil report, the card is still showing as active and lot of dpd reflecting in it (Even though with — 1.73 balance).

                                  This was questioned when i recently applied for a personal loan. And i'm still receiving credit card statement every month on my e-mail despite closing it.

                                  So i would request you to kindly close it forever and take the necessary action to get it deleted from my cibil report at the earliest.

                                    from past six month i am purchasing cibil report in jan month my score was 710 feb 705 then 650 to 690 . from 7-8 month i am making proper payment of my cards and loans no cheques was bounces. then my score should insteded of incresing it is decreasing . last month my score was same 691 this month same score 691 one point is not increse this is not excepable . april month payment made of card not updated .cibil reports should sell this why they are not updating proper report. if proper report is not update then loan and card will get rejected then only customer will purchase the report . so plz maintain proper report. when my score was 790 then also my loan was getting reject no bank payment i have default . due to some problem i have done late payment . i have make late charges also.
                                    if thing is continously no loan will be saction. life long i have to suffer.

                                    I have simple question when customer is making payment on time his credit score should increase or decrease that i now you cannot modify any information from your own. jan cibil score was 710 feb cibil score was 705 march was 665 april was 691 may month was 691.

                                      I recently purchased my cir and noticed that there are many inquiries made which i never knew or authorized them. I know these inquires will show me as credit hungry.

                                      Can you help me out to get this resolved? I have attached inquires section of my cir for reference. I see capital first entries 4 times and lot banks for auto loan. I tried auto loans only once from kotak and sbi and wondering many auto...
