Dear Sir,

I gon through my CIBIL report i found below problems.

1. Citi Bank never issued me Cr. Card & never used Citi bank Cr. Card in my life, but reflating in CIBIL report.
2. I never applyed American Express Cr Cr. Card & never used in my life, but reflating in CIBIL report.
3.My SBI Cr. Card closer amount reflating 3 times in CIBIL Report.
4.Personal loan of Rs. 50, 000 reflating 2 times in CIBIL report.

Please resolve the above issues to enhance my CIBIL score.

    I took an agricultural loan of rs. 125000 from pnb dulhera on 25/10/2010 i got rs. 124348/- which i update regularly. But recently i have to apply for car loan in the bank and i came to know that my loan was updated on 12/09/2016.in my cibil, the update of rs. 124986 on 12/09/2016 is correct but apart from that the old ones are not removed yet. Kindly remove and update correctly. And there are one other loan showing in my cibil for which neither i applied for nor i had. Below given are the details of loan:
    1. Date-26/05/2011 & amount sanctioned-rs. 115000
    Kindly remove these above mentioned loans from my cibil report and update it correctly."

      There are additional loans reflecting under my account.Some of the accounts are not mine. The only loan i have availed is a home loan. I tried raising a dispute on the website but unable to because of some validation errors on the website. Kindly let me know how i can contact you to provide clarifications or help me raise a dispute on the website.

      The actual validation which is failing is in the gender drop down.

        I have availed a personal loan to the tune of rs. 1 lac from SBI karan nagar Jammu (j&k) under account number [protected] . Due to some constraints my loan emi become overdue . However i settled my loan later on and receieved noc in this behalf during 2009.
        But unfortunately depite clearance of loan and having a cibil score of 809 my cibil report is still showing overdues for this personal loan.

        You are requested d to share my concern with bank authorities .
        I had to avail further loans and wrong reporting is causing hindrance.
        Matter may be treated urgently else i have to move court of law.

            Sir, I am Hanumeshwari, I am a government employee . I have been ditched by husband during 2005 . He left me with many credits on my head . At that time I have settled all the issues by raising personal loan from my bank. Later i struggled and was never a defaulter to any one. But still my cibil score reminded the same. Sir is it that if anyone is in problems for sometimes. Does it mean that they are culprits for ever. In my case if my husband has deceived what can I do. I trusted him is it my fault. People who show wrong details are praised and given crores of rupees as loans though they are defaulters. But a single lady who is sincere to tell that I am duped by husband is punished. I request you to go through my cibil score and inform me why is it so even after 10 years . I actually want to raise loan for my daughter 's higher education. My salary is 60000 p.m . My bank account has not a single cheque bounce in last 10 years. I want to know how this issue can be solved

              I am Ashwani Singh Bais ( PAN Number is AMEPB3669C ) and my CIBIL score is 645 which should be higher side.
              I had some overdue amount Rs.112 whit SBI credit card number [protected] which i have paid in the month of 21/06/16 and closed/inactive the cad .Presently i don't have any pending amount with SBI CC. I also communicate to SBI CC division regarding CBIL score problem, they told me SBI already informed to CIBIL department on 10 august 2016 for Mr. Ashwani Bais has no overdue with SBI credit card.

              I also received no dues letter from SBI bank and same attached here for your information.

              Please update my correct report for inactive the SBI CC & CIBIL Score.
              so i can apply for personal loan accordingly .

                  I applied for a CC in 2013 and income details were provided, CIBIL still has same income details on their database (which is leading to decrease in my score), When i want to update it, they says fix it with credit institution. Please let me know how can I update my details. Recently applied for a consumer durable loan and they said my score is low, I paid 550 and checked my score and it is 774, is it a low score? don't quite understand this. My point is if you want to maintain financial data, which is ever changing, be accurate, if not this will not make sense at all.

                      MY pan no. ADOPS7397H, and I went for a consumer goods purchase thru Capital First finance, and my score reported 642.

                      Please let me the low score, as I do not have any home loans, conumer loans, and only availed 2 consumer loans from Bajaj EMI card, and paying regularly. Even I have only one credit card and no overdue and DPDs.

                      It was 876 in 2011 and how receded to 642?

                          Good After noon.
                          I am really frustrated and sad the way the credit worthiness of an Indian citizen is derived here in India.

                          A person can be a best customer to the bank till six month before. a genuine financial issue will make him a defaulter and not eligible for any further facilities in India.
                          Is it not sounding absurd?

                          Im one of the victim of these kinds of incidents.

                          I lost my job in Oct'14 and till March 2016 I was honoring all my commitments on due dates with out fail. Infact I sold my belongings to keep my commitment. All the banks appreciated. But after that things become very complicated when I didn't have anything to sell even.. and I had to delay my payments to all of them except for citi bank. I went to citi bank Chennai in person and explained the situation. the only answer I got is we cannot bank's policy. eventually, they write-off my account after charging 3 months interest and reported to cibil.
                          There is other case.. because of delayed payment or EMI bounces, the other financing companies charged bounce charges and collected all, inspite of repeatedly telling them to change the due date from 2nd or 5th of everymonth to 17 of every month as I used to get some money from my part time consultancy services. All of them refused and insisted to keep the dates 2nd or 5th.
                          in both the cases, the customers' side is not reported anywhere and the so called Banks updates the customers as a defaulter.

                          I remember, When Mr. Rajan was the RBI governer, the sudden Job loss situation and unemployement will be looked in to before its moved to NPA or the other stages.

                          What did the banks do? nothing.. projecting them as the holy and making the customers defaulters.

                          Not all the customers are willfull defaulters. If I wanted to default the banks or financiers, no need for me to sell all my assets and pay to bank. I should have told them that I lost the job.

                          Now CIBIL reports my cibil score as 497 and im not eligible for any loans.

                          Im in job from August 2016 in a big MNC and I am In a position to pay my loans back and re-structure my credit profile by taking a fresh loan.

                          All my avenues are closed just because these banks one sided report.

                          Also, CIBIL acts like a puppet of these banks and just update the members profile with one sided information.

                          How can we accept this? are we not deceived by our Law or banks using the loophole in the Law?

                          How to take up this issue.. can any one help me..

                            Hello All, Greetings for the Day!!! My name is praveen Kumar Singh. Have Applied for Credit Card of Axis bank, After 2 days the got update that Yours CC has decline due to yours CIBIL Score is 0. I don't know me much more about CIBIL but i surfed on Internet and known that CIBIL will score all yours financial transactions of Credit Cards and loans. I understand concerns of CIBIL. But I have Some following Points please consider it 1- I Have never Applied for ANY LOAN and I have no any LOAN 2- I Have no any Credit Card yet. As per my know CIBIL will give Score on basis of above 2 cases either you have any loan or credit card But in my case I HAVE NO ANY LOAN AND NO ANY CREDIT CARDS So How CIBIL has been awarded me ZERO(0) Score ???? Any person will Apply first time for any Loan or Credit Card so at first time how my CIBIL score is ZERO, As per CIBIL Rules, Person will born with CIBIL Score CARD very funny. So on above points kindly do positive and needful action. So that My Credit Card or Loan may be sanctioned.

                            If you have never taken any loan or credit card then there is no credit history available for you in the CIBIL database. Some lenders’ credit policy prevents them from providing loans to applicants with no credit history in the bureau database.

                              Sir, to receive cibil report and cir was made online payment through internet banking n forgot note down the transaction id... Then its asked to submit the kyc documents.. Tried a lot to upload my documents but was not able to.. How to upload my documents and how possible to receive my report... Help me sir.. Still waiting and confused to solve the issues... Where should i approach as my amount credited from bank.. Whether i can receive my report or my amount back into my account

                                Hi team, we are getting calls from credit recovery team+[protected] for one of our face book friends. I hope it is wrong way of calling people when they don't have any relationship with that bank. Moreover he is using all our personal contacts and information. It is a very serious issue of misusing information.
                                Now around the world we are using do not call registers and other side we are getting this type of calls to disturb. It will be good if there are any regulations around this. It is very shameful issue.

                                  I made a credit card settlement in 2012 with icici.it reflects my cibil.i am unable to apply for loan which is highly required at my present domestic condition.at the time of compromise i was assured for the cibil correction bt it didnt work.my cibil control no is[protected] and the account which was settled is [protected] and present score is 720

                                    I had a call from the following number [protected], where the Caller claimed to get my phone number from shine.com and once I turned down the offer misbehaved with me. The Caller called me by wrong surname and once rectified started to get offensive. However I asked for the position for which she is calling and once she explained realised that it does not fit my preference. As I turned down the offer she enraged and asked me not to register for jobs if I don't want it and turned down the call. I called back and asked for the company name and name of the Caller to complaint about this, she did not answer for the later one and gave the company name so fast that I could not register. So I asked her to repeat the company name and meanwhile she turned down the call again.

                                      I updated KYC on 17th Sept 2016 and till now there is no revert. There is no one in customer care who picks up your call... It seem like a fraud company...

                                      Somebody please take some legal action on them as they are just minting money with no service and response.

                                      Each time they will send you email to submit doc again and then again after 20 days ask for same documents and delay process...

                                        After entering my personal details and making the payment, cbil website gives error: regret the inconvenience.
                                        Have tried by all payment means - credit card/debit card/net-banking, but it results in same issue everytime. Have also tried all browsers - ie/chrome but everytime getting same error.
                                        Can you please help me out here on whats the alternative here?
