Website: Do not know the company name or website asked for it but the Caller refused to give any website or e

I had a call from the following number [protected], where the Caller claimed to get my phone number from shine.com and once I turned down the offer misbehaved with me. The Caller called me by wrong surname and once rectified started to get offensive. However I asked for the position for which she is calling and once she explained realised that it does not fit my preference. As I turned down the offer she enraged and asked me not to register for jobs if I don't want it and turned down the call. I called back and asked for the company name and name of the Caller to complaint about this, she did not answer for the later one and gave the company name so fast that I could not register. So I asked her to repeat the company name and meanwhile she turned down the call again.

    I updated KYC on 17th Sept 2016 and till now there is no revert. There is no one in customer care who picks up your call... It seem like a fraud company...

    Somebody please take some legal action on them as they are just minting money with no service and response.

    Each time they will send you email to submit doc again and then again after 20 days ask for same documents and delay process...

      After entering my personal details and making the payment, cbil website gives error: regret the inconvenience.
      Have tried by all payment means - credit card/debit card/net-banking, but it results in same issue everytime. Have also tried all browsers - ie/chrome but everytime getting same error.
      Can you please help me out here on whats the alternative here?

        I am writing this complaint due to very and worst service of civil actually I got one of the civil report of mine that they stated my civil scores which shows 608 that is totally wrong because in that report some loans are automatically added those. I had never taken any of the loan like auto personal loan of rs 6 lac and housing loan of rs 1 lac which I hadn't taken due to that my civil scores is poor day by day and some of the mistakes in address and phone number also. Kindly please take a strict action against them.

        I am writing this mail due to some fraudlent activity happen with me of cibil company actually some of the lady called me after my first complaint of cibil dispute on consumer complaint she said mail your cibil report on my mail id and they have a unauthorised mail id and they don't belongs from cibil. I don't think so she called me from civil and they are calling from the simple mobile number so please take a particular action against that fraud peoples. Please find the below details.

          im suresh, applied for transunion report on[protected] wide hdfc dd no-017935 .On communication with contact no- [protected] learnt that im having ‘no hit’ & only inquiries are there and will be no problem for availing loan & my amount of rs 550/- will be refunded to me.
          Recently i applied for housing loan and came to know that i had pending loan against car of rs 1, 50, 000/-, which i had already paid.It is delay at your side otherwise i would have settled the matter early.

            I Sunil Shrivastava hereby writing you as I have made payment for my CIBIL report and also I have uploaded all my documents.
            It has been more than 40 Days and there is no response from your side. I called several times on your customer helpline and every time people are giveing me different reasons for delay.
            Now my question is. Are you guys professional only in Marketing and making money or do you really belive in customer service also?
            What I understand from my experience is that you guys don't bother after receiving the payment.
            However, I hope atleast you guys have courtisy to reply my complaint.

                Problem: money charged but got an error on cibil website without getting a transaction or customer id.

                I did a payment of cibil website, it deducted amount from my credit card but post charging, some error came up and was shown on the website.

                I didn't got any confirmation for it nor any receipt, nor anything in the email and nor even a transaction id or customer id.

                I have screenshots of the payment made and completed and details from my credit card payment sms, i am trying to reach their customer support but no reply has been made yet.

                Request for assassinate regarding this matter.

                Has anyone else faced this type of serious problem while making payment on cibil website? If so please guide me through.

                  There is wrong voter ID number, I checked that voter number in Election commission site and found that voter number belongs to the person whose name is same as mine (vikas kumar).
                  I also raise dispute in online cibil portal, and they said it will be done by some financial institution.
                  So in this case whose fault. Cibil update my data and that data is wrong and I am suffering from this wrong data. And CIBIL doesnt take any responsiblibity regarding wrong information. Kindly let me know who willl correct this information and How?
                  How such a big organization update the wrong data and after even raising the dispute, nothing happened and they said not is in CIBIL hand, then how you update my wrong information in server. Please correct my data.

                    I have not been asking for a Loan or anything like that from any banks but I find regularly state bank of India and Icici are posting as I if I have been enquiring spoiling my reputation although I have a high credit scoring. How can I avoid a third party enquiring my credit worthiness without my permission and how can I get cibil to remove such enquiries

                        This is Rabindra Kumar Paltasingh, DOB - 18th Sep 1984

                        My cibil score got decreased as per my payment history from a certain descent score. Now i cleared all my dues (Credit card and personal loan. So should not it get updated to the previous existing score? If its not like that how can i get back my previous score to avail any credit in future? Please help or suggest in this regard.

                        I have asked to HDFC bank credit card dept regarding this. They said this is my problem and i have to deal with it, but they cannot help anything on this regard.

                        The personal loan dept is saying that the status of my captioned loan account in cibil is correctly updated as “blank”. Still is showing below 700 and I am not able to avail any credits further. I can't understand what to do.

                          Earlier I had personal loan[protected].I have closed and Taken a new loan.The loan was closed on July 31, 2016. The amount use to credit to HDFC Bank from my salary account of ICICI Bank[protected]. As my loan was closed I didnot maintained any balance in month of August but the check was bounced. This will effect me in future for any bank transactions.
                          So request you to take action this immediately and an amount of 450 was deducted from my account by bouncing my check for no cause of mine..
                          Request you to take action on people of HDFC and ICICI Banks. If two bank do mistake why we need to pay the penalty and be responsible to loe credit scores.

                                You need to CALL TOll Free Number of Bank from ### you took last LOAN, Credit Card & closed . They will Provide you CIBIL Glance, Cibil Glance is Confirmation Form Bank to Cibil That the Banks has Send No Due pending Information to CIBIL Department. Bank Has done the Formalities of sending information to CiBIL.
                                If you want to see whether CIBIL Report has Updated or not then GO to bank from where you are willing to take LOAN & pay amount for CIBIL print ( Rs 200/- or 300/- per Report) Don't go for MyCIBIL website that is waste. In my case I paid 1200/- Online & seeing same report for last 3 mOnths (1 Quarter)...Go & pay to Bank for taking latest CIBIL Report.

                                  I did not take any Loan in my whole life but some loans are showing in My CIBIL Score which are taken on the basis of My Passport i.e. Passport No. F6890594. You are requested to suggest me for further action.

                                  My query is that My CIBIL has been reflected by these type of loans which were not taken by and some one misused my documents and get the loans on the basis of my documents.

                                      Respected Sir,

                                      I had 2 credit cards from HDFC and ICICI bank and a personal loan from ICICI bank which could not be repayed and i have settled the same in 2014.

                                      I have completely paid off the principal amount of the loan and have settled both the cards as per the bank requirements.

                                      However, my name is still showing under the CIBIL as defaulter.

                                      Request you to kindly help me with the process to remove the same so that i can apply for new loans

                                        Hi all,

                                        I have requested for CIBIL report card for one year of Rs. 1200 on 23rd June 2016. When I completed the transaction, after payment page the report page gone blank. i have tried by paying another Rs. 1200, but no luck. So, I have paid total Rs. 2400 but didn't got any report. After some struggle with customer care through email, I have got Rs. 1200 refund and they said to upload documents so that they will send the report. This was happend on 30th June 2016. I have uploaded all the documents on the same day.

                                        Till now I didn't got any report or any email from those customer care. I need either my money back or give me quarterly subscription for 1 year.
