I have cibil report on 3rd feb02016. Control number is[protected] raised dispute (D[protected] on 4th february 2016. As per the dispute status it is resolved. This control no [protected] received on 29 th february 2016.
Bank :kotak bank
Account type: credit card.
Account no : [protected]

Based on control number date closed on[protected]. And default status is blank. Here no issues.

Again i have taken cibil report on[protected] and control no : [protected].Based on this control report there is no closed date updated and default status is post(Wo) settled. For my kotak credit card

Why like this..?

What is the solution of my dispute (D[protected].?

It is effect to my cibil score. Who i have to contact. Sending so many mails to [protected]@cibil.com . No one is responding

What is the permanent solution for this.

Again and again i have to take the report..To check the kotak card status.
I try to raise dispute from your site. It not talking i have wasted more then 20 day.

    When i checked my score today it was 551 and earlier when i applied on jan 4th it was 635 and i paid my cards.

    I just got message through sms that my score is 551 and i am really disappointed..

    But after paying fully and no dpd and without no current balance on anything this really hurts.

    I need to apply my loan within next week to come out of big trouble.

        The report shows a account with total oustanding amount of 487400/-.But mr. Sachin presents his account statement that shows the account has been closed already.The statement of the concerned account has been enclosed with this mail.Due to this account cibil score is badly affected, you are requested to kindly do the necessary correction in the report.

          Cibil is not verifying any data before updating it. And if any bank can update any one data then why can't any individual give their feedback against bank.

          I had issue with standard charter bank for updating wrong data. I raised dispute with cibil but no one had taken any action against it finally after 2 year i my self got it resolved from sc bank.

          Now sc bank updated the record stating that balance payment reflecting in my account is not belong to me and they issued me no balance due certificate for same and they also updated same in cibil but same time they didn't updated the past history of late payment dues which are reflecting in my account because for that error.

          And as a foolish cibil also get it updated. Now cibil is saying to upgrade ur score you need to again go to sc bank and it updated from them.

          Then what effort cibil is taking to resolve the issue.

          Also report are valid for 60 days.

          But cibil take 30 days to resolve the issue and bank take 45 days to update record total is 75 days.

          So i feel it clear cut fraud cibil is doing with customer and robbing the money form customer pocket.

          I also surprised to see that cibil is giving offer like yearly subscription. I hope the intention of cibil is to control fraud in the market not to generate money from market.

          Some time i feel that cibil is having some internal setting with bank to get wrong data updated by bank.

          I was also got more surprise when i got call from one agency saying that pay us 25000 as one year subscription and they will improve my cibil score.

          So any one who want to make fraud will get in touch with these agency and get fraud done with the help of them.

          I found it just a body to collect money from needy people.

          Please stop this.

One cheque was bounced (Cfl), due to his fault, amt debited in prev dt, anyhow co. Told me it was wrongly, then complete the loan. Then i take loan from bfl worth rs. 75000, pending rs 18750 without no bounce charges, co. Gave emi card, due to low cibil card is blocked, for that reason not purchase the laptop for my 8 yrs child

              I had not taken any loan from CitiCorp finance company as shown in my cibil report but as per my CIBIL report there is loan amount due in my account which is incorrect.
              I would like to request you to share the details of this account and coordinate with the CIBIL for correction of this record, this will help to remove this incorrect record from my CIBIL account so that respective bank would be able to proceed on my loan request.
              My marriage is scheduled on 9th may 2016, everything will get ruined if this loan would not pass.

                  I have done the transaction to buy the cibil report on 06/04/2016, today is 8th day(I.E, 13/04/2016) and no cibil report has been dispatched or mailed.
                  I'm making so many calls to their customer service but there is no proper responce. I have sent more than 20 mail but no single response has come to me.
                  I lost already 75/- rupees to make calls to their customer service no :[protected] and to purchase 550/-. Total 700/- (Imagine if 1000 people are facing the same problem in this month then 1000*700 = 7, 00, 000/-(Seven lakhs) then per year 7, 00, 000/- * 12 = 84, 00, 000(Eighty four laks) )
                  Its very hectic to get the proper reply from this cibil company.
                  When i call them customer service person's telling that i will be getting a mail by the end of the day but no single mail and already many 'end of the days' are gone.
                  I think cibil people are least bother about the customer problems.
                  I don't know when they are going to send my cibil report.

                  I have received a call from [protected] and asking for my Bank's user id and password details to check the gateway details. I thought this call may be from any suspicious fraudulent so I did not provide any correct details and asked them to call in 10 minutes. So in-between I checked with my bank about this call, they said that do not provide any details and ask them to contact directly to the bank's mail id.
                  forgot to mention that this guys are connecting to a IVR system to provide my bank user id and password. While telling orally they will note down and try to log in the bank's website with the provided user id and password.

                    I had applied for a personal loan in HDFC Bank but I was informed that I have allready taken personal loan as per their civil report hence rejected my loan request.

                    Then I purchased personal cibil report and found out that my KYc details are wrongly updated in cibil my Date of Birth, passport No, voters I'd no, Driving licence number are not matching and belongs to some other person only the pan card number is are matching, and his account details are appearing in my cibil report.

                    then I raised dispute with cibil for correct updation of kyc details, they stated that I have to approach the credit institutions for rectification

                    I want to file a defamation case against civil for giving wrong credit information

                    I have also written email asking them to rectify the same but I yet to get a reply

                      My control number is 1, 015, 400, 410. There are 2 credit cards one icici and other shaha credit cards added to my cibil. Those 2 cards does not belong to me.

                      My name is karthikeyan subramanian.

                      I have enquired in icici and found out that the card belongs to k subramani. I am not sure how it got linked to my cibil. I also confirmed with icici that card does not belong to me.

                      For the second card i have never heard of the name shaha credit card.
                      I have never defaulted in any payment to my credits.

                      Due to this my credit score is showing low and i am in the process of losing a loan approval. Also i might make a loss in booking amount of the apartment for which i have applied the loan.

                      In case if i make loss due to the negligence made by cibil can i file a case on them?

                                Dear sir, i had givin citibank an auto debit fecility on my citibank creditcard towards my royal sundaram health insurance. citi bank was the broker for my policy. i stopped and opted for a different policy from royal sundaram itself,
                                citibank has debited my credit card for the old policy and is charging me for the cancelation and other fee. i have a reference number confirming the cancelation of the auto debit to royal sundaram one month prior to the auto debit date . they are saying it was a mistake from their end, but i still have to pay.

                                i am not using my citibank creditcard for anything else and hence i have to pay nothing.

                                how do i handel this without loosing my cibil rating, as have no fault in this, and have all referance numbers to ctibank . i want to cancel their card

                                  I have closed all the loans and settled credit card dues.
                                  even after closing/settlement, the concerned banks do not close the entries
                                  they are charging fees, etc., since 2006 and thus the amount accumulated with interest eg., rs. 15000 become rs.80000 when full and final settlement was made
                                  no new card issued no statement submitted but found in CIBIL reports
                                  Thus the banks are taking advantages by mis-using CIBIL and creating hindrance to persons
                                  Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  1 star * because no proper guidance no disclosure of member banks how we know if no details are given about the member banks, account number, date of availment, limit, balance, etc.
                                  CIBIL is mostly assisting banks and hindrance to customers by providing wrong data

                                      I have applied a home loan but same has been rejected due to CIBIL score. when I checked and found that approx. 49 loans and credit cards reflecting PAN number In CIBIL report. I wrote a mail to CIBIL and banks to update your accord and remove from my name and upload the same to actual loan and credit card taker. But still no one bothered about it. Please help to remove the same from my name.
