My Crompton motor does not work properly and motor water pressure is very low

We have purchased electrical vibrator on 07th April 2023 and it is not working at site

I Have Ampere magnus ex scooter ... Company has given 3 year warranty for controller without km range but now showroom people are telling me they can't give me warranty because i have exceed km range but in my warranty there is km range only for battery...

After 1 year i went for scooter repair but they said this scooter has controller issue and i have to buy that one from showroom but i got 3 year warranty for this iteam... Very bad Business Behaviour... Servicing also lots of problems

We have a kolhu machine, for that purpose we purchased a "Crompton 5HP 950 Rpm" Having Serial No. (VIG 36432) GF7079. The day we purchased and fixed in the machine it's working properly.
When Machine Gives a load on it, it started making humming and take a jerking and shut down, We have checked in Amp Meter in Starting it gives 8Amp-9Amp and while taking a load it goes to directly 22Amp-23Amp.
This is how we are facing a problem, the day we purchased and it is giving us a production loss.

September month we purchased crompton geyser with 1 year warranty. and it was working normal. last week within 1 minute of startup it blasted suddenly and due to that roof ceiling also damage and hose pipes damage. for god shake only minor injury happened, than they repair in next 2 days and charge also. and today morning again it blast during startup. again they came and repar but did't inform anything. it is not safe for family.

I have purchased CGDOW 1090 MODEL of water pump(submersible For open well)..its stop working after 7 months ..than l complained it ...the Dealer replace it with lower model CGDOW1080Z30 ...i want that replaced it with same model or upper model...R.K SALES AGENCY, SINDHI CAMP JAIPUR

On 21.11.22 I had given a complaint regarding water leakage in my Gyeser.Your service person visited on Tuesday(22.11.22) and told that it needs to be replaced as can not be repaired. Also told will get the confirmation on the same day(22.11.22) by 9 pm .While I had not received any response till 23.11.22, dialled to your service person and asked regarding my matter, he confirmed me that it will be replaced within 7 days.

Today(27/11/2022) your service people had visited @11.30am having mobile no:
[protected] after repeated follow up and tagged my Geyser.

After tagging pressurised me to provide the happy code and told that if I am not going to provide than certainly they will not do anything what needs to be done.

They kept my Geyser aside and gone away.

Just explain me are you providing such type of service?

I purchased by the reputation of Crompton and is this the reputation are you maintaining?

Is it so that it is mandatory to provide happy code else any customer can sufer till he purchase a new one.

You are just harrassing the customer and spoiling the valuable time and energy by providing such type of services.I am suffering since 21/11/2022.

Either return my money back else replace it out within 5 days of time frame.

Immediately explain the matter else will go for the necessary legal steps as per the law.

Purchased 1 Crompton Energion Fans with 5 years of Company warranty, not even used for 4 months of the fans are stop working.

Registered Service Request [protected]/01 with Crompton Greaves customer care on 11thh November 2022, so far no resolution yet..
I called then at least 8 times and every time they said your issue has been escalated to higher authority or technician will visit to resolve the issue within 24 hrs...

But till time not solve the problem kindly arrange to replace the fan immediately.

Service person & Customer care person not respond properly

Took Crompton mixer grinder from dmart kalyan west. First time defective product hence replace it

The control panel is not warking

My pressuee is not working since 1 week

I'm bought a crompton brand 3HP 1 Phase electric motor as on 04/05/2022. But it is not working properly. When the running belt connect on it, then the motor not running. But after removing the belt, then the motor is running. So now i can't operate my machine. I'm contact the motor dealer. But they said that they have no warranty, and you inform to the Head Office.
So please solve my motor complaint.

I have purchased AURA celing fan on 7th September 2022 it's giving noisy and tick tick sound un able sit in the room because of irritating tick tick noisy sound. Complaint lodged on 1st October 2022 today technician attended and reported for noisy sound winding softener spoiler have no winding softener with them and takes time i immediately contracted to customer care number and their response is arrogant and adamant. with in month that in 15 days of purchase noisy sound. I am looking for replacement of New one in short time because we are not using the New noisy sound fan

I have purchased cropmton company AURA celing fan on 7th September 2022 it is giving Tick tick sound while functioning unable sit in the room because of noisy sound. I have lodged a complaint in the web site provided on 1st October 2022. Today the technician attended and observed the noise and informed us winding softener spoiled and no on hand softener it takes time and i have immediately contacted customer care service person they are arrogant and adamant towards me and they doesn't care about my problem they simply said we will mail to our manager. I have asked the manager number they are reluctant. Now I bring to your notice it should replaced with new one with in short period.
