Ceiling fan Irritating sound and another one is very slow

Dear Sir,
I am recently vfd puchage but my Vfd is not working.

I have raise a complaint through crompton greaves(Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited) customer care no. on 2nd August as my 3 months old fan was making so much Noise. They sent a technician, but they technician cancelled by request without even visiting my place. Next day that technician came and took my fan saying it will take 1 days to repair and will be reinstalled tomorrow ie. 5th August, 2022. When I asked him to give a proof that I have submitted the fan to you, he refused that this is company procedure and no written proof will be given. I called customer care and they said, no issue sir, you will get your fan repaired and installed.
From that day, technician is not responding my calls. I have raised complaint 3-4 times through customer care but they are not taking any action, and saying same thing all the time that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours.
Still waiting for the resolution.
This fan was installed in a Cosmetics Showroom and because of No Fan, customers are not coming to the showroom, as it is not possible to Turn AC on without electricity and due to bad weather, there is a lot of problem of electricity.
I have Faced Lossed more than 50, 000/- during this time as its festive time and I am unable to do sales. Crompton is only responsible for these Losses happened to my store.
Please file a complaint. against crompton.

This Complaint is about your service centre in Margao Goa. Complaints have been raised 7 times, yes SEVEN TIMES and loads of phone calls made. All they say is "Technician will come" and then the complaint is closed. I think you should investigate into whether you should be paying the service centre for complaints falsely closed, this is going to eat into your profits as Atomberg fans have shown exceptional customer service. Purchasing 3 Crompton fans was a mistake I will not repeat.

I do not know What "Request for Cancellation" means as the technician has still not arrived. This is causing unwanted stress for my elderly parents. I will be taking this further on Social media, if nothing is done about this ASAP

I 'm not getting fit in the motor machine, and I' m not even able to call the mechanic. Please send a person from the company to get the motor fitted.

Please send your man as quickly as possible. I'm working here

We have purchased one Crompton 1.5W induction cooktop on 9th December 2021.

The product got the first complaint on 7th Jan 2022) and the service team resolved it after multiple calls.
Again we are getting the issue now.The product is not working from 9th April 2022.

Requesting to do the needful to change the product or provide the service to resolve the issue.

Main fan liya tha wo fook gaya hai chalete chalte ruk jata ha mujhe badal ke new fan chahiye mujhe fan liye 3 mahine hi hue hai or ye problem bar bar aa rahi ha chalte chalte ruk jata ha

Both fans purchased less than a year back and under warranty - one not working and one making sound.

Registered ticket under no.[protected] - service person came from TCS Care Center ( Ph no. [protected]) and mentioned both heads need to be replaced on 12th July.

Following up but still head not replaced

Causing a lot of difficulty

My plastic CG cooler's motor is giving current.kindly look into it.

I have complained about my Crompton cooler atleast 5 times and also called to number provided by them but their engineer never showed up.
Really unprofessional service .
I also complained on their twitter space since can't find any other way, they only assure but never fullfill .

Sir this is to inform you the day i have brought my cg water pump machine it's not functioning properly it's 1hp machine (CGDMBIODX)(written on bill particulars) and it's output is like an ordinary water pump machine the problem is still there even I have called your costomer care service, and still the problem is not solved yet, i further wait for your positive response for the problem to be solved sir.

I have purchased a CG MAX AIR PLUS but it is not working in proper conditions so kindly do the needful

I have purchased new Samar pump on 13-june-2022 / 1.5 ho water fill 14 gage .
And installed .

Today at 3 July it's stopped working (taking high Amp) .
I called up machanic who installed this pump, he pull out pump from under ground and found issue is in motor .

He took pump to dealer for replacement, dealer clearly denied to replace ans asking to wait for 3-4 days to repair.

This is how your service is, how is going to wait 3-4 days without water and spend 1000 every time for visit charges to local machanic .

I want this to replace it with new one

Hi there,
I purchased Geyser in march and until now I have 2 times called service engineers and they have corrected the problem. The 2nd visit by the service engineer was done on 28th June and today again the geyser is now working.

When I asked the service engineer, they told me that it is due to scaling and I have to get it cleaned every 2 months and pay Rs. 450. How is it feasible?

I have been using V-Guard for the last 10 years and no problem like this has ever happened. If your product is not suitable in this area, Can you please take back your product and return my amount?

I am fed up with booking and following up with service engineers. Wait for 48hrs for the service engineer to come and then again it stops working in 48 hrs. What will happen when this product goes out of warranty?

I also tried customer service and they gave a number i.e [protected] but this is also not working. It is actually worse. Not even ringing, just call ends as soon as you dial it. Not sure if this is fake number given or what?

After booking the service request on 30th June 2022, there was not even a call from anyone. No one cares. It's been more than 48hrs. The product is bad, service is worse. I will never in my life purchase any Crompton products.

This is also cheating where you have sold something of very poor quality and it is in my consumer right to demand an action on this for whoever is responsible including your sales and service department.

Can you please take back your product and return my money or else I have to go to consumer court. This is too much where you think it is ok to sell low quality products and get away.
