Hi this is jhansi. My geyser started leaking, so i complained in crompton as it was in warranty (I bought it on[protected]. Their people came and told geyser tanker will be replaced and will bring tanker within 2 days. It has been 10 days now but it has not been replaced. When i am trying to call him not reachable and i tried to call the customer care many times, its keep on saying currently busy. My problem is not been solved please help... We didn't expect this type of service from prestigious company like this..

    Hi this is manpreet Singh. My geyser started leaking so I complained in Crompton as it was in warranty. The complaint was filled on 26 Jan. Their people came and told geyser will be replaced. It has been one month now but it has not been replaced. I have called the customer care many times but they make excuses like geysers are out of stock or give other numbers to call. My problem is not been solved please help

    Above item is not working properly for the last couple of dates. As such, I am facing great difficulties to warm up water for taking bath as it is taking one hour time to warm up water properly. Therefore, my complaint may be registered and engineer be sent to undermentioned address immediately to sort out this problem without any delay.

        I bought a led of crompton with home replacement warranty..
        Now i mailed them many of times and also called them..
        They did nt reply to me.
        Also they refused to replaced it at my home.
        And their service centre is too far from my location.
        I bought it from online site and i also have a valid invoice of it.

          Sir,

          I purchased the.25 hp water pump from your company, crompton, from bikaner's sankhala traders on 04/08/2018 (Receipt no. 4471), which i bought at my farm house, gadiyala, kolayat. Due to some malfunction (Motor jam) today, the complaint was filed on your toll free number on 19/01/2016 (Complaint no. [protected]) a boy (Mechanic) came from your service center and saw the motor. There were two problems (1) the condenser was bad (2) motor jam was.

          The mechanic was changing the condenser, so i was asked that the condenser is not same (Suitable) (Because i felt different in size) then i saw the number which was different, was not number 6.

          I told to him that you do not have a suitable condenser and it is also a jam, and then serve it properly, so that i do not want to complaint again and again. It was said by him that you come to our shop and we will do it. I also got ready, then the phone came on mobile of mechanic of mr. X and i also talked to him, so mr. X told me that by putting the condenser we will close the your complaint and we are free and you are on paper signing, while the other problem was the same, how i signed, then mr. X said that you have to come at my shop, now you need it. Unlike the consumer protection on consumer, the consumer protection act is unlawful / inappropriate, now i am not even ready to go.

          I refuse to say to the mechanic that your boss has refused me, now if your owner (Mr. X) says, then i will go to your service station otherwise not, while mechanic has to explain mr. X tried, that once you speak to the customer, he is ready to come, but because of dogma i was not told and asked to do whatever i wanted, which i complained to customer care (4.20pm). There was also misbehave by mr. Y, that i seem to crompton greaves company policy, once things sell after the customer what its cries ones will you make? Then i thought that the company's grievance will be right, and then i have accounted you.

          I am writing to you with the hope of judge with me on this matter.
          Quick response is highly appreciate.

            Dear team,
            This is with regards to crompton water geyser model gemma model no. Aswh-1725 which i purchased last month from your dealer inder electricals, janta nagar ludhiana. At installation on 10.12.18, i came to know that its power indicator and auto cut indicator are not working. This manufacturing defect intimated to installation crompton authorised person paramjit singh from p s electricals but he did not bother and take it lightly. After several follow ups with him, i raise the matter with crompton customer care vide complaint no. [protected] but no sucess, i taken up the matter with punjab asm mr. Kuldeep singh and mr. Ajay kumar. After several follow ups today person came up. But instead of giving solution to my simple problem, they make it more complicated for me. Today geyser stopped working, heating pipe got burst which is very pathetic experience for me. Is this kind of service you are giving to your customers. Please look into the mattet on prioirity and assist in resolving the same.

              I have never imagined that crompton greaves customer care and support will be such horrible. I am having a geyser of crompton greaves which is not working since 17 december, 2018. I called up their customer care in number[protected] on 18 december, 2018 and registered my complaint and after 8 days the technician visited my place to check my faulty geyser. The technician suggested that few parts needs to be replaced. The technician again visited my place on 06.01.2019 with the required parts and replaced them. My geyser on 09.01.2019 was found dead. Again called up the customer care and lodged a complaint and till 11.01.2019 the callous technician did not visit my place. Horrible customer service. Please dont buy there products.

                This is a ventilating fan which was bought on 26/01/2018 and still under warranty period. However fan stop working in the month of nov 2018 and contacted the customer care to address the issue however a technician turn up on the 1st week of december reviewed the problem and said that this piece needs to be replaced and he would do it in 2 days but till date nothing has happened. I have contacted customer care dozen times and they had told me the technician would visit our place and replace the fan. We also contacted service field manager and he is not showing much interest and postponed visit give false promises.

                Most of our electrical equipments are from compton greaves and we are using these product for ages and this is the first time we are having such very bad experience with the service. Hope the crompton team will look into this and fix the problem asap

                    Crompton water heater that i had purchased from amazon.in an year back doesn't work for more than 10 minutes and turns off mcb in few minutes of operation.

                    I had raised my query with crompton support 3 weeks back and i am yet to hear back.

                      I have purchased one crompton solarium dlx swh806 storage water heater on aug 2016 and since then every year the tank is leaking. Every year they replace product and once they have changed the multyfunction pressure redusing valve from 8 bar to 10bar and again this year the heater is leaking.
                      I am really got frustated with this model.

                      Crompton greaves has to give solution.

                      Please give the solution...

                        I purchased crompton amica 15 ltr water heater on 10.12.2018. I call customer care centre & registered for installation. But there is no action taken by service centre yet. I call again & again but all in vain. Now i decided to go consumer court to mentally disturbed & lack in service. Today is last for company to recover it's mistake.                           We purchased a crompton geyser of 15 lts. Capacity from jantra electric store, a/14, krishan vihar, delhi-41 under bill no. 12198 dt. 23.02.2017, we are facing water leakage problem since last month. We get it checked from a electrician and he told the defect of water tank of geyser that is why water leakage is not being repaired from outside. And he told to replace the water tank from the company itself. Kindly get it checked up and repair it as it is under warranty till date.

                            I have registered the crompton greaves for repairing of my induction in call centre on 23.11.18 no - [protected]. One of technician from asansol service centre (Care centre) have visited on 24.11.18 came to my home and just opened the induction and told me that the bord inside is not working, so i have to pay for the part.

                            Then he took a form and asked me to sign in the form, so i signed it, after signing the technician started asking me to pay the service charge of rs 250/-.
                            But when he has done nothing and waiting for more than 30 minutes nor he or the lady from the office were able to tell me the exact price of part then how would i pay. I told the technician and the lady from the office that give me proper invoice with part details and cost and add the service charge with gst in that. They both of them started misbehaving with me.

                            But yet i didnt pay any single amount and torn the paper where he have taken my signature without telling me what it is.

                            This is the sign of totally unprofessional behavior and totally worst customer satisfaction. This how this company functions.

                              I have purchased one Crompton Solarium DLX SWH806 Storage Water Heater on 6th Jan 2017.The same is not working since September 2018.I have complainted, and service engineer has came and checked, as per his opinion tank is completely leaking and need to replaced by the company.Inspite of repeated reminders they are saying this product is out of stock.If this product is not available they can provide any other model.But they are not giving any reply. Please tell to whom I should approach or otherwise I want to go for consumer court.Once again request you to sort out this complaint immediately

                                1. I had purchased a cg geyser (Swh 1515) in dec 2016. I have registered a complaint due to fault vide complaint no [protected] on 23 oct 18. The local service centre, vs electricals, bangalore, sent a technician (Aravind) to assess the repairs. He informed me that the geyser could not be repaired and would need to be replaced as it was within the warranty period. He promised that the job would be completed in one weeks time. However, that was the last i have seen or heard from him. It has been one month now.

                                2. I have thereafter contacted your customer care several times (Four) and was politely assured of a prompt resolution, as they are trained to do. I even contacted the vendor and sent photographs of the defective geyser as requested by them, but was always told that they would come back to me soon. As you would have guessed nobody ‘came back to me’. I have tried contacting the area manager, mr lokesh k, but his phone is always unreachable. I have requested your customer care to raise the level of the complaint which they assure me that they would, as they are trained to do! All to no avail.

                                3. I wish to bring to your notice, that for a reputed company such as yours, your customer support is incredibly atrocious and incompetent. The vendor vs electricals, displayed utter callousness in dealing with the problem. I wish to use harsher language but as an educated and respectable citizen of this country, i shall refrain from doing so. If i could suggest to you i would advise you to blacklist this so called authourized service centre. They are a total sham and politely lie to the customers to hide behind their incompetence.

                                4. I would also like to let you know, that despite this letter, i do not expect to see the matter being resolved. I shall end up buying another geyser, which will definitely not be yours but that of a rival company. I have sworn never to buy a product of your sub standard company. I am just so frustrated that in order to vent my anger i am writing this mail. If your company has any set of values towards customer satisfaction, i will expect a prompt resolution of the matter. I have recorded every detail of every conversation and the sequence of events in dealing with your company for this problem and would be taking it to the consumer court if this problem is not addressed within 48 h. Please do not take this as an ultimatum, i am just a very disgruntled customer who expects that companies like yours should do their jobs and not fool the customers by first selling sub standard products and then refusing to resolve any problems. This is a perfect recipe for disaster for your already sinking reputation.

                                5. I request you to kindly pay heed to your customers problems and address the issue at the earliest,

                                  I purchased a crompton led tube light on 10th october 2017 from amazon with two years of warranty. It stopped working on 25th october 2018. I wrote an email to crompton customer care, they forwarded that email to their distributor on the same day. However no action has been taken till 23th november 2018.

                                  I wrote many emails after this email. But no response yet.

                                    On 26th aug 2018 crompton greaves service center jg corpnet (Kolkata) came to see defective geyser (Solarium dx810). They told tank leakage and since it was 5 years under warranty they provided a replacement tag. They asked me to deliver to the retail shop ganguly hardware @ kolkata and their distributor will pick it up and provide me a new geyser. I am yet to get a new geyser almost 3 months have passed. Ganguly hardware is saying their distributor (Vishwakarma) is not providing the replacement and jg corpnet (Kolkata) is washing their hands off. Please let me know how to get the geyser replaced or atleast repaired.

                                      I had purchased crompton greaves greaser on 2016 febraury and suddenly yesterday it is stopped working water is not heating and red light is showing after switch on the plug and i have tried for two to three hours for customer care but it is not getting connected asking for hold on line after 15 mins call is getting disconnected i don't why these people are provided [protected] the number for complaint registration with out responding to the customers and my mobile number is [protected] and i need to book the complaint

                                        I had purchased crompton food processor last year from the starting time it was creating problems i complain so many times on that times but waste
                                        Crompton customer service is the india most bad service
                                        Now from the last 15 days very bad smell is coming in the food processor
