This is a ventilating fan which was bought on 26/01/2018 and still under warranty period. Crompton water heater that i had purchased from amazon.in an year back doesn't work for more than 10 minutes and turns off mcb in few minutes of operation.

I had raised my query with crompton support 3 weeks back and i am yet to hear back.

I have purchased one crompton solarium dlx swh806 storage water heater on aug 2016 and since then every year the tank is leaking. Every year they replace product and once they have changed the multyfunction pressure redusing valve from 8 bar to 10bar and again this year the heater is leaking.
I am really got frustated with this model.

I called for the service of my crompton ceiling fan. And the service boy repaired the fan. But all it went in vain. The very next day, fan again started making noise as it was doing before. Within 6 months of purchase i suffered two times inconvenience. It's a major issue now. How can a just bought fan be so rubbish at service. It's very annoying when it disturbs our sleep. We are unable to get quality thermostat for the horizontal mount cromption greaves 15 litre geyser in the market.
Please come and inspect the geysers and replace the part with genuine crompton greaves part.
