I have brought a geyser 1 -2 years back. The geyser is not functioningnow. Both the power and heating lights are on, both the inlets and outlets are open but still hot water doesn't come out from the geyser tap. The white pipes of the geyser is getting heated still not a single drop of water is coming out of the geyser tap. Kindly resolve my complaint at earliest.

    I Bought LFLN135CDL 135 WATTS IN OUR Authorized DEALER.BUT THIS LIGHT Has Been Problem.I Have Complained the customer care center .TT NO [protected]__61926.But still our employee didn’t see my light on my location.then I asked to contact them.they said you will come and give the light will solve the problem otherwise company employee will not come in your place.So we have very suffer on this.I pay to charge for services.But no one proper replying and solve the problem. So kindly do the need full ASAP.

      Sir,

      I, sri madhab sen, residing at block - lb, flat no.-13, kustia housing estate, kolkata - 700 039, picnic garden (Contact no. [protected], have a ceiling fan mentioned above. But few days after installation, the fan started to produce several problems. Now, the condition is too bad. The rpm is getting slow day by day, sometimes it produces some noise.
      I had complaint the customer care several times even though i have lodged a complaint through mail (Dated 1st july, 2019 at 11:29 a. M.) but there was no response from there end.
      It can be mentioned here that the fan is under the coverage of warranty period.
      So, please take necessary actions as early as possible and please send a representative to solve the problem.

        The fan was purchased on 17.04.2018. And at present the fan is covered under the warranty period. But the fan is producing noise and the speed of the fan is decreasing day by day. It seems that the rpm of the fan is getting obstructed and producing severe heat sometimes. At night the fan produced spark and we are getting panic by this type o[censored]nusual activities of that fan. Though i had tried to contact the customer care executive several times to lodge the complaint but line was too busy to receive my call.
        So, please send a representative to solve the problem as early as possible.

        Installation address : Madhab Sen, Block - LB, Flat No. -13, Kustia housing Estate, Kolkata 700 039(Picnic Garden).
        New fan not working
        The fan can not be fitted without shackles fitting kit. Careless packaging by the company. Need to travel long distance to get the part and arrange an electrician to sort out the problem. Also will loose time in getting it done.

        Very unsatisfied.

          I bought a inverter battery worth rs 13000 of crompton company. It started giving issues in a while, as it was in warranty period, i called up a company technician, he came opened up the inverter box checked it, dismantle the configuration, plugged off the inverter as battery was getting heaten up too quickly, he said you can issue a replacement, we ordered for a replacement, everyone including distributor, store manager, retailers all started giving reason as there is a stock out, so as per the situation i as customer demand my money back and request the company to take this # out of house and also never fool any customer. The sad part is that the store manager still gaurantees us that it will be replaced soon but we cannot wait any longer as this is a requirement nowerdays. Please do the needfull.

            Fan is producing noise during revolution and motor unit is over heating, for that reason it is very difficult to run the fan in normal mode and the overheating problem is creating some panic as it may produce some serious accident to the children. Company representative have already visited but no service is received from his end till now. the fan was purchased on 09.05.2019, so warranty period is not over but no satisfactory service is being received from the Company representative though the representative have acknowledged several times to attend the customer without any delay but ultimately he harassed and did not attend at all.

              I purchased one water pump Dated :- 19.02.2019. invoice no - 8282 from darsan electrical.now this pump not perform well. (fill up water tank very low pressure it's height is only 20 feets. I booked complain and no- [protected].as per service engineer saw the practical situation and agree to my complain. but till not any decision taken by them. not resolve issue. and no any response on call. i am very suffering to this issue with my family.
              i purchased this pump good brand name with good product quality. but here is very bad experience. due to local service. please do the needful this issue.

                I purchased Cromton Air cooler for RS 9200/in Spencer's Retail Ltd Hanamkonda Warangal Telangana.Since purchase it not worked properly.Again I paid RS 1800/ for repairs to Authorise servicesSri Saii enterprises Warangal Telangana.But it worked only 3days.Again I complained Vide (1)[protected] (date 10-6 201

                    I have crompton ceiling fan. Two months back, i registered complaint regarding slow speed. Technician came and said capacitor is faulty and need to be replaced. Its been more than 2 months now. Till date chandigarh warehouse could not get capacitor. I am regularly asking about the status from mr. Shyam. Though mr shyam attended me very well but the whole process of getting capacitor is taking lot of time and its frustrating. I have been following up from past 2 months. Please help!

                      Sir/madam,

                      I am eventually loosing trust on crompton as service became worst these days.

                      I have submitted the service request on 2nd may and there is no concrete response received from you after sending escalation email.

                      Sr no : [protected] is the service number and geyser is still under warranty with tank replacement policy for 5 yrs.

                      I hope i will get some response through this forum. Please check for further details in my escalation email sent yesterday.

                        With reference to the above i have purchased the high speed ceiling fan (1200mm, lmeb1rh157309, of m/s laxmi electronic & hardware store on dated 21/04/2019. After installation of fan i came to know that the fan is not working properly. So i request you to please solve the problem at the earliest.
                        Please note that fault in ceiling fan is still continuing also i am not satisfied from complaint no-[protected] dated 25.04.2019. Please replace the appliance for better service.

                          We raised a complaint about broken geyser tank with the company. A distributor was assigned and visited our home. The repair guy was highly untrained to deal with a female customer. He was unable to write complaint # and details on defect tag and was ordering us to write. He initially refused to unmount and take for replacement as geyser was not purchased from the same distributor. But after telling him that i will call customer care he agreed to unmount and left all the mess and went back. I called customer care asked them to escalate to next level to address my concern but as of today, i have not received any call or message from anyone which is very disappointing and frustrating. Finally, i have to drop geyser at distributor from where i bought he was so insensitive to my complaint and told me its offseason not sure replacement will come in week or month. So far we have not received a replacement and my old age parents are struggling to carry a bucket of hot water from one bathroom to another.
                          I am never going to recommend or buy crompton greaves product in the future and would try to replace all i have in a year or so.

                            With reference to the above I have purchased the High Speed ceiling fan(1200MM, MMF04QJ092991 HS48OPW) bearing Invoice No-3678 of M/s Bharat Electricals Bhiwani-Hry dated 31.03.2019. After installation of fan I came to know that the fan is not working properly. So I request you to please solve the problem at the earliest.
                            Please note that fault in ceiling fan is still continuing also I am not satisfied from Complaint No-[protected] dated 13.04.2019. Fault in appliance is not repairable so please replace the appliance for better service.
                            And Complaint No-[protected] dated 16.04.2019 is not attended.

                              I bought a ceiling fan on 26 march 2017 with a warranty of 2 years. On 30 march 2019 the fan got damaged (Not working) when i switched it on first time after the winter season. I lodged a complaint with the cg customer care (Complaint id - [protected]) on the same day. But the engineer visited my home to check the fan refused to rectify the issues because of the warranty period expired on 26 march 2019 (Just 4 days prior to my complaint logged, that too first time only i switched on the fan after 3 months winter season). We are getting services for other products within 5-10 days even after completing the warranty period. Can't crompton greaves provide such privilege to your customer? I hope a positive response from your side.

                                I had purchased crompton geyser 15 Lts. capacity. I've raised a service request after obtaining free Installation coupon from seller. Every alternate days keep on contacting customer care support for installation, but no use. Still no one came for installing geyser. I'm requesting crompton for returning the same, but not agreeing and not providing any service. Its very pathetic part of their service after purchasing their product. I don't recommend the products of crompton for any known person in furture. Very worst service by crompton.

                                  I have recently purchased my geyser of your company. Water in the geyser is getting heated but the problem is that there is no proper flow of hot water from the geyser. Everything has been checked there is no leakage and other stuff. I think there might be some problem with the geyser itself. So i kindly request you to send a technician who can work upon this and solve this issue as soon as possible!

                                      Hi this is jhansi. My geyser started leaking, so i complained in crompton as it was in warranty (I bought it on[protected]. Their people came and told geyser tanker will be replaced and will bring tanker within 2 days. It has been 10 days now but it has not been replaced. When i am trying to call him not reachable and i tried to call the customer care many times, its keep on saying currently busy. My problem is not been solved please help... We didn't expect this type of service from prestigious company like this..
