    I have purchased four ceiling fans on[protected] and made complaint vide [protected] dt[protected], [protected] dt[protected], [protected] dt[protected], again reminder on[protected] and mail to 25/09/2018. I again contact on[protected] to customer care and they give me mobile number of sh satya parkash area manager of haryana. I have clarify all things and at the same time i was seating to the shop of dealer and dealer have told him all about this complaint. The dealer told him that the customer are quarrel with us as you are fail to give service. Then i told to sh satya parkash i am suffering and i have made blunder mistake to purchase this and i will go to court if you are not able to give service. Then he misbehave with me and told me to go to court.

        Purchased the pump on 16th september and installed it but it is not working then book the complaint and then machanic came and tell that the seal of the pump has been damaged and we will replace the seal but if a pump which is one day old had a defect. This kind of product made by crompton and all in all customer care and service center is worst and not listening the customers issues and blaming the customer only because customer had trusted on crompton. The product care officer vicky, service centre owner rajesh they had maline the name of crompton and their behaviour and dealing with the customer is worst and my experience against them is very very bad now it is time to ignore the product of crompton and this kind of service center. Service of crompton is rated as a big zero. The only solution in product replacement.

          I purchased four fans on 07-april-2018, out of the four two fans are making irritating noise when they are swtiched-on. I have complaint already through the crompton webpage and complaint no is [protected], but the complain is not yet handled.
          Both the fans are under warranty, i have the warranty card as well and can show if required.
          The company does not care once you purchase their product and product is defective. Also the chance of getting defective crompton product is much much higher than other brands. So i recommend not to purchase the crompton fans.

            I purchased a high speed fan on April 1st 2018. Within four months this is the second time the fan speed has reduced drastically. Not sure if crompton greaves quality has been deteriorated so badly.
            First time they assigned some one from the service centre within 30 days of purchase and they replaced some parts post which there was some increase in speed
            However it did not last long and the issue reoccured again
            Not sure if I took a right decision of purchasing crompton

              This is with regard to purchase of pressure pump 1hp mm-i crompton greave

              Billed to: 8/242 dda flats four story garhi, new delhi-110065

              The pump is not functional, it is heating the entire water pipes and it is not disconnecting as it should (It is an automatic pressure pump)

              We have raised multiple requests (About 8-9 times to be precise) over the telephone and twice the executive visited but didn't fix anything and put the motor pump back. This whole process has taken more than three months and we have been suffering from this whole situation.

              The pump has some major defect which even the authorized service center named bhoomika enterprises is not able to fix.

              Kindly look into it and expedite the same.

              Such services and products are neither expected nor desirable from a company like crompton greaves.

              I here request you to fix it asap or get the piece replaced, whichever fits the bill.

              Is anyone looking at it?

              The situation is worse, the water that comes out of the motor is very heated and has caused injury to a 10 month old infant who lives with us, this is height of negligence

                I purchased your crompton geyser 15 ltrs 5wh 315 e on 30/9/16 from your dealer.

                Due to leakage on 11/3/17 the tank was replaced by your person narsingh rao.

                But now again the geyser is not working.
                I tried all your help line numbers but not getting those numbers. I contacted one of your person on [protected] but he said he will call back.

                I bought it after seeing this brand crompton since my childhood... But i am totally disheartened after seeing the quality of your product.
                I therefore humbly request you to pls look into this and get it changed with a new and best quality.

                    This is to bring to your notice that i have purchased crompton ceiling fan on 21-feb-2018. Its been just 6 months and the fan outer ring got cracked. I have called up customer care and the technician came. Technician mentioned that, there is no warranty for it and it needs to be replaced with new one which costs 250/-. I asked technician what if the new one also breaks again, then he replied he/company cannot assure that.

                    My question here is if you cannot guarantee your products then how can we keep trust in your products? Its been hardly 6 months and the product is already broken. I would request you to take action on this and replace the part with new one without any extra cost. Attaching the picture, bill and warranty card for your reference. Looking forward for quick response as i have lot of trust on your company products.

                      We have procured cg motor from cg bhopal mfg unit and we have found that motor body is rubbing motor fan.

                      After megger test and other check we found that pi value is 1.69 which should be 2.1 for healthy motor.

                      Seems serious mfg defect and quality laps.

                      Request you to give us information regarding gap between fan and motor housing so that we could make proper clearance and avoid rubbing of fan with housing.

We had given them Order for 4 Nos Continuous Drive Duty Motors for our Project Sangha Refrigeration, but they knowingly supplied low -specification
                            (Non Drive Duty ) Motors. We have communicated several time regarding the confirmation of the material specification. They never replied us....

                            I purchased my fan on[protected]but after 1.5month it stopped completely I complained in company they sent engineer to me and after examine that he told me that motor is destroyed but after some days he told that ki motor of this fan is outdated and company will replace your fan but respected sir there is no response from them to till today please I requested you to take action as soon as possible .Thanks a lot sir

                              I have purchased around 500pcs of 25w led street light model: LSTS-25-CDL/NL in feburary 2018 and within a week around 8pcs stopped working, so i complained for the same thru company online portal, complaint no: [protected] dated 16/02/2018.
                              till now no action has been taken from the company end every time i call the service centre they are ready with their excuses,
                              even i have sent many mails to company on Consumer.[protected]@crompton.co.in, in return a same reply cames " Mr Vimal please look into this matter"
                              if company is not willing to resolve my complain then on monday i will be filling my case in consumer forum againt the company and the service centre for their fraud practices and cheating customers.

                                Sir, i have given a complaint (Vide no [protected] dated 28/5/18) about the replacement of motor holding guard ring clamp of neostar farrata pedastal fan, which i have purchased on 16/9/16 ie comes under warranty period.
                                The service engineer mr pankaj singh from asansol came on 29/5/18 and taken an advance of rs 350/- to replace the same and i have to pay another amount of rs 300/- after installation within a week. But sir, three weeks had already expired and no one taking the call nor giving any information about the installation, it is not understood why service charge will be paid within the warranty period and how long it will take to install the fan amidst of hot pouring day by day.

                                  Purchase date: 03/01/2016.

                                  Within warranty product failed and corrected in december 2016, changed thermostat as well as heater coll. (What else is their in a heater??

                                  Now may 2018, again the heater failed to heat and your service not even accepting for free verification a nd demanded charges.

                                  Hence decided to open the same myself. A local technician confirmed failure of coil as well thermostat and quoted rs1850 to replace the same with same spares.
                                  I would like to know
                                  1) is this the quality life of your product which troubled within a year and failed within 2 years?
                                  2) is this the response you will be offering to your customer. My previous product of bajaj served for 10 years unhindered.
                                  3) also find enclosed photos your poor quality of products, bold and tank started corroding and posing serious risk to your product users??
                                  4) hope you will respond at least now to with draw this product to rectify and improve yr product quality.
                                  5) require acknowledgement and update for this complaints

                                    My geyeser was not functioning so i complain in your customer care no. And accordingly they came and check the geyeser. They told that geyeser was replaced and on 1st may we gave the defective geyeser to dealer. But till now we have not received the geyeser. How many more days it will take? Can you tell me. We are facing lots of problems due to this.
