I have purchased around 500pcs of 25w led street light model: LSTS-25-CDL/NL in feburary 2018 and within a week around 8pcs stopped working, so i complained for the same thru company online portal, complaint no: [protected] dated 16/02/2018.
till now no action has been taken from the company end every time i call the service centre they are ready with their excuses,
even i have sent many mails to company on Consumer.[protected]@crompton.co.in, in return a same reply cames " Mr Vimal please look into this matter"
if company is not willing to resolve my complain then on monday i will be filling my case in consumer forum againt the company and the service centre for their fraud practices and cheating customers.

Sir, i have given a complaint (Vide no [protected] dated 28/5/18) about the replacement of motor holding guard ring clamp of neostar farrata pedastal fan, which i have purchased on 16/9/16 ie comes under warranty period.
The service engineer mr pankaj singh from asansol came on 29/5/18 and taken an advance of rs 350/- to replace the same and i have to pay another amount of rs 300/- after installation within a week. But sir, three weeks had already expired and no one taking the call nor giving any information about the installation, it is not understood why service charge will be paid within the warranty period and how long it will take to install the fan amidst of hot pouring day by day.

Within warranty product failed and corrected in december 2016, changed thermostat as well as heater coll. (What else is their in a heater??

Now may 2018, again the heater failed to heat and your service not even accepting for free verification a nd demanded charges.

Hence decided to open the same myself. A local technician confirmed failure of coil as well thermostat and quoted rs1850 to replace the same with same spares.
I would like to know
1) is this the quality life of your product which troubled within a year and failed within 2 years?
2) is this the response you will be offering to your customer. My previous product of bajaj served for 10 years unhindered.
3) also find enclosed photos your poor quality of products, bold and tank started corroding and posing serious risk to your product users??
4) hope you will respond at least now to with draw this product to rectify and improve yr product quality.
5) require acknowledgement and update for this complaints

My geyeser was not functioning so i complain in your customer care no. And accordingly they came and check the geyeser. They told that geyeser was replaced and on 1st may we gave the defective geyeser to dealer. But till now we have not received the geyeser. How many more days it will take? Can you tell me. We are facing lots of problems due to this.

I have booked a complaint about leakage of storage water heater on 22nd march 2018, a mechanic came, investigated, collected the purchase bill and asked me to wait for 10 days for replacement of storage water heater.

Till now it is pending, nobody turned up for replacement,

Will you kindly intervene and arrange the replacement at the earliest and oblige.

मैंने एक मोटर जिसका मॉडल नंबर 100/W/RJ/1007 जो के के सेनेटरी पर से 28, 10, 2017 को खरीदी थी परंतु 15 दिन के अंदर ही वो खराब हो गयी मेरे दुआरा कंप्लेन करने पर इंजीनेर दुआरा विजिट करके उन्होंने कंपनी की कमी बताते हुए नई मोटर के लिए लिख दिया और मैन के के सेनेटरी
पर जाकर मोटर बदल कर ले आया परंतु अब 06, 05, 2018 से मोटर पानी नही दे रही है महोदय मैं आप के प्रोडक्ट से संतुष्ट नही हु इससे बेहतर तो मैं कोई लोकल प्रोडक्ट लेता तो फ्री सर्विस मिलती हर बार कंपनी के खराब प्रोडक्ट होने के कराड 800 रुपए मोटर लगवाई और निकलवाई देना पढ़ती हैं किर्पया कर आप अपना प्रोडक्ट निकलवाले जिसके बदले मुझे आप से कुछ नही चाइये ।

Hi,

I want to bring this in your notice that i have complained (Complain no [protected]) many times for the leakage in my water heater. The service men has visited more than 5 times but was not able to resolve the issue saying that the part is not manufactured any more.

The leakage happens from the overhead of the heater and continuously from the overflow pipe at bottom of the heater (geyser). This issue might result in a major accident if not rectified.

i was not able to find the invoice but have the user manual of same which i will be sharing the picture where serial number is mention (OHMEB000247)

Trusting Crompton a valuable brand i would request you to get my Water Heater replaced as it should be in Warranty as we bought the same in 2016 (don't remember the exact date).

Purchased a pedestal fan on 21st april from mehta stores tc palya ramamurthy nagar bangalore. Fan stopped working from the very first day. Raised a complaint on 23rd (#[protected]). They said with 48 hrs the mechanic will call and fix is issue. Its been 5 days now and still no one has contacted. Called the customer service multiple times and everytime they say that someone will call and fix it within days time. Please help!

I purchased automatic electric iron acgei-pd plus on 5 april 2018 from d-mart shop, but it stopped working just in a week. I am deeply disappointed as i had great expectation from the company. It is not getting heated although light is coming from the electric iron. Please resolve the issue. I had also called the customer care but they said they will be able to resolve only after getting the request online. Kindly resolve my issue on priority.

I am extremely disappointed with the Anti Dust Ceiling fans I purchased of Crompton 6 months back.
The fan blades attracts Dust very quickly & they appear very bad clogged with Dust.
The company should not be cheating customers by selling it's Ceiling fans with such wrong consumer attracting product propositions like anti Dust blades & when one buys it we realize that the product is extremely opposite to the product features marketed or labeled on it.
Never expected such false claim & marketing gimmicks from a brand like Crompton.
Request you to pls address the issue & revert back.

I have purchased one Tower cooler of your company 2 years back I am requesting from last 1 year that rubber of fan is broken but from last one year nobody is helping me for that I tried to contact many times with service centre and manager for the same problem but nobody is helping for this complaint from last one year kindly help me for this.or provided me contact number.

The ceiling fan was purchased in december 2017 and installed in january 2018. It is a crompton flywheel model black and ash colour. The fan makes a repeated knocking noise when on. We have registered multiple complaints in the last 2 months with the website and had service technicians visit for check up 2 times but the issue is not resolved. We have requested for the fan to be replaced.

I am owning a cooler of model no pac201-neacm 08748 (Purchased cos of brand name). The same is not working & complained to customers care on 7th march. Complaint no [protected].

I am very sorry to say that company is neglecting the complaint to attend the same and crompton company is showing irresponsibllity.

Kindly suggest whether problem will be solved or should i scrap the cooler

I bought a fan days earlier, within 10 days fan got faulty. Raised complaint twice but still support guys are resolving the ticket without giving an effort.
I am highly disappointed with this kind of attitude.

I have a crompton fan and its stop working, regarding this matter i call your customer care no today *i. E 23/3/18 time 9:55 am on [protected] but it is regretted to know that your costumer executive behave very badly and his way to talk to the consumer is very bad, as you are reputed company i did not accept from your costumer care executive to behave like this. I insist to take serious note about it and give your favorable reply against my complaint my mobile no is [protected].

I got a call from a lady who said she was hr of the company and will take a telephonic interview. After the interview she said that i got the job and have to pay rs.850 for registration. The next day she send me confirmation and offer letter and asked me rs 8100 so as get id, gate pass, joining letter. She said her name as saraswati

I have registered a complaint with complaint no [protected] for Crompton Ceiling fan. I was informed by an SMS that Excellent Electrical Engineering will be assisting for the resolution. They never came to the home nor even tried to contact me in any way. I even tried calling them about the complaint but they didn't pick the call. Now today evening around 7.5p p.m I got the message that complaint has been successfully resolved. No Engineer has even visited the site then how come the resolution has been given is not making sense to me.

I run an institution from the name of lalit classes, i bought 15 fans of crompton greaves company from an authorised dealer chaudhary radio works, jind. As it is an institution so i need noiseless fans, the shopkeeper assures me about no noise and proper working of fanns, but opposite to it the noise of fans is too much not only noise but also vibration is too much. I complaint it to the shopkeeper he didnt respond well and just gave us company help line no.[protected], i complaint it on many time, i got a little response but found no result, anyhow we approach to the dealers and others, resultant they replaced 5 fans with the same quality, that still are useless for me, we cant play them as they create lot of noise and vibration, all fans were and are in guarantee, company workers also visited but every time i have the same problem, the bills and guarantee cards are attached to it. From the very first day i have the same problem, plz, do the necessary

Worst!! I purchased "crompton greaves mini master 1 hp domestic mono set pump". That motor runs for 1 minute and then stops for 3-4 minutes. I called customer care, they sent their executive in just few hours to check the problem; he change some part and i paid rs 600. But problem remains the same. I suggest not to buy this product

Sir, maine ek 5hp ka moter shiv shakti tredrs mirzapur se 18 tarikh ko kharida, jo usi din jal gaya complen krne pr service center wale aaye aur khol kr dekha to pata chala ki manufacturing diffect k karan moter jali h, bol rahe h ki ripeyar hoga badala nai jayega, kyo sir?? Kya isme costumer ki galati h. Company ke maicanik ki vajah se problem huyi uska aarmecher ragad kr hit hokar jala h.
