          I had purchase a 2 nos. 25 ltr. Water tank(geyser ) by kumar electric corporation tilak nagar new delhi - 18 vide cash memo nos r - 1110771 dated 28th jun 2015. But both geyser does not work properly ( not make hot water properly ) regarding this i was lodge many complaint (complaint nos [protected] dated 12 nov. 2015 ) to company and dealer but both side i have found no response . The company engineer(mr. Anil ) say the 25 ltr. Geyser make only 10 ltr. Hot water only and digi meter is just like show piece only. Kindly do earlier actions please. My reg.                 I have bought 2 CG geysers, and within 2-3 months of the purchase both leaked out, these got replaced but again after approx same period these leaked again. I got a Titan watch from my company with signature of chairman, that's why it is very precise gift for me. But I cannot use this precise gift daily, due to not working properly, I show my watch at Your Authorised dealer at Ahmednagar many times, once they have aslo send this to Bangalore for repairing, after that also it gets closed suddenly, and it was very shameful to me when I ask timing to some body by wearing Titan watch in hand, bcz it gets stop suddenly, I am requesting you to please support me nurture this precise gift by keeping healthy.                     I brought CG motor pump on 23 dec 2014 it worked fine for few months then it stopped working i went to the service at lodo sarai then fixed it and again it same problem happen then they told that it happen due to sand and told that they will not fixed for free under warranty then same problem happened i went to service center on 27-aug-2015 and they refused to fix it and want to me to pay rs 2000 than i had i word with service incharge vikas he told me same thing again and again and told to pay 1650 and i was still happy i kept talking to CG in the end i paid rs 760 because i need that motor urgent which i think was not right my motor is still under warranty and it must fixed it under warranty that is why i purchased it and i am sure that same problem will happen again

                      My FIZZ AIR wall mounted fan is not workng, which I purchased on 06/08/2015 from LGHT CENTRE, BHAGALPUR, By bill no.- 3793 (03/08/2015). which stoppd running on 17/08/2015, just made a complain on Toll Free no. & got this complant no. -[protected] (17/08/2015 ) Till no one attended, but today (21/08/2015 ) at 06.02 pm that " YOUR COMPLAINT NO-[protected] IS RESOLVED .Hope the repar is done a per your satisfaction.                         I have purchased an IRON PRESS of Crompton Greaves on[protected]. It has warranty for 2 years.
                        There was fault in the product 3 times. So I called the company and they send an engineer who reapired it 2 times and 3rd time said that the product will be replaced.
                        It is about 2 months and i have not received the iron press.They aren't taking action.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I've purchased CG Taurus (Copper) ceiling fan from Snapdeal on 15th Apr'15 & received on 24th Apr'15. I've found speed problem with mild sound. Problem docketed & temporarily resolved by technician. After that Sound intensity became high & complain again (complain number : [protected]) & sound became stopped by technician for few hours & again sound generated in higher volume. Again complained, technician visited & very mild sound coming at that moment, sound became higher after each moment. Everyone visited, open & hammering the new fan, problem remain same. I am facing a lot of problem at last 02 weeks & continuous requested, followed up with customer care & local service centre ([protected]/[protected]) for replacing my fan, as because it may cause accident/short-circuit at any time.                             I had purchased My Crompton greaves mixer grinder Model No - DIVA CG-DS51 Mixer Grinder before Three Months.I started facing Problem from 1 June 2015 and i decided to call Customercare Executive, They Registered My Complain and had send technical person from their end but when they visited here they could not sort out my Problem and a Person Name Kishore-([protected]) had visited my place, he told me he imwill replace the mixer grinder part which was not working, he told me it will take 1 week time and he will get that part to my place and i agreed to that.After a week i called him back, he spoke to me as if i am a new person, he told me to speak to his boss, he told me directly, he dont know anything about my problem.when i insisted him he gave me his boss number whose name is Wasim ([protected]) I called him immidiately, he spoke to me and told me that on Saturday july 4 th 2015 till 4.30 pm he will send kishore and our mixer grinder part will be replaced.i called Wasim Today, He picked My call till 3.30 pm, but now both kishore and wasim is not picking up my call.i must tell CROMPTON GREAVES has a very poor after sales Service, they commit 2 years Warranty which is good for nothing.i want my complain to be resolved immidiately, now i will file a complain in Consumer Court...Waiting for your Reply..Plz contact Wasim and Kishore and let me know about My Problem.

                              I had bought 1.5 HP submersible pump for my under construction house on 12 May 2014 from Shiv Duke company vide even dated invoice no. 596 with Sl no. MJBS-100723. My newly purchased equipment has become unserviceable on 02 Jan 2015 and I lodged complaint against on same date, and I got complaint No, [protected] and since then i keep on reminding my complaint on routine basis but today when I able to got the service engineer on his phone, he justified his reply by quoting the foggy weather and very strange to hear that the service engineer will only attend the complaint after catastrophic condition will be cleared, after my pleasing request that my whole project of new house including labour is sitting idle and waiting for the complaint to be attended and then rectified, I also asked service engg. kindly provide me the temporary solution till my pump got rectified viz a viz replaced, he refused to come with any alternate solution after 6th day of complaint. I am strange to know the pathetic condition after sales of reputed company Crompton Greaves. Kindly look into my grievances and loss adhered to me.                                 I purchased 3 no of Crompton Greaves - AURA Model fans and 5 no of Crompton Greaves COOL BREEZ model fans (total of 8) on[protected]. After fitting all the fans 3 no of AURA model fans are giving peculiar sound like tuk-tuk-tuk. I made a complaint to the company. They sent a person who simply used his screw driver and left. But the problem is as it is before. Again I made complaint, he again came and did the the same. But the problem is as it is before. I purchased them for Rs 2000/- each fan.

                                  I have raised a complaint regarding the Electric gyser as its taking very long time to heat with water with 3 Liter heater (ideally it should take 2-5 mins) My complaint details as follows: Your Complaint No:[protected] will be attended by SRI NANDI ELECTRICAL SERVICES[protected] The Service guy came to home and asked to show the gyser. Said that it will cost Rs.1300 charge. when we say, this is under warrenty, and while bringing the bill, he ran away from home saying he has some work. will come evening. for 2-3 days we are following up with the person. always he used to tell like will come around 2-4 PM when i enquired with customer care, they said complaint closed and the service guy said "customer dont have the bill and guaranty copy with them" very very poor service with Crompton greaves service very very poor service with Crompton greaves service very very poor service with Crompton greaves service

                                      This letter was mailed on shirish.[protected]@cgglobal.com, crompton greaves fan service incharge ahmedabad Hi Sir, Recently, I bought a classic model table fan from a local Jai Ambe Electric store on[protected]with invoice number 4336) of your reputed company believing on your claims to be the best. But sadly the fan made so much noise on being switched on that more often than not I had to switch it off. After that to get my problem addressed and as the fan is very much under the warranty period, i called on your toll free number [protected] (complaint number: [protected]). Your technician came in due time, on inspection he said some parts would have to be changed but without making any left. After that none came to check on the fan's condition. When i called after ten days, again an technician came who also didn't do anything left after saying the same thing that some parts need to be replaced. Post his departure the fan stopped working completely. Then I was given your contact details for further communication (+91 [protected]) where you said you will get it resolved asap. I remember talking to you quite a number of times. You took my communications details and my address as well, every time you gave me only assurances instead of service. Though once your technician Praveen did call up saying he would come in a day or two and get it resolved but eventually didn't turn up. After two days I called up Praveen who said he was not able to get the parts and so couldn't come, he said would come when he gets the parts. Thereafter I had called you Mr. Jauhri after a week when you again said that the matter would be resolved in two days. Its been a week after that call to you. Now you seldom take my call and once you just said that you didn't have time. And a few hours later you did pick up my call and said would talk later. Once you stopped picking up my call, I triwd following up through messages too, but you didn't give me any clear picture. I did even insist on getting some one who can deal with the matter if you are unable to sort it out but to no avail. Despite being a serving senior journalist of a top national tv news channel where we fight for justice to one and all through campaigns and awareness creation and other means, I am forced to face such a situation, I shudder thinking how you deal with a normal person on the street who buy your products taking you on face value only to be cheated later as I have been. Being a "responsible" representative of your "responsible" company, I think you full well understand the repercussion of this hitherto "small" matter which you have been ignoring for long. Hope you understand the public's interest in a product comes and goes in a jiffy which companies cash in only with their quality and service thereafter. Now this communication is no more for service or redressal, its to make you realise (if at all you do) that you have lost a long loyal customer who stood by your products. We have lost all hopes of getting any favourable response from you least of all on the ill fated fan which has not served me all summer and has kept me and my family sweating all the while, me tensed and stressed due to this small niggle which the company failed to resolve.Now this mail would go not only to you but to your superiors along with consumer redressal fora across the country, Bhupendra Singh [protected]

                                        I had registered complaint on 25-Mar-2014, my complaint number is : [protected].
                                        SLA for their resolution is 2 working days and it is not resolved till today i.e. 31-Mar-2014. After having 6 calls with their complaint managers, service managers I never get feedback from them...
                                        Strange part is that technician didn't bother to call me and today morning i get SMS that my complaint is resolved.
