We had purchased five cg wall mounted fans on the 2/8/14 which were installed at shree balaji babosa mandir, mandir marg, 3rd lane, thirani mill compound, babupara siliguri-734005.
But we r now regreating the purchase of fans. Each fan till date has been repaired by your service person for two to three times. Since it was in the warranty period each time ur service person has repaired free of cost.
Sir, the warranty expires on the 2/8/16, who will bear the cost of reparing.
Sir none o[censored]r product gets out of order so quickly. I think that their is some tecnical defect in this product. Hence we request you to kindly arrange for its replacement with some better product.
Your early action will be highly appriciated.

    I have been requesting for a paid serviceing from past few months for my wall mounted fan.
    When ever i am complaining no one is responding and my complaint is being closed by the respective persons.

    Your Wall mounting Fan and Pedestal Fans are example of poorest product you produce.The more carelessness not lisning on line as well as costomer care to the complints
    customer care and engineers have more focus on customers satisfaction

      My new submersible water pump is brought by me just 2 days ago. But the "reset button" does not work properly while the pump is running.         Already many times I have been done complaint against repairing a motor, it was being purchased last month of May-16 but till date could not rectified my problems.whereas 100 qty motor was purchase for housing board construction work.
        please replace it earliest due to may not be suffer of home construction work.

          The above fans are under warranty and I notice for quite some time now that if they are on speed they make a noise as if there is some friction. I keep gettting worried so that there should be no casualty.

          I tried calling your toll free number[protected] and it kept me on hold for quite some time.

          Request if you could send your technician to look into this problem.

            I bought a room cooler of crompton greaves on 5th of may, 2015 which was mulfunctioning from the very begining and i made several complaints in customer care of crompton greaves but they were not able to resolve the complaints and i was not able to use the cooler. After several follow ups the company agreed to replace the cooler but due to out of stock it was replaced only in september, 2015 and it was kept as it is by me and started using it from march, 2016 and now again today i. E. 4th of june the cooler stopped functioning and when the technician visited from the service center he stated that the motor of the cooler is not functioning and as your warranty had expired one month back you have to pay for the same. I am being harassed for the fault of the company as there must be a manufacturing defect in the model of the cooler as it is not functioning inspite of replacement. I asked the service center to consider the motor in warranty as the new cooler was given to me in september only and i have not been able to use the same since purchase from may and it is not my fault but all in vain.
            such a big company but so poor in responding to services and resolving manufacturing defects of their product

              On november 2015 we bought crompton greaves aircooler from the dealer vasanth & co tiruchirappalli. From the date of purchace the motor inside the cooler was not working properly . We made several complaint on that and finally they replaced the motor after two weeks of struggle. Now again the motor was not pumping the water . I made a service request to toll free no [protected] . They replied me through the sms that our complaint was resolved. But no one attended for the repair with the phone number of [protected]. I made serveral calls to the local service center for crompton prescribed by the dealer did not pick up the phone call.Kindly take the necessary action . My complaint number is [protected].
              very poor customer service and fake response from the service center.

                  We have purchased crompton make 1.5 hp submersible pump motor from your dealer m/s roop chand soni & sons, soni complex hamirpur road, nadaun - 177033, on 12.05.2016 and the same was installed by the party and the submersible pump did not worked and we informed to your dealer m/s roop chand soni & sons but he refused to change the pump & he told to lodge a complaint in tool free number.

                  Service engineer from crompton visited on 17.05.2016, he checked & he tried for 2 days to repair the pump motor but he could not repair the pump and he told pump is having manufacturing defect & he told to send the submersible pump motor to kangra office himachal pradesh, we are surprised how crompton brand new pump is defective and your service engineer was not able to repair the pump & bore well pump was lifted two to three times and due to non availability of water my crop spoiled in the farm & who will compensate my loses,

                  Hope you will take corrective measures in your level and your reply in this regard is highly appreciated.

                    I am Firoj khan purches 3wall mounting fan in your brand, after purches i am face many problem in fan then i am lonch a claim by toll fee number, after claim i am send 2 fan in your cuttack, odisha service center, on dt 08.02.16, i am receive 1 fan on dt 20.02.16, but one fan not give till date, i am many time go to service center and service center person told to me we give after 2 day, in this period 08.02.16 to 19.05.16 i am go to service center 25-27 time in your service center, and service center person told to me same ( we give 2 day ), so My home town is niali, Niali to cuttack distance is 58 km, i am loose many money for traveling approximately - 200.00 X 25time = 5000.00, your face cost is not is the same, and today i am contact to service center by telephone no [protected], the receiver person is miss behave with me .

                    So I request to you please give me my fan, and i suggests pls pls give better service in cuttack city, your cuttack service center is give very poor service, pls change your Fran-chaises in this person to other person .

                      I have purchased a crompton greaves make self priming centrifugal pump, on 21 april 2016 from 4 roorkee road laxmi machinery store muzaffarnagar u. P.

                      In inr 5400/- i asked to dealer for the permanent bill, he told me that you have to pay 14% extra, i agreed for that, but he didn't give me permanent bill. Although he told me that you no need to worry about the service or warranty, and he gave me crompton greaves warranty card.
                      This pump worked around three days only, then it has stop to work, then i took the pump to the dealer, he had fixed the problem, after fixing this issue, it has worked few days, then again i has stop to work, again i informed to the dealer, he told me that you please make a complaint to crompton greaves.
                      I have made the same on crompton greaves customer care number, from there i have got complaint number, which is [protected].
                      On 10 may 2016 this problem attended by the kanak engineering and electric works who is the representative of crompton greaves. Their engineer checked the pump and told me that pump winding has been burned, so i asked for the replacement, he told me that as you do not have the permanent bill, then it will not be replace.

                      I have written my problem now please give me the solution, how many more days i will have to suffer.

Date.- 7.5.2016. One day one machanic coming in my home and he is saying please give me one glass water. I gave him original paper of fan and cooler he is written for my original copy fan receipt he is change date 06.06.2016 ko 06.05.2016 and he is saying please give me1000 rs. And then your fan is running. And cooler receipt photostate leker chala gaya. I also complaint dealer and toll free no. But today 17.05.2016 crompton service is not responding. Pls.                           I have bought one crompton ginni air cooler from the local dealer at ajmer- raj @ rs. 2900/- but from the day 1 it is not providing the cooling which a normal cooler is supposed to provide. It is throwing air like table fan . By rigorous efforts with dealer and service center service technician has came..Who is also unaware of this model being new model...And said he can not do any thing..My question is that by relying on such a big brand and paying more money why i am cheated and has to suffer the utmost rude and care less attitude & behaviour of dealer and support center...I want to return this product which is far below the expectation and standard.. Even if the product is not taken back i will be left with no option but to take shelter of law of land both for poor product and mental harassment..

                                Poor!! Never Trust Crompton. I used to be a happy Crompton customer earlier. I recently purchased "Crompton Greaves Mini Master II 0.5 HP Domestic Monoblock Pump" and I got a defective piece. That pump comes with a new feature called "Thermal Overload Protector". That motor runs for 1 minute and then stops for 3-4 minutes. This is
                                how this Thermal Overload Protector is working. I called Customer Care, they sent their executive in just few hours to check the problem. Their representative asked me to call plumber to disassemble motor so that he can open motor and check it. I called Plumber (obviously I had to pay plaumber again).
                                Their representative checked the motor and said its TOP (Thermal Overload Protector) is not working and you will have to take this motor to near by service center to get it checked/fixed. I told him that I purchased this motor and this is defective piece, so you get it replaced and why should I go to your service center
                                to get the new motor fixed???? He said this is what process is at Crompton and if you want to get it fixed, you will have to take it to near by service center even if
                                you have got new defective product.

                                This is extremely annoying. I went to dealer again and asked him to replace it. With lots of arguments and after discussion with Distributor, he agreed to replace the
                                motor. I had to pay the amount again to plumber to get new motor installed. BUT shocking thing is when I tested the new motor, that moror was also faulty.
                                After running for 1 minute, it stops for 3-4 minutes. I called customer Care again and they gave me number of their Service incharge. He said all our motors cannot be faulty. This is a feature where motor automatically cut off when over heated. But I told them again that motor turns off for 3-4 minutes after running just for 1 minutes. They said it can be for two reasons: 1) Voltage Fluctuation 2) Water supply is not there. I told them I have voltmeter at home and I can get the voltage checked and its not fluctuating and water supply is also there. He said you bring motor to our service center and we will check this and it must be problem at your end only. I told them that there are other two motors installed of Crompton for our neighbour floors and those are working. After no satisfactory response, I then talked to his senior also. He said I already got report for your complaint that there is a problem at your site and not in the motor. STRANGE, infact their CG's representative after checking himself confirmed that its TOP (Thermal Overload Protecter) not working.
                                I told them when your TOP (Thermal Overload Protecter) is faulty so why dont you simply remove it. They said we will remove it but then we will take from you in writing that you have requested to get this removed and if any problem comes to motor for over heating, we will not fix it.


                                Crompton motors are so EXPENSIVE, its almost 3 times price of local motors/pumps and comes with same 1 Year warranty. If I purchase a local motor and piece is defective, I can easily get replacement at home. Why should customer pay 3 times price to purchase a defective Crompton Greaves pump and go here and there to get if fixed with lots of conditions. I told them I have to pay plumber eveytime I have to install/uninstall pump. I have already paid Plumber Rs 600 and again you are asking me to bring the motor to service center.

                                If the pump is defective, why dont so send your representative at my home with plumber to replace it.

                                Lastly after so much struggle with CG's staff and with no satisfactory results, I am planning to return this CROMPTON GREAVES pump back to dealer (if he takes it back and refund money) and will buy local motor in 1/3rd price with same 1 Year warranty BUT they will replace MOTOR if motor is faulty and not like CG.

                                Anyone who is reading this REVIEW at Cromton Greaves, and if really willing to change their process to improve customer satisfaction, look into this matter.

                                Other customers who are planning to buy Crompton Products, please make sure you talk to dealer/distributor first, that he agrees to refund your hardened money if the piece is defective other wise you will also end up calling Customer Care like me and running to Cromton Greaves Service Center's to get you new prodcut fixed.

                                Every one knows staying without water at home even for 1 day is so much of PAIN. I hope CROMPTON GREAVES should also understand this and IMPROVE their so called
                                PROCESS that is not at all Customer Centric.

                                Ending my shopping with CROMPTON now, will never purchase any Crompton Product in future for sure.

                                        I have purchased a 16" pedestal fan from electrovision, jadavpur, kolkata on 15.02.2016 but within 2 months it has ceased working. I have tried to contact your service personnel over telephone but they are not responding.They always avoid to receive complains and bypass calls saying meaningless reasons.Please help us.
