Red and green indicators not glowing and water not getting heated since yesterday i. E.,[protected]. Date of purchase of geyser is[protected]. Model number 815. Ngjcb-12779 from kiron electricals dabagardens, visakhapatnam 530020. From the date of purchasing working well and there was no complaint found and it is running smoothly. Therefore, we request you to attend immediately for repair. Thankyou.

Crompton rod just bought 3 weeks back is not working. Due to tube chowk the electric meter is going down again and again.. When i showed that to electrician he said there is issue with crompton due to which whole electrical meter is going down.. Can you please look into this issue as urgernt.

Previously i bought the fan same issue came again.. I am fully satisfied with the crompton product.. This is first time i bought crompton product previously i used philips product i never get such issue but with crompton somehow in one week some product is going down

We have extremely bad experience with crompton greaves company. We have 2 water of this company since two years. Recently, both of them have stopped working due to certain problems. We raised initial complaint on 15th july. But nobody has responded so far.

Then we did constant follow ups. Our multiple complain numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected]. As a result two person, mr. Raju and mr. Vijay visited our place before a week but they just observed and went away without doing anything.

We tried customer care number of the company. They given local customer care number here in ahmedabad. I called there but there is some one - tushar who talk very improperly.

We are very sad and disappointed that none is addressing our complaint. We look forward to you toward the resolution of this complain. Please help.

Hi my name is Radha Krishna prasad. Contact no [protected], I praches ceiling fan date 26/1/2015, this fan is (kit) sound, and I am complaint with u[protected], complaint no is [protected], , I am daily calling with Costmer care two times of the day, thar is no response in service engineer.

And this is not working second time.

We are facing drinking water problem.

I had purchased crompton greaves electric water geyser from vinay electronics, shastri nagar-meerut last year but it is not working since 2 months and i had lodged complaint on your customer care and an electrician came from sai engineering works, kanker khera –meerut.

After examining the problem he said that element has conked off and it needs to be replaced but he cannot replace it because its out of stock and will be replaced within a week but nobody turned up since more than a month.

I have lodged complaint thrice and did follow up with service center but no action has been taken yet and then i called up service center of meerut again (Mob. No - [protected]) to confirm status of my complaint but the guy who picked up call was very rude and disrespectful and gave very dissatisfactory reply that in this season why do you want to use water geyser.

Kindly get my problem resolved asap because with such pathetic after sales service i will have to rethink of buying any other crompton product.

Advise – please do not let sai engineering works to take care of complaints. Please find some other vendor. They are very rude and works with an intent to sustain problem rather than resolving it

I have complained on 6 july 2016 regarding the 1 litre
Electrical water heater of crompton greeves on customer care number of company and received complaint no. [protected] intimating that m. K. Sales of nagpur will attend this complaint.
The representative of m. K. Sales contacted me
Telephonically and i explained regarding the broken part of the
Heater. On which the person told me that he will check the
Availability of part and respond. But he did not responded yet.
Meanwhile i contacted on the number of m. K. Sales stating
The complaint no. & details. The person told me that he will check
The complaint and respond but till date no one contacted.
Therefore, i have posted email with the photos of broken
Part to customercare email-id and surprisingly still no response.
The parts of company heater not made available by company in open market so that i could not able to get repaired the heater. Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and do
The needful at the earliest.
Once again i am enclosing herewith the photos of the part
Of the 1 litre electrical water heater of crompton greeves. This part broken n need to be replaced.

Hello am rani sharma. I have taken a pedastal fan on[protected]. And its not working. I want some one to look through the problem immediately. Am a visakhapatnam resident.. Please make sure that the problem is resolved soon. Its hardly two months i have take the piece n this is not working. Either send ur technician n get it repaired or make replace with a new piece. I have the bill n warranty card also with me. Seeking for a fast action from your end.

We purchased two fans from u in the month of may. from the day of installations it ia making noise we have complained to the customer care too they had given us ur service centre no of mk service we have called so many times mr albert the sevice manager of mk services not responding at all and not yet come to our house we are looking to the matter to the earliest

I have received call from m/s bhoomika enterprises against my complaint on 06.07.2016 time 6.30. pm through [protected] name is anurag tanwar and he didn't come to meet me on 06.07.2016. after one day when i call to him for attend my complaint he reply that my complaint is not registered its cancelled by the computer (system) that's y and he refused me to attend my complaint when i again call on tall free number for complaint [protected] he again registered my complaint and given me new complaint no [protected] and when i complaint him for the parson who called me for then he said to me that bhoomika enterprises cancelled your complaint the re-session of complaint cancelled is customer not at home and cancelled by bhoomika enterprises. i want the solution of my complaint if the company will do like this what the people doo

The 10 lt storage water heater i purched from m/s ratna fan house. the auto cut off heater switch is defective. i made the complaint and the complaint ref. no is [protected] dt.25.06.16.

Sir today I bought a CG ceiling fan, it makes a noice continuously as if there is some friction, on the very first day of installation. My previous non CG fan makes a little notice very rarely, so I replaced it with this bloody company. 6 months back my father boigjt 2 CG fans, which have the complaint, then the company technicians rectified the problem. Now this new fan also has same complaint. What is wrong with your company? Ate you going to wind up the company? Better do it immediately before I make a sue against your company for disturbing my sleep with your cheap product.

Hello.! i have purchased an instant electric water heater online from snapdeal online shopping few months ago. later after using it for 3 to 4 months the water from the geyser started passing current from it. after checking it from the mechanic he said there is a sort circuit inside the machine. i have attached the invoice below. we request you to repair our product asap. expecting to take desirable action. thank you.

I have purchased my Fan 6 months before nd as per ur service man my fan coil is damaged. i wanted them to replace the same nd no response for that frm there side in 2 days. As i called them they said that company has refused for replace the same. Its too hot in Jamshedpur and i am without fan since 5 days. can you please help me out for the same nd resolve my complain ASAP.

I bought this water heater SWH1515 Arno power from snapdeal in the month of Jan-2016. 2 months back it started leaking. i raised a complaint. the reference id is [protected]. one of the service guy visited and said the dang welding has cracked and said he will replace the tank. everytime i asked him he kept on saying net week we will get the tank and will replace. in between he said this model is not available and he will give me a new model if i pay around Rs. 3000/-. 2 weeks back he took the complete water heater and said he will get the new one the very next week. still no news on when he will come and fix. it has been close to 2 months now. hope crompton greaves takes this up seriously and resolves this at the earliest.

This is here a6th complaint in two months about the product i .e tower cooler which i purchased on 20th may 2016 and till date its not working even after several complaints in writing as well as telephonically but i am sorry the service centre where the complaint is registered a s well as the seniors didnot bothered to get the problem solved if it required to change the part.For what a reputed company known when not care for customer.The whole summer i spent without using and wadte money in buying .Now i feel iust go to consumer court for mental harrasment and looting the customer .There is not genuine authority to listen to the grievances of the customer whose hard earned money is gone in the drain

Sir, I have bought CG pedestal fan with remote about one and half years before. Now it is not working. A sound is coming from the motor.I have bought it from Ratna fan house, T.Nagar, Chennai.At the beginning it was working fine, but later it gets slowed down and finally stops working. Please let me know your customer service representative visit as soon as possible

I had purchased 3 Crompton High Speed Ceiling fans. Out of 3 one is running very slow. So I have decided to replace the capacitor. But suitable 2.25uF capacitor crompton make is not available. Other capacitors available in the market does not suit the fan. Such a big company should not do so. Parts should be sufficiently available in the market. Capacitor stand Capacitors does not suit to the fan. Pls advice me what to do whether to scrap...
