We have extremely bad experience with crompton greaves company. We have 2 water of this company since two years. Recently, both of them have stopped working due to certain problems. We raised initial complaint on 15th july. But nobody has responded so far.

I had purchased 3 Crompton High Speed Ceiling fans. Out of 3 one is running very slow. So I have decided to replace the capacitor. But suitable 2.25uF capacitor crompton make is not available. We had purchased five cg wall mounted fans on the 2/8/14 which were installed at shree balaji babosa mandir, mandir marg, 3rd lane, thirani mill compound, babupara siliguri-734005.
But we r now regreating the purchase of fans. Each fan till date has been repaired by your service person for two to three times. Since it was in the warranty period each time ur service person has repaired free of cost.
