Refer to my complaint Ni. [protected] dt.25.07.2016. On the basis of this complaint a technician checked the water geyser and found that the tank has a hole. He took ti for replacement. Now even after a month it has not replaced. His mobile number is [protected]. nowadays this mobile is switched off.
Kindly make necessary arrangement to replace the tank of the geyser.

    We had handed over a Crompton Greaves ceiling fan for repair on 20 July 2016 at the CG authorised service center ( L P R Services, Vivek Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. A job order no. 232 was given for this purpose.

    It has been more than a month and in spite of several reminders we do not have any feedback or update about our fan. On 8 August 2016, we had lodged a complaint on their registered website. We got a message with a compliant no. [protected] stating that the matter will be attended to.

    Till date we do not have any feedback or response from the company or its services center. More importantly, we did not find any escalation mechanism on their website to raise the issue at the next level. It is the same call center and website and they have been doing nothing except lip service.

    I am appalled with the level of customer commitment by this so called MNC. If for a small item like ceiling fan ( capacitor replacement) I have to struggle to connect with them and get my item back, I am worried how will they cater to the entire customer base.

          We have purchased a crompton ceiling fan on 6/4/16 from a authorized dealer light corner... After few days the fan had starting making noise, product no (21) ogckg195718, when spoke to dealer he gave a cc no. After long follow up the service person from service centre came in july 16 n done half work its august & yet thy hv nt turned up... Neither thr dealer is taking back the product,...             I purchased cgl pump dmb 10 d olcpa1961 (1 hp) on 24th may, 2016 from bb power, noida, up. Now on 20th august, 2016, when we used it, it is giving hot water in taps. There must be some defect in its water pumping process. Client's email is: [protected]@gmail.com. Phone no.: [protected].
            The desirable solution of my complaint seems that the pump should be repaired soon and if it has any manufacturing defect then i should be provided the facility to return it and my money be refunded.

                I have purchased a ceiling fan from authorized dealer of north delhi in last month. I am getting sound continuously in this fan from day one. I had logged a complain twice time but field engineer unable to rectify the issue. I told him to replace it with new one. Please get it replaced asap. Because it is creating problem from day one.                               I purchased a crompton ceiling fan (aura brown) from kishore trading, saltlake on 7th august, sunday. soon after installation on sunday evening it started making a humming noise and also a very shrill noise. seller refused to replace the fan and asked me to contact customer care.

I have contacted the shop for problem and ask for replacement they told after assembly it's not possible. I don't know how can i check the function of the fan without assy in to the roof.                                   Like to draw your attention that self had purchased 1 Water Pump - Model Number PDPEC -042669 from your Lucknow Authorised dealer ( IRON Products ) dated - 27/07/16 .
                                  Since installation same is not working fine & had regular noise problem . Had often made Customer Complaint at mentioned Toll Free Number - [protected]Local, They had provided Local Service Center number same also approached & had visited at residence once but problem still exists .
                                  Now Local Service Center is asking for deposition of machine, will check & update after 2 Working days .

                                  Had mentioned Customer issues :

                                  @ The Concerned machine is purchased just 15 days back, Still issue not resolved inspite of multiple complaints & service center visits
                                  @ If Current Machine is deposited, How work will be executed

                                  Request Replacement with new machine & requires immediate action

                                    I had purchased a crompton fan from vijdighar veraval on 16.9.14 wide bill no. 254 sr. No. Of product mbg229712. My warranty is valid for this product expires on 15.9.2016. I have alredy lodged complain with the company wide complain no. [protected] dated 14.07.2016 but the company is not responding for the same stating that the warranty has expired. My contact no. Is [protected].


                                    Kindly do the needful for the same.

                                      We had purchased crompton water cooler - ozone555 vide bill no. 228 dt. 06.06.2016 through a. A. Enterprises dehradun. After one month its swing moter had out off order. After complaint (No.[protected]) till date it is not working condition.
                                      Note:- your authorised service center (Dehradun) give very very bedly cervice
                                      We have plan to purchased more items from yours product but...?

                                      one ventilating fan was purchased in MARCH 2016 but it is not working. This is for the second time that it has gone out of order. kindly get it replace with new one.

                                        I am from Ahmadabad.I am a shopkeeper at bapunagar Ahmadabad, selling Crompton fans since last 20 years.My customer have complain that his fan is not working, so I dial company's customer care number but every time I heard the sound that our customer care officer is speaking to some one else.so where should I complain.please solve the problem.My shop address is here below.
