I am purchased a high speed fan on dated 19.08.2016, bill no. R/35786 at 1853, bhagirath palace, chandni chowk, delhi - 110006 but fan is not working good and fan is suddenly starting a some various noise so please accepted my complaint and please check my fan immediate.

    On 09/02/2016 i bought online from snapdeal 6 nos. Crompton greaves 7w led bulbs vide radical marketing solutions-mundkavol invoice no. Sb900b/15-16/58869, dt. 09-february-2016.

    Recently out of those six led bulbs, one led bulb has gone out of order and instantly i contacted snapdeal over phone for replacement as the bulb is only six months old.in reply snapdeal advised me to contact manufacturer.

    Can i get a replacement from crompton greaves? Please help

          Dear Sir/Mam,

          I would like to draw your attention towards my issue which is related to the servicing of my cooler.

          I purchased this cooler on 15/4/2016 from 'Kumar Electricals'. This is the second time that i have faced this issue that my cooler's motor has gone down. And it has been three weeks but still there is no response from the service center. Previously also they serviced my cooler after a month. Crompton has given its servicing to "Jagdamba Service Center, Delhi".

          I would like to tell you that the customer executive of this department are extremely rude when it comes to servicing, especially i would like to complain about two ladies 'Ms Maya' ([protected]) and 'Ms Priya'([protected]).

          When i told them that if the service is not done on time then i will report to consumer complaint board then they threaten me by saying they don't care where I complain and if i complain then they wont let my service happen.

          I was totally shocked by these kind of statement by them.
          So Sir i request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible because there is also a patient in my house who needs a cooler environment.

          I am giving the complete details of the Seller, The service center and the executives who threatened me.

          Dear Sir,
          This has reference to the complaintno.[protected] on Stand fan sent last month, somebody came from Kumbakonam branch Tamil Nadu to attend the compliant. They have informed us that the stand fan motor needs to be replaced and they will order the same and come back within week to fix the problem. However as of now nobody came to rectify the problem and no response for my telephone calls.
          Kindly arrange to send the concerned person for rectifying the same. Your earliest response and action is highly appreciated.

            Refer to my complaint Ni. [protected] dt.25.07.2016. On the basis of this complaint a technician checked the water geyser and found that the tank has a hole. He took ti for replacement. Now even after a month it has not replaced. His mobile number is [protected]. nowadays this mobile is switched off.

              We had handed over a Crompton Greaves ceiling fan for repair on 20 July 2016 at the CG authorised service center ( L P R Services, Vivek Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. A job order no. 232 was given for this purpose.

              It has been more than a month and in spite of several reminders we do not have any feedback or update about our fan. On 8 August 2016, we had lodged a complaint on their registered website. We got a message with a compliant no. [protected] stating that the matter will be attended to.

              Till date we do not have any feedback or response from the company or its services center. More importantly, we did not find any escalation mechanism on their website to raise the issue at the next level. It is the same call center and website and they have been doing nothing except lip service.

              I am appalled with the level of customer commitment by this so called MNC. If for a small item like ceiling fan ( capacitor replacement) I have to struggle to connect with them and get my item back, I am worried how will they cater to the entire customer base.

After few days the fan had starting making noise, product no (21) ogckg195718, when spoke to dealer he gave a cc no.                       I purchased cgl pump dmb 10 d olcpa1961 (1 hp) on 24th may, 2016 from bb power, noida, up. Now on 20th august, 2016, when we used it, it is giving hot water in taps.                           I have purchased a ceiling fan from authorized dealer of north delhi in last month. I am getting sound continuously in this fan from day one. I had logged a complain twice time but field engineer unable to rectify the issue. I told him to replace it with new one. Please get it replaced asap. Because it is creating problem from day one.                                   I want to complain of my ac stablizer (Crompton greeves) which is not working for the past 12 days. I had complained twice on your customer care no. For the same firstly on 1.8.2016 n then on 3.8.2016 but till now there is no response from the company's side. I have purchased the above mentioned stabilizer from venus electical, alambagh, lucknow, u. P. On 12.6.2015 and its still in warranty period.                                         I purchased a crompton ceiling fan (aura brown) from kishore trading, saltlake on 7th august, sunday. soon after installation on sunday evening it started making a humming noise and also a very shrill noise. seller refused to replace the fan and asked me to contact customer care.

                                        The complaint i lodged with customer care was closed even though noone visted.
