I have purchased a submersible Pump, Motor and starter (1HP, Type 3 W 10 b1.0, Serial no-KEBS 11149 ) from Crompton Greaves on dated 15.06.2012.(warrenty of product valide till 14/06/2013)
On 21.02.2013 motor just after getting started, it was drawing 15amp current which was more than normal current (3-4 Amp) hence I stopped the pump & lodged a complaint at your customer care (complain no-[protected]). On same day motor checked by your technician at starter end & after checking he said, “winding of motor has burnt so you have to bring motor for rewinding at our service center i.e Parikh enterprises chandwa more , Ara , Bhojpur, Bihar”.
On same day I deposited the motor at above service center and they return it on 25/02/2013 after rewinding it, but on same day again after getting started, the motor was drawing 11 Amp current so I stopped the motor and called Parikh Enterprises, Ara. Again your technician checked the motor at starter end and confirmed that winding of motor got burnt again.
Again I sent the motor, pump and starter (Complain no-[protected] dated 26.02.2013) at above service center for proper checking and rewinding.
They returned all equipment on 6/03/2012 after rewinding the motor.
on 07/03/2013 I lowered the motor inside the bore well and start it but this time it took very low current and also not drawing any water from boring.
Again I complained the same to Parikh Enterprises, customer care and Mr. Gosh (Area Manager).
A technician visited at our home, which was sent by Parikh enterprises and checked it at starter end and said that one wire not showing any continuity hence you have to take out motor from bore well for rechecking and repairing at our service center.
From last 20 days I am facing a lot of water supply problem, also I have taken out motor from bore well two times for repairing ,which has already cost about INR[protected].Now again his local service center and Mr. Gosh are saying to bring the motor at our service center for repairing.
But this time how I will be ensure that after repairing motor will run smoothly. Hence I request to Crompton Greaves to change my motor, pump and starter by new one so that I can have some faith that new motor will run problem free otherwise I am not interested to re-repaired the old motor further now.
I am fed up of their services and getting repaired the Motor again and again has cost me more than the original price of the motor, Pump and Starter collectively. Please look into the matter as soon as possible .
