I purchased 3 no of Crompton Greaves - AURA Model fans and 5 no of Crompton Greaves COOL BREEZ model fans (total of 8) on[protected]. After fitting all the fans 3 no of AURA model fans are giving peculiar sound like tuk-tuk-tuk. I made a complaint to the company. They sent a person who simply used his screw driver and left. But the problem is as it is before. Again I made complaint, he again came and did the the same. But the problem is as it is before. I purchased them for Rs 2000/- each fan.

    I have raised a complaint regarding the Electric gyser as its taking very long time to heat with water with 3 Liter heater (ideally it should take 2-5 mins) My complaint details as follows: Your Complaint No:[protected] will be attended by SRI NANDI ELECTRICAL SERVICES[protected] The Service guy came to home and asked to show the gyser. Said that it will cost Rs.1300 charge. when we say, this is under warrenty, and while bringing the bill, he ran away from home saying he has some work. will come evening. for 2-3 days we are following up with the person. always he used to tell like will come around 2-4 PM when i enquired with customer care, they said complaint closed and the service guy said "customer dont have the bill and guaranty copy with them" very very poor service with Crompton greaves service very very poor service with Crompton greaves service very very poor service with Crompton greaves service

        This letter was mailed on shirish.[protected]@cgglobal.com, crompton greaves fan service incharge ahmedabad Hi Sir, Recently, I bought a classic model table fan from a local Jai Ambe Electric store on[protected]with invoice number 4336) of your reputed company believing on your claims to be the best. But sadly the fan made so much noise on being switched on that more often than not I had to switch it off. After that to get my problem addressed and as the fan is very much under the warranty period, i called on your toll free number [protected] (complaint number: [protected]). Your technician came in due time, on inspection he said some parts would have to be changed but without making any left. After that none came to check on the fan's condition. When i called after ten days, again an technician came who also didn't do anything left after saying the same thing that some parts need to be replaced. Post his departure the fan stopped working completely. Then I was given your contact details for further communication (+91 [protected]) where you said you will get it resolved asap. I remember talking to you quite a number of times. You took my communications details and my address as well, every time you gave me only assurances instead of service. Though once your technician Praveen did call up saying he would come in a day or two and get it resolved but eventually didn't turn up. After two days I called up Praveen who said he was not able to get the parts and so couldn't come, he said would come when he gets the parts. Thereafter I had called you Mr. Jauhri after a week when you again said that the matter would be resolved in two days. Its been a week after that call to you. Now you seldom take my call and once you just said that you didn't have time. And a few hours later you did pick up my call and said would talk later. Once you stopped picking up my call, I triwd following up through messages too, but you didn't give me any clear picture. I did even insist on getting some one who can deal with the matter if you are unable to sort it out but to no avail. Despite being a serving senior journalist of a top national tv news channel where we fight for justice to one and all through campaigns and awareness creation and other means, I am forced to face such a situation, I shudder thinking how you deal with a normal person on the street who buy your products taking you on face value only to be cheated later as I have been. Being a "responsible" representative of your "responsible" company, I think you full well understand the repercussion of this hitherto "small" matter which you have been ignoring for long. Hope you understand the public's interest in a product comes and goes in a jiffy which companies cash in only with their quality and service thereafter. Now this communication is no more for service or redressal, its to make you realise (if at all you do) that you have lost a long loyal customer who stood by your products. We have lost all hopes of getting any favourable response from you least of all on the ill fated fan which has not served me all summer and has kept me and my family sweating all the while, me tensed and stressed due to this small niggle which the company failed to resolve.Now this mail would go not only to you but to your superiors along with consumer redressal fora across the country, Bhupendra Singh [protected]

          I had registered complaint on 25-Mar-2014, my complaint number is : [protected].
          SLA for their resolution is 2 working days and it is not resolved till today i.e. 31-Mar-2014. After having 6 calls with their complaint managers, service managers I never get feedback from them...
          Strange part is that technician didn't bother to call me and today morning i get SMS that my complaint is resolved.

            I had bought a Water Pump (Model : DMB 10DCrompton Greaves Ltd MBNM-6266) dated on 18-June-2013 from your authorized dealer Manjeet Traders, D-31, Mangla Puri Village, Palam colony, New Delhi-45.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Sir, when I bought this pump I had assumed that the Crompton Greaves Ltd is a very good company which can give me a batter quality of products, so without considering the money, I had select only your product rather than other competitive products in the market. But it is very sorry to say that I am facing the trouble s since I had bought this pump. I had registered so many complaints towards this in your customer service and your person comes at home and refer to the service center all times. I have also taken this pump to your service center 2-3 times but after a month or a week again the same problem happens. You know sir, how much my expense of plumber, conveyance &amp; time is wasting to go to your service and after that only temporary arrangement done. During the eight month time i have made so many complaints for your good product and after a year you will say we have over our guarantee period and then it will become a sole problem of me. In considering of the above I need change this product on urgent basis.

                I bought crompton greaves minsamundra i mcpm - 23326 water pump ganga electrical, lucknow on 8th august, 2013. The piece had was faulty and had some wiring issues. The pump started to give problems after one month o[censored]se and was sent for repairs on 11th september, 2013. I received the so called 'repaired' piece on 27th september, 2013. Within a week's time the pump needed repairs agian, so gave for the same. The pump is under warranty and the agent says it won't be replaced and will charge for repairs. Complaint no. [protected] attended by m / s sainik enterprises - 6566698. Please help guys. . . What can be done!! This is fraud!!!

                  I have purchased a submersible Pump, Motor and starter (1HP, Type 3 W 10 b1.0, Serial no-KEBS 11149 ) from Crompton Greaves on dated 15.06.2012.(warrenty of product valide till 14/06/2013)

                    This is to inform you that on 26.06.2009 vide bill No. 3303 we have purchased 5 Nos. Metalight from Sri Bajrang Electricals, 9 Mathur Market, Mushi Pullia, Indira Nagar Lucknow but when have installed at our Academy after 5 days all five pcs. Metalight not worked properly. We have contacted to the supplier then he advised to attend your Varanasi office. We have contacted Varanasi office from their one engineer came to our Academy and advised us that all 5 pcs needs to return the supplier and take other metalight from them. Two times Our person visited Lucknow for changing the same from supplier but he did not take back the same and told that on the 5 Nos. Metalight should be marked from the manufacturer for replacement.

                    Crompton greaves — Fan making loud noise

                    I have puchased 1 ceiling fans from authorised dealer at Krishna Electrical, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi . After one year my ceiling fan started giving loud noise at all speeds. Approached all concerened but no one attended. The dealer has given me number[protected] as a copmlpint no but it is not in use. It only states that your "call is important to us and our all executive busy" but no body is lifting this phone. It shows that CG is very poor servic. I advise think twice while purchasing CG products.

                      I have purchased one crompton greaves exhaust fan motor on dated 04 / 08 / 2011 (Invoice no 6654)
                      Vide model no gf4389 sr. No. Kcg 57702 from kapil traders basai raod gurgaon haryana.
                      The above mentioned motor haven't worked since 26 / 07 / 2012 and i have registered a complaint
                      Of it under complaint no. [protected] dated 27 / 07 / 2012 to your customer care toll free number.
                      One engineer came to my home and checked it and told us to go to our atz global engg. Centre at
                      A - 55 / 14 dlf ph - 1 gurgaon and our service centre will repair your motor under warranty.

                      I have visited to your atz global engg. Auth. Service centre at a - 55 / 14 dlf ph - 1 gurgaon on
                      Dated 30 / 07 / 2012 for the repair of my motor with warranty card. But your service centre
                      Engineers (Dealing hands) refused to repair it without any reason which was under warranty. I requested them
                      So many times, but they remain refused by own and their behaviour and contuct was very bad.
                      They demand full charges to repair my motor, which is under warranty. It is really very bad and
                      Unlawful.

                      crompton exhaust fan — motor burnt

                      I had purchased 15" exhaust fan motor with fan blade from M/s DIGITAL ELECTRONICS &ELECTRICAL SPARE PARTS SUPPLIER , Anand Apartment ,Building number 1 , Khamla Road Nagpur -25 INDIA ( Phone[protected] on 8/4/08 fitted in a cooler with two year guarantee as promised by the dealer vide receipt no 3595 daated 8.4.08. However motor of subject fan was out of order after about 1 year. A complaint was made to dealer who in turn informed the your service center D.S Engineering co. Buty Compund , Mount road Extn. Sadar Nagpur 440001 (Phone no[protected]. The Representative of service centre refused to repair . I had made several reminder to dealer and ultimately on his advice fan was handed over at your service centre on 6/02/10. The service centre is refusing to repair the same without payment now on pretext it is out of warranty though warranty period is not yet over even now. No reply from company to My Email registering complaint.

                        I purchase 7 wall mounted fan from r. S electricals ghaziabad. All 7 fan blades are defected, i have complaint in company immidiately but no response. I call mr rinku - [protected] aprox 90 times after all my fan blades are replace. Then 1fan motor are not woking and one person will come from company his name mr raman [protected]. He says dont worry your motor replace tomorrow. Then he is gone and no response i call mr raman and raman says blamed to mr rinku and mr rinku says tommorow, tommorow, then tommorow today its two monthes to call him please help.

                        crompton greaves wall fan — defected piece

                        i have purchased a wall fan on 29/7/2010 of crompton greaves co.ltd .after nearly 2 months not completed it stopped working . i got it back to dealer namely singhvi radio and electrical co.,new road ujjain to get it repaired on friday. they took the piece and that as it was in warranty period they will get it repaired . but after 5 days when they call me on there shop as service agent has repaired ,the piece was not rotating and finally i told them that this harassment of customer as i have to leave my work and sitting without fan for last 5 days .kindly advice what to do .

                          Dear sir
                          I have purchased one submersible pump for rs. 10000 / - from shiv traders, d - 45, budh vihar against bill no: - 2364 vide s. No: - [protected] / lebs 10630. When it worked for 3 days on my borewell. After three days it stopped automatically.
                          I registered a complaint vide complaint no: - [protected]. I had been told to take the same to service centre, i. E ramneek enterprises, shastri nagar. Where i was told its motor was burnt. My job sr no: - was re - 4143. I told them to replace the same as it is defected piece. They told me it can not be replaced and service cost rs. 3700 / - . They are blaming me that we do not use it properly. Why do company make such expensive product when it run even for a week.
                          I bought a global company product but its quality is below standard. I request to higher authorities to look into this matter.

                            I have purchased hig flo table fan from m / s. Johnson electric company on 24. 5. 2012 within two days it was not working i took the fan to the company. They informed me get in touch with manufactures and rectify the same. But today they informed me that the company staff came and tested the fan and the fan was not working because of defective coil used. And they will rectify it with new coil and return the same. In this connection i dont want to rectify the old fan with coil i want to replace it with new one. Otherwise i will take up the matter with consumer court.

Enterprises, Alambag, 3/145, Sector-H (Below Bank of Baroda), Power House, Lucknow vide cashmemo No 4054 dt.[protected] due to this one is being out of running condition I contact through email to co. representative they advise me on dt.[protected] to contatct their service centre at Naka Near Charbag Lucknow due to under guarantee period, they report vide thier job sheet dt[protected] that it can not repairable it is only replacable and advise me to contact authorised distributor M/s Bombay Engineering, Ganesh ganj, Near Naka, Lucknow to collect new one. But distributor saying they have no the same in stock whenever it available may supply but not fix the date to supply but what I do I am suffering only reason to purchase ICooker of Best and reputed Co.

                                We Rajasthan Barytes Limited SP 272 ( I&J) MIA Alwar have given 15 HP motor to comptron & Greeves service centre Alwar on dated 29.03.2011 under complaint no. [protected] for replacement of broken shaft. The details of Motor are as under:-
                                Machine No. NJDH 54A; FRAME SIZE= ND-160M purchased from R.K.Electricals MIA Alwar under invoice no. 652 dated 13.03.2011
                                We would like to inform you that the motor has not been returned to us till date and we are suffering loss of production due to unavalibility of spare motor with us.We had been in continuos touch with Mr. Suresh Avasthi of Jaipur office and Mr. Anees of Service centre Alwar but in vain. We have also submitted our complaint today on Phone No. [protected] and complaint no. [protected] was given to us.
                                Now we request you to intervene and arrange to deliver us the 15 HP motor with above details immediately at our factory site SP 272 (I&J) MIA Alwar so that further loss of production may be prevented.

                                  Geyser 25 L Solarium Plus was purchased on September 17, 2010 Vide Invoice Number R-616185 from Kumar Electricals, Tilak Nagar. The complaint was logded on 15 May 2011 Vide Complaint #[protected] on Crompton After Sales Service on phone # [protected]. The complaint was attended on 16 May 2011 and the person who visited my house informed me that there is a leakage in the tank and will be replaced in 2 to 3 days but till date it has not been done as yet in spite of my repeated requests on 21-5-11, 26-5-11 and 30-5-11. You are requested to look into the matter on priority basis and get the job done immediately and inform me the action taken.

                                  Crompton Greaves Ltd — Connection not activated

                                  My airtel postpaid connection is not activated inspite of all verifications and whenever i contact to airtel people they make one or other excuses since last 7 days.they are not at all responding to customer voice..

                                  this is the height..

                                  kindly help me for getting my conncetion activated

                                  i have purchase new fan GURUKRIPA ELECTRIC CO.AHMEDABAD. distributors
                                  for crompton greaves ltd. model no.classic 16 table fan-cr.invoice no RI/0103 DATED-28 APR 2010.COMPLAINT for gurukripa eng. 10/20 times .but no reply for distributors site.
                                  my induction cooker under gaurantee, for this reporing non- repairable by authorised cg service engineer . but arround 18 days passed. so many time go to ralating shop but not replced same by him also mail to your co. representative.                                       Dear sir,
                                      Myself pankaj garg, R/o 104,Neel Padam-2, Sector-4, vaishail, Ghaziabad.(U.P), had purchsed one geyser from one of its authorised delaer in sector-2, vaishail Ghaziabd.in the month of November 2010.In the very short span of time, its tank was leaking and I had made the complaint against it, it was replaced by thier service center by stating that, there is some manufacturing defect in the original tank.it was attended in the month of january 2011.Now again the tank is leaking, and when we contact their service center vide our compliant number[protected] dated 08.04.2011 for replacing it the whole unit they will straight forwardly denying it. when we will try to contact them, they will talk to us in a very hapzzred manner.
                                      I think they will not treat thier customer in this manner, otherwise Crompton will loose customers very frequently.
                                      it a humble request you to get it replaced at earlier, other wise I am forced to take legal action against it.
