Videocon D2H Antenna

Yesterday(10th Feb 2016) my videocon D2H antenna has been damaged by monkeys. I requested to videocon customer care for repair the antenna. Today(11th Feb 2016) engineer came & told me that the part of antenna which broken down is only costing 5o rupees but it is not available in the company anymore so i need to change whole antenna & will cost 525 rupees.

I refuse to change my antenna because if parts is only for 50 then why...

Charging for rectifying services.

I am a customer of Videocon D2H having ID No. 39046204. On 07.02.2016 I have submitted a complaint for signal not available vide complaint No.[protected] after a long query by the Customer care which I face a great difficulties. Set box and adaptor changing

I have purchased a Videocon D2H product in july2013 and after one and half yr the set up Box and Adaptor were fully damaged and one field executive came to house and changed the set box and Adaptor and have charged 275/INR for set up box and 250/ for Adaptor.When i complained to the customer care, they have promised to brought back the Adaptor's charge as 250 into my account.Till now no money is transfered to my account...

I have a set-up box at home with the customer id number: 1137567. Last year we had the error E04-4 error popping on our screen and we replaced the set top box because of the same on a payment of Rs. 350. This year exactly after 12 months the same problem has appeared and they are again asking for Rs. 350.
We don't have the liberty to choose a set-top box and they give us extremely sub-standard product that doesn't last a day post...
