I recharged 203 rupees in this morning stills the customer care is doing process to relay the channels. Do they need 2 days to relay the channels? My suggestion is do not purchase videocon d2h. customer service is woooooooooorstly worst.

    Hi,

    I have brought Videocon D2H 4 years ago and last 1 year, it is not working, 4-5 month ago, I did not recharge my connection then I was receiving daily call from videocon. I have lost 5 months recharge amount. After getting confirmation I have recharged the same but service is going to worst on daily basis.

    Finally I have decided to cancel my connection due to bad service given by videocon.

          I made complaint regarding your service and my complaint no. is 40804862, at 21 februry 2016 at 1:16 P.m.
          customer care executive give me the time of engineer visit, that was 7:16 p.m of 21 februry 2016, but no one visit at my home to solve the problem and not even give us a call to ensure the timig of visit .
          today i called customer care executive then she told me to visit of engineer is before 1:16 p.m of 22 februry 2016.

          in short around 26 hours of my complaint, no one is visit to solve my problem.

          this is very very wrong, i paid money to videocon d2h before its use and now no one is there to solve my problem.
          no one is taking the resposibility.

              Hi I am Deepak Singh my CID is 80323114 from last 2 - 3 Days all subscribed channels is showing Error "Signal Not Available" except few News Channels. I contacted your customer care. They told me to pay Rs 150/- for engineer visit. why i pay rs 150/- if signal is not coming. If set top box is not working then why news channels and home channels are coming.

                Yesterday(10th Feb 2016) my videocon D2H antenna has been damaged by monkeys. I requested to videocon customer care for repair the antenna. Today(11th Feb 2016) engineer came & told me that the part of antenna which broken down is only costing 5o rupees but it is not available in the company anymore so i need to change whole antenna & will cost 525 rupees.

                I refuse to change my antenna because if parts is only for 50 then why should pay 525 rupees it is actually headache of company.

                Plz look into the matter what ever is possible.

                  I ve called many times to upgrade my stb to HD. Told me that the service engineer will visit my home within 24 hrs. The so called service engineer didn't even show the courtesy to call and enquir the problem. If they can't why this company is making advertisement about the 24 hrs thing and selling their product. I know this too that what I'm doing a waste thing now that to complaint about this . Because I experienced really bad thing from this company . I dint want fake promises like this 24 hrs and all . My customer ID no is 12429886 .and my name is Abdul hazeeb. Very poor service from the staff for even a simple thing and I fear how can they manage some bigger issues . Really got negative response from these guys . I feel pity towards their service

                    I am a customer of Videocon D2H having ID No. 39046204. On 07.02.2016 I have submitted a complaint for signal not available vide complaint No.[protected] after a long query by the Customer care which I face a great difficulties. However, next day a person so called service engineer came and rectified the problem and DEMANDED a charge of Rs.150/-. Earlier as a customer like me also faced same difficulties.
                    Question is that why the customer will pay the extra cost for their rectification of services. It should be the Company's responsibility to provide good quality picture and signal for which customers are paying / recharging their D2H monthly / regularly as per the tariff.
                    The extra cost should not be acceptable.

                        I have purchased a Videocon D2H product in july2013 and after one and half yr the set up Box and Adaptor were fully damaged and one field executive came to house and changed the set box and Adaptor and have charged 275/INR for set up box and 250/ for Adaptor.When i complained to the customer care, they have promised to brought back the Adaptor's charge as 250 into my account.Till now no money is transfered to my account...

                          I have a set-up box at home with the customer id number: 1137567. Last year we had the error E04-4 error popping on our screen and we replaced the set top box because of the same on a payment of Rs. 350. This year exactly after 12 months the same problem has appeared and they are again asking for Rs. 350.
                          We don't have the liberty to choose a set-top box and they give us extremely sub-standard product that doesn't last a day post its warranty period. The call centre people are now telling me that I need to get another box and pay them the amount again.
                          I am completely distraught with this service provider and feeling helpless with their policies which I must say are lacking in more areas than one.
                          I hate to believe this but the organisation seems to be looking at frugal ways of profit maximisation that aren't necessarily working in their favor.

                          Hope to solve this issue at the earliest possible.

                              have purchased a new set top box yesterday.i need recording option so i payed for HD digital box with recording option in online.after installation, i have payed INR 100 and activated recording option also.but i cant record using it so i called care back. this time they asked me the model no in the set of box's pack and it is H6666-RF. they replayed that this box won't have recording option in it.
                              i got socked.even in its pack it printed clearly it having recording option
                              i have not got the the features mentioned in the pack of it. so i asked them give me a correct set of box with recorder feature for what i have payed but they refused my request.
                              i have called online sales department multiple time after i got this issue. more than 4 executives said me that they we check it and call me back in a hour. but no one came back to me.
                              i am very disappointed with this cheap attitude of videocon d2h.

                              I have purchased a Videocon D2H HD 6666 RF. I can't use the recording feature...

                              I have upgraded basic HD to hd with RF Remote @1299 for getting recording facility and engineer have changed the set up box with hd 6666 RF. but this have not recording facility. Engineer told me the recording facility will be available up to 15th April 2016 via updates. Hence I allowed to change. But till date no updates have received for recording facility. I got disturbed when customer care said that recording facility is not available for this set up box. You again upgrade with Rs 1299 for recording facility. That means videocon d2h is fooling customers.
                              I fed up with customer service replies regarding above. I am going to consumer court if my problem not solved within week. I will also anti advertise against d2h.

I'm only getting the answer to wait and software uptades will soon be done. My remote is also having synchronizing issue with set up box.

                                Videocon Representative come to my house and replace Set top Box with HD,
                                But at that time i found that Picture Quality are very bad in Ne HD set top Box, i request that representative to solved my Query but he talk with his superior and go back, i have nit given sign Customer Satisfaction letter to that Representative but Money is deducted from my Customer Balance.

                                I request you to take proper action against that representative to resolve my query or Return my old SD Set top Box and Money Deducted from My account.

                                  I have purchased a Videocon D2h 5 months back it has come with one month subscription with HD Channel. After one month subscription has over. Four month ago i have recharge online for Rs.291 for one month it was from http://www.videocond2h.com web site it was clearly mentioned in the recharge from that the subscription is for one month. but after fifteen day when from the date of recharge Videcon D2h has stop their services and asking for recharge again. i had called to the customer care to identify the reason. I Speak with Sharoz Ahmed - Supervisor, Suchdev Kumar Team Leader and Manjender-Floor Manager they all did not reveal their Imp. ID. They told me that they deduct my balance against some HD add on but i have never apply for such add on. i have request them alot but they c learly refuse to repay my balance and ask me to recharge again. Please help me.

                                    I have relocated my house and had called to log in a relocation of product service request on 27 Jan 2016 and i was assured that technician would contact me on 28th Jan. No one contacted. I again called on 28th Jan and i got the same reply that some one would contact me . I called again on 30 Jan and escalated the issue. Mr Manjunath ( supervisior as told me ) told that some one would contact me within 8 working hours. I asked with 31 Jan ( sunday ) would be considered as working for which i got a reply in affirmation.
                                    Today its 1 Feb 2016 and still no one has contacted me .
                                    I am raising this concern as a aggrieved customer whose time is just wasted in just follow ups and still not understanding that the customer care no is [protected] is correct or not as people on this no promise but do not deliver so wondering if its the genuine no.

                                      i am using videocon d2h from last 2 years and recently i have purchased one new connection
                                      in that distributor had told me that you will get
                                      d2h cinema channel free for first month so after one month i got a massage that d2h cinema free time is over from tommarow you will have to pay 60rs per month but i dont want to subscribe that channel so immediately on the same day i have logged in my account for removal of that channel
                                      but couldn't so i called customer care and asked to remove that channel and cc executive have register a complaint for removal of that channel on 29 jan 2016 with complaint no[protected]
                                      on 30th jan 2016 i got a massage that your complaint has been resolved but i see that the channel is still active on my d2h and on 31st jan 2016 i got the message that thanks for activating D2H Cinema at 01:39 pm but i have not given any kind of request regarding activation of D2H again i called cc for that issue which is not yet solved and i am paying for what i don't want i spoke with senior executive for that and she register the complaint for removal of that channel which is force fully activated from your side and complaint no is[protected] on 2:28pm
                                      on same day i got massage that your complaint is resolved but i can see that the channel is still active on my D2H so i am requesting you people to solve this issue as soon as possible

                                        Dear Sir/madam,
                                        I am Kishore having videocon D2h (HD) connection bearing customer id[protected], and i ahve recharged my d2h connection by online on 12.12.2015 for six months and at the same time i have activated 12M SOUTH SILVER MAXI PHD ADD-ON from the available add on list, at that time it is showing 12M SOUTH SILVER MAXI PHD ADD-ON (Price free lockin period 12 months) accordingly i have activated. But surprisingly the d2h provider had debit Rs. 999/- from my account.
                                        In this regard i have contacted the customer and asked explained the issue and show me the remedy, but they have informed that as it is the offer for the normal d2h box customers, to attract them to upgrade to HD box. And you are already an existing HD box customer, hence the offer will not applicable to you that's why you had charged Rs.999/-.

                                        Moreover they are reporting that, if you are not interested to continue with HD addon we will deactivate the same but the amount was not refunded but it is very unjust so i have requested them to divert my call to their higher officer (i.e. Nodal officer) to hope my problem will be solved at there. But regret to inform that, the nodal officer is asking to show the screenshot of the offer list that they have shown while selecting the addon, but unfortunately i don't have any screen shot for that and he told that it is out of his control and it is the the customer care representatives responsibility.

                                        Hence i am writing to you and here my question is, as i am already an existing HD box customer then why they have shown the offer in my available addon list as for free of cost and after selecting the same why they have charged Rs.999/- and harashing me while asking for refund by showing some baseless answers.

                                        Therefore i am requesting you to please look in to the matter and show me appropriate remedy at the earliest and take necessary action on the said d2h provider to do not repeat such fraudulent offers
