Dear Sir/madam,
I am Kishore having videocon D2h (HD) connection bearing customer id[protected], and i ahve recharged my d2h connection by online on 12.12.2015 for six months and at the same time i have activated 12M SOUTH SILVER MAXI PHD ADD-ON from the available add on list, at that time it is showing 12M SOUTH SILVER MAXI PHD ADD-ON (Price free lockin period 12 months) accordingly i have activated. But surprisingly the d2h provider had debit Rs. 999/- from my account.
In this regard i have contacted the customer and asked explained the issue and show me the remedy, but they have informed that as it is the offer for the normal d2h box customers, to attract them to upgrade to HD box. And you are already an existing HD box customer, hence the offer will not applicable to you that's why you had charged Rs.999/-.
Moreover they are reporting that, if you are not interested to continue with HD addon we will deactivate the same but the amount was not refunded but it is very unjust so i have requested them to divert my call to their higher officer (i.e. Nodal officer) to hope my problem will be solved at there. But regret to inform that, the nodal officer is asking to show the screenshot of the offer list that they have shown while selecting the addon, but unfortunately i don't have any screen shot for that and he told that it is out of his control and it is the the customer care representatives responsibility.
Hence i am writing to you and here my question is, as i am already an existing HD box customer then why they have shown the offer in my available addon list as for free of cost and after selecting the same why they have charged Rs.999/- and harashing me while asking for refund by showing some baseless answers.
Therefore i am requesting you to please look in to the matter and show me appropriate remedy at the earliest and take necessary action on the said d2h provider to do not repeat such fraudulent offers
