In this context, it is to state that i have made twice payments for recharging my videocon d2h with Rs. 1710/- (total Rs. 3420/-) on 03/10/2013 through online SBI account which uses tpsl as payment gateway. Both the times my payment got unsuccessful but the amount of Rs.3420/- got debted from my SBI account. twice failure of payment for videocon d2h
Videocon is a fraud company in line of old Kuber group and nowadays Saradha group.

1.) I had purchased Videcon D2H on 11th Nov 2012 in one year package (paid INR 3604/- lumpsum). However the company disconnected after 9.5 months only. Now they are saying that I had not paid for full one year. How is it possible when they were giving set top box and antenna with one year plan only. 2.) I had referred Videocon to one of my friend and he had taken connection for 4 TVs in his guest house. However, company did not pay referral fees for even one connection. 3.) I had a change in residence also where I kept on calling company's technician but, he did not turn up and there was a delay of 1 month in installation. However I paid INR 400 (150 + 250) for de-installation and re-installation which ultimately proved to be of little value 4.) Whenever I call customer care, they just disconnect the call every time. 5.) Videocon raised plan charges by huge amount from 1st Januray 2013. So, whoever will recharge now will have a big hole in pocket. Hey friends do not take Videocon and better try Tatasky if you do not want to get cheated big time.     Hi, Today on 27 December 2013 i had done a online recharge of videocon d2h of Platinum Pack through my SBI debit card of Rs 1, 185 for 3 months+ free 5 days extra on it as my due date is 26 September 2013 but after recharging, in my account option it will be showing me my next recharge date is 19 Dec 2013 instead of 31 December. How it is this possible as 27 sep- 27 dec 2013 + 5 days = 31 dec( 3 months + free 5 days extra). Instead of giving extra days they had reduced my days.tIt is really a fraud .     I saw fox action movies on chanel no. 257 I called customer care executive told me 61 INR will be debited and chanel will be avilable i said ok do it after that he disconected the call but rhe chanel says E16-4 NOT ENTITLED TO VIEW CHANNEL I called customer care several time (Imran senier Girish paresh) they put my call on hold for more than 60 minutes and imran told that channel is not available on our platform so i asked them to refund my money they said it is not possible

      Dear forum, This is with regard to my complaint to the videocon dth services for my channels settings changed AMD some of the channels not available. I had logged a complaint on 08th Sep 2013 vide complaint no[protected] where they replied that the dth card needs to be replaced, and they told that the same will be changed within 2 days but then no one turned up. I again logged a complaint on 13th Sep vide complaint no[protected] and again I got the same reply that the same will be replaced within 2 days. Again no one turned up. 3rd complaint was done on 16th Sep, vide complaint no 19262006 where they provided the contact no of some engineer (mob no [protected]) who had picked up my phone and told that he will get it resolved but again no results. I also was in follow up with Mr. Arvind in customer service ([protected]) but no one even bothered to check it once. After so many follow ups it has already passed 20 days and today is 24th. Still no one has turned up Kindly help in this matter as I am fed up with the service of videocon dth

        This is to bring to your notice that I have a DTH connection installed at my place and I had requested for another connection on 6th September, 2013. It was clearly mentioned by me to send the engineer on 8th September,2013 (if not possible before 9:30 AM on Saturday). The person who booked my new connection, mentioned the same. But, I got more than 20 calls by your engineering team on Saturday afternoon, and each time I had to tell them to install the connection on Sunday. I was involved in very important official meeting which was disturbed the calls again and again. At the end of the day I lost a client due to numerous calls by videocon team. You can check the call logs and voice logs for the same. Then on Sunday, I had to call around 10 times to customer service asking for the team to visit. I had to cancel my meetings on Sunday due to the same. The team did not visit and each time customer care service assured me that it would be installed on Sunday. I feel really harassed and victimized by the same.

            I purchased 1 videocon refrigerator from pai international on 25/12/2007. It run nicely till 4years. After that twice we request for servicing. Both time we got good response from your service centre, they changed the compressor and billed around rs.1500 each time. But now i lodge a complaint on 25/07/2013, after 3days some technician came and check. He told to replace some parts and it cost rs.500. After 2 reminder he came and check that compressor should be replaced. And also he is telling it will cost around rs.4500 because it is out of warantee. But when i check your videocon warantee card and book it shows 6years warantee on compressor. And also given that book copy & bill (25/12/2007) copy. According to your company book 6years warantee should applicable in this case. But service centre people telling they will check with company and according to that they will come and change the compressor. After so many reminders and complaints nobody turn. Even nobody bothered about to solve the complaint, because nobody contact me also.

              I have installed Videocon HD digital set top on October 2012. That time USB port was not working. They told that it will be enabled by January 2013. In-spite of calling customer care many times, till date it is not activated. It is been almost a year no proper response from them. Can someone guide how to take this to consumer court?
              That's true. Videocon DTH is poor is customer satisfaction.

                my customer id 14420745. Mosaic is not working in our videocon d2h tv , channels mismatching, and also when we change the telugu channels it will show signal not available and other raining or cloudy errors,So again we need to switch off tv and switch on. after that again if change the channel then again same error but other language channels will work correctly at the same time. D2h is inbuilt in videocon tv, So their is no tv problem here and i think that is their software problem. If we ask for customer care to send any executive they are asking to pay service charge for executive. but why should we pay when their signals are not workings and creating problems every time we change a channels. I hope someone will solve my issue as soon as possible from videocon. Thanks.

                  There are to major problem in my front:-

                  1. my customer id is 97209410 the installation date of my stb is 12/6/2013. when the company exicutive come for the installtion they tell me the company provide you 10 meter wire free & for xtra you will pay 12 rupess per meter when they install the total length of wire is 12 meter i"ll give him 50 rupess and they tell to me that 26 rupess trasferd to your account but they tell me lie no fund transfer in my accout.

                  2. and your company deduted money in my account witout giving any information and disconnect d2t before the time period

                  i had activated intenet pack through msg on my no... but after that they deduct my balance for surfing... after tht i registered a complaint for balance return on 23 rd of april & they gave me assurance to return it till 25th april... but they dnt return any balance... & after thtat they again deduct 10 rupees from my bal. for some package wthout any conformation.after 2 days they again deduct 30 rs for caller tune without any call or msg.i still ask me that ur compaint is under process..we will return it soon but they doesnt return it till today 23rd of may . i m thinking of suing them in consumer court.i hv never expect this this from videocon & the response from there customer representative is also very roud. they speak to me & ask me tht jo karna hai tujhe vo karle

                  Videocon — deduction of main balance

                  i am an idea subscriber and my prepaid idea no is [protected]. On 31 jan 12, at about 1630 hrs around 30 rs has been deducted fm my main balance without my knowledge. i further want to tell that i didnt activated any offers or subscription..after this incidence i tried to talk to idea customer care many times but didnt get any response.
                  sir,i am very disappointed with this kind of service by the idea officials and therefore taking this ultimate action. i hope my balance would be refunded at the earliest...

                  Airtel — invalid activities

                  i had recharge my phone with rupees 100........

                  but they deduct rs 70 for invalid services like hello tune and gprs which i don't activate from my number

                  and when i inquire about that, they block my customer care service.

                  so i request you to plz refund my balance, otherwise i ll complain to consumer court.

                  but they deduct rs 120 for some services, which i haven't activate.

                  n when i request the customer care for this, they cut it n don't refund it.

                  so plz i request you to take action against this inquiry otherwise i submit it to consumer court

                  and within 24 hours two time connect a call and they are not tacking within 30 sec automatcally cut the call.

                    Recently I had bought a Videocon D2h connection on July 4,2013 through online. The invoice no. is karan20130704. I got the connection but I didn’t get the bill and NOC as they have not provide me the customer id. I have contacted their customer care, who enquired me first about connection installation and they told me that they would send that bill. But they didn’t send that. I have send them many mail as well complaints, but they didn't respond me. Please help me in this regard , as i am facing many difficulties.

                      We have given videocon washing machine for repair and servicing in one of the Authorized Service Center for Videocon - Kevin Services. It has been 2 months since then we have no updates on the repair status of washing machine and all our complains to customer care have been gone to vain.

                      We believe to get repair our entire appliance from the company trained person only .due to original parts and proper repairing as well as guaranty of good workmanship. But we lost our faith in Videocon because of there service problems. We have a Videocon washing machine. There was some problem it was not working, we called a company man he told to replace a part worth 3000.we requested to get it repaired at the place of replace, but they told it is not repairable. But in market it was repairable. Because of our faith we got it changed and paid them. After a week again same part is not working and again they are asking to change it. we have doubt that part was not a new one .total cost of machine was near about 6000 and they are not giving proper response to our hard earned money which they wasted.

                      I had give the compalin for the repair of washing machine on the 21st June 2011. (Complain number.MUM[protected])in the name of Harsha Jani some engineer was suppose to come and fix it in 24hrs and we also receied the engineer cont no. we tried to call them then the excuse we got that he says that thats not my area so i wont come. end not it have alsmost crossed more then 48 hrs we had not got response from Videocorn. i had tried to spk to the callcenter 3 times on 23june2011 but no action is taken tilll now.i had also treid to speak to the senior person at call center no.[protected] was kept on hold for 2 times for more then 15 min.

                        I purchesed Videocon Fridge from Reliance Digital retail limited Malakpet Hyderabad on 04/04/2013. with Delivery Note number 82883413.
                        Since the day one we are facing the problem (cooling problem, no ice formation) and made a complain to Reliance as well as Videocon customer care Complain Number. as we lost the earlier complain numbers we started saving complain number from june 2013. we continously follwoing up with customer care there is no proper response from nietherVideocon team nor Reliance.

                        Please help us to resolve this issue, we want replace the fridge or refund the amount.

                          My name is Sudhanshu sekhar jha and my customer id is 68672301and i am using Videocon d2h for last approx 1.5 years and suddenly today i got an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When i have called videocon customer service, but customer care executive told me that i need to pay Rs 125 to your service engineer for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable from you guys and previously i face lots of problem with Videocon d2h. I would never pay extra for you guys mistake and now seriously i am thinking of moving to another service provider. I think when i bought the Videocon d2h service it works to good but for last one year it was not doing work properly.

                          I have called for your service engineer and he would be here in another 24 hours. It really hurts that I need to pay Rs 125 to him for no fault of mine. Pl. help me and short out my problem.

                            on 10-jun-13 i made a request to install a new dish. they asked for 48 hrs working time duration. when they did nothing i made a complain (no.[protected], date 14-jun-13) and they did just nothing. then when i asked them what is happening regarding my complain they told me to register a complain against their engineer and i did, complain no[protected], date 16-jun-13. since then they are just saying your complain is being processed. i got frustrated calling them everyday (plus their customer care is not free). i asked them to return my deposit as per told by their engineer who brought the d2h box to my home. now they are telling me that there was no such scheme of refunding the money, ever. so now on 21-jun-13. i have neither my money nor d2h service and i am hopelessly spending my money and time in calling them for providing the service. and now i am stuck in the maze of customer service crafted to fool the customers and keeping the company away from any questions what so ever the consumer asks. i must have decipher and understood the real meaning of the VIDEO-- CON.
