I have purchased videocon ddb led tv model no. Vju40fh18xah-fd, sr no.[protected] from vijay sales, ulhasnagar-3 with extended 3years warranty offer on[protected], at the time of purchase vijay sales - sales person told that if any issue regarding warranty i can call the vijay sales customer care for support.

I had problem in setup box, i called customer care number and there was slow machine voice expecting to press 1. After pressing 1 my plan converted to sports having higher rates. So now i found 2 problems after calling customer care. I called customer care and insist to revert my plan back to base pack and they denied that its company policy and they can't revert it for at least one month.

My concern is whey there is no option...

On 05 jun 16 at 1800 hrs on switching on my STB the remote was not working. so i called on customer care no. Also upon checking the status of complain on 3rd June, i was told that technician will visit on 4th June before 4 PM. I waited for your technician call & visit whole day sitting at house.
Again after enquiring about the status, your customer care again gave me another complain...

I purchased videocon d2h set top box for my house in october 2014. For the first month they have provided hd channels for free. From the 2nd month it was not free. It costs 175/- per month. These details weren't told to us during purchase neither during the installation. We have been recharging the set top box when the balance goes down till may 2016. When asked to customer care, they told that we have activated by giving a missed call...

Hence availed some other TV cable operator service but till today that is 1st june 2016 no proper reply was given as well as not...

My videocon d2h setilite box not working since 5 days. I have already submitted complaint no service engineer has come to attend the same.
I did't see the ipl 2016 srh vs rcb match due to product error / no signal since 5 days no one attend the service engineer.

i have complaint against videocon dth.

i have received so many time call from videocon dth for value added service activation.

already i have active on full DND service. and as per government rule any company tele calling from register number. with +11. but i have received the call from this number[protected]. i think this is baroda STD code and local number with out register....

In the span of 3 days i have raised 3 complaints with the customer care of videocon d2h stating that my d2h box is not working. Every time i call they say that their engineer will call me in 24 hours. It has been 96 hours and i did not receive a call from them. Also, they are charging my account for the services which iam not using and which are not restored.
Another thing is they increase their fares whenever they wish without informing...

This has been my worse experience with videocon d2h. I have been calling the call centre from last monday i:e 23/05/2016 and my complaint no is[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], and the list goes on my complaint was i do not receive any signal no a/v and i recharged for 3 months.. Hi i have registered for airtel d2h with customer id [protected]. Hd channels are not working. There is some signal problem which airtel team is creating n while calling customer they ask 150 rs each visit. Each month they do this manual problem from backend nd they charge 150rs as visiting. Worst part is the repersentative while visit says we can give direct call to him n pay 100 rs....

Very pathetic service, may be i could be the only one paid the service charges of 870/- for not providing the services. Service engineer has taken the service charges saying the service will resume after 30 minutes and collected the service charges as well but so far the service is not restored.

I am using hd dvr 1000gb stb and it had problem booting....
