I have purchased videocon ddb led tv model no. Vju40fh18xah-fd, sr no.[protected] from vijay sales, ulhasnagar-3 with extended 3years warranty offer on[protected], at the time of purchase vijay sales - sales person told that if any issue regarding warranty i can call the vijay sales customer care for support.
My customer id[protected]. On[protected] i found my videocon ddb led tv was not working so tried to log complaint with videocon customer care but i was not able to contact videocon customer care as all the toll free nos i found were wrong so i logged the complaint with vijay sales customer care. But i found the vijay sales complaint handling process was very worst, no notification of my complaint numbers via sms or mails and the process is not transperant. 2 - 3 days daily i used to register the same complaint newly again and again as no status of previous complaint were available. So finally with very hard research i found the videocon lcd tv customer care no. I logged complaint with complaint no. Tha[protected] dated[protected], technician attented the complaint but problem was not resolved and he told it is not his job the ddb d2h led tv complaints are attended by dth/d2h service technicians so he told me to log complaint with videocon dth/d2h customer care. So i logged complaint with videocon dth/d2h cust. Care on[protected] comp no. Is missed by me, the technician attended the call he told that some pcb is defective in ddb d2h lcd and presently it is not available with him he told it will be available by 2 to 3 days, but there was no response form more then 4 days so i called and asked customer care for status of my registered comp no. Dated 21-05-16 and found there was no detail available so they told me to log new complaint with new comp no.[protected] dated[protected]. And mr. Kishor service technician from ips service centre, attended the call but he brought some other led tv model d2h ddb motherboard pcb, tried to fix the pcb in my led tv slot and switched on the lcd but was not succsesful it was not matching my tv's pcb slot so he removed both my tv's old pcb and and new pcb which he fixed temproraly and taken my old pcb (Details: part no. [protected], date:[protected], mstv628vxm type version 3.0, pcb size: 245mm x 125mm.) as sample to service centre. But still now the exact pcb is not available today on[protected] again one of the videocon servive technician brought another unmatching pcb of some other led tv model and tried to fix it but was unsuccsesfull. So today i again called videocon d2h cust care again they told me to log new complaint with comp no.[protected] dated 08-06-16. So i request the brand videocon to please look at this matter the third party service team is tring to close the complaints with unprofessional manner (Thukpatti) when i tried to contact there local service supervisor mr. Sushant he is not attending the phone. I had purchase this led tv after looking all its features and hdmi - 3no, usb port - 3no, so i will not let the technician to place the unmatching motherboard pcb. From[protected] till today[protected] total 24days my led tv is not working.
