Recharged my videocon d2h account twice today, but money got deducted from my account and also got the reference number. But never got credited to my videocon account. And called there service, picked called after 15 min and sas they dont know.

      I had installed Videocon D2H in year 2011 and within 6 motnhs, I discontiued the same. But, to my surprise, I am still receiving automated calls and SMS from the Vidoecon company to recharge the services. My mobile number is registered for DND since 2008, still i am receiving the calls and SMS from Videocon. My moble Number is [protected] ( Dhulia, Maharshtra.) Please help me to stop their irritating calls & SMS. Thank you.

        Respected sir/madam, I have recharged for videoconD2H TV services for a year. Today 11/10/2015 - not able to view the channels, hence called customer support at [protected] they were asking me rs300 to send technician as a charge to visit. Hence I respect the higher authority to check on this matter please. Previously had a cable connection, use to pay only rs100 /month if any problem with the channel we call them, and the issue fixed. But here the scenario is different.. please check on this matter.

          Sir I have purchased videocone dth connection yesterday bt my set box give me so many problem only recording and hanging problem .I register complaints from company bt my problem not solve out out engineer come and say you have folt own your set box after that he give me open old set box and he say set box is brand new I say no if I purchased new connection I am only want to a new seld box

            Dear Sir/Madam, This is Soleman Khan and my address is Vill-Kashinathpur, PO- Chandaneswar, Ps-Bhangore, Pin-743330, West Bengal, Dist- South twenty four parganas. I have Upgraded one D2H Videocon Connection on 06/10/2015 through on line Purchase. The Order No.D2H[protected] As per their Terms & Conditions and confirmation the delivery & installation should be 24-48hrs. Executive come to in same time and installation product But Product not working properly, Executive said take Many time for Upgrade to HD, But till date the product not work. When I am calling to the customer care [protected], [protected], [protected] the executive is not giving any clarity. Also when I am asking them to cancel the order they are saying write a mail we will cancel after 1month. Kindly look into the matter, as the company may be cheating to other clients as well.               I have videocon D2h product from May 2014. ( Cust Id:[protected] Since first day i am facing multiple problems with this box. My box even got changed once. Now i am my writing this complaint as my remote is not working. This also happened earlier and Videocon gave me new remote for Rs. 350. Merely after 2 months the remote is not working again. I am extremely disppointed with these continual problems i am facing with this set top box.

                Hello Sir,

                This is with reference to the my videocard dth card number :- [protected].

                Our recharge was due today and after recharging worth 1 month, one of two setupbox in our home stopped functioning. After contacting your customer support toll free number, they said that it will cost you Rs 150 for the activation of this Videocon DTH.

                Earlier both were functioning well and after the recharge one stopped working and other was working well. The customer support team didn't provided us with a satisfactory reply and forced us to pay for the additional amount.

                Even after we recharge for the specified amount, your customer support team didn't started the DTH which is very irritating and annoying and such kind of service is not expected from such a reputed company.

                None of your advertisements of yours mentions that you will be charging us additional amount inorder to activate the services. We are highly disappointed with such atttitue of your customer response team.

                I request you to activate the above DTH service as soon as possible on the priority basis otherwise we will be compelled to lodge a complaint to Broadcasting and Cable Services, TRAI and into the Consumer Court, Bikaner.

                  My customer ID is :[protected]. I had relocated from Vashi to Chembur on 31st July and had paid the relocation fee of Rs 300 to the Vashi Service engineer. I had balance amount in my account and enjoyed uninterrupted service in Chembur for the month of August. On 10th September, I had recharged for the platinum HD pack for a month and within 15 days (25th September) I was disconnected of all channels. When I contacted customer care, I was told that since I had not paid the relocation charge Rs 300 were deducted from my recharge. After calling repeatedly and talking to 10 different supervisors, I was always assured that the amount would be refunded into my account within 8 hours or 24 hours. After a gap of 24 hours I would call back and after 3 days of no service on 27th September, the supervisor recharged my account with Rs 45 which was reflected in my account as negative indicating that I owed Rs 45. It has been 13 days of incessant calling, being put on hold endlessly and followed up by email to customer care but still I have not got any refund into my account. I had been told by the supervisors that they had verified that I had paid the amount to the vashi service engineer and the mistake was from their end but videocon just simply would not refund my due amount. This has been the worst service ever experienced. I am fed up and frustrated of their false assurances and request a refund of my amount at the earliest.

                    Recently I shifted to new house and placed a request for relocation.nobody came .its two weeks over.Videocon d2h service is very bad..I kept on calling them for 2weeks.. No body bother to resolve to it but I received an SMS statingvurvrequst has been resolved.then I asked them them to take a request for surrender.the next day u got a call from d2h eng I said it has to be reinstall first frm my old location then reinstall it at my new locationthe eng came to reinstall it and charged 300 frm me then he said I Ve to carry it to my new location and one more eng from that location will come to reinstall it.and I Ve to pay 300to him as well.when I first raised a request for relocation I was told only 330will b charged for relocation but I was not told that I Ve to 300 to both rng n I Ve to carry the antenna along with me.these customer representatives are really making the customer fool.they Donn have complete information regarding their product.when I asked for surrender procedure...they said they Donn Ve info regarding the surrender..I will get a call from backened team in 7days.i really disappointed with d2h videcon and their services..it was a trauma..i wilpublish this in news paper if my concern won't be taken care

                      I have tried contacting the customer care today(02/10/2015) on given 2 numbers-[protected] and [protected] but the mobile number is not working and the toll free number looks as if it gets connected but very soon i will see a call dropped message.I tried to get some add ons to my channel package.I have tried more than 30 times on these numbers but was unable to speak with customer service agents.It is so frustrating and I lost my patience.I don't think they deserve customers and very soon I may switch to another D2H service.

                        My customer I'd is 29204013, registered in the name of Rohit k modi. I suffered every time of recharge made. So last month (Aug. )30 I have called the customer care and asked for minimum recharge amt. For 1 month. The executive suggested me the gold pack of rs. 241/- for one month so I made recharge of rs. 241/-on 30Aug.2015 but on 15th sep. 2015 again service was disconnected. When I called the customer care and filed complaint against they not giving me the satisfactory solution. from last 15 days my TV set is off I called them so many time and always they are giving me a new complaint registration number. When I asked to talk with sr. Officer, he relplied that we will call u back. But they never. Please take a steps against such fraud service and make them refund my amount. or discontinue the service, take back their set top box, cancel my registration and refund my deposit.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I am subrattam kandi having customer id number[protected]. Recharged amount Rs-300/- through net baking at videocon website on 16th Sep 2015. At the time of payment the transaction conformation was not displayed due to server problem and the amount is debited from my account. The amount also not reflected in my videocon d2h account. After complain the customer executive suggest to wait for 36 hours it will reflect. After that when nothing happens I again contact to customer care d2h. And log a complaint having ID[protected] on 19th Sep 2015. And they will inform the recharge is unsuccessful and the money will refund within 7 working days. After 7 working day when nothing happens then on 29th Sep again contacted to customer executives and they again registered a complaint (ID[protected]. And the resolve time will be 30th Sep. but when there is no progress again I call to customer executive but they asking for transaction id. If I not give they will not refund my money. I dint receive any transaction id during recharge due to their server problem. They are playing with me to refund. I am very disappointed and harassed by customer executives Videocon d2h. Sir please suggests me to get my money back and they should not cheat other customers again.

                            Hello Sir/Madam, we are using Videocon DTH service recently we got a problem with service then we gave a complaint regarding that but the technician didn't came to my home to check and more than that he said everything in phone only without checking anything and also the service charges will be deducted from our account only but he asked us to give money by hand then we said no we don't give like that and come to our home check it and then tell us what was the problem. Eventhough he argued with us and then we asked the company to take complaint on that particular technician but they didn't take any action on him and also the service problem.I will give whole details about all those issues so you should solve our problem as early as possible.                               Sir, I am using Videocon D2H customer ID 56140202 since 2011 onwards. I have requested customer care at 17.30 hrs on 25.09.15 to shift D2H devices from Rajeev Nager to Vishal mitra park due to shifting of house articles and luggage. Two staff from Vediocon company arrived at 19.00 hrs. they taken DELIGHT CODE from me and given assurance that they will come and shift the above D2H on 26.09.15 morning stating that the office has been closed. I have once again requested to customer care (i.e. No. [protected]) at 14.00 hrs on 26.09.15. They told that your D2H was disconnected from 25.09.15 and their staff will come and attend shortly. But not come, so I have once again requested customer care at 18.30 hrs on the same date, but customer care on duty was used unofficial words and telling that it is not my duty. Further, he was also not giving proper reason for disconnection of the above said D2H. In view of the above, necessary action to be taken to the staff, who are involve the above matter and connection to be given immediately to my D2H.

                                  After paying ₹350 for exchanging new set top box company not resuming my service from tomorrow. Yesterday at 8-30 pm talked with supervisor Mr Dipak maru and told me that will resume in 8 hrs. At 8-45 am today talking with Mr. Ankit patel and again told me it will take 8 working hrs. Not resume service till now. Getting answer that he will understand.

                                  I am facing same problem. local area head name is Kunal singh. He just commit to replace set top box in 10 mins, and after 10 mins his phone was switched off..
                                  Customer care is such a waste of time in videocon d2h.

                                    Hi, I used the http://www.videocond2h.com/ portal for recharging the d2h. After paying the amount from bank portal it showed the network problem. But my money got deducted. I charged it for Rs.253 . I called the customer care also. He said the recharge amount was not reflecting . Again I recharged it from paytm.com and got it recharged. Please let me know the un-successful recharge amount will be credited back to my account?                                     I recharged my Videocon D2H account No.[protected] with 840₹ using Airtel payments Bank on Nov 3, 2020. My amount got deducted in Airtel Payments Bank Account and I received a transaction Id also. But D2H customer care replied that they have not received the sum. Please help me. I am uploading the screenshot from my phone showing transaction Id. Please solve my case.

                                        D2H cinema was activated without my permission and Rs. 60 was charged extra. When i called in to deactivate, the customer care representative said that it was done by mistake but as per company policy refund cannot be done. I want the refund or extra days and want to know why the D2H cinema was activated without my permission.
