    Hi, I recharged D2H for Rs 1212 for 6 months through PAY TM. The money got exhausted in 3 months and my services got disconnected. I have raised several complaints but I have not got a single call on the resolution. I also called several time but everytime you guys put on hold and I have to disconnect after waiting for 15 minutes. This is horrible service, this is how you treat your customers?         Dear concern, Already I told them that you people are giving us a Duplicate piece for us then you will tell to buy a new one. Later we will come to know both are Duplicate & Fraud Co., The thing is first we installed Model HD 2244-RF, it was superb but it was not working for our LED unit Clearly. I called more than 10 times to the company manager, service person, & all but not good response..later according to them we installed another model 4K-4001-UHD that remote is not working at all. The service person told that you have to go near to the set top box and operate for this model. After taking the second model Company people, you people took our older one that too in a free of cost & you will sell for another customer. Totally you people are misguided for us & cheated us.         Recently my Videocon LED TV JB32FM-B1A[protected] required repairs.
        I registered my complaint Call. No. PUN[protected]
        The service center sent a service engineer who inspected the TV and said that the TV would be required to taken to service center as the mother board was faulty.
        The TV was then taken to service center and repaired with assurance to return my TV in three working days. However the TV was returned to me.
        After one month, I had personally contacted and discussed the issue with Area Manager and Regional Manager. They assured me of penalizing the service center and return the repaired TV as soon as possible.
        I received my TV in working condition after two months in service center.
        I was asked to pay bill amount Rs.5900/-. Service center refused to give a proper bill receipt when asked for. The Area Manager has assured me rebate in the bill due to delay. I have not made payments due to this.
        The service center employee on 30.12.2015, entered into my home forcibly in my absence and removed the motherboard. I was on duty and when called refused to talk to me. However after some time he talked to me and fixed back the motherboard in the TV when i assured them of making payments.
        I am reporting this to appraise you about this incidence.

              I had received a call from [protected] on behalf of d2h service and ask me to Subscribe 12 months HD ADD-ON in just Rs999. To avail offer recharge your d2h id with Rs999. And after I recharge it and inform customer care the refuse me to start the service, they told me I was late to inform customer care as I had to inform within 24 of recharge. And did not active my service. So I lost my money to and also did not get the service actived. Also was refused to refund the payment. Cust ID 98598278

The person from company came & told that the set-top box should be changed & our person agreed. Actually We wanted high definition set-top box with FM remote, but he put a simple set-top box. We request them to change the box. But, now they are saying that we will not get the charge of simple set-top box. The amount of that box is 425/-. So, Kindly help us to solve this. Thnks & Regrds.                     Dear Sir, I will use the videocon d2h service since more then 3 years. each & every month i will face the many problems with set up box & dish also. mostly I will repair it with local cable operator with minimum charge or free (the cable operator charge is Rs. 20 to 50 Maximum). Today my set up box is not working. then I will call the videocon d2h customer care centre and they will reply me you have charged Rs. 150 & other charges will be extra. how ridicules this answer... because I will never use the local cable service therefore their service man will many times repair the D2H many times at free of cost. and I will face always set up box & dish also. they will give the poor Quality Set up Box & Dish. they will never give the yearly free service. when you will buy it, you have start the face the problems. videocon d2h have poor customer service. they will never give the satisfied answer. at-least yearly one service free is customer requirement. but they will never seen your problems. they will want only service charge & money. I will never recommended Videocon D2h to any other. never buy the videocon d2h it is so poor quality of Set Up Box, Dish & Customer Care Dept. they will never provide you at-least yearly one free service or better quality. I hope anyone see the review & never buy it.

                      We hv recharged our TV on 3rd Dec2015 @ 11pm, it worked for 2-3 hrs but since morning of 4th Dec.2015, it's not working. we hv called up the custmer care so many times earlier they're saying that fault at their side, but now saying that we hv to bear the engineer visit charges. now i m fed up by their behaviour.                         Dear sir, i am tired with them now i feel in India there no rule and regulation at all, i found no body have any fear for anything, MY ID[protected] And Name- Nisaraakaralli khan, i just fill a complain against them yesterday but today when a person come to me with a new setup box he was unable to set the network also took the money . first they had mentioned me the change will be 150+250. the 150 is for the engineer charge to give me more 3 month validity for engineer service and 250 is for the amount or charge of setup box. but when the engineer come to my house today he just said he is not going to do anything until i will not pay him 425. i paid him but when i call the supervisor he said you have wrong information the charges are the same 425. and if you will not pay we will not do anything also when i said i have the recordings and the TEXT messages he said you will get the refund on your account balance but i know they are not going to do anything. i need you to please take action against them it is totally wrong they are not following any rule. the local dis operator were better then them but because of digitization we are facing these who are just lying and taking extra money from the costumer and also not giving the right and good true information on time.

                          Sir, i had call at the D2H costumer care and i inform them i have to change my setup box, they informed me the charges and also the time, according to the rule they must be resolve my problem within 24 hours but i is more then 36 hours spend but nothing happen and when i called they said they have write a complain from me and now it will take more 24 hours to solve the the problem. as i know the rules it is ridicules that they get complain them self against there person it is not possible so that is the response i am complaining here i need you take response as soon as possible and ask them either to change there terms and policy and say the truth or else i will not pay anything for charges.

                          They are just wasting the time and giving the wrong information, they are breaking the law of RTI. always the information i am getting from them is prove wrong, third time when i called the supervisor said my sett up box will be replace whiting next 2 hours but still after spend 5 hours i didn't receive any reply . also the supervisor has hangup my call and when i ask next time when i call and get transfer that man said he didn't hangup and said you are lying. it is the worst thing which i ever herd. why do i hangup and call again to wait to get transfer while i know they are taking long time to transfer.

                            kindly convey my complaint to hire authority/officers. i am using videocon d2h from long time and pay the charges yearly. when i purchased the hd setup box you are providing the recording facility. i try for getting this facility by your service center, but i failed to get this facility and your service center is known about this. when i failed to get the recording facility and you are charging by my deposit amount, i didn't know about it. few days ago i received a call to add a channel that time i asked about my balance and charges. he told me about this that every month 30 rs. is charging for recording charges. this time other company is providing this facility free. but you charged by me when this facility is not used by me. kindly credit the amount which you have charged by me as recording charges. kindly tell me this time how many charges charging you for recording charges. because other company is not charging for this facility. i am a very old customer and not interested to change but if you charged falls charges by me i will think for it. tomorrow is last day as per your record so kindly tell me that you will credit this amount or not. thanks. sanjay paharya

                              Some days back I had ordered the Blackberry torch 9810 cell via D2Hshop.com. I received the product on 26th November, 2015 at 5.00 pm in the evening. After opening the sealed packet and inserting sim in the phone slot I found that it is not working. To check the sim condition I changed the sim but still it was not working. So finally I revealed that the sim slot of new phone is not working. Instantly I complaint my problem to d2hshop.com.                                 I had purchased videocon d2h on 2 Jan 2015 with 12 months of new diamond pack (plus 1 month free subscription). On 16 Nov 2015 my service got expired. I called customer care and came to know that because of d2h cinema, service was expired before 3 months. D2H cinema service started without my knowledge/confirmation and due to which my yearly package got expired 2 months (plus 1 month free) before. Complaint number[protected]. Cust ID:[protected] Called cust care on 16, 19 and 23 Nov, but of no use. Talked with floor supervisor, team lead..total time waste.. I never got SMS regarding activation of d2h cinema service. Customer care is totally useless, bakwaas... Expecting a refund and not this reply "As per our investigation, please be informed that, there was a clear consent received from your registered telephone number regarding the activation of D2H Cinema. However, as per your request we have already removed this add-on from your d2h account". --unsatisfied customer.

                                We would like to inform you that Add On d2h cinema was activated on basis of IVR call done from our end on your RTN [protected] on Feb 5th 2015th 2015 at 4:04 pm having call duration of 23 Sec & after receiving confirmation prompt from your end same Add On was activated on Feb 6th 2015, since then we have not received any request for deactivation of this Add on from your end, however same has been cancelled now on Nov 17th 2015 as per your request & please be informed we cannot process for any waiver/credit from our end in this case.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, Today 21/11/2015, I purchased a new Digital DTH Connection through online http://www.videocond2h.com.I got the set up box delivered and the connection has been given. But the remote that had been given is an old and used one.It was very disappointing such a reputed company doesn't have a protocol to check what they are delivering to the customer.                                         Dear Sir, Previously my D2H was mount on the balcony grill for which Videocon charged me around 400-500 rs during the installation of D2H on the grill by using grill mount tool. After my relocation, i placed a request for re-installation of D2H on my new flat. On 17th Oct Videocon team came for the un-installed of D2H from grill and did the installation on terrace of my new flat but they didn't returned the mount tool for which they charged me 400-500 rs as grill mount support tool is not required for the installation of D2H on terrace. I followed up with the enginner to get my grill mount supporting tool back but he was very rude while speaking and not accepting that he has taken the tool. I have spoke multiple times with the Videocon team since 20 oct but no resolution provide till now. My customer ID –[protected] Complaint no[protected]
