My customer id is Cust ID:[protected]. There has been a problem with the service, no signal issue, the same was raised with customer service on the 15th of December. ( WOID[protected] The issue has not been fixed as yet, I am now moving to a different service provider, so want a refund for advance made as well as their set up box and dish charges, I want them to take it back.
This problem is consistent with all dth providers, they will not use another dth providers dish or set up box, we have to pay for it and yet not use... this is a consumer friendly approach, why should consumers bare the charges for deficiency of services by the service providers.
