If some service provider wants to be a good satellite box TV signal provider, then his service engineer should visit the site, within next 4 hours, as the customer's are unable to view television.
But here is a case with me, with Videocon D2H, who are not sufficient enough, to service at customer location even in 2 Business days.

My Customer id is[protected]. We are facing a lot of inconvenient service from Videocon d2h and thinking to drop the connection in response to the quality/way of service you are providing.
On 02/11/2015, as we were facing ‘Signal Not Available’ issue in our television, we have registered the request for Service Engineer’s visit. The end time of the ticket was around 8.15 pm on 02/11/2015.
I called to customer care on 02/11/2015, as Engineer was not visited. They have closed the previous ticket and opened a new one for 03/11/2015.
On 03/11/2015, Tuesday, I have escalated the ticket number of times, by calling customer care. Someone from the team, said, the engineer in your area is on leave and will attend tomorrow. I have registered a complaint for this[protected], demanding the service on today itself. But, I got a call back from no. 080 – 4203 3731, shouting on me that, why I have raised the complaint.
Later he said, give me a Unique Code, which is necessary, without which they can’t come to site for servicing. Once, I have given him Unique code, he escaped, taking no further action.
Though Videocon d2h has an SLA of 24 hours, for service engineer to visit the site, in the entire 48 hours window, with lot of escalations/complaints going also, the service engineer has not visited the site.
One more thing is, for customer service, we are able to call to[protected]toll free) in the beginning from the registered no, but not later. Once, it say ‘the number not exists’, I tried to call it from another alternate number, through which I was able to call customer care successfully. You people are purposely blocking the toll free call through registered number.
We don’t want this type of service to us or to use some brand, which is demonstrating this type of Image. If we are unable to view our television, due to your inconvenient services, then for this in pleasure, If we put you a fine, then it is Rs. 10, 000/- from out end, for the inconvenient services, if we can do by putting in Customer Courts, in violation of the service SLA.
Going further from next month on-wards, we will evaluate whether to use your services or not!

Updated by mdashfaq11 In my handset, there was no unattended calls today. Also, as communicated by engineer, he told he is coming within 1hr by 10.30 am.
Then again as per his information, my cell was not picked, around 12.30 pm is wrong, if he dialed correct no/rtn.
Anyhow, fine that the services was completed around 5.30 pm today and the signal was proper. But, as discussed with senior supervisor and ticket raised, for refund in monthly usage charge, for these days, due to non visit of engineer, is yet to be actioned.
I request the team to work and attend the tickets, within the provided time frame.
