It is shamefull thing for a long time no response from your side and from your service center . Whenever I call to Mr Chander shekhar he did not reply my call and with my name he disconnect the call .
You have told me many times your problem will be solved within two days but more than 55 days over .May I go to consumer court now because no otherway to get solution.

Plz do the needful for the same.

I (Ashok Kumar) have complaint (complaint Id is -GHA[protected]to customer care on 6th Jan.2011.On 8th January 2011 Mr Dinesh came to my house to check the battery and told us Battery will be replaced because it has 15 minutes Backup only .After that I contact to Mr Anuj ([protected]) he told me I will replace the battery after 15 Days because no stock and told me he will get from Agra .No response from Takecare India Private Limited C-98,Lohia Nagar , Ghaziabad (UP) phone no[protected]. After that I contact to Mr. Chandra Shekhar ([protected]) But Mr.Chandra shekhar told me I will see. Almost 45 Days are over there is no response from Takecare India Private Limited C-98,Lohia Nagar , Ghaziabad (UP).

Plz suggest me on that case otherwise i will go to consumer court for the Same.

I am also sending all the documents attached with this mail.

    I bought a videocon mobile model no V1675 IMEI no [protected] .

    Within 5 weeks i started facing problem in the mobile with illumination problem of keypad hang.
    then I give for service on 10 august 2010 .after 4 dyas they gave me it return but after few days
    I suffered again from that problem.DC No.AHM-DC-0001365
    AFTER that gave again on 8 feb 2011 but this time they give only dates not my phone …

    And when I said to complaint about them they said you can complaint ..without any manners…
    Also I wanna complaint about Accel Frontline Service LTD. Ahmedabad they are giving Very bad service according to me.
    This is the worst experience i have had in my life.

    Please explain why it is taking so much time to resolve my problem?

    Provide me a defect free mobile as soon as possible otherwise i had to approach to consumer court for the same.

      Myself Vijeta Chauhan working with star news... We have Videocon D2H service and I have relocated my place to Navi Mumbai and I wanted to reinstall the D2H service at my present home...

      I have raised a complaint on 24th February 2011 at 9:49 pm and the complaint number is 31725025 and my work order number is 5008889... There is no technician as such which has come to resolve our problem.. The TAT of 48hrs has been completed but no reply..

      When ever I can the customer care (THE PUNE CENTER) these people give the reason of technical problem in the system.. Teamleader Puneet gives the time by 3:00 and the Manager Nikhil Ahuja gives the time by 5:30...

      Worst service and Disaster experience I have yet received from Videocon... My problem is not yet resolved... Serious Action will be taken soon against Videocon now...

      I haven't received any call and any technician coming at my place... Instead these Videocon People are messaging me that the complaint is resolved... Its a high time now and these natiest experience will have to paid by Videocon people...

        Dear Sir/Mam,

        I called customer care on 20.02.11 at around 6:30 PM and booked the movie "Love Sex & Dhokha" to watch on 22.02.11. When I switched on the TV to watch this movie on 22.02.11 at 6:00 PM, I was unable to watch as the message " E16-4: SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SCRAMBLED". Immediately I called the customer care at around 6:50 PM and lodged the complain (Complain No[protected]. After lodging the complain, the customer care person told me that I would receive a call from Customer care tomorrow (22.02.11) by 11:00 AM and the problem would be resolved. But on 22.02.11 till 3:50 PM, I didn’t receive any call from customer care. Immediately (On 22.02.11 at around 3:50 PM), I called the customer care team to know the status. In reply, the customer care person told me that the issue had yet not been resolved, work in progress. Once the issue gets resolved, you will get a call from customer care team and they will inform you that when you can watch the movie.
        On 23.02.11 also I didn’t get any call from the customer care, then I myself called the customer care to check the status. He again told me the same that the issue had yet not been resolved, work in progress. Once the issue gets resolved, you will get a call from customer care team and they will inform you that when you can watch the movie. After finding such poor response, I asked the customer care to lodge a complain (Complain No –[protected] regarding “Customer had booked the movie but unable to watch due to some technical problem, so recover the money in to my account.” He confirmed that by 25.02.11 at 2:00 PM the amount will be recovered in to my account.

        To confirm whether the amount has been recovered in to my account or not, I called the customer care on 25.02.11, I was told that “as the Customer has already have watched the movie, the money could not be refunded”. I was very surprise to listen such a dramatically statement. I asked the customer care team to forward my call to the department who has given this remark. They refused to do so.
        Note that – Since 21.02.11 to till 25.02.11, everday I found the same message on that channel screen that – " E16-4: SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SCRAMBLED"

        With this I am not worried about my just 25 Rs, I am more worried about –
        1. Should I book any movie hereafter, I THINK NO, NOT AT ALL
        2. Should I recommend any of friends/Relatives or any other to go for Videocon D2H Connection, I THINK NO, NOT AT ALL.

          please find my below complaint mails

          1st Mail:

          To,

          Whom ever it concerns,

          This is with regard to Videocon washing machine DIGI ATLANTIC purchased on 06th Feb 2010 from the dealer Kundan Electronics. Yelahanka Bangalore,

          Unfortunately after number of services the washing machine is still having a problem with wash tub leakage, Heavy noise during the dry mode

          please find the below complaints numbers booked through[protected]

          BAN [protected]
          BAN[protected] Water Leakage
          for which Mr Raju from Global Services Visited my house and telling they can only replace the wash tub, But it is highly unacceptable of his response, we don't want our washing machine repaired several times within a year, i would have accepted if it was a small defect, changing the wash tub is a major problem, so i don,t want this machine which has serviced several times within a year of purchase,
          So I Request the procurement team to please replace the washing machine as early as possible
          FAILURE TO DO SO WILL BE ESCALATED TO THE CONCERNED GOVT AUTHORITIES(Consumer Court, Jago Grahak Jaago)

          I would be very grateful if the prompt action is taken as early as possible

          2nd Mail:
          Whom Ever it concerns,

          Its been a 25 days, i am still not replaced with the new washing machine,

          This is the pathetic customer service i have ever seen.

          On 13/01/2011, the machine was taken to service by Global services team to replace the wash tub, they finally returned the same old defected condition which is unserviced and delivered yesterday (24/01/2011). I am literally fed up of making repeated calls to GLOBAL SERVICES, Bangalore

          Mr Narasimha Raju from Global Services team has ruined the condition of my washing machine, for the first time in the history of the electronic equipment which claims to be unserviced and given false commitment


          So i am legally intimating with this mail that, this will be my last warning if the swift action has not taken. I WILL BE FORWARDING THESE MAILS TO THE CONCERNED LEGAL AUTHORITIES to take a charge

          I dont want this unserviced machine, please deliver the Brand new machine as early as possible or else get ready to damage your GOODWILL through LEGAL CHARGES

          please take the necessary action on Mr Narasimha Raju for this unfaithful and neglected service

          Hello,

          Its been 2 1/2 months since i din't get the washing machine replaced, On 30th Jan, i was been promised from Mr Shah from Global services that, the machine will be replaced within 15 days, and its already closed to a month, i am fed of making numerous calls to Mr Shah, every time he says that it will be delivered soon within today, tomorrow and so on, and telling silly logistic problems
          We are suffering with a lot of problems without washing machine. And Mr shah is demanding the extra cost for replacing the New machine which is highly not acceptable. If there is no stock of our kind of Machine its not our problem. Its a productive scarcity of Videocon.

          I request the concerned team to please replace the washing machine without any further delays with swift action

            I am herewith sending the same, once again to the same organisation after 4 days .

            I became an unfortunate customer when I purchased Videocon Air conditioner on 28.02.2006.

            My agony continued when I entered into AMC called ’HAPPY CARE PLAN’ on 17.03.2010.The carbon copy of the plan is attached herewith. The cutomer is given only the carbon copy and the details are not clearly legible. However ,I reproduce the details below:

            1.HCP No.069688 dt. 17.03.2010. valid till 16.03.2011.
            2.Cheque no.346686 dt.17.03.10 for Rs.1544 (HDFC Bank)

            Against this AMC I had the service done on 01.04.2010(service call no.GHA [protected]) and on 24.06.10 (service call no.GHA [protected]).Both the calls were attended by your unprofessional service partner(?)HI-Tech Services.

            On 08.01.2011, I registered for a service call as the AC was not heating properly and was given the service call No.GHA [protected]. One Mr.Arvind from HI-Tech Services visited ,saw my AMC papers and called up his office to check the validity of the AMC. Then I was told that this No.is not punched in their system and someone has duped me.

            Then I called up your call centre to hear the parrot kind of reply without resolving the issues. I was left in the lurch in the hands o[censored]nprofessional people and with great difficulty, I got the number of one Mr.Rahul sharma([protected]) who claimed to be the Area Service Engineer .I requested him to verify how the earlier complaints were attended by them on the same AMC and how it has become fake all of a sudden? He replied saying that he will get back to me within half a hour .Alas.. he is yet to talk to me ..KUDOS.. to Videocon ‘S service standard.

            Now , I have already given my Air conditioner for repair to some other dealer on payment as I cannot shiver in cold waiting for Videocon to react.

            To be fair with you , I am giving you an opportunity to redress my complaint within 48 hours ,failing which:

            1.I will file FIR with Police for cheating as it looks similar to CITIBANK’s scam .If you are disowning your own AMC, Let the police investigate and book the culprits.

            2.Send this copy of the mail to all media and internet sites.

            3.File a case with Consumer Council and claim damages.

            Trust that you will respond.

            My mother purchased a Videocon fully automatic washing machine on 16/02/2010 from DIGI WORLD, ANKUR CHAR RASTA, AHMEDABAD. We were promised that the engineer from Videocon would come to our place in 24 hours and fix the machine plus give us a demo on how to use the machine.

            It's been 20 days GONE since we are still waiting for the engineer to come to our place and fix the machine AND SHOW US PRECTICALLY DEMOSTRATION. Every time we call Videcon service centre asking for demo they give a false promise that it would happen by EOD.

            My vedeocon washing machine is not working . I gave a complaint to customer care service no [protected] on 15.02.10. They informed me with in 24 hours their technician will be visiting my residance. They gave me complaint no vik[protected]. After waiting three daya again i made call to them. They appolised and said soon they will send the technician. After that almost everyday i made a calls to them and used to here same answer from them. on 1st march-2010 they told that, they have cancelled mycomplaint and taken new complaint with out giving any reason. Even after that also nobody called and visited my place. Now please advise me how to proceed further

            I had bought a Videocon A/C but now thers has been some problem in working of that A/C.

            The A/c was not working and we registered a complaint 3 months back. The complaint number is del [protected].. The complaint was registered in my name that is Mahesh kumar makhija..After repeated calls even after registering the complaint they visited us after 2 days. They charged us 2500 without repairing the A/C and told us they will come next day because of some part of the A/C is at fault. And that day never came. Till now it has not reached us. Repeated calls result in our calls not being picked up or being told that the faulty is still yet to come and it will reach us in 2 days, or 1 week or so on and so forth. But till now the elusive d-day has not arrived!

            I again called up the call centre hoping that they would connect me to someone higher up but was told that there was no-one higher up whom I can talk to there and again they had given us the new complaint number which is del [protected] in which the new point was added of charging rs. 2500 and still the A/C was not repaired and they had also opened the other parts of it . I was told that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours but again there has been no action.

            Today again I called up the call center to check the status only to be told again that someone will attend tomorrow. When asked to speak to someone higher up i get the same parrot response "No ma'am there's noone here and the only route for resolving the issue is the customer care route"

            It is extremely frustrating that a complaint lodged nearly 3months ago is not yet resolved. The poor response by the call centre compounds to this. I really dont see the point of having an A/C at home that has not worked through the entire peak summer.

            I'm not sure again if this mail is being read by anyone who can do anything about the situation but would like to know what should be my next course of action.

            they should close the d2h division, so people wont make HOPE on videocon d2h, the hopeless company now. People make faith in VideoCon now ...u can see most of people like me going to avoid videocon and advice other people not to take the d2h connection atleast from this company
            i have purchased videocon D2H in march.Faulty installation by videocon engineers resulted into uprooting of dish on 25 th june. even after 16 days. they are not responding to any of my complaints.please help me.

            We purchased a washing machine before 8 months and now the motor is damaged. Reported to the customer care but the response is very poor.
            Very Poor service. I am trying get my Refrigerator repair for last one month but they are like . they say we are coming today tomorrow. etc. They took money from me as they repaired one but it worked for a single day only.

            I've been trying to reach the customer care since 2 days on the number displayed but i'm not able to reach them.
            They are the fraud people which i've never come across. At the time of installation they provided brochure showing close to 160 channel. So i felt worth and purchased the device but later out of that i'm not sure even 100 channels are active or not. At the time of purchase i was addressed that changes are applicable to new customers but i yielded for the lies.. There is lot of technical problems in the device. The channel name does not match the channel which is brodcasted. As there wish keep shuffling channels to the active directory. When asked call centre people say that it is due to internal reasons.

            So my sincere advice or suggestion anything you may assume plz don't go for D2H Products.

            have a Videocon Washing machine K5800 (Full Automatic). Which is out of warranty.

            I booked a complain KOL[protected] bcoz my washing machine was malfunctioning, it was always draining the water.

            Mr. Debraj (service engineer) came on 17th January 2011 and checked and told me it is fixed.
            It takes about 50 mins for a complete wash so I told him to go and did not check in front of him.
            The total bill was 450/- (300/- service charge + 150/- outlet pipe change).

            I tried to wash on the next day and got the same problem,
            I called the local service center number[protected] and told the madam the problem. She assured that it will be fixed again free of cost.

            No one come to me and I called again and again[protected] and [protected] (Debraj).

            Then I booked another complain KOL[protected] on 4th Feb.
            No one come to me. When i checked with the call center today (9th Feb), they are telling me that the compalin number is closed as completed.

            UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE FROM VIDEOCON.

            now i have a new complain number KOL[protected].

            Let see..

            I dont know who can read this complain.
            But my suggestion is to think before buying the product, only buy products of that company having good service network.

            Videocon D2H gives worst service... Do not go with it...... Fake Commitments and the customer service people are not even educated to resolve the problem... Only can put the customer on hold after every 10 secs for 30 secs 45 secs..... Useless service....

            Very poor service.
            It's very much correct. These don't turn up at given time or day. I am still waiting for the engineer to come and repair my fridge. It's more then 2 weeks they have not come. There complaint resolution sucks. They just keep the complaint for 2 days and in 2 days time if its not resolved( even if the mistake is from there end) they cancel the request and ask us to reopen it.

            videocon d2h service is very poor aur inka backend to usse bhi bura hai installer to time dekar aate nahi hai aur kehte hai ki service bahut achhi hai time dete hai aur aate nahi
            I have taken service from Videocon d2h since about 3 years back. Every year in monsoon in normal cloudy atmosphere it not working. i have complained last time also. Now they are every time asking for Engineer&#039;s visit charge. Except they cable all are working with good result. I explained them in detail. I have phone call recorded with their assurance to record the call. I agreed to pay double if it&#039;s my fault. But they are not convinced. So I hereby request to give me justice so that at least they will not cheat other customer. I should get money back with interst for product.

              I have purchased, semi automatic washing machine on 2-5-2010. Within 1 week the washer chambers all screw came out and the lower plastic plate was floating. We gave the complaint to the dealer. One technician came to fix it. After that I went abroad. But since that time soon after the purchase its washer is moving very slow and making noise in the beginnig. On 12-Feb-2011 I visited the dealers show room Vijay Radio Electronics Dadar Mumbai 400028. and made complaint. Complaint no. MUM [protected]. One Technician Mr. Pramod visited and change the rubber, and said that now there will be no problem. But to my surprise when we filled the washer section with water and clothes it was not moving or rather moving very slow. Again I made complaint on 22-Feb-2011 with complaint no. MUM [protected]. The same technician Mr. Pramod visited to check the machine on 23-Feb-2011 and said that need to change the bearing and some parts. I am absolutely not satisfied with this machine and request you to kindly replace the machine as early as possible before I initiate any further action. This is a faulty machine and must be changed immediately. I am also using the whirlpool machine since last 10 years but never got any problem. I feel your machine quality is a cheap one. Please note. All my family members are not happy at all with this juck machine.

                I have subscribed for videocon d2h connection for their "GOLD Package" for 15 months in Jan-2010. Now i called to videocon d2h customer care to get add-on service (to add some extra channels by paying extra amount for same).
                Now, their customer representative told me that you will have to change your package to "NEW GOLD Package" from your exisisting "GOLD Package" to get add-on services. They charge Rs.150/- extra to change package from GOLD to NEW GOLD then only you can avail facility of add-on.
                After one year if company revise & change theri packages by giving new names to their packages. Its not customers fault and company should give facility to provide add-on service for customer having old package.

                        Hi,

                        I purchased the entry level model of the Videocon CTV three years ago for Rs 5,500. The TV ran without much trouble since last 3 years, however couple of months ago, the colours went for a toss and had to get it repaired by the Videocon after sales guy, who changes an IC and gave me a bill of Rs 1000. The damn thing had a 1 month warranty. In 40 days, the IC went kaput again. The repair guy came, inspected and said he'll try and get me some discount on this IC as it was replaced just a little while ago. Then he just went away never to contact me again. Now my dilemma is if I run my TV in this condition, I may end up blowing my picture tube which the guy told me would cost another Rs 4500 to replace. Imagine paying Rs 1000+1000+4500 for a three year old Rs 5500 TV. On top of all this the guy was trying to sell me annual maintenance of Rs 837 which would cover all parts. He also said that such issues are non existant in their Higher end TV. Does that mean that we are lesser customers. My earlier Onida TV went on and on for years till I dumped it , not the least for any such issues. Videocon products quality is poor Don't know if after this, I'll buy their high end products ever!

                        Hi,

                        I launched a complaint regarding my videocon 160Ltrs refrigerator in the athorized service center a week back. I have been waiting for the technician to come and look at my problem. Whenever I call them they say that they are sending their technician and sometimes that they are short of the parts and that is why technician is not coming.
                        All I want to tell you that the service so far I have got is ridiculous, false promises and totally negative response.

                        Please help!!

                        I bought automatic washing machine from Videocon. Under warranty the mechanic was called every week. Therefore the machine worked only three days in a week. This continued for one year and finally they changed the machine. Now the mechanic comes every fortnight and the machine works for 20 days in a month. You need to place a complaint in the service centre for five times and call their office 2-3 times and call the mechanic ( whose number is given by call centre ) five times to get one repair. You are virtually busy for 5 days twice in month even after paying an hefty AMC.
                        Videocon would die its own death soon

                          I feel cheated by this company!. They made me by a installation voucher of Rs 300 apart from the GLk-990 and made me call the customer service for installation. They even gave me a Customer ID and work order number on 10Jan 2011. The installtion is not done yet and i have been following up with them every week. Each time the customer service representative gives me a new customer number which comes automated to my cell number and after 2 days one more sms comes mentioning that my complain have been successfull attended to and completed also!!! whereas I have been waiting for the last 6weeks for installtion to happen!!!!

                          I feel Videocon is cheating me as they are unable to provide their service at my area. In that case they should refund my money an close the deal. Is there anyway i can take them to the consumer court. Such companies should not be floating in the markets as it is the reputation of our country.

                          Pls advice. thanks much for your help.

                            I had purchased a Videocon refrigerator from Pai International Jalahalli Bangalore in Dec-10 but it's base was bent at the time of delivery itself.
                            next day I have logged the complaint and my complaint ID# BAN[protected]
                            and I'm being committed for replacement every time I call to Videocon and
                            also I have sent many mails to customer support but nothing is working they have proved the level of their customer support because I have never experienced with such company in the past I have done a mistake choosing Videocon product.

                                1.The company issued a scheme for the consumer in 2005 that when the y will buy 34” videocon colour Tv the company will give the customer 32” LCD Bond with free of cost to the customer.

                                We had purchased 2 nos 34” Videocon colour tv from the company through bill attached, till date the company did not issued the LCD.

                                2. Videcon issued ano the r scheme in 2009, last year that when the customer will buy videocon Ac, the company will provide free Mobile set to every buyers. The company rejected 4 forms of our customer and VIRGIN Mobile was not handed over to the customers.

                                Since last 2-3 years the company has failed and at last we have approached your Hon`ble authority to please help us, as because the company is fully responsible in providing wrong publicity and advertising. Company has totally refused.

                                The customer as well as the dealer like us are suffering from unnecessary harassment. One side company offers to promote the ir sales on the o the r side the company is failed in fulfilling the commitment. Hence the company has created monopoly over the schemes and making fool to the consumers. This is the violation of ASCI act promoting false advertisement and wrong schemes to the Indian buyers. and booking the profits in company accounts showing the advertisement expenses and cheating to indian buyers.

                                  We purchased D2h from one of the dealers of Videocon D2h at a price of 1390/- on 30.12.2010 It was promised by the dealer that there is an offer for providing Super gold pack free of cost for a period of 4 months along with the initial purchase.

                                  Now after merely 1 month, from the call center of D2h we I am continuously getting calls that the subscription was only for one month and has expired on 30.01.2011. They are asking to pay us and get the recharge else services shall be discontinued w.e.f. 04.02.2011.

                                  On contacting the Dealer, he is saying that the compailnt has been forwarded to Videocon whereas from Videocon call center we got the feedback that the dealer has given us the wrong set-top box and they are not responsible for the same.

                                  Please help.

                                    Sir,
                                    I have purchased one sim card of videocon from a retailer in my name and with my valid id proof which had been started and which I had used for about 2 months.
                                    But my number got sudden closed without any proper information like any massage or any call from the company about the disconnection.
                                    when i call to any no. i listen that to resume service please contact customer care and when i have contacted customer care i got several replies like the sim will be started in 4 hours & you have a negative verification please deposit your documents again & at last on the same day they told your no. will not be started again.
                                    My no. was [protected] and it had the balance of Rs 77.00. I also have given the documents again for getting that number started.
                                    So, I request you to please help me out what I have to do with this case.

                                      Hi,

                                      I bought Videocon VC1425 handset, within month i faced problem with the handset. I gave that mobile for servicing in videocon authorized service center, they told that it has mother board problem after one month they returned the handset then also i'm facing the same problem. I wont take any product from the videocon brand.
                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I transfer sim Bsnl to videocon COmpany My Mobile No. [protected] & depoist the All Form & Id but Company disconnect the this Number i call customer care that Company Say no Contionun this Number But My Number is Very old I am Start this number please slove this problem
