I Jamrool Sadear having videocon no. [protected] has been cheated by the company as since the time i have bought this sim card it is still not activated.
Everytime i go they ask for my documents and inspite of submitting the said documents atleast thrice still all in vain.
The company is not giving me the refund which i paid for the sim card n neither my documents back.
I dont think Company has got the right to hold back...

I bought new SIM of Videocon on 3rd March, 11. on 5thMarch I received SMS regarding Activation request is successful.
There was network hardly for few minutes yesterday since I received Welcome message. After a week I received SMS saying service has been deactivated as documents are not submitted.

I AM USING VIDEOCON SIM SERVICE SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS. IN THIS MONTH, I HAVE RECHARGED MY ACCOUNT BY 97 RS ON 6TH MARCH AND I GOT RS 110 /-. ON 7TH MARCH , I FOUND DEBIT OF RS 30 FOR ACTIVATION OGF CALLER TUNE, FOR WHICH I NEVER APPLIED. ON 8TH EVENING HOUR, AGAIN I FOUND DEBIT FOR SONG . I'm having Videocon mobile (V1306) I'm facing the problem, While making a call or sms etc.. the display back light is blinking have reported to MOBILE REPAIR CENTER-RT CHENNAI (InTarvo) on 18/12/2010, case attend by Engg ,Mr SADHU SUNDAR.

even after paying the required instllation fees and other requirements ....the videocon d2h dish has not been installed ...on calling the required customer care cerntre the only thing i get is the complain no. but with no action on the ground.the other service providers like tatasky and airtel install the equipment within 24hours of the purchase , no boby at videocon knows any thing about where my installation fees money has gone ....i feel...

i had made payment online for rs 1590/- to videocon d2h for instalation of satelite tv.

Dear sir,
It is shamefull thing for a long time no response from your side and from your service center . Whenever I call to Mr Chander shekhar he did not reply my call and with my name he disconnect the call .
You have told me many times your problem will be solved within two days but more than 55 days over .May I go to consumer court now because no otherway to get solution.

Within 5 weeks i started facing problem in the mobile with illumination problem of keypad hang.
