I am looking for a solution to this problem (videocon D2H complain no.[protected]?
19th Feb - I have paid Rs. 150/- to a dealer for recharge (gold package Rs. 150/- month) , got message for recharge confirmation , next due date : 26th mar’11 ( Dealer address Rewari ,Haryana , Ph no. [protected] )
16th Mar - I have paid Rs. 500/- through on line (gold package Rs. 150/- month) , got message for recharge confirmation , balance as on 17th mar’11 in my account :around Rs. 550/-
- On 28th Mar – I came to know that you have wrongly deducted Rs. 150/- from my account & my account balance remains is only Rs. 360/- instead of around Rs 500/- – why ????????- kindly explain & resolve ?
Dealer says he is not at fault , i got the confirmation message after recharge , which is correct ?
You are saying , you have made deduction correctly on some body else complain (oxigen system in this case as per your mail ) without bothering to check with me ?
Ultimately i am the looser in this case ( Loss of Rs 150/-) – only mistake i have done is i have chosen Videocon D2H services ?
Chasing almost 5 times a day for this problem & lodge official complain as well to d2h cust care. suprisingly mail recd today from cust care that they have deducted this amount on request of Oxigen system , whom i dont even know . my question is how can you deduct from account on 3rd party complain (oxygen system ) in this case without even bother to check with me , what is the control you are exercising ? on top of that you have written a mail to me to contact oxygen system to resolve this problem - whom i dont even know .i need immedaite solution to the problem & also compensation of mental harrasment & time lost by calling you almost 5 times a day almost every day ?
