I have some problem in my LCD,So For that I have made complaints around 7 time But I Have not get any satisfactory reply Yet.

      I have purchased a d2h LCD TV on 26.01.2010, but only after one year 2 month, the glass of the LCD fot detatched from the LCD set on it own and fallen down.
      I am very much surprised to see the quality of the product.

      After lodging a complain mail to their customer care services, they (d2h Service Center, Jodhpur Park, Kolkata) has contacted me and assured that they are sending Customer Care representative with new Glass on 26th and they had also assured that the replacement will be completely free of charge including the service. And the D2h fellow came and replaced the same and the existing glass was taken with him.

      I was surprised again after 1/ 2 day, when reminder sms as well as message in my LCD screen was coming from d2h, REMINDING ME TO RECHARGE THE ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY, whereas, I have already recharged on 22nd April, for which I have to get non-interuppted service upto 18th May. I have contacted immediately to the Customer Care and came to know they have charged my account for Service Charge of Rs.200 for replacement of the Glass on 26th. I have asked for any other charge is pending or not in addition to that 200, but the representative could not tell anymore. This is simply CHEATING.

      I'm in doubt, whether the service of d2h should be continued for me or not...I'm very much disappointed after getting this type of service of cheating from this company...

      Please note my d2h service is blocked since today morning. I want to make it clear that until & unless, the issue will not be cleared, I will not pay single penny.

      Videocon D2H has something wrong with LCDs after 1 yr 2-3 months...as videocon d2h has only 12 months warranty after that there product can experience any kind of a fault which you would never other wise expect in normal circumstance...
      like here the panel automatically fell off 2 months after the warranty period...

      in my case the panels light bulbs supposedly got fused and so there is a blue vertical strip...according to a technician they sent -- the cost of the panel replacement is equivalent to my purchasde price of this LCD...

      This is the weirdest it could get...

      Never buy a Videocon D2H satellite LCD ever...worst LCD in market coming with an Indian brand tag of Videocon...
      After the free (fightful) replacement of the glass from d2h on 26th April 2011, the new glass again detatched and now I am in pain to see my LCD of value Rs.16000/- and of only 1.5 years.
      I'm actually fed up, and don't expect anything from this cheater company. Even day by day they are increasing monthly top up card value. But exerting poorest service in comparison to other service providers. I have already lodged a complaint through their customer care (vide complain no.[protected] regarding non-getting service and getting screen showing 'Technical Error'.
      Although till now I didn't lodged complaint for cover glass detatching issue.
      I might be in situation to scrap the LCD within few days.
      My request to this consumer complaint forum to take necessary action against d2h. Otherwise they will continue to cheat uncountable Indians, using a Indian brand 'Videocon'...

      After completing 5 months of replacement (free but fightful) of above mentioned glass, the replaced glass also detatched from the LCD body.

      Now what to do? To return the same to the MD of the company? or to throw off to dustbin?

      In addition to that service of the same is too poor, in spite of increasing the monthly top up charge day by day. Even today I lodged a complain for showing TECHNICAL ERROR, in spite of TV channels (complain no.[protected].

      Really I was cheated by purchasing this LCD.

      Request to Consumer Complaint Forum to take necessary action against this company.

        I had my first interaction with Videocon D2H on Wednesday 20/4/11.
        I Purchased the D2H DVR and was informed that the installation ans service would resume in 24 hours.
        I was also promised a 1 month free offer whereby I would have access to the Platinum HD Package after which i would need to recharge.
        After making the purchase calls made to check the status were all in vain. They kept asking me to contact the Dealer for more details when the purchase was made directly though them. After several calls and follow ups i was able to get hold of a number that would send across technicians to fit the unit.
        That was just the beginning of a whole new problem.... The unit was installed on Friday.
        The technicians informed me that the channels would resume in an hour and would be free for the first 30 days, as promised by the telephone advisor who walked me through the online purchase.
        The service was not started and I was later informed that the offer has expired so i will need to recharge.
        Having Lost 1 month of viewership and stuck with a box that does not give any channels, I contacted My Local Dealer Cosmo Electronics for a recharge.
        I recharged for 2300.... but my balance shows only 2200... Customer service stated that they were able to see the recharge of 2300... and were unsure of why the balance shows 2200... Customer complaint number 37745280.
        To add to all the mess..... They cant even spell my name right for which they raised another Customer complaint. While I wait for my Box to start someday... I would Advise You Please do not Purchase Videocon D2H Service it is pathetic.... Especially if you are making the purchase online... because they themselves dont know what they are doing.......

            On 15/04/2011, I received a message from V-Live at 9:00 am saying "Thank you for subscribing Caller tune" and Rs.30/- was deducted from my account. However, I did NOT made any call nor sent any SMS to subscribe for caller tune. So, after receiving this message, I called 50000 to deactivate, but could not understand anything. So, I called your 121 helpline but could not understand anything. i request to you please kindly deactivate this service as soon possible.I have posted this complaint on their site also but still no response...and this is the case with many people..plz help

            Videocon has looted me as without my notice they activated my caller tone an deducted my 60 rupees
            On 26/12/2011, I called 198 to deactivate, but could not get proper response.               On[protected], I made a call at customer care center and asked for freezing of my connection as I had shifted from Panchkula to Chandigarh and for procedure for relocation of my D2H connection as I had to go out of station for 20-25 days and no one was available at home. The executive attended my call and said that you will recive an SMS with regard to your request and told me as and when i am available at home and the minimum balance of Rs 300-00 plus is maintained then on making request for relocation,the engineer will come on the same day or a day after and the dish will be installed. The charges of Rs 300-00 will be deducted from the account.
              I received an SMS immediately after disconnecting the call and the massage was only about balance of my account. I was of the view that my account is freezed and they have sent the balance of my account.
              Now on[protected], i was shocked to receive an sms stating that my account balance is low. I made a call at customer care on[protected] but the executive did not paid any heed to my request. They are saying your request is not recorded so we are helpless. I made them remind that if it was so then on what basis you have sent the massage regarding balance of my account. As per your practice and my experience I have never received an sms regarding balance showing figures.
              Thus by the careless attitude of Videocon D2H employee I was made to suffer loss of my whole account balance which was more than Rs 300-00 and huge mental agony. I came back on[protected] and I was supposed to make a call for relocation but this attitude is very allarming and this practice of private cable DTH service operator needs to be called of and the licence are supposed to be cancelled and they be burdened with heavy costs.

                i am having d2h product installed at my home at 47 bachitar nagar patiala, which is delers demo and was free. now i got shifted on account my transfer at noida (G B Nagar )U P and asked the customers care tel. no [protected] to get my connection shifted to my new place NOIDA. they asked me to make at least Rs 400.00 deposited in the existing account ( cus. ID 43955 )to get the connection shifted to NOIDA.then immediately on 13th april i deposited Rs400.00 in my customer ID 43955 and requested the customer care to get my connection shifted.they gave me complaint no 36720343 and assured me to get the connection shifted within 24 to 48 hours.on 14 th april i enquired the status of my coplaint then they said that connection can not be shifted being dealers demo.
                now i ask you why tehy had got deposited Rs 400 from me if the connetion wqs to to be shifted,anyhow now if they have got deposited the money by ignorance then why shold i suffer for Rs 400.00 as now they are saying that neither the connection can be shifted nor the amount deposited be refunded.
                surprisingly they have refused to get restarted the connection at my origional place ie Patiala Punjab..
                from above it is crysta cleaqr that yoiur company is harrassing the customers and is not doing any thing in the intrest of customers.
                you are therefore rwquested to look into the matter and do 5he justice to refund me the amount of Rs400.00 got deposited wrongly.

                  This is Sangeeta Dubey.First of all I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for the kind of service you are providing to your customers.

                  I was very happy to receive my ordered product SANSUI 32' LCD within no time. But to my surprise Iam really struggling hard to get my VIDEOCON D2H Installed. Even after fulfilling all the required procedures Iam unable to get it done . Iam a working lady and staying alone. I come back home only after 2.30pm .and we at our work place are not allowed to carry Mobile phone, in that case it becomes difficult for me to attend any of your calls during this time period.I already have registered a complaint on phone on 14 April 2011 in this regard and requested to call me after 3.00pm. Till now nothing has been done. Iam really very disappointed and feeling helpless. On phone Iam always told by your service representatives that they will definitely help to solve my problem.Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                    Previously I have got so many promotional messages and calls and some time even deduction of balance. In order to avoid all this I have activated the DND service on 01.03.11 @ 6:38 PM by sending the message START DND. After one minute I have got message stating “Dear Customer, We have received your request for preferred communication. We will get in touch with you within 24 hours”. Alter contacting to customer care of videocon they told me that you have to wait for 45 days and service will be activate after 45 days.

                    Since the process of promotional messages and calls did not stop even after 45 days and customer care executive is saying that the service is not activated on my no.

                    Please advise me how to stop all this non sense.

                        We, Brothers Enginees & Erectors Ltd, C/O Indiabulls Power Ltd, Amravati has purchased one unit Videocon window AC 2 Ton from M/S Vakhariya Associates, Sales & Services, Amravati on 18.10.2010. This Machine is frequently giving some forms of troubles and we were informing M/S Vakhariya Associates and they were attending it. In between the Micro processer ( IC Card) is also replaced once. Now in this hot summer, again troubles started.

                        Will you kind enough to call back the machine and pay back the cost so we can go for somer other reliable product.

                          I Dikshit Panchal staying in silvassa i have purchased videocon television on "23/05/08" , model – 34 jumbo ,bill number : "350" and the agency is mili electronics

                          I’ve taken jumbo 34 and with that I have been told at the end of 3 years you will receive plasma 32 inch . In that case you only need to pay us transportation cost and you will receive the television with out paying any other cost ( as per terms and conditions ref . no . 12 mentioned in the entitlement certificate.) this certificate says that u only have to pay transportation cost.

                          We have received the bond after 2 years from the date of purchase of television and the reason said by the company was ( it is not dispatched from the company ) and the dealer also mentioned that you will receive the television after 3 years by only paying the transportation cost .

                          And about the product jumbo 34 from the day we bought this television its remote control is not working properly and we complaint many times but there were no changes to that complain. And the screen of television is having problem and that too also is not resolved.

                          And dealer also told us that after paying 4980 + 400 + 700 you will get the low range of 32 plasma tv , where you will not have remote control with it.

                          So is this your company strategy to sell ur product fast and make fools to your customer if this is the thing then better change your mission statement ““To delight and deliver beyond expectation…”: the end.. is this a kind where you delight and deliver your customer .


                          kindly do the need full or the same complain can go to consumer complaint agency ... do as soon as possible.

                            Im the unfortunate customer o[censored]r d2h product. My cust ID is 39567634. Aurangabad area.

                            I have purchased d2h product on 30/3/11 from a dealer named Arun electronics Aurangabad.

                            Im facing number of problems from day Ist. There is poor response from cust. care executive at call center as well as local service centers also. The cust. care executive (cell no [protected] not paying attendance on my complaint and ignoring my call from my cell no.. I have also called nodal officer on no. that u have provided on catalogue but he is also not picking a phone.
                            Dealer is not taking responsibility and saying 'my work is limited till selling only. I cant do anything if videocon giving poor service to you'.

                            Pl help me to resolve the issues that Im facing by fwd my mail to concern persons, otherwise I am thinking about to take the help from consumer forum desk.

                            I have been facing many problems, I tried to speak with customer representative but no proper response, from last two months my connection is not working properly.

                            my customer customer id is 3332338. According to me the service of this company is "very bad" when we inquire for new connection we get much of follow up but when we launch any complain no body entertain.

                            I am fed up with this worst system.

                              I have been getting satellite signals of all most all sports channels with other faltu channels till last week. i have been paying Rs 150/- for gold plan for the last one year. But last month i was asked to pay after 20 days. i recharged with Rs 150/- and the sprots channels including set max have been stopped. I would like to know that if this is due to some technical problems or change in policy.Can I watch sports channels in future with this gold plan? Kindly inform me.

                                  Hi I am using the Videocon d2h set top box. I have complaint on the customer care helpline many many times,about changing the package(New Gold Sports to New Gold Pack) many times but still till date 07 th Apr 2011 there is no response from the Service provider.I have lodged an complaint on 16th of March'2011 towards the changing the package and the same is still pending.
                                  I am surprise that after so many calls/reminders, I am not getting any support from your end and still suffering. The service was disconnected , not reciving channeles, channels are blocked while payment was done

                                    I bijal wife of Paresh J Dolia... have booked a Videocon D2H in name of my Husband Mr. Paresh . J . Dolia customer care id is 39929430 ,I have become a fool since I have booked it on 1-apr-2011 from jayam & co venkat nagar,kolathur branch bill no 276 . I got a sms on Sunday i.e. 3-apr-2011 that within 24-48 hrs someone form customer care will contact me. I got a call from told him my situation and he said he will make sure that today someone will install at 8 pm . I again called Mr Karthick ([protected]) who called me in morning when I was in my office attending a meeting with my boss . First time I disc the call , he immediately called me I disc the call . Then after sometime he called me again I attended his call. He said" am I speaking to Mr. prashanth .. I said "my husband's name is Mr. paresh and I m his wife. He said " I m on my way to ur home for installation ". I said I gave appointment on 2-apr-2011 for installation on a sunday, now no one will be at home so I requested him to come at 8pm. he said" I m already there" I said I can’t make it at this time and more over I was told that before anyone comes they will call me he said "I called u but u disc the line". and then he said "I will see if I can come and I will confirm by 6pm." but at 430pm I called him to check whether he is coming as my husband was leaving out of station wanted to drop him so wanted to confirm whether he is coming . He said "my work time is from 9am to 7pm and I will check if I m free I will call you by 6pm". Then I got a call from customer care executive from [protected]... A guy spoke to me and asked me whether d2h is installed, I told him my situation and he said he will make sure that today someone will install at 8 pm. I again called Mr Karthick ([protected])today at 630pm to check whether he is coming .. I just asked him r u coming today? He said "I m at customer place what can I do?" is this is professionalism... I m also working for customer care I never answer my customer like this... its a shame if these guys are doing customer service... pls hang yourself videcon... I m totally disappointed with the services within 4 days of purchase .. I should have bought airtel or dish TV

                                      I got free AirtelDigital Coupon on purchase of Sony LCD on 28/3/2011 from Jyoti Electronics Chembur showroom & on same day I recharge it with Rs. 750/- & AirtelDigital Customer Care Executive gave us an assurance to give connection within 24 hrs, & that 24 hrs has became 168 hrs, but no connection has been done till now.

                                      I have contacted Airtel D2H customer care 50 times regarding activation and customer number for my transaction for the Airtel D2H connection. I got very very worst answers from the customer care executives regarding that.. as well they are responding us as they will update it in next 1/2 hour which doesn't happened... I never experienced such a worst thing like this in my life.

                                      As I have bought this Sony LCD specially to watch World Cup 2011, because of Airtel D2H fake service we were unable to watch it.

                                      On 2nd April 2011, I made complaint in Airtel D2H Customer Care. Complaint Number 65766317. But no one responded.

                                      I contacted Jyoti Electronics Chembur showroom to inform that the free gift of Airtel D2H connection which they provided on Sony LCD is not yet installed. So they gave us a Sales Dealer Number. I had call them & that time they give me different answer that in Kharghar area their is some Installation problem from local public. But in our Society already there are 3 AirtelD2H connection done.

                                      I call Airtel D2H Customer care to Return my Amount which I have pay from ICICI Credit Card, & also I generated Cancellation ID for the Airtel D2H from ICICI customer care. But they are saying that they don't have Refund Policy.

                                      I have been with very worst experience during this process in my life.. This cannot be acceptable as the Airtel service providers are giving the confirmation and advertizing the best services.

                                      Now, let me know the right way to handle with this situation to install and activate my connection for Airtel D2H.... Its highly recommended a strict steps by the Airtel head / MD to handle this kind of experience and their staff for their services.

                                      Hope for a better assistance this time.

                                      NOTE: I PERSONALLY ADVICE EVERY ONE, PLEASE DON'T GO FOR ANY ONLINE SERVICES FROM ANY PROVIDERS AS THEY ARE THE BEST CHEATERS IN INDIA. PLEASE PREFER TO PAY ONCE EVERY THING IN PLACE OR AFTER THE ACTIVATION OF THE SERVICE.

                                      I have purchanged a Airtel D2H with yearly subscription o[censored]ltrapack (Cost: 4350 INR) on Saturday 25-Dec-2010. I have called Airtel D2H customer care 5 times regarding activation and customer number for my transaction for the Airtel D2H connection. I got very very worst answers from the customer care executives regarding that.. even they are responding like they will update us in next 1/2 hour and after calling an hour from last call, still getting the same answers... I never experienced worst thing like this in my life.

                                      Further contineous follow ups, I got customer id ([protected]) from Airtel D2H on around 1:00 pm and got to know that the installation guy will come to home for installation. I suggested the installation person to come at my home around 6:30 pm evening for installation as I will home at that time after my working hours. And now surpisely, I got a great answer from the person... It is about to dark so he is not comfortable for installation at that time.. even he is not come to our place as its too late for him... like this.. there are more rude answers from him..

                                      As I am working in day time so I must prefer the installation would be done in evening time and same I told to Airtel Customer care executive (Name: Gayatri) who has activated my D2H connection. She has confirmed me that in case the installation will not done on 26-Dec-2010, the person will come to my place for installation at 6:30 PM on 27-Dec-2010 bases on my request...

                                      I have been with very worst experience during this process in my life.. This cannot be acceptible as the Airtel service providers are giving the confirmation and advertizing the best services.

                                      Now, let me know the right way to handle with this situation to install and activate my connection for Airtel D2H.... Its highly recommanded a strict steps by the Airtel head / MD to handle this kind of experience and their staff for thier services.

                                      Few days back my caller tune has been stopped without any information. After that i received a message stating that Your caller tune has been stopped to activate to call so and so number . I called that number some told that They had some technical problem , He advised me to call the next day but they had been charged for that conversation its about Rs-12.00. But it has been re credited to my account on the day itself by the way i called the customer service agent. Again I called the next day to activate my caller tune, Some one picked up and still they have some technical problem he advised me to call back an one hour.

                                      Again I called one girl Rathika picked up the phone she had given the confirmation that my caller tune will be activated in an one hour .

                                      But today morning they activated some other song and they had been charged 30Rs as rental.

                                      But this is not song which i activated before. I tried to ask these things nobody responding me they had been put me on 20minutes without any solution and now the great thing is they have blocked me to call customer service agent .

                                      I want to know the reasons for the below issues...


                                      * Why they stopped my caller tune...?

                                      * Why they had not been given the solution for my queries which i already many times the same has been notified to the cs agents ....?

                                      * Why they blocked my number to reach the customer service agents.

                                      * If they had a Technical impact then acceptable but why its not resolved till now.

                                      Please do the Need ful....?

                                      I have submitted documents for Airtel MNP. They are not repsonding back on time and moreover I am trying to reach the Airtel koramangala outlet they have stopped responding to phone calls.

                                      This is my worst experience with Airtel. They are not answering responsible for genuine customers. I feel other service providers are far better than Airtel.

                                      AirTel — worst customer response

                                      we bought a new airtel sim(prepaid) for the usage of gps to keep a track of my company's trucks.it was working for a couple of months.it was not responsive after that and when we called the customer care they told that they need verification on id again which we already gave during buying of sim.they told it is due to goverment norms but we use it for the purpose of gps so no one was availabe to pick the call.they insisted me to go the airtel relationship center at t.nagar and kodambakkam.when we went there the response was mediocre and no one dint talk properly itself,they dint respect my age and told in a rude way to use hotline present there.this is how you treat your customer AIRTEL?.till now i'm not able to get any solution.

                                      since 3 month our cable service provider deduct our money.i have call many time
                                      to there customer care that there is continuously disturbance in most of the channel
                                      but the do not response continuously.for 2 time they sent there engineer and charged money
                                      with us but problem not resolve yet.even now they start to put my phone on hold and not
                                      respond to this also.kindly do something about them.

                                        service from last 1 year i chose videocon d2h for its beter perfomence
                                        then other service provider but i m facing some problems form last 5

                                        On 30/3/2011 i have purchase a recharge voucher of rupees 200 form my
                                        nearest dealer and recharge it from my registered mobile no..over half
                                        our when my recharge is not done i call to customer care where ur
                                        executive mr. Mangesh meet me to whom i told my problem and he reply
                                        me in Hindi the words were " sir, aap ka recharge ho gaya he aur aap
                                        ki service aadhe ghante me start ho jayegi " after an hour while
                                        service is not start i call again and my conversation done with Vivek
                                        agin he ask me for my 12 digit no. and check the system and he reply
                                        in hindi the words were "ok sir, aap ne recharge to sahi no. se kiya
                                        he lekin abhi hamari system slow he isliye thoda waqt lagega aap
                                        nischint rahiye aap ki service start ho jayegi" till evening when my
                                        service is not start i call again at the same no.[protected] there i
                                        talk with Avni and she asked me a diffrent thing that sir ur recharge
                                        was not done and ur coupen was already recharge at onetrher account
                                        then after she took a complain regarding this and the complain no.
                                        was35243415 and i lost all my entertinment at my own T.V.SET very next
                                        day i call again and talk with aaarti and she repeat the same story,

                                        from next day calls are come on my phone to recharge my account while
                                        i already recharge with rs 200

                                        All ur executives told same story that recharge was done wrongfully so
                                        u recharge again for d2h service

                                        Sir u tell me why should i recharge again while i had already purchase
                                        a voucher from ur registered dealer and first two o[censored]r customer care
                                        executives told me that ur recharge was done

                                        From last six days my d2h service was close and during this days there
                                        are big worldcup mathces and i have to go elswere to watch this

                                        when i visit the dealer from i purchase voucher he took voucher from
                                        me and call to u by his way form him i got another complain no.
                                        35431981 which resulting the same

                                        So this is my story finally i write it to u i want my 200 rupees
                                        anyhow this is not my foult my foult is only that i purchase a service
                                        from a company with poor customer relationship service,form last six
                                        days im facing harrasment from ur company

                                        I have recorded data of all conversation done with five o[censored]r
                                        executives, i[censored] have u can listen the conversation by which u can
                                        realise how poorly ur ex. convee with cliants they not solve problems
                                        but create it more

                                        hope u solve my problems

                                        if my problem is not solve in 3 days i must have to action against ur
                                        company by imposed law like consumer forum or other way

                                        and loosing moment of great entertainment, so im very disappoint with
                                        ur company
