Last 2days gprs is not working (from[protected] to still) in my kanyakumari Area. I will try several above 40 times to Videocon customer care, but reply is all officers are busy... Am very hungry... Nobody help from videocon... Wat doing on videocon Vhelp????????
I am facing the same problem...what's happening?
last 20 days the videocon gprs is not working what happend i don't know. several time i call customer care until now i am not getting any responsible answer from other side. i think videocon is a fraud cheating of customer.
Same problem, I have activated twice on 09/08/11 and 30/08/11 3 days plan but I couldn't use even a single kb. More than 100 times trying to call cusomer care since 9.0am to midnight but reply was all experts are busy at this moment. If they are not able to provide the service or any problem in their system they should not activate the service or they should refund the amount otherwise it seems fraudulent service and the name will be damaged very soon.     I have purchased a 29'' color Television of videocon company from the NEXT Showroom in SECTOR -14, Gurgaon . When i saw the tv, i observed that picture is tilted on every channel.i made the complaint in the service centre and dealer also . but 10 days have gone no body is taking care of my complaint and even no body from the dealer is getting touch with me .
    I have purchased a 32'' LCD color Television of videocon ( Integra ) company from the Vijay Sales Showroom (Chembur) in November 2007. Till Feb 2008, the TV was working fine but suddenly one day the screen automatically started with blackout problem, we could hear the sound but can't see any picture. Post which we lodged a complaints as on 10th Feb 2008 and my first complaint no was 0802-B100132 but the issue was not sorted out as thier engineer who visited our residence had told that he wants to see that problem personally as he was not believing on us. The problem with the TV was that the picture use to go any time i.e. somtime in morning or in afternoon and night also. After getting frustrated from this again I lodged second complaint as on 30/03/2008 but again he said the same reason and walked away.

    Please tell why my query is not been sorted out as I had paid more than Rs.30, 000/- to purchase this TV.

    Again as on 26/06/2008, i lodged the third complaint (0806 - B260121) but this time thier technician had opened that TV and checked the parts inside it. He found the error and told us that PCB needs to changed and same will happen after 3 days but till today there is no revert.

    One important thing about this is at time of last visit of your technician the picture is not coming only but previously we use to see the picture inspite of black out problem..

    Dear sir I am Pankaj Shrivastava and i am working in ultra customerGuna (m.p) now present. i have 1 complaint ultra customer from Guna(m.p) Videocon franchisee thatsway reason i send a 1 mail from my side .There are some major problem in guna at now present. Basically Guna is a dist place . There are some area are covered ashoknagar, isagad, mugawali . In that time one customer service are handle the problems it is Ultra customer care . Guna is a very big place at that time and main problem are that in there lot of in warranties, and customer are facing lot of problems at that time issue are only that is Ultra customer care are not properly response from our side. .
    · In the Ultra customer care services are no staff, no customers care executives and technicians and no call attenders. ( only 1 man are handle the problem Mr.deepak sharma Ultra customer care guna(m.p) and he is not physical fit.and he cant do the good service provided.



    · In the guarantee case he wants to money from customer side .he

    is created corruptions.

    example:- In warranty washing machine replacement case he want to money from Mr Gangans dealer akai old dealer videocon (1500 rupees ).
    · His management system are not properly. Sitting arrangement are not properly.



    · In the 3 years guan(m.p) .There are no dealership in it.only last month new dealer is opened HA lahoti and no dealership colour television. Ultra customer care are not provided services that sway reason not dealership are opened last 3 years. company are facing many problem . thatsway reason in the 3 years company are not sell the product properly and maximam 3 carores rupees business are not doing.


    · Ultracare are not solve problem at that time and in warranties are pending .and i warranties problems are solve out in 15 days . its are long time for good customer and there are facing many problems and irated from videocon service center.



    · Our videcon customer service (Ultra customer care guna )are not provied the proper response thatsway reason videocon brand(product) are not sell propely, it are effected our product business .


    · Two court case are videcon company in guna . it reason are only are services.



    · In the Dsr report totally lie . cases are only (akai+sansui+videocon)100 calls but Dsr mention 200 calls per month its are out warranties .out warranty parts are replaced in to in- warranty parts .


    So plz consider this application from my side and take a action for ultra

There are approx 20 refrigerators complaints are pending.I talk with "Kaysons India" {Sonepat}(Haryana)(distributor of videocon elec.). but they take no effective steps. every custmor says that he will return his ref. so sir please take effective steps as soon as possible.
    I have bought TATA INDIGO from Raj Motors, Rohtak. The Car was bought 6 years ago and since then it has become a source of trouble and tensions. I have lodged many complaints with the head office of the Tata Motors But there is no response. I am pulling along the car with lot of defects. Tata Motors have charged huge sums of Money from fee in the name of repairing the vehicle.

    nobody is bothering to attend complaint even after 48 hrs of complaint logging. poor service and zero customer support by company such videocon. Be cautious while selecting your d2h service provider. they are good in immediate installtion of product but have blind eyes for customer complaints.

    Dear Sir,
    I have bought a Videocon refrigerator on 15th September 2010.when we received the fridge it did not have the door keys.Then when we called the company ,they promised to send the keys..That did not happen..In a few days the door was not closing properly..So again we called Videocon ,they said they would replace the door in 48 hours.it's been 7 months now and no response from their end..They only keep saying they will come in 48hours..But till now no one has come.My complaint number is BAN [protected]..Please help me..

    BEWARE OF VIDEOCON: Live wouldout appliances, but never buy videocon product.

    This is my life time lesson.

    This is regarding my less than a month old Videocon refrigerator.

    I have launched my first complaint on 20th April, comp no: PUN[protected], I was told Service engineer will come on 20th and details of the engineer will be SMS
    , I got the SMS I chased the service engineer entire day.

    In evening he said, he will not come, some other person is going to come for the repair. His name Nana Saheb Tambe.

    I called customer care again, she said the person will come in the morning, and at 10:30 PM I received a message that my call has been cancelled, again I tried in the night, call center was closed.

    So, in the morning of 21st April, I called Customer Care again, they gave me the new Complaint number: PUN [protected], and the rep said, engineer will come within 24hr, this our commitment.
    Again we chased the engineer entire day and at the end of the day he said, he will not come and some other person is going to come for the repair.

    In the evening again called customer care, rep said, tomorrow is Sunday, so Engineer can came, you have to wait till Monday, so we waited entire day of Monday.
    Chased the Engineer and in the Evening the Engineer said he will not come and some other person is going to come for the repair.

    I called the Customer Care talked with Senior rep, named Faisal, he said, sir tomorrow in the morning Engineer is definitely going to come. So I thought let’s wait one for day.

    However, after the call with your so called senior Customer Care rep, I received an SMS, that your Call has been cancelled. I called again at Customer Care to found out the call has been cancelled and he will launch a new complaint.

    Upon asking, about the senior person, he gave me Prakash savar gaongar landline:[protected], where no one is picking up the call.


    Is your customer care just closing the calls if not fixed within 24hrs, just to show how service oriented you guys are?

    Please send an engineer to fix my 1 month old refrigerator? I have a small baby at home without the refrigerator it is very difficult in such a hot weather.

    Verdict: Use less VIDEOCON products, I, my family and all my friends are never ever going to buy the videocon product. Let see with this kind of service/product, how long Videocon can survive in the market....

    I HAVE VIDEOCON NO. & DND SERVICE ACTIVATED, BUT ALL DAY CALL & SMS DISTRUB ME. COMPANY ACTIVATED MANY TYPES OF SRVICE & DEDUCTED CHARGES. CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAIN NO. IS BUSY ANY TIME. WHERE I COMPLAIN. I THINK VIDEOCON IS WORST MOBILE SERVICE.
    i planned to shift from my old address to my new house just 1 km away from the old address.. so i contacted videocon d2h's customer care and put in a request of removal and reinstallation of the equipment so they filed my request and they gave me a reference number...promising the engineer would visit in 24 hrs...but i didn't got any response...
    so next morning i called up again, this time i was promised that the engineer would visit in next 12 hrs...but again i got the same response (no visit and no call at all)...same sequence continued and they gave me 4 reference numbers but NOTHING HAPPENED...
    the same way i called up again and this time i had a word with the supervisor and was given a contact number but as usual didn't got any response...so now its been 5 days without any response so finally had to file a complaint here...expecting an early reply atleast now...

    I have purchased the long term plan for one year by paying around Rs.3600. But every two hours I am receiving the error "Validating Smart Card" and nothing shows on the screen. They will ask me to refresh my account by sending an sms. In order to watch any channel I have to send atleast 5 to 10 SMS daily. When I complained to customer service, they said I have to put on channel 100 and wait for 5 minutes. I did and nothing happens. Even if the problem gets resolved why should I waste 5 minutes in channel 100. The customer service person said that there may be problem in the set top box and said they will charge Rs.150 for service...I have two questions,

    1. Unlike other operators the set top box is the companies property (when I disconnect I have to hand over it to the company with other operators I need not return the set top box) then why I should pay for a faulty set top box. The company has to replace or repair it without any charge.

    2. If the problem is with settop box how come the problem gets resolved immediately after I send the sms.

    In my opinion videocon must have tie up with telecom companies so that they will get a share for each sms. I am spending almost Rs.100 to Rs.150 per month for validating the smart card inaddition to the package charge which in my case is Rs.3600. I think this happens for long term recharge customers only so that they have no other options but to send the sms.

    Iam waiting for the subscription to end and never ever turn up to your company for any of your products...Customers pls keep away from such fraud company. Do not subscribe to these cheaters and get harassed.
    We have been a subscriber to D2h in Chennai for almost a year now. Recently, our connection was terminated for no reason. When customer support was contacted, we were told that some service technician had attended to our problem and that we owed Rs. 150/-. We had not requested any service or did not log any complaint, so I dont understand why the disconnection. Also, the customer support person said that they will ensure that our balance (before termination) is intact and services will be restored to us. So, far it has been 3 days and no updates. I still see my account showing negative balance and no connection at home. When are you guys going to act on this? This is absolutely ridiculous. I want this addressed immediately, our connection restored, with proper balance and also a couple of free days for termination of our connection abruptly. The customer representative could not tell us what kind of service was provided, when the actual reality is that NO SERVICE WAS REQUESTED/PROVIDED BY D2H!! Customer ID[protected].
    I have a Videocon DTH. Customer id: 83063941. Since the 3rd June, i have had no signal. Waited for a couple of days but still the same. Called customer service and logged complaint (no.[protected]. They took a couple of day to respond back. Then they said that we will send a engineer to fix this. They set a engineer who tried something and was able to get all channels but only for 4 hours. Called again and the engineer came the next day and changed the switch in the outdoor unit and solution was achieved only for 15 mins. I continued to complain. Couple of days later again engineer visited and did nothing. Next day again he visited and changed the switch nd it started working for few mins. Called the engineer again and he said that will send a senior engineer, who never turned up and no communication given to us. I again called the next day and they said will send a engineer. I specified that you should not visit my place between 2 to 5 in the afternoon but no surprises. They visited at 4 pm. This time they got another box with them and checked, even that was not working. They finally identified today that is the 11th June that the box does not support their new version and it needs a replacement. To my shock they asked me to pay Rs. 999 for this. How in the world i can agree to pay if the company has changed their software version. It should be their responsibility to replace it without any charges. I have finally called them to take the faulty unusable box back and disconnect the services and provide a refund.         First Engineer attended the complaint told me that set has to be changed.
        Temporarily I have started.
        Again problem engineer attended rectified.
        Again problem within 10 minutes on leaving my premises.
        On asking to complaint centre they provided me a telephone number of the area

        Please help me.

            i have purchased a videocon flat color tv 3 days ago.
            after a day its display was found tilted(picture tilted near bottom left corner)
            yesterday morning i have lodged a complaint on videocon customer care system regarding this.
            yesterday evening a spark busted and whole picture tube is down.
            i am very disappointed with the product and the service because no
            technical staff has contacted me as yet.

                Mene 13 june ko d2h purchase kara tha aur 14 june ko company se installation ke liye bande aaye the wo 1:30 baje install karke gaye aur keh ke gaye ke jab tak company se on nahi ho use band mat karna per sham ke 5 baje tak wo on nahi kiya gaya aur is beech wo 2 bar automatic off ho gaya phir humne box pe diye hue customer care no.pe call kiya to wo no.band nikle phir humne 2 din baad 16june ko no. nikal ke customer care pe call karke complaint ki aur agle din 17june ko un ka engineer aaya aur check karke bola ke satelite box change hoga per uske pas tha nhi aur next day la ke lagayega wo next day 18june ko wo aaya aur purana box lagane laga jab humne usse kaha ke naya box lagao to wo kehne laga ke company yahi box deti hai aur laga ke chala gaya wo 3 baje laga ke gaya phir humne raat ko 11 baje jab wo on kara to wo on hi nahi hua aur majbur ho ke mjhe customer care pe call kiya to phir unhone complaint likh li phir 19june ko un ka engineer aaya aur box ko usne reset karke dekha aur bola ke us box me software mistake hai box change karna padega aur uske pass dusra box nahi tha yeh kehke wo chala gaya aur aaj 20june ko raat 9:30 baje tak mjhe koi solution nhi mila ab me kya karu aap bataen mjhe

                        Dear Authorities,

                        My customer ID is 30**9922.
                        I have purchased Videocon d2h 6months back.
                        1) I didn't receive any sms/ message on the TV regarding service expiry.
                        or Videocon d2h didn't communicate about service expiry so that they can charge wrongly.
                        2) Instead Videocon charged me 75 Rs extra without any written/telephone communication
                        3) Paper bill/ E-Bill is not provided (Illegal way to charge customer)
                        (I-T department please look in to this.)
                        4) Customer Care(CC) mean behaviour not at all concerned. Very misleading and offering wrong information.
                        5) Even after speaking with CC for 1/2 hr so, no resolution on the complaint.
                        6) After every 2 minutes videocon CC puts call on hold for 5 minutes.
                        7) If CC doesn't know solution, he/she ends the call at his/her will.

                        Could anybody suggest how to switch to Tata Sky or any other descent service provider.

                          I had booked a new Videocon d2h service on 4th on June 2011. I had recieved a call in evening that our engineer is coming for installation. i told them to come on next day means Sunday for installation. There engineer didnt turn up. Instead i get a SMS on phone that my workorder has been cancelled. I had been continously following up with them and their engineer comes at my place and installed the satellite on Monday afternoon till 1 clock. Till now my account has not got activated i have been continously following up with them. everyday videocon people are saying it will getting activcated today. Its been 7 days now waiting for my account to get activated. everyday they say the same thing it will get activated tommorow. I am totally frustated with them as i am keep on calling and tracking whats going on with them. they are not saying how many days they will take to get my account activated. My customer ID is 45174074.

                            I have placed a request for relocation of my Videocon D2H on 7th June 2011. I have got SMS saying, request would be entertained within 24 - 48 Hrs. but I haven't received a single call from them.

                            Today (10th JUNE), I was driving and hence couldn't pickup the call. with this reason, my work order has been cancelled for no reason. I have checked with Customer Care but didn't get any satisfactory response (they said, engineer updated the remarks). this is really bothering me as complaint/request hasn't been honored as promised.

                            For the same, I had to raise one more request.

                            Moreover, I was trying to reach Circle Officer Mr. Sandeep Singh & Nodal Office, P Radhakrishna (i have got their names and contacts from Videocon D2H site). but both phones rings, but nobody picks it up.

                            This is reqlly frustrating............

                            Videocon D2H — canceled & shifting multi connection

                            I am using Videocon dth service in multi connection , my custormer ID is 82802334
                            I want to cancelle multi connection & shift 1 STB in other place. For this I mailed documents in customer care
                            but customer care not replay me clearly.
                            Hi Mr . so called "Videocon D2H" .
                            My customer ID is 95075687 .
                            It's just been 20 days that i have taken this connection, and its more than 40 times i have send refresh messege just to start up the set top box, there are couple of tickets open for me and closed without notifying me .customer service is worst and me personally have never seen a worst D2H connection like Videocon .Technician already reached out to me several times, however i have never got a permanent fix .Now i regret every moment thinking why did i take this videocon connection .
                            For customer service executives,
                            Please learn some manners first before coming to office . You guys need to understand even if you guys working in a call centre, end of the day its your bread & butter .Rather than providing a permanent resolution, you guys are playing around with me or your so called videocon customers .
                            If I ask for on floor manager, supervisor to talk, agent will hand over to the next available agent .
                            Bangalore section is Bad and Gurgaon i.e senior executives are worst .

                            Please stop playing diplomacy and satisfy your customers .

                            Hi

                            I had purchased your connection 2 years ago and my customer ID is 79866799.
                            On Friday around 12:02 PM I had raised a relocation request from Aundh (Pin 411007) to Hinjewadi (Pin 411057). The de-installation happened promptly on the same day in the evening and I was given some apparatus and cables to carry with me to the new location.
                            As per you promises, the installation was supposed to happen on Sunday but did not despite my repeated calls to customer care and their assurances.
                            On Monday afternoon, when I was in office, your engineer called and asked me to come down for installation which had to refuse and asked him to come down the next day and told him explicitly that I would be taking leave on Tuesday for this. Tuesday went away and again despite numerous calls to customer care and engineer (who also was on weekly off and ignored to inform me of this on Monday), nobody visited and nobody called.
                            Wednesday I had to rush back from office at 4:30 to reach home by 5:30 PM for the installation when I was informed that the de-installation engineer did not do his job properly and did not provide with all things (foot mount was missing, some cable was cut and connector taken away).
                            I agreed to pay for the missing stuff and made an appointment with engineer for Thursday 6:30 PM. You Engineer turned up at 7:15 and promptly informed me that keys to the terrace in my society are not available after 7:00PM.
                            I am waiting for your next prank today.
                            Need a few answers here:
                            1. Why have I paid the engineer for de-installation when he did not do his job properly? Please refund the amount and deduct it from his salary if required.
                            2. Where is compensation for breaching the SLA and wasting my leaves let alone the 1 week of recharge value of my current pack and the mental torture and humiliation at the hands of your engineers? I wish not to pay for the installation and ask for the same to be deducted from the Service Center-in-charge/Engineer’s salary for not joing their job properly.
                            3. When I was sold the connection I was informed that the set top box was a property of VideoconD2H and I had to return it post usage and get refunded a part of the deposit. Seems like your policies have changed now and without informing me you have forced the new terms on me in a breach of contract that I signed with your organisation. Please continue relationships with me on the terms we had mutually agreed upon and if you wish to differ, please provide me an option to move out as per agreed to terms.

                              I have registered my compliant with Videocon D2H customer care executive regarding some technical issue with Setup Box.

                              Call number: 43143591. This call registered on Wednesday at night 9:15 pm. I have told to customer care executive that call will be attend only at evening after 7:00 pm because I am not available in home due to office time. He said that Engineer will call you before coming to your place. But no one received the call to me from Engineer.

                              Today afternoon i have called to customer care executive for knowing the status of call. this call has been closed because Engineer have attended the call when no one is available on place.

                              He should be confirm before attending the client call for availability for the same. Now I have got new call number from customer care executive which is 43304887.

                              Issue is still pending. I hope Engineer will call to me before coming to place. Many times I have follow up with customer care for old call but all time customer care executive was telling like engineer will call you before attending the call.

One day suddenly I got problem that shows error E118...I called customer care, they said we will send executive and asked Rs 150 need to pay, I agreed, but I reset my setup box automatically resolved within 15 minutes and I called again customer care asked to cancel my complaint and asked need to come executive. They didnt agreed with that they argue with me and they need Rs 150 OR THEY DEDUCT IN MY ACCOUNT.

                              after two days they deducted 150 Rs in my account.
                              I am elamurugan from panruti cuddalore dist i have got videocon d2h dish and box many times the box has been hanged and no pictures22 or 3 times box has been changed again and again box is giving problem this time i have complined to customer care customer id is 83694839 complaint no 35309962 the service engineer has came after 30 hrs of complaint and they have told that problem will be retificifed within 24 hrs this time they hav asked 400rs for service charge and another 499 rs for one year service chargejust now i have changed my dish to another company within 30 min they have installed there is no intimation to annual service charge and they were changes in monthly rental without any information

                                Next day i brought the TV to Jhumri Tilaiya, Koderma , Jharkhand ( i had already informed Great Eastern regarding my place of installation to be Koderma while purchasing).

                                We purches mobile on 8-april2011 from homeshope 18,only in 2 months in mobile have some problem (1) not voice clearty,(2) batrry problem...... so we can call maney time on your customer care but no resposne by customer care, and your service is very poor,.....! I talk with ur executive for send me mobile bill on my email add before 2 days but no any responce from u ....! if not provide servise close ur companey,don't cheat inosent people......!

                                We never purchaes any thing from homeshope 18.....!

                                  I had purchased a Videocon Split Air conditioner on 29/03/2008 from Daryaganj, Delhi. Model number of the air conditioner is VST-5233



                                  My complaint number is GHA[protected]. Problem: Compressor of the AC had stopped functioning and since it comes with a 5 year warranty, I registered a complaint with Videocon Customer care on 15th may 2011 through my mobile.

My account balance shows the amount getting debited but videocon d2h account didn't got updated nor did I received any acknowledgment . This matter involves money transfer and non-acknowledgment from videocon d2h and shall be treated as a serious issue.

                                    My name is Prabhakar Rao and am one of those unsatisfied cusrtomers the reason is:

                                    In the end of April 2011, I purchased V1424 mobile and from day 1 it has problem.
                                    1) Auto switch off.
                                    2) Auto restart.
                                    3) Camera does not work.
                                    4) Ear phones volume is very low.
                                    5) Blutooh sending & recieving fails.
                                    6) Battery problem.
                                    7) Keypad is very hard and power button does not work. AND MANY MORE.....

                                    THE ABOVE DETAILS CLEARLY INDICATES THAT THIS MOBILE IS USELESS

                                    Having lost patience I went to "J S MOBILE CARE" service center in Dilsukh nagar,Hyderabad. Contact#[protected] & [protected]. Service center confirmed all the above mentioned problems persists and registered a work order number: JS1-VG[protected]DW,on May 11,2011. Actually i gave it one week before but they delayed it till May 11.

                                    The service center guys informed that they sent the mobile to the compant. I have received a call on June 2,2011 informing to collect my mobile which is repaired.

                                    On June2,2011 I collected my mobile with the delivery challan JS1-DC-0001752 and felt like checking infront of the service senter guys. To my surprise I found that the problem is still persisting so unfortunaely I have to give it back to them again there itself and they gave me another work order number JS1-VG[protected]DW

                                    THIS IS REDICULUS AND ANNOYING. WHAT A SERVICE YOU GUYS HAVE.

                                    PLEASE REQUEST YOU TO COMPENSATE ME FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS I WENT THROUGH JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR MOBILE.
