    I have submitted the relocation complaint from rajasthan to mumbai with Videocon DTH on their customer care nos. After 1 day the engineer calls me up and asks my new address. I confirmed all the datails on installation fromhim. The cust care executive told me the relocation charges are 150/- while the engg tells me it is 200/-. Dish antenna and cable will be 800 extra. While the cust care exe told me cable will be 12/- per meter based on the consumption. I was highly shocked with 2 different rates follwoed by the sme company VideoCON DTH. The services and rude behaviour of the person was horryifying. he started shouting saying that get the dth installed from customer care only if he is taking less money.

    In this while my daily recharge was deducted from my balance and i have to unnecesary pay for the services not been used by me. due to their fault.

        It seems that you are not sincere to company if your comapny is having Transperancy than you would have given the Ids in one go.If ids are not given by you than take the permission from the concerned authority or you forward this mail to said person so that my grievences may be read by the promoters of Videocon. They will also come to know the Product they produce is having very short life.

        The said AC was got repaired at Bikaner Service Centre and the payments were made in the month July 2010.

        But after running the season it was packed and after reopening as on this date the position is that No Colling Found, might gas have leaked from any part . I humble request you to get it replaced with new one as this AC is having manufacturing defect as soon as possible as this AC is installed in my Parents room and both are senior citizens.Here at Bikaner temp. 43 Degree which might increase to 48 degree in coming days.

        As looking towards your position it is a small gesture which will increase our confidence in Videocon Products.

        In continuation to my trail mail we would like to inform you as under:-

        On 22.05.2010 I spoke to Mr. Matheu { AM Videocon AC Division;Jodhpur [protected] } and explained about the problems facing in Videocon AC and I was asked to send this AC to M/S Lunia And Company {Dealer} and it was sent on 25.05.2010
        On 26.05.2010 Mr. Matheu was at Bikaner { Rajasthan } and I was assured that this issue will be sorted on 27.05.2010 and its Compressor will be replaced with new one.
        On 31.05.2010 again reminder call was made to Mr. Matheu but he took no interest in solving this issue.Just working like politicians.
        On 02.06.2010 M/S Lunia And Company { Dealer } thoroughly washed the AC and without replacing Compressor returned it but the problem in tripping of Compressor was as it is.
        I wrote you mail on 23.06.2010 and as per your directions I got phone call from [protected] {Jodhpur} and asked me to send AC to Videocon Service Centre ; Bikaner and the same was sent on the very same day.
        Technician of Service Centre checked AC and informed me that Gas Charging is required so go ahead was given by me and on 26.06.2010 I was informed that AC is working fine please collect.
        On 30.06.2010 at 1300 hrs. I went to take delivery of AC at Service Centre and requested to check but cooling was not there.Gas itself leaked.On asking about the matter I was informed that It was duly checked than gas charging was done, but all in vain.
        It seems that there is internal problems in front and Rear Condensors in addition to Compressor that is why this AC is no more now. as gas exausted itself.

        This AC is installed in my parents room and both are senior citizens and presently temperature of Bikaner { Rajasthan }

        is in between 42-45 degree centigrades. Sometimes it touches upto 48.5 degree centigrades.They have to pass days in very tough conditions.

        I request your self to replace this AC with new one ; it will not give any major loss to Videocon Group. { It can be recovered from Vendors }

        At Last looking towards your Position in Videocon it is a small gesture which will go a long way in increasing our confidence in the Videocon products.

          i am arun kumar, videocon d2h customer id 30308937 and 30285021.
          this is the fourth time this month that i have been forced to complain.the satellite tv dish antenna keeps
          failing and i get signal"technical error". engineer ( actually sub standard technician ) comes and sets it right, in an ineffedtive manner. it goes back to same situation and we keep suffering and loosing money. Either the product is defective or the engineers aere incompetant. Worst service I have seen for d2h anywhere. They should send senior technically compenent engineer or replace the defective product or return our money and take back the horrible product. VIDEOCON has been our big mistake. they are .

            I got my videocon d2h recharged with Rs. 150/- but it is finished after 20 days against 30 days. now customer executive are saying now i have to recharge with Rs. 165 /-. which is not acceptable . executives always mislead when ever i call them to help me out. i am very disappointed with Video con after sales services .
            Apart from this there is no Rs. 165/- recharge available in the market .which is more disappointing .

            I want to seek your attention towards the problem regarding my recharge coupon that Rechage coupon i had purchased from Sony Music House,Mandi (H.P.) for recharging of my Videocon d2h worth Rs 150,after scratching that recharge coupon i made a call to Videocond2h Customer care to recharge my account,afterthat they told me-THIS RECHARGE COUPON IS ALREADY USED.Thereafter the Vidiocond2h customer support officer said that you should have to go to that dealer from whre you purchased it.So i went to that shop then shopkeeper say I am not able to do anything in this matter and even he is not suppose to talk with me.

            Coupon pins no is[protected] and its serial no is TH00S[protected] and when we called to customer care to recharge we come to know that the coupon was used on 22nd jan 2011 and its customer id no is 33385473 but this coupon was scratched by myself as when i want to the dealer again he refused to help me in any way and even said ''i cant help u please contact customer care''. Therefore i request u to investigate in your coupon distribution system why this kind of mistake has happened and please recharge the coupon purchased by me on my id and ensured that in future this kind of troubles never happen and in what way we recharge our d2h set top box.

              I have made a recharge of rs 2600 for my videocon d2h connection but due to wron recharge ID mention by dealer I bought recharge was done to dealers ID now when I have complaint to the company they are that talk to dealer an dealer is saying I dnt know u when again told company this thing they told me to talk bank as it was done by debit card through internet but bank is saying we have no role in this and again when I went to company they are we cant do any an all this took nearly two months I have given all the details to the company also I done fax to the visa company from which this transaction was on saying of bank but one is taking note an me my father regularly complaining them.Please help us an return my money.

                Dear Sir/ madam,

                this is with reference to my previous mails, my videocon number is [protected]. with continuous sms to DND service to videocon customer care and talking to the executive, no action take.

                last week i recharged my mobile for Rs.111 , but the very next days i was charged Rs. 30 for cricket updates, Rs.7 per week for brokers tips, Rs.7 for shayari and yesterday they again subscribe without my permission, caller tune and charged Rs. 30. so now i left with balance of Rs. 37.

                customer care department of videocon is actually don't care department. they just not interested in talking and will just transfer the talk from one executive to another, and ultimately they will hang up the phone.

                apart from these unwanted services I am continuous receive the marketing calls, which are listed below for last two days ( as every day the calls may be 5 to 8):

                if still action is not taken i will apply to consumer courts.
                this is limit of harassment and mental torture.

                Dear sir,
                this is heights of tolerance,. my videocon no. is [protected], earlier they have subscribed for brokers tips without my permission and are charging Rs. 7 per week, cricket updates and charging rs.30 per month. today they have subscribe for shayari and charging Rs.7 per week. there are lots o[censored]nwanted calls even at 9 pm. i have msged START DND to 1909 for n no. of times. called customer care, mailed to complaint department of videocon, but alas no response, no action.
                if still action is not taken i will apply to consumer courts.
                this is limit of harassment and mental torture.

                  My Customer ID is 25942644 and I recharged my account with Rs 300/- using my credit an hour back through your official website (www.videcond2h.com). Once the recharge was done, I got a message on your website (screen shot attached) that "The Payment has succeeded, but the Recharge operation has failed. Kindly contact Customer Service at[protected] and quote your Payment Reference No: [protected] they will assist you in getting the credit."

                  Upon calling the Customer Care number mentioned, I found out that the number has changed and I noted down the other two numbers. I called up[protected] where I get a message stating that the number does not exist and please check the number u have dialed. Then I called up [protected] which is totally unresponsive. Finally I was able to speak to a customer care executive on[protected], where I was told to contact a number[protected], because the payments are handled by a third party.named as Recharge It Now. There only the security guard picked up stating that there is no one there in office as it closes at 7 pm.

                  On calling the customer care again @[protected], the executive again sounded helpless. I call up the nodal officer number given on the website where I spoke to Mr Mehboob and was again given two toll free numbers saying that it was a Service Centre and nothing could be done from there. The numbers that he gave were[protected] and[protected] which are again the one's which have changed.

                  No one was able to help me in getting my recharge successful despite having a valid transaction id. The best response I got was Server not working properly. If such things cannot be handled by customer care, why have a customer care in the first place. It even went to an extent of a customer care executive (named Ms. Pravalika) asking me to wait for 36 hours for the amount to get credited.

                  What kind of a team is this? Totally unresponsive and careless. Is this what you call customer care? I have given my transaction number in this mail. Please make sure that the amount is credited to my account asap and the services begin immediately.

                      I am really annoying this type of service. I am using Videocon D2H (New Gold Sports Pack) services (4 month free) from 06/02/2011. I've two connection of videocon d2h. One installation on 06/02/2011 & second installation on 13/02/2011.

                      As a customer i want to know in videocon d2h site or any manual not mention about the extra cable charges paid by the customer for which i already speak to videocon d2h customer service at the time of installation.

                      Now from last night 18/05/2011 they stopped one connection d2h service & the another connection stopped from today evening. Today (19/05/2011) morning i talked to videocon d2h customer care executive (Nasrin) & Kanika (Team leader). They refuse to start the service as they said we cut it off the amount of extra cable charges from the deposit amount & this is not reversible.

                      As i believe, all installation terms & conditions are mentioned in site & manual but there is not mentioned about the extra cable charges will be deduct from the customer's deposit amount.
                      If extra cable charges is mentioned in manual & on site, i'll definately paid this amount otherwise i won't.

                      Take a strict & appropriate action against this type of services & ask them why they deactivated d2h services without any prior information.

                      They are doing nothing just harassing & make fool all the customers. They are just spoiling the goodwill.

                        I purchased a Videocon D2H connection on March 14, 2011 with reference #74568221075140145900028 for 1,088.00 as an online transaction. Order number at D2H is D2H[protected].

                        Right from the beginning, there were enough issues, which could not be resolved by the D2H team. Summary of the problems is given below:

                        • Display issues: D2H Setup box installed on the day of installation was showing some display to determine whether the setup box is turned on or off. When the engineer changed the setup box, due to an unknown reason, the display was not available in the setup box. Now, it only shows a red colored light which does not give any indication whether it is on or off.
                        • Delay in activation: The engineer who installed the dish and setup box, could not activate the connection until evening 3 or 4 o'clock. In order to get that done, I had to be following up with the dedicated cust. care team.
                        • South package: I complained on the second day itself that I am not able to watch Telugu channels, wherein I should be getting all the channels as per the offer made by Videocon online transactions team. They say, I asked for Tamil channels. This shows clear negligence from the online transactions team, as they activated Tamil pack for a resident of Andhra Pradesh, which is basically a Telugu dominated area! Much to my surprise, the dedicated customer care team does not show any interest in reverting the package from Tamil to Telugu.
                        • Remote and quality complaints: Within 4 days' since installation, engineer had to visit the site again due to quality issues and remote not working for TV. Why was the remote not synchronized the day installation was carried out? I showed your engineer the difference between local cable line quality and D2H signal quality. He agreed that the local cable line is giving better quality. I requested him to do the needful if at all he can do something to improve the quality, he said "this is the best we can give." JFYI: Only remote issue was solved for complaint number 33938516.
                        • Followup issues: The above-mentioned issues have been raised to the dedicated support team, whose response was not so fruitful.

                        In light of the above issues, I requested for the cancellation of services on March 29, 2011, but this issue has been prolonged until now (today is May 17, 2011) and did not receive my refund. Everytime i call to check with the customer care team, different people will answer my call and there would not be a regular person to answer the query. Moreover, they ask me to explain them what is the issue right from the beginning.

                        This is very much depressing and I am hoping to have a resolution through "www.grahakseva.com"

                          I purchased LCD along with which came a scheme that I can get the Videocon D2h free with installation and all I need to buy Rs 300 recharge voucher. I purchased the same and followed the instructions and today the installation guy came for the installation, my details are mentioned below:

                          The guy came and my wife was there, he was so rude in talking and in his behaviour. There is a complete 60Sqr meter Terrace available on top of the building where 3 dish are already installed. There could be many options for its installation but he was so adament, rude and kept on saying that cannot install the dish, there is no space, dish is big and blah and blah. He could easiy install on the boundary wall or options suggested but guess he did not want to make few steps on the ladder. Above all, he was talking rude to my wife when I was at office. He called up and said no space.

                          I lost faith in videocon before I could be one of its user with this type of service and wont recommend anyone else. Above all, Rs 300 got wasted anyhow. Even on the website, the customer care numbers are not working, and also the numbers provided for Zonal and nodal officers are again not working.

                          I hope someone will look through this and get back to me with the proper resolution and let me avail the d2h services of Videocon.

I HAD COMPLAINT SO MANY TIMES FOR INFORM US WHILE MAKE ANY CHANGES,BEC. I ALREADY USING THE TARRIFF 25 RS. FOR ONE MONTH AND IN BETWEEN PLAN CHANGES REGULARLY.                               I Saurabh Mishra , Varanasi is being harassed by the videocon people since last one week.
                              i requested a complaint having complaint no.VAR[protected] to videocon on 02 may 2011 and since then i have been told that it will get serviced today only on being followed up by me on daily basis.

                              Once the guy came and also checked my refrigerator on 06 may 2011 and told that he will solve the problem by tomorrow but no one came since then . when i called the service-center they are saying that they have not received any complaint yet and will solve the problem after getting the request . i have been given number of the engineer Mr. Jitendra Patel from call center who is busy in showing attitude and promising daily to solve my problem but doing nothing.

                              So, kindly look into the matter .

They Repernstive say u have to pay 6000Rs. for lcd. i say why should i pay they say this is company policy or some taxes.
                                Or i Read about INTERNET. Videocon providing Lcd Plasma Without Remote or AV. This News was Shocking for me.... i M very depressd from Videocon Company.

                                        We purchased Videocon Arum washing machine just about 6 months ago. We were told that their customer service is excellent. It is false because there seems to be no culture of service at all. The front loading washing machine door is locked and when we complained, the technician never turned up. This is happening within the WARRANTY PERIOD. Imagine what will happen when the warranty period expires. As their name suggests, they CON the customers into buying their products and are not available when required for service. For Video'con', customers are important only until the product is sold. Please do not be Video'conned'.
                                        Videocon is not at all concerned with consumer service we purchased Videocon Aurm fornt loading washing machine within month it started giving trouble it was damaged duing the transportation only and after complaining engg does not respond saying part is not available and they can not do anything. customer care center also respond horriblly saying they cannot do anything they can take only complains

                                        Is anybody from Videocon custiomer service saction reading this my complain no is MUM[protected]

                                        Really Horrible Service, do not purchase any products of Videocon
