I am unable to use d2h services (Customer id[protected], since my last recharge amount of rs. 200 on 4th sept 2019. Post this, i have made numerous calls, and there were no resolution, nor any complaint raised by the customer care. 3 days back, when i called customer care, finally an engineer was booked, and he called me in the morning, asking for the address, however later he didn't turned up. Called again, and by god grace, issue was escalated, and had an engineer visit at 9 pm, who said that the lnb has gone faulty, and was supposed to be replaced, that will inccur a charge of 300 rs. I denied and asked to close my connection with videocon, and upon this he agreed to fix this without any charges. Finally he confirmed that the issue has been fixed, and walked away with engineer charge of 200 rs. Later, again i had c14 error for my setup box, and called customer care 9 times, and each time was placed on mute, with no response at the other end, and i had to disconnect the call. Finally, spoke to supervisor-naresh (Mohali call center), who with the help of a tech, booked another engineer visit, however denied to refund me 200 recharge amount stating that no refund will be possible, as there no complaint raised from my end. I remember giving calls to customer care multiple times since 4 sept 2019, as shown in the attached call records, however they don't see records of such calls. Asked for his manager, and once again call was disconnected, and no call back was made ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Need help

Updated by Harisyd Hello Consumer Support, no response or resolution from Videocon yet. Received 4 calls so far from different supervisor, and the call was disconnected from their end, while I was asked to speak. They never bothered to call me back. To keep you informed, the service is still not available for me. Need an action and resolution at the earliest please.
