VEDIOCON D2H call center executive call me and describe many scheme like d2h cinema, active music world and he was convey for activation this services but i was not giving any type permission regarding activation any services .but he was active this services without my permission . and when i have recived activation message in our mobile then i was contact vediocon d2h call center and register the complaint (complaint no[protected].but today vediocon d2h executive calling and tell me your deduct amount not refunding. i have all proof like executive recording.so please i want justice.

Dear Eshan, We would like to inform you that Add On D2H CINEMA and ACTIVE MUSIC WORLD was activated on basis of outcall done from our end on your RTN on July 30th 2016 & same was activated in your d2h account on July 30th 2016 Since then we have not received any request for deactivation of same Add on from your end till Aug 6th 2016 & this service remained activated on your account for 7 days ,however same already has been cancelled on Aug 6th 2016.     Very often coming interaction with you due to the nuisance created by your team as you know I am the subscriber of your D2H services since the year 2015. Recently I was renewed my subscription with existing package, some problems created by your team and also it was resolved with your involvement.
    Now I once again encountered with a new problem, suddenly my package HD channels disappeared from my TV and showing the error of insufficient balance. You know very well that I was recently recharged (June) and having sufficient balance in my account I was surprised to see and listen such a type of words from a reputation companies like Videocon. Immediately I was called to your call centre and people who are working there are unable to answer to my queries.
    Kindly take suitable action those who are creating such type of nuisance and wasting valuable time me and yours, and resume my HD channels as per the package. Revert with your feed back immediately.

      I have face the problem of signal lost in Videocon d2H. Last month I was sent the request to change the set top box due to my previous box not working properly. After changing the set top box, its not work properly. For this I have raised the request for the problem. One time the have been visited but problum was not resolved. When I was raised the request second time then they will asking for Rs 200. After all the product is In warranty.

          On 24th march 2016 i have recharged for rs. 1830/- for six month, plus one month additional discount, but to my surprise company has started an additional deduction every month without my knowledge.

          When i have enquired for this deduction, they have registered a complaint against dealer on 26th july 2016, which is closed on 2nd aug, 2016.

          According to company there is nothing wrong in it. Same is faced by my elder brother. Looking this incidence i have a strong feeling that they are doing this type of tactics all over india, and hence through enquiery must be done, so that such cheating can be stopped immediately.

          Company has registered a complaint against dealer, and finally informed me as a solution that company and dealer has not done anything wrong and hence my complaint has been closed.             I called thrice to the call centre and thanks to the efficient customer executives who didn't even have the basic courtesy to speak to a customer. All the channels were working until I did the recharge and to my surprise none of the channels were working. When I called up the customer service they said an engineer would visit and fix the issue and I need to pay Rs. 200 to him. My simple question is that how can things go wrong within an hour or so? I spoke to three executives and none of them were willing to solve the issue. However, I said I have been using Videocon since last two years and how can they treat me like this.But, they were least bothered and disconnected my calls.

              One ankush called from phone no [protected]and got my consent to activate recording facility in my set top box no[protected] with an assurance that a code no would be sent in my registered mobile phone which will enable me to purchase any item up to rs. 500/- on net. Still now i have not received any such number. Twice contacted help desk. First time i was forwarded to some other phone but after a while i was told i will be contacted. Second time after listening my complain i was hold up and after while she came back on line the line was disconnected (01.08.20 at 2.45 pm).

                Videocon d2h proper response nahi karta, bhut he bekar service hai, mane ek connection kharida tha, jiska monthly recharge hd ka muje 305 rs bataya gaya, aur kuch hi mahino me wo badhkar 390rs ho gya, fir mane company me complaint likwaya ki muje ye nahi chahiye app le jao, muje request no. Diya gya or working 24 to 48 hrs ka wait karne ke liye bola, mane pure 7 days ka wait kiya, par koi response nahi mila, fir mane customer care call kiya, to wo complaint resolved ho chuka tha, muje bina koi response ke meri complaint ko close kiya or bole ki company ne bat kar li hai, or bola ki company iski zimmewar nai hai, mai to bhut hi pareshan ho gya hu is videocon d2h ki service se. Videocon d2h dikhata kuch or hai or dete kuch or hai, ye company customer ko bewakuf acha banati,

                  All videocon d2h channels have been purposefully disturbed by technician in our building who had come to repair the problem for other member subscribed for videocon d2h service when asked regarding same the technician bluntly replied and ran away by disturbing our channels. We have raised complaint to videocon d2h customer care from past 2 weeks and have been following up continuously but still the complaint has not been resolved.

                          I gave the termination request by July first week, the executive said that The process takes a week time. Next week also videocon d2h executive said that my account is still active. so I gave one more termination request by 14th July 2016. But this time I was following it up daily. executives kept on telling that I need to wait for till 21st July 2016. I've got a call today 21st July 2016. I said very clearly to the concern person not to drag the complaint for one more week and asked her to terminate the connection. She agreed. I have all the conversation recorded in my mobile. To confirm the same, I have called the CC number and inquired about the account status. Its still active and the request which I have raised on 14th July has been closed. Now back to square one. I need to raise the new request and wait till 28th July 2016. I know this will be going till my balance ends in my d2h account. If I call CC and asked to give the phone to higher authority persons, they always says that they are the third party agents and they can only take the request. Fed up. Here I couldn't attach the recorded voice calls since it allows only images/videos.
                          if you want to make money, market your product and give very good service. but do not loot the money from the existing customer's account.

                            Sir, i was a customer of videocon d2h. I recharged with 25120 for 5 years for the package selected by me. But from june-july they remove regional packages from base package and asking again to pay to view those channels. I complained them that either you add those regional package to base package or i want to discontinue videocon d2h and refund my remaining balance. On 7th of july one of their executive call me and told me they can't add those regional package so if you want they will refund the remaining amount by cheque within 10-12 working days. I received confirmation email on 10th july they are processing for refund and it will take 10-12 working days to complete the process. I followed them every two or three day by sending email, calling to nodal officer. But in vain. Still i haven't received the refund amount of rs 23399. So please take strong action on them as i can get the refund amount as soon as possible. Wating reply from you.

                                I have videocon d2h connection registered on my name jitendra nirmal, customer id[protected]. i have new gold sport package which i was using from more than 6 months, earlier many channels were included in my package like malayalam (aisanet), still these channels reflecting in package on website of videocon package but these are not available/showing on my tv/set top box. first they didn’t inform me first before removing from my package and secondly they didn’t reduce my package amount. please take action asap as per my problem. i am very grateful. thanks

                                  I am very old yearly recharge subscriber of videocon d2h but i regret my decision on selecting this company.
                                  I called the customer care with the smart card error e04 complaint but instead of helping me in resuming the subscription, customer care executives started to talk money language over the phone even without knowing the exact root cause of the problem.
                                  They were so happy with the error and my problem that they confidently even said to me that u dont have any choice but to pay us the visiting charges to even know whats the problem with the channels.
                                  And in addition you have to pay the repair and all other charges.
                                  Point is be soft, reasonable and ask for the service charges after sharing the problem with the customer.
                                  It seems that the company is being run by uneducated inexperienced people wasting time and money of the investors.
                                  I wish i could gift them a book on customer services
                                  Please process the refund.

                                    Facd many challenges with videcon d2h. during rainy season the connection has gone. set of box changed couple of times. coplain resolution takes hell lotz of time.

                                    Due to above issues wanted to close the connection and get the refund as we have already paid 7200 subscription. for the same when contacted to customer care not getting any response.in turn getting new new request id' s.

                                      My videocon d2h services not functioning since 12 july 2016. I was given a complaint no.44681977 with the assurance that company's technician would be visiting my residence within the next 24 hours. On completion of 24 hours when no one visited to resolve the problem, when i called up the customer care i was given complaint no.[protected]. This was again with the assurance that the problem would be resolved within the next 24 hours. However, till date i. E.17 july 2016 no one has visited my residence and resolved the complaint.

                                        Every channel of my pack is not enabled and i can see only 50% channels and for solution company saying that they will chagre atleast rs200 i am already paying rs 500 for my pack and in return i can see only 50% channels it is company duty that they enable all the channels if they will not respond to my complaint than i will suurrender videocon d2h and will switch over to other company
