Even after registering several complains, there is no engineer who comes and fixes the problem. On top of that when you contact the call center, most of the time it's kept on hold. Moreover, they keep on saying ''today or tomorrow''. In short, they are never punctual. On the contrary the consumers are bound to sit at home and wait for the engineer? Which company delays so much?

    My VideoconD2H (customer id[protected] connection was cut due to poor product quality (faulty remote) which they refused to take responsibility. My connection was cut on 26th August 2016. I got a call from the backend team informing that I shall receive my refund cheque. I updated my correct address and spelling of my name to send the cheque. However, it has been one month the cheque for amount Rs.3770 (as informed by the backend over phone 10 days ago) has not arrived. Even after repeated phone calls and emails to customer care there has been no deliverance of the refund cheque. Kindly ensure that I receive my due cheque with the correct amount at the earliest.
    Soon festival season will come and if we are out of town, then it will be the perfect excuse for videocond2h to say that because the customer was not at home, we could not deliver the cheque.

      This is Worst service example are given by videocon team

      I was upgrade my D2h set top box from SD to HD on14th sept'16 and @ 23rd sept afternoon 1:00 PM it is stop working even power is not coming.

      Hence, we raised complaint to Customer care :[protected] and the most funnest moment is this complaint closed with any resolution. next day 24th sept we call CC to know the status of complaint then CC told me old Complaint closed we raised new complaint :[protected]By Mr. Naresh Thakur CC team ) with obviously with false promise like we solved this issue till today evening.

      So from yesterday CC just take complaint and there is no service team visited to my place to closed this issue. Is this kind of service example are given by VideoconD2h Team?

      I am holding this connection from 2010 and recommended to so many people who is looking for D2h services. but from now a days i will stop to doing this and ask them to think about connection.

      This is open market and so many competitors available and because o[censored]s videocon is in market not because of videocon is here that's why we.

        This is very annoying and unprofessional business practice from your side. I have recharged on july from online of rs 825 for existing pack include south channels :-for south region, validity 3 months and i was receiving the exact same channels what i opted for not a single hd channel was coming.

        Yesterday you guys have disconnected my subscription saying that i have to recharge again just after two months and your customer care representatives are telling me that u have to add on pack recharge to get back your south channels.

        After all this fraud your customer care representatives are not ready to register my complain. They told me that i have to recharge again even to register a complain. How disgusting is this from your side. First you guys do a fraud with the customer then you don't register a complain also.

        Please look into this issue and first of all continue my subscription asap if you want to delay in this case just take off your setup box and repay me the amount i have paid for this of yours, because it will be very difficult for me to continue with someone so unprofessional in their business and even in handling the customer.

          They have started recording without my request & without my knowledge forcefully. After running it for 16 months, I came to know. I have not at all taken that facility for a single use within that period.

          After came to know, I requested to stop that recording facility and they also stopped it. But problem is for 16 months running without my information I have lost Rs. 480/- unnecessarily.

          I requested them to pay back my money. But they don't agree.

          Please advice the solution.

              how many day you will take for solving this complaint ? today i got call from your service engineer he said he will come on between 13:00 to 14:00 but when i called him he told me same reason no cable available at your service center .
              And after that i got call from customer care at 14:16 he is just asking me what is the problem & we will give better service & when i asked about waiver for 1 month subscription against delay of service he told me it is not possible then i am asking for 2 sept - 5sept 2016 which program was not seen me that program can i see again then he told me how it is possible so i told him if you are not solving my problem then why you calling me again.
              So please take immediate action on this complaint otherwise i will going for next step.

                Videocon d2h... Everytime there is a problem they take away our box, do some research and force us to buy another one. This time the problem kept persisting and the customer care department kept disconnecting my phone. Extremely frustrating. The technicians are not even able to comprehend what notifications come on the screen, they keep calling someone for help or ask me to read out what comes on screen and their seniors keep arguing that the problem is at our end. I told them that I shall not buy the new box because the problem persists with the new box as well. Now they have switched off the services, because we are not buying a new box, dadagiri! Nobody is interested in serving the customer. Disgusted!!

                    These channels are still not available on videocon d2h... I have a platinum hd package which is highest paid package that you have and still i don't get these channels cos you have not provided it yet... Its useless to pay so high for such a poor service and videocon d2h should be ashamed of themselves... Don't give us justifications about the channels content that they are same as star sports 4... Make these hd channels available like tatasky and airtel digital tv has... Or be prepared to lose you customers...

                      The remote given to me by videocon d2h was faulty from the start. I complained repeatedly to change the remote, no one came from the company for three months. I had to pay Rs 350 to purchase a new remote after three months of waiting as they said that the warranty has expired now. Recently, the second remote has stopped working again. I have recently recharged my subscription (during which the second remote was working) for six months for Rs. 3990 on 18th August 2016. Now the remote has stopped working again, I called up videocon d2h customer care, they said I will have to pay Rs.325 for the engineer's visit or I can buy a new remote again for Rs.350. I wish to cut the connection of my videocon d2h. I do not wish to buy a third remote. Without the remote the product is not working. However after calling and emailing to videocon d2h, they have simply refused to cut the connection saying there is no problem with the signal. I DO NOT wish to continue my services with Videocon d2h and I want my money refunded. (ID[protected]

                        I upgraded from normal to hd by top up of 1950. Just 15 days before. They said, i'll be getting 3 months of hd package. Now they are saying my stb is cancelled and i must recharge it again. Why should I?? My customer id is 32166844. I've contacted the customer care number of times. But problem not solved yet...
                        videocon d2h service is very bad service...they making a people fool...i put a new connection before 15 days nw there are a messge to recharge ...when i call to customer care they are telling to rechrge...this and that any rubbish they are tlling and trying to make fool...and whenever i speak with customer care they purposly disconecting my call...i have a call records...now i wont put this conection anymore

                          17th aug. 16 logged a complain for relocation of d2h to c. care but no one turned up till 20th morning. again called to check the status on 20th morning they tolled that technician will call you by 3 pm today & received a complain no on my cell which says that issue will resolve by 21st aug. 16 but till date it has not been solved. i belie i have been cheated.

                                I hav taken cable conection fron vefiocon d2h guruvayur on 2015 november 30 id no[protected] and subcribe south silver package @ rs.202/ per month and credited full amount Rs. 3300/- for the period upto 27th December 2016. in this conection i hav got a masage in my phone and not got any receipt . I hav get the conection with out any disterbence upto 2016 may . now after june i am not getting their service, since last two months i am not gettiong some chanels and after repeated complaints they not rectified the defects and debited amount from my account. Now i hav got a masage in the TV that they had revised the rate to Rs. 285/0\- and period has been redused to 17th noverber without my permision .

                                  Videocon d2h company has not resolved complaint for more than 2 weeks. My remote is not working. No engineer has called me to attend the complaint.. Call centre is hopeless. Not able to address complaints. Senior officials of customer care disconnect the phone. Many complaints registered. No escalation mechanism at customer care centre.

                                      When a videocon d2h engineer finishes his assigned task of any repairs, installation against a customer ticket, he informs the back end and back end sends an sms with deligh code to the customer’s mobile. D2h engineer asks for this number and generally customer is compliant to share it. The thing i this is only to be shared if you are satisfaction with the job done by the engineer.

                                      This is a very poor customer feedback practice. It attempts to fool to customer in seeking a good feedback. The feedback should be more objective and should go to independent authority at a later time and not in presence of engineer!!

                                      The complaint is objective in nature and thus independent of customer ID. It's about the process that needs a correction. I have nothing specific or personal about this concern raised. It's left to Videocon to review and decide the suitable actions!
