But now I am getting a message my subscription will expire by 5th February, as per booking my subscription should end by 11th March.

Recharged but no service

But while switching on to videocon the error 04-4 smart card is not properly inserted is appearing on the screen. But we are not opening the set top box as it is completely sealed. VIdeocon D2H - inability to provide service to customer

Dear Sir,

I have raised WOID stating that "No signal" from my STB box by calling Customer care Number ( [protected]) on 16- DEC-2016.

While registering the complaint they informed me that it will be resolved within 4-5 days. Normally it will be within 24 hours, But Due to Cyclone, they said it will take 4-5 days.

I have Frequently Contacted customer care on 18th, 20th & 21 st, 23rd and 26th...

Worst Customer Service d2h

Monthly subscription charged without any authority

My consumer number 88806174. I have been using videcon d2h services for watching cable network.
On 20/11/2016, I have recharged my videcon d2h by selecting New Sports Gold Pach for subscrioption of Rsd 365/- only. I paid the said charges through debit card.

As per the subscription amount it wasmonthly charge of Rs 365.- I should have been able to view the cable network for the said channesl till 20/12/2016.

Poor d2h videocon service person

One service person visited my home, to attend my complaint of poor video quality
That person said "this is STB technical problem, it can not be repaired, " changed the STB (The STB is already changed 3rd Time) and insisted on Rs. 400 Cash only.

My wife paid Rs. 400, he has not issued any Receipt.
