Dear videocon D2H manager, I want to inform you that I was request(14/01/2017) for reinstall of my d2h from khora to shipra suncity, after that the engineer call me on 15th jan to send me a executive for d2h installation but that time I refused him due to physical damages of My TV on 15th jan in morning, that time i said to him plz send your executive sunday(15/01/2017) evening or Monday(16/01/2017) morning and i also ask from him for installation of HD setup box, they told me the executive charge for installation is 400rs and new HD set box on same Cus ID[protected] is 1000rs, I said ok send him with new HD setup box for d2h installation because that time i was decided to purchase new LED tv for hd box, they came on monday(16/01/2017) and installed my new HD setup box, and after that i decided to close my existing product because that was useless for me, and I contact to Cus care executive name with "vikash and gaurav" supervisor and they refused to accept my request and said that You have to pay for three months for your existing products I can not colse my product till 90 days because this is company policy. I just ask you one thing that why you tell me your policies t&c after selling the product, I use videocon d2h services from last few years and you are given me services like this, If you can not solve my problem please remove your d2h services. I'll go for another service..

Just because of this, I thin I may switch to some other d2h provider.
