I have bought new hd setup box connection last year, 12.03.2016, (customer ID[protected] . I booked the Connection directly from Videocon and not through agent. I paid a amount of 5740 for a 12 Month subscription . This amount was told by your customer care person.

But now I am getting a message my subscription will expire by 5th February, as per booking my subscription should end by 11th March.

Unfortunately, I'm, a customer of Videocon d2h, I'd[protected] signal not available from last 5days but the company is not responding well .Their service is so poor that from last five days they are saying that our engineer is coming soon..but still no one visited.....

Recharge of d2h vidiecon for Rs.450/- is done on[protected] and the balance as on date is Rs.425.00. But while switching on to videocon the error 04-4 smart card is not properly inserted is appearing on the screen. But we are not opening the set top box as it is completely sealed. This is to bring to your notice that, i have an issue with videocon d2h services due to set top box remote gone faulty.

Basic steps tried from my end by repacing with new battery. Even after that also d2h is not responding due to remote failure.

I wanted to recharge New South Platinum HD for semi-Annual on 31st December, 2016 at 11.30 p.m. through my SB a/c from State Bank of Hyderabad (No.[protected]). The amount (Rs.5, 295) has been debited immediately but the recharge was not done for the reasons known to Videocon. I request a refund as soon as possible. Customer Executives are confusing the issue....

Dear Sir,

I have raised WOID stating that "No signal" from my STB box by calling Customer care Number ( [protected]) on 16- DEC-2016.

While registering the complaint they informed me that it will be resolved within 4-5 days. Normally it will be within 24 hours, But Due to Cyclone, they said it will take 4-5 days.

On Videocon d2h website, they have "Recharge" option.

When user click on "recharge", there is a page where there is one option "Continue Recharge as guest" having "CustomerID" or "Phone number" as input.

Now when I enter "CustomerID" and click "Continue" than it will display details o[censored]ser. Full name, Email address, Phone number etc.

My D2h Customer ID is 2959000. today when I switch on my STB TV, there is no picture coming and only Audio is coming for channels.

I called D2h customer care on [protected] and they are not able to answer my question and give me another no for Videocon electronics customer care. But they are just non-technical persons and they are not giving any initial remedy for the issue. Instead they keep asking...

On 20/11/2016, I have recharged my videcon d2h by selecting New Sports Gold Pach for subscrioption of Rsd 365/- only. I paid the said charges through debit card.

As per the subscription amount it wasmonthly charge of Rs 365.- I should have been able to view the cable network for the said channesl till 20/12/2016.
