I have already sent email to Nodal officer Andhra pradesh, but all in vain. I would like to inform you that Videocon d2h is cheating the customers by misleading. I was informed that my package sillver sports(HD CHANNELS) will be charged around 285 after one month o[censored]sage and about rs 175 which is an add on was not even informed by the agents nor the supervisors which is not at all accepectable, how can you mislead the customers after the purchase of product i have sent all the recordings with date and info which was provided earlier each and every month you guys giving new updates about the charges and iam fedup with all the answers given by you guys and its been 4 days now but there is no response from any of your supervisors who informed that they'll get back to us with the solution, we want solution for this or "REFUND" . If these services Videocon is providing then what the use of customer's satisfaction. your services and misguiding the customer's and the way of treating cx is pathetic. I highlight so that customers don't get cheated with this company.

    Videocon d2h website is very very slow. It is filled with unwanted jazzy features and does not load properly. Every time i have to recharge i face connectivity issues due to the very slowness of this poorly deigned website.

    It asks to relogin again during recharge even if i have already logged in. The addon coupons section is confusing.

    I expect videocon to improve upon their website interface. Make the site up and available.

    The issue is not yet resolved...I am facing the same issue .. Every time I plan to recharge, this buggy and slow website sucks ...

    Just because of this, I thin I may switch to some other d2h provider.

      Dear sir,

      I have Upgraded my setup box from SD to HD on 25th March 2016, and at the time of installation of new HD setup box Videocon has provided warranty of one year.

      My setup is not working properly since last one week so I have requested Customer Care to resolve my issue.

      Now they are saying that since one year is complete we are not responsible for any problem cause in our product.

      Am faching problem since last one week that is within warranty period.

      Am talking with Mr. Chirag Supervisor in Videocon D2h Customer care and he disconnect my call without any reason and resolving my problem.

      Videocon D2h every time doing this kind of Cheating with his all customer.

      You are requested to take strict action against Cheating and Fraud of videocon d2h with me and all other Customers.

      I have faced this same issue second time.

              From the Airtel digital tv i ordered the above mentioned product on Friday dt.22.1.2017. and i got the same product within a day.while ordering they promised that they will replace the belt in case no effect in 15 days . I was surprised. When the delivery boy gave me the box of Sweat slim Belt it was written xxxl size for the one belt and other one was XL. i told him that i dont require this bigger size so he said this is the standard we gave to everyone. i took and the moment i used it oh damid it was too big size for me. I called the customer size guys and the delivery boy too very next second. Both said it wil get change, Now after 2 days when i called customer service they were so damm rude. i am taking follow up every week they say its not possible to exchange. What was that. while taking order you people behave nicely. the moment you get money these people r behaving so rude and like a illiterate people. I am not asking money back but size need to change as soon as possible otherwise this product is a waste for me.

                I have bought new hd setup box connection last year, 12.03.2016, (customer ID[protected] . I booked the Connection directly from Videocon and not through agent. I paid a amount of 5740 for a 12 Month subscription . This amount was told by your customer care person.

                But now I am getting a message my subscription will expire by 5th February, as per booking my subscription should end by 11th March.

                But when I raised compliant, your people are saying I paid less amount and not complete amount and refused to address my concern.

                I paid the complete amount as requested for 12 Month subscription. But now Videocon failing to keep that promise and asking for more money is not a acceptable.

                Let me know a solution.

                      Dear videocon D2H manager, I want to inform you that I was request(14/01/2017) for reinstall of my d2h from khora to shipra suncity, after that the engineer call me on 15th jan to send me a executive for d2h installation but that time I refused him due to physical damages of My TV on 15th jan in morning, that time i said to him plz send your executive sunday(15/01/2017) evening or Monday(16/01/2017) morning and i also ask from him for installation of HD setup box, they told me the executive charge for installation is 400rs and new HD set box on same Cus ID[protected] is 1000rs, I said ok send him with new HD setup box for d2h installation because that time i was decided to purchase new LED tv for hd box, they came on monday(16/01/2017) and installed my new HD setup box, and after that i decided to close my existing product because that was useless for me, and I contact to Cus care executive name with "vikash and gaurav" supervisor and they refused to accept my request and said that You have to pay for three months for your existing products I can not colse my product till 90 days because this is company policy. I just ask you one thing that why you tell me your policies t&c after selling the product, I use videocon d2h services from last few years and you are given me services like this, If you can not solve my problem please remove your d2h services. I'll go for another service..

                        Recharge of d2h vidiecon for Rs.450/- is done on[protected] and the balance as on date is Rs.425.00. But while switching on to videocon the error 04-4 smart card is not properly inserted is appearing on the screen. But we are not opening the set top box as it is completely sealed. This is the forth month complaining. What you people doing. Even your customer complaint nos are not working only with the message please check the number you have dialed. Did your complaint cell people programmed to evade the register of complaints? I need the complaint rectification with in an hour. I am attaching a copy of report taken from your recharging section which is self explanatory.
                        Please contact me over phone on [protected] as my son whose mobile no [protected] is registered with your customer service section is at New Delhi and could not contact you to complaint the exact status then and there.
                        If no rectification is done right now and no call is received from you, we find no other option either to quit your connection or to make a complaint the consumer redressel section in TRAI.

                          Dear sir/mam,

                          This is to bring to your notice that, i have an issue with videocon d2h services due to set top box remote gone faulty.

                          Basic steps tried from my end by repacing with new battery. Even after that also d2h is not responding due to remote failure.

                          So i registered this complaint with videocon customer care on 2nd january 2017 and woid number: 48944801. Still my issue is not yet addressed.

                          Even i wrote a mail to nodal officer. But still no response.

                          Now i have enough balance at my account and validity recharge was done for 1 year. The same operator is doing new installation within an hour in my city after i contacted the distributor via just dial. But there is no response for my complaint for more than a week.

                          Because of this issue, our family lose television entertainment these many days.

                          Still am not getting any update from videocon d2h services/customer service team, i have decided to surrender this irresponsible operator serivces.

                          Request your help me in surrendering the services and help me to get back my recharge value & d2h investment.

                          Also requesting you to take necessary action against this lethargic response for consumer complaints.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have raised WOID stating that "No signal" from my STB box by calling Customer care Number ( [protected]) on 16- DEC-2016.

                                While registering the complaint they informed me that it will be resolved within 4-5 days. Normally it will be within 24 hours, But Due to Cyclone, they said it will take 4-5 days.

                                I have Frequently Contacted customer care on 18th, 20th & 21 st, 23rd and 26th every time they wrongly guided me that your WOID will get resolved within today.

                                After 12 days also, My complaint is not resolved till now, even i didn't get any single call from Service Engineer .

                                I have sent mail to videcon Chennai nodal officer on 21st Dec-2016. but i didn't get any reply from him. contacting nodal office @ his number[protected] is very difficult as line is always busy only.

                                Please lets us know when it will get rectified.

                                  My customer id is 36581237.
                                  This is regarding the poor customer service of Videocon D2H. I have upgraded my existing SD STB to HD. Initially when I raised the request for this upgrade, they told that it would be installed within 48 hrs. They had taken 10-12 days to install the new STB. I had to call them so many times for this installation as they do close requests without even solving anything or informing to customer! It was a surprise to me! Now I am in similar situation with the STB and remote. After they installed the new STB, from very beginning the remote was not working properly. So I called them on 27-Nov and registered one complaint and they told that this would be solved within 24 hrs. Then nothing happened. So I called them again on 10-Dec. They told that previous request has been closed! So they raised one more complaint with a same commitment that this will be resolved within 24 hrs. Now the remote is not working at all! I am not able to view any channels for last 3 days.
                                  I want immediate action on this. Their customer service is very bad. They always take complaints, but then nothing happen. And my question is how do they close complaints without solving those?

                                    My d2h no:85078617.

                                    I have been a loyal customer for videocond2h for more than 4 years now. Recently i had an issue with the d2h for the first time after the cyclone in chennai. I called the customer care on 16th dec 2016, post cyclone and raised a case as there is no signal on d2h. I was told that the issue will be fixed in 4 days. I called back on 19 dec they said no complained or resolved. What mean for this.

                                    Today 22 dec 2016, tech did not come till today itself, please cancel my connection.. Bcoz i have some good offers in other d2h company's.

                                    Your cancelling will not help. Form a group and all of you cancel and I am ready to join as well. They have become arrogant have not been forthcoming and been extremely insensitive in handling the whole issue

                                      I'm not able to view the channel due to no signal issue and made a complaint on 18th Dec'16 - still no service provided to resolve and today morning I called service center regarding the status on complaint but they respond as complaint cancelled due to autocall not responded after beep, but the truth is the autocall disconnected before beep itself twice and the error with service provider and pushing fault on customer side and they asking 5more days to resolve the issue, for all those non service providing days (approx. 10days daily rental is deducting without any guilty), I need this to be resolved immediately
