AC purchased from vijay sales, kapurbawadi, Thane in Aug-2021. Installation done in May-2022. While installation, it was learnt that AC outdoor unit not working. Complaint raised with vijay sales for replacement. They said complaint forwarded to daikin but from your company no response yet recd.

    3 Rd May lodged a complaint, 4 th May 22, technician from AIR EXPERT Hyderabad visited changed the gas charged Rs 3500/ . Problem persists, trying to reach call centre no proper response, called Air expert service centre no response. Diakin let a loyal customer down don't advice to go for Diakin AC as services are pathetic.

      Daikin has provided poor quality product and its parts. PCB is the main part in inverter AC, which is very poor quality in Daikin ACs. In 5 years, 2 PCB are damaged. Last times, we somehow managed to get it replaced on chargeable basis. but now again it is not working due to PCB fault.
      Requesting you to kindly admit the poor quality manufacturing of this model FTKP50QRV16 and kindly do the replacement of AC or Refund the money. As this AC was purchased by my mother, she is 68 years. And she bought this with her household savings for her comfort in her old age. She has no source of income except a small widow family pension. She can not afford it's repair cost every 2-3 years. She also can not bear the mental torture and harrasment due to poor quality product. Kindly do the needful and replace or refund as you can not avoid by saying that power surge has caused this problem . As another ac of Hitachi is working fine in same house without any PCB issue.

        Dear sir,
        My daikin ac not working from last two months, i have raised 3 -4 conplaints, they are sending just sms that umbreshwar refrigeration ratnagiri will attain your problem, but he is not taking calls.
        I have give mail to daikin customer service, also called to customer service they given mumbai service center number, then called to mumbai center then they given pune center number, but person from pune not Lifting calls.
        Please solve my problem and tell every one do not but daiking ac.
        Very very very bad service.

          The Daikin AC 1.5 ton 3 star, Model - FTKL50TV16VF, SL No out - 0028810, SL No in - 0016599 procured on dt 07.04.2021 is not functioning well. Most of the time after switching on the AC, the AC is remaining idle.

            DAIKIN AC failed to start at and above 35 degree centigrade. Complain ref id 26331416 dated 24.04.2022. Inspection done and it's charges taken but not repaired the machine till now. Machine is only 3 years old and it has warranty of compressor.

              Hi,

              I have 3 Daking split ACs installed at home. Out of those 3, one has been having issues since Apr 27, I raised a complaint on Apr 28. Despite calling daily to send engineer, the team visited only yesterday i.e. May 1st.

              First engineer who visited from Unique Cool points named Rashid took an hour and then said the problem might be of a. Gas Leakage or b. faulty PCB and said another team will visit to fix it. After an hour another team visited and the main engineer was named Shamim, I asked him to first identify the issue whether it was a gas leak or PCB. He and his team member took more than 2 hours and later on said they have refilled the gas but the issue is still not resolved. That means the problem is either with PCB or outdoor motor and they are not sure what the actual issue is.

              As per them another team should have visited today but no one has come yet and when I called Unique Cool points they had absolutely no update on this issue from their previously sent engineers.

              I am absolutely distressed with this situation
              1. How can multiple engineers visit and still don't know the root cause
              2. How did they claim to refill the gas w/o knowing the actual issue
              3. This morning I noticed some nuts and the bottom cover of the outdoor unit are missing, this is utter negligence on the part of the engineers. How can they misplace the entire bottom cover of the outdoor unit and now are taking no responsibility for it.

              Please note all my 3 ACs are under AMC and I never allow anyone besides Daikin to touch my ACs, then how can I have such below par experience.

              Please have all these issues fixed ASAP.
              1. AC cooling issue identification: PCB or outdoor unit and as I am under AMC I am expecting no major charge for it
              2. Bottom cover replacement: as its engineers fault I expect Dakin to take the responsibility and replace it.

              Also, I did like to request to escalate my issue to a higher up and have them call me back and I am utterly disappointed and would like to understand the action plan.

                I purchased 3 Daikin inverter split AC's 1.5 tonnes each (model number FTKM50UV16V) on 27th march 2022 from a store in Hyderabad. The cooling in all the 3 AC's is poor and not cooling below 26 degrees.
                One of the AC has started to throw warm air and is showing F3 error code. There is no response from service centre and are asking to expect a delay of 10 days or more. There is no one to take up the call @ customer care.
                Most pathetic Daikin AC and most pathetic service.

                Dear sir, we have been suffering without AC for last 10 days. The technicians visited us on 2nd May and identified that there is a major gas leak due to ill fitting of the AC by the technician during installation. I demanded that as the fault is from there side and within a month of installation, I be replaced with a new AC because once a problem there is always a recurrent problem. They gave a piece of paper saying that AC will be replaced in the next 2 days. It has been 10 days and no body is responding to my call. Mr Palla Srinivas has been promising to deliver the AC the very next day for the last 5 days. Now he has stopped responding to my call despite calling more than 30 times today. Pls get to the bottom of it and replace me with a new AC at the earliest and relieve us from the torture of heat and the torture of Daikin AC technicians and managers

                Just now your AC manager Khader barged in to my house and assaulted me and ladies. Have initiated an emergency police complaint. This is how your Daikin AC people respond to the complaints. It is all recorded in the CCTV

                  Why any reply from Company is consider as Complaint resloved?
                  Purchased AC in 2020 and not working due to problem in PCB of outdoor.
                  The poor quality or inferior product beware before purchase of Daikin AC strongly not recommended.
                  Further no any warranty is available on replaced parts of company.

                    Defective AC sold

                    I bought a 5 star Daikin split AC from Vijay Sales (Rajouri Garden) in March 2021. Ever since I bought the AC, it was not able to lower the temperature of the room below 27°C.                     I have purchased Daikin 1.5 Ton AC from Reliance Digital in the year 2020 and now after 2 yr its not working properly. After registring Complaint Reliance Resq Team said "ther is problem in PCB in outdoor and which will cost around 9000. This is unethical within 2yr in the AC which cost 36000 rs gives maintenance of rs 9000.

                      When i booked service through website they called me from Pondicherry service centre R.S. Refrigeration service a service person came and said that he knows only how to clean then they said they will send another person which took a long time then a person come he said there is fault in pcb and they will order a new one then tried to fix a pcb which they said is new but it's not and said me that is fully damaged buy a new one then I told them it works for some time then it turns off they are like yea that is it is fully damaged then i raised a service request again some other new person came and said it's board fault then I told they checked with new board also but he said that might not be a new board . All the service people came from Daikin registered R.S. Refrigeration service a person from there own service centre is telling me that instead of new pcb they might have used old one . This how pathetic the service in Pondicherry it's been more that a month i have no solution to my AC and they didn't give me the completion certificate but collected money from me and when I asked it back he why did you give money without completion certificate. I am never going to buy any products from Daikin if still have them R.S Refrigeration service as Pondicherry service centre and I need my ac fixed at the earliest

                            @DaikinIndia I am Daikin customer in Surat since last 5 year. Made a complaint on 25th March. 2 different teams have been here for inspection. Both of them shown different issues and collected 1000 in fees without any solution.

                            One said that there is gas problem. Other said there is PCB problem. And both of them said that they will not take responsibility in case it doesn't work after spending 3000 for gas and 9000 for PCB. Talked to their boss (Abdul). Still, same response.

                            This is the peak time when AC is required and with this, we are not getting any response or progress. Could you please look into this.

Today they said that it might take upto 6 months. This is not what I heard for Daikin. This is the main season which requires AC. So, COULD YOU PLEASE SOLVE THIS ASAP

                              Purchased a new daikin 1.5 ton 3 star inverter ac for my home. And its not cooling from day 1.
                              I have raised multiple complaints all they do is come from different agencies and check the pressure and leave, once the gas was flushed vacuumed and then refilled hoping to resolve the problem, it did not work either. Grill temp is around 15-16° on 24° temp set on ac, and it is the same on 18° also. The grill simply doesn’t blow enough cool air as i have compared to its competitors with same output and energy rating.. purchased another ac after 10 days from voltas ( of the same specs) and it cools way more than daikin. If voltas’s cooling is superior then daikin should stop claiming that its number1 ac manufacturer..

                                  My 3 year old Daikin 1.5 Ton inverter AC was not cooling for last 2 weeks.

                                  I had raised a service request on Daikin website with Ticket ID: 26149476 on 11/04/2022.

                                  After pleading few times, an engineer from Daikin service partner Adrika Sales finally visited on 13/04/2022 to check the problem.

                                  He informed that the outdoor PCB needs to be replaced for which I gave my agreement immediately.

                                  On the same day I received a call informing me that the part has been booked and would be installed within 3-4 days.

                                  It was been 10 days since and after numerous follow ups, I am now being told that the part is suddenly not available anywhere.

                                  Further, I am not being told when the issue will be resolved.

                                  I am still hoping for Daikin to look into this and the AC to get repaired asap.

                                  However, am getting used to repeating myself many times when it comes to dealing with Daikin. So here you go:

                                    We have installed Daikin AC in our Hospitals ICU and since 20 week we are requesting Daikin engineer Mr. Suraj but our problem is as it is. Daikin's AC services are not at all acceptable specifically in this region.
