I purchased a VRV 14 HP and the same got installed in Sept 2021 through Sri Sai Cooling Systems., Moradabad.
The unit has been functioning erratic since installation. Despite repeated calls to the dealer as well Daikin Executive Mr. Sandeep Kumar, none of the issues have been resolved to satisfaction till date.
1. I was to have Smart Mobile Connectivity: Nothing so far
2. Some of the indoors make air noise as good as an exhaust. i am including a Video.
3. Two remotes were locked and despite repeated complaints, it was explained to us that they are fine. Now these very ok remotes were unlocked in the last visit of August. I have attached the picture.
4. One of the indoor works on the invertor with no other power supply. Video attached.
5. Above issue were even inspected by another dealer from Gaziabad and all was fine even as per them.
6. Till date we have not been explained the various remote settings and the light displays and or warnings on the indoor units.
7. The icing on the top is that I made 3 calls to the customer care and explained all this and also requested them to connect me to a senior executive/manager.. for which i was kept waiting for 15-20 minutes on these calls and no one responds. On the last call I made i was informed that I would receive a call within 24 hours.. I think the same was 18th Aug 2022. I have a screen shot fortunately.

I request that Daikin should not sell products if they dont have responsible & skilled staff, technicians and dealers.

I made a big blunder of choosing Daikin over Mitsubishi.

    We purchased two Daikin ACs ( 2.2 Tn and 1.8 tn ) from Vijay Sales, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on[protected], installed on[protected] at the cost of Rs.55, 000=00 per unit having sophisticated latest technology, robustness and power saving features. Earliar we were using Panasoni 1.5 Ton AC since last 13 years with no coplain of gas leakages and more maintenance. But with this sophisticated beast, we face gas leakage problem at multiple elbow joints in 2.2 Tn unit in a span of just 1.5 years. We leave in very low dust / pollution area of Ahmedabad surrounded by lots of green trees. I am 100% sure that this is a maunfacturing defect from the company. We are paying Rs.3000 for the gas leakage to your Service provider company Airway Solutions, Naranpura, Ahmedabd. They are just repairing those elbow leakages with soldering saying one month of warranty from leakage from same elbows. This is quite ridiculous.. we don't want this repaired unit at our place. We want immidiate replacement of totally fresh unit against this old unit otherwise we will go to consumer court for justice. Attaching all documents herewith.         From date of installation fitting has not been good with in a year it has gas leakage 3 times how much amount i have to spend for the mistake i done by choosing DAIKIN PRODUCT.worst service what to do

          We have installed Ceiling Mounted Cassette AC (2 Ton) in our office 5 Months ago, but from last one month, Display of the sensor is not working properly and it is not catching the signals with accuracy. Kindly send a service person for the same, as our AC is in the warranty period.

            After shifted to mathura from bareilly, I asked for installation of 1.5ton split ac to Daikin online. This was asked to palak electronics of mathura against my ref. Id[protected] and work id[protected]. But due to palak electronics engineer faulty installation gas started leaking just after installation. I was conveyed to palak electronics but they made excuse "it's normal to have gas smell". NOW cooling is very low and near to zero and palak electronics mathura is saying it's 03 moths passed, so you have to pay for gas filling. GAS LEAKED DUE TO EITHER FAULTY INSTALLATION OR DELIBERATE faulty installation.

                Hi,

                This is with reference to our purchase of two Daikin Air Conditioners as per the following details

                Date : 23 May 2022
                Store: Vijay Sales, Swasthya Vihar, Delhi
                Sales Representative: Mr. Ali Naqvi

                Our house was under construction and we had apprised the store and Mr. Naqvi, about the same and had stated that the installation totally depends on the work that was being done at the site where the air conditioners were to be installed. While we insisted that we will buy them once we can get them installed, he told us that we can get them installed whenever we want to (just to sell them as quickly as possible).

                We were contacted by several tech-reps for the installation and because of the work that was going on at the site, we had to request them to wait until we got clearance from the builder for the installation. The tech reps also said that you can get the installation done once your work is completed and never once mentioned anything about the time.

                We finally requested the technical representative to help us with the installation and Mr. Ashu Kataria from Durga Refrigeration came at the site for the same.
                Upon his arrival, he opened the sealed packs and inspected the units and found that the condenser coil of one of the units (indoor) was broken and bent, whereas fan blower fins were broken in another unit. (Images as attached)

                The service engineer stated that the units need to be replaced as they are under warranty. He came with us till the store (Vijay Sales) to validate the facts and tried to communicate the same to the respective sales reps.
                Not only was he harassed by the sales team, but to our shock, the sales team also stated that they cannot do anything about it.
                All this happened despite us informing them at the time of purchase that the installation will take time.

                While we were purchasing we were made promises and were spoken to with utmost respect about how daikin brand represents service and quality, and post that there was no respect, forgotten promises and terrible tones.
                Now since 20th Aug there has been zero communication from the store about the same. Our house paint work is also pending till the AC's are installed and i am losing money on that everyday that it gets delayed.

                We trust the brand more than we trust these kinds of stores who lack compassion, basic sense of communication and are fully incapable of dealing with customer grievances. Stores and teams like them are only capable of ruining customer relationships and values of the brands they sell.

                Hence, writing to you, for your help in the same and hoping to receive a solution for the stated issue.

                        I purchased Daikin Split AC from Vijay Sales Mumbai on 20th Feb'22 on credit card cashback offer with month EMI.

                        I was advised by Vijay Sales that Merchant Cashback will be credited to your account in 90 days, hence, I had opted for this offer.

                        Currently, 6 month EMI tenure is over but still have not received any cashback.

                            Daikin India as far as they claim they are the best manufacturer of AC, they provide one of the most pathetic and third-grade service to their valued customers with no regret whatsoever after providing faulty services.
                            ...I being the latest victim of their pathetic after service in kolkata.
                            Despite lodging several complaints from my end, matter being defective and faulty installation of AC unit at my residence and overcharging of their irresponsible staffs, ANISH DASGUPTA, SHUBHANKAR SEN, SOMNATH GHOSH. They, SKD ENGINEERING, authorised DAIKIN service center, looted 6000 for re-installation at my residence for things that was not even necessary and took 8 hours for installation, that too ultimately resulted in defective installation. prior to that, my AC was working fine and with zero issues. They totally damaged my unit while installing and now even after infinite follow ups, all they have answers are "we have raised the issue and escalating the matter, service center not responding, we regret for the inconvenience caused, we are following up with local sales manager, we cant refund you. etc etc".
                            Its just pathetic to see how such companies claims to be best manufacturers while they keeps on providing such faulty services and dnt have any clue if any major issues happen.
                            I had words with their senior executives AMAN KESHRI, VENKATESH, KARANJEET SINGH etc . and the service centre guys somnath ghosh, shubhankar sen... All turns out to be incompetent and irresponsible in such important issues and even charging again for their own faults with arrogancy. Their call centre is just worthless. I humbly suggest THINK TWICE before going for DAIKIN products. I already lodged complaint in consumer forum, ministry of consumer affairs portal.. lets hope for any solution if they can provide any. Its been 40 days my AC is lying in that open position with my entire family suffering and till date, no response from entire DAIKIN team. Everyday i am calling their customer service and hearing "we are escalating your issue".

[protected] is always open and on previous occasions, multiple times calls have been made to me by DAIKIN only to inform "your matter is being looked after". and its over 50 days now, my AC is lying open and unattended, with my family suffering. my whole unit is suffering damage due to your fault and negligence and worthless service.
                            I have tried to call area sales manager MR. SUVO DAS, KOLKATA but even after calling 100 times, the guy never received/calls back. This thing is going to trend on twitter now.

                              I am very upset with the service your team is providing. I have bought the split AC (DAIKIN SAC 1.0T 3SINV ATKL35TV) on 13th Feb 2022 and start using the AC from March. After using one week, cooling problem arises and from that day it is not resolved yet. On complaining, Service center (Breeze Solution, Ghaziabad) has refilled the gas 3 times but problem not resolved. Then take the Unit to the service center and done some fixes but after installing at my place, again same problem i.e. AC is not cooling and smelling also. Finally on 10th June, they prepared the report for replacement and asked me to wait. Now its complete 2 months over but I didn't received any replacement unit. I bought the AC trusting Daikin brand and unfortunately my family is not able to use it and facing trouble due to careless from Daikin service. My kind request to Daikin Senior management to look into this and help for AC replacement. I bough this AC from Reliance Retail Limited, Gaur City Mall.

                                I purchased a 1.5 ton Inverter split AC from Daikin last year in August 2021. It was my family's first AC so I preferred a reputed Japanese Brand. In July 2022, the outdoor unit stopped working and the error from the remote was showing code H0. So I raised a ticket on Daikin India website (Ticket Id:[protected]. The Technician visited on 13th July and after inspection he told me that the sensors in the output unit need to be replaced. After 10 days, another Technician came with the new sensors but the outdoor unit still did not work. So this time he told me about malfunction of the PCB unit and accused the previous technician about his wrong judgement regarding sensors. He told me that he will order the new PCB. On 5th August, when I called him regarding the status, he said the PCB has not arrived yet. I emailed on your customer support but got no response. The invoice of the AC is attached. Please resolve the issue as its been more than 3 weeks of suffering. Moreover I live at the first floor with my family in the rental house and the outer walls and roof are exposed to the direct sunlight. I believe I will get help soon. Thanks.

                                The Technician replaced the PCB. When the AC is switched on, the compressor did not operate. On inspection, it has been found that the thimbles above the compressor were burnt. So he cleaned the deposited carbon and replaced the thimbles with the new one. The compressor started operation with a little spark. Although the AC is running fine now, but there is a little suspicion about that spark. So I am not closing the complaint from the main website until I get satisfied about the reliability of AC. After observation period of some days, if the AC runs fine, I will close that also. Thank You.

                                    PCB Stopped working within 2 days of purchase date/ Pathetic After Sales Services/ Highly disappointed form services provided by Customer care unprofessional technicians/ Poor response/no response from customer care/ Need replace of whole Unit or refund against faulty product
                                    This has reference to the Daikin AC FTKM50UV(5 star Invertor -1.5 ton), which I have purchased from Vijay Sales on 21-July -2022.( Sales Order copy enclosed ). This AC got installed at my home on 23 July, 2022.
                                    In this regard, I would to like to inform you from the date of installation, this AC Unit worked only for 2 days i.e till 25Th july 2022 then stop working/cooling. . I raised a service request on 28th July 2022 aginst ID 27092826,[protected],[protected], 27092553, then technician come up at my home. In first go, he failed to figure out the problem despite telling him multiple time there is cooling issue in the AC. Then, he told me that there may be problem of PCB, for which he was not sure about it and told me that there may be problem of PCB.
                                    Again, even if after raising almost 6 tickets which now all has been cancelled from daikin customer care end without giving solution.
                                    After many calls to customer care, they gave me the contact number of the Parihar Service center. Its been 10 days now and whenever I follow up during all these days i get the response that the spare part (PCB) is not available and its in transit.
                                    My simple question for daikin team is that what kind of logistic system daikin india is having. That delivery of part has taken almost 2 weeks? That to in that age, when our country is having speedy mode of transporation. Extremely, disappointing being a customer DAIKIN INDIA is not providing suitable/ speedy solution.
                                    What kind of technicians Daikin India has hired those unable to figure out the problem?
                                    What kind of customer care you are having that they are cancelling the raised by themselves, moreover they have not performed installation of AC properly.
                                    Hope that Daikin understand my financial loss and disappointed from such brand name in order to fix my mental harassment which this Faulty AC unit has caused kindly arrange to replacement of whole Unit or refund my valuable money of product.

                                      Just after one week of warranty period AC PCB stopped working.

                                        Really frustrated, unhappy, and lost trust in Daikini's a so-called No 1 A/C brand - I never ever trust, buy or recommend any of your products.
                                        on 10th July the indoor unit was taken for observation and there is no update on it, without any intimation- complaint 26846400 closed. **** Key Services unprofessional Authorised service center *****

                                        Hi Daikin Team,

                                        I am Suneel.S, really unhappy & feed up with your unprofessional Authorized(Key Services) service center and also such a worst customer care. Really hats off to your customer care escalation team for making customers(me) wait for more than 45 mins on call and did not connect.
                                        About Key Services Daikins Authorized service center :
                                        Service Center: - There are simply managing with unprofessional staff and they are not experts. Don't interact with the customers: - without any intimation & visiting home - simply closed 6 tickets Technicians: - Did not carry any psi gauge instruments - without checking - on assumption all entered psi reading in services log. Note:- I tried reaching out to the below members more than 10 times regarding the issues faced with Technicians & product damage issues and they hardly respond back once.
                                        Daikin's Sales Head Vizag:- B Krishna Mohan delayed/dragged the process - As soon I noticed issues in the unit I tried reaching him (i.e. he responded after 7 months) - nothing he did as of now no update back from him. Daikin's Controller Head Vijayawada:- Satyanaraya/Naresh:- After trying more than 10 times - Naresh responded and he said he will look into the issue - No update back from him

                                        Issues from Day 1 of Installation to Till date ... I raised more than 14 complaints - 6 closed without notice n a visit.

                                        Day 1 during installation:-PCB board damaged - without any proper inspection checks Technician(Name:-Nagaraju) installed AC unit by releasing all compressor gases, and later there observed some damages within the unit. Immediately I reached out to the Showroom (i.e Bajaj Electronic) where I purchased AC, there accepted and were ready to replace the entire unit. Post that Technicians connected with Showroom(i.e Bajaj Electronic) and not sure what happen later Technician guys convinced me and changed SOME PCB BOARD, where I am not aware of whether it was the new one or the old. Also while installation they didn't check compressor gases psi readings. Note: I noticed that the Technician(Y.Nagaraju) didn't carry any required psi instrument.- on assumption, he entered psi reading in the service log for both Indoor & Outdoor unit suction & discharge.
                                        Complaint 2:- Noise and Cooling issues The technician(K.Y Naidu) visited the home and simply said its working fine, without carrying gas gauge instruments and checking the gas temp - and entered in the log as both Indoor & Outdoor unit suction & discharge are normal and working fine.
                                        Complaint 3:- Noise and Cooling issues technician(Y.Ramesh) visited the home and initially said it is working fine, but observed some cooling throughput issues, and upon checking the gas temperature - the outdoor unit psi reading was
