I am not satisfied daikin service..
I complaint 11 april 2023 about cooling problem my AC. I am buying this new product july 2021 and now get problem only 1.5 year.

I called customer care 11th april 2023 due to ac not cooling. The service centre name cooling control they behevior bad and rude
Then company send someone technician they check after the person damage my PCB and they run away and other person will come and check..
Next day other technician came check they told that your ac not working pcb damage and this is chargeable approx Rs 3500 and to took Rs 500 for visiting charge and they not doing anything..
Now cooling control not respond anything and when i call they behaviour i like i am a beggar.
My father is heart patient and doctor advice to keep your father in ac..

Now i have faceing problem last 4 days

    There is no follow up from Sathya agency for installation. There is no support for purchased products.
    Even our contacts also there is no correct responds. 3-4-23 brought ac still now ac not installed we brought 4nos ac in that day.

      I purchased my Daikin AC in ict 2019 I was so happy with its cooling I got all my AC replaced with Daikin. However the service provided by this Daikin authorised service Center is worst by Shree Cooling creation Dombivali, it’s been managed by some Mr Bagwe. This ppl finds every way to lootify you once you approach them. Their charges are way high and you get trapped. I approached them a year back for replacing/repairing PCB, they never came back to me n kept avoiding and informing me that PCB is under warranty, finally I d to be behind them n they told me the charges would be 6500+ 1000 (installation) for replacing it as it’s out of warranty. Although the place from which isn’t was purchased Vijay sales ppl were agreeing that it should be under warranty this ppl clearly denied.
      I m requesting u to pls look in to it n help me claim my warranty and get Thai replaced also to take some action to save other ppl from this Fraudsters and scamsters.

        Very disappointed with inverter Ac Diakin purchased . Engineers comes from solar Enterprise and changes the mother to another Ac and other Ac too is not working.eng said there is no warranty on this mother board as it's old model ...I was pushed and cheated to buy old model as now there is 5 years warranty on motherboard they say .I have paid my hard earn money for 3 Ac n within 3 yrs my all 3 Ac they say Motherboard is gone and I had brought Stabilizer too so I don't damage my Ac but sad there is something wrong with that old model Ac ..I would kindly request to credit myoney back of all 3 Ac or replace the motherboard boards of all 3 Ac ..as Solar ^have not bothered to get my issues solved .very bad service

          We trusted Diakin Advertisment and bought new air condtioner inverter model in 2019 ac worth 45000/ from the date 0f buying cooling extremly good for 6 months, then gradually cooling reduced only air produced..

          2019 period was covid i could not able to claim my warranty. after 10 month my inverter board corrupted. due to covid no technician came for service . then after once covid settled i changed inverter board paying 7000/

          now from 2022 cooling were not there i approaced for diakin service. engineer visited forn diakin and reported inverter PCB board problem, AGAIN AND AGAIN asking me to pay 7400/

          can we file to consumer court, because buying this ac we have struggled a lot OF mental depression, no cooling all the time kids women were too much suffered in heat. not ab;e to enjoy the complete cooling from diakin ac. diakin company providing low quality PCB BOARD product to the constumer. and making poeople lot of mental depression.

          more ever no customer should affect like me in diakin company. very worst low quality product .

          i have informed to Mr. Sarath Diakin service Manager Regarding filing my issue to Court. He also replied its your right to fight for your rights for low quality product.

          I am facing the same issue, I sick and tired of chasing these guys, to get my PCB fixed the same expensive model with cheap inverter really not worth, poor customer service just sitting to mint money and do nothing in return.I regret buying this product. .. would never ever recommend Diakin to anyone.. not worth it

            We have bought Daikin AC before Covid Season.
            From First year itself it has Gas leak issues and I raised this concern over Facebook also.
            We compromised and started fixing Gas issues every year by paying 3000+499 service charges.
            As usual Room is not cooling up we wanted to have AC cleanup and GAS fixed, Technician mentioned it has AC Coil Damage that is reason for multiple gas fixes.
            Till Date I spend almost 20k on GAS issues & leak issues.
            Today Technician said to repair coil its 8500 and Gas refill is 3k
            For 1.5 ton AC I spend almost 30k
            What is this?????
            how can i escalate this issue

              We bought Daikan just before covid season and we dint use much
              with an year Gas leak problem
              We did multiple times Gas fixatures
              I complained in their facebook page also
              I spent almost 20k on Gas fixatures
              Hardly we dint use beyondff 1 month in summer
              Today when called techncian for check
              They coil is failed could be damage AC
              Coil cost is 8500
              Gas fill is 3000

              With in 4 years of buying this [censored] Daikan ac
              We almost repaired for 33k

                I have purchased two Daikin ACs (1.5 tn ) 5-Star model from Baja Electronics Champapet, Hyderabad -500079, Telangana, Modal: DAIKIN Ac FTKM50UV16V/RKM50UV16v.IU on[protected]. and both were installed on[protected],
                AC is not cooling my room, it's only blowing air like a cooler
                my room size is(10 ft x 10 ft),
                This is a new ac, Yesterday only installed.
                I called the technician, and he cross-checked everything, ( Gas leakage, Wires, remote settings, Outdoor, etc..), he told me to run for 45 minutes, I did the same and I observed that after 45 minutes, the AC mode automatically changed (Cooling also reduced), My room was cooled but here the problem is whenever I want to go for sleep, I have to plan/on-AC before one hour.
                My TATA cooler also blows the same air.
                I thought Daikin was a Premium Brand. and I compared it with LG 1.5tn which is also good. with that AC cooling room in 5 minutes with the POWERCOOL option.
                In Daikin, we have the PowerChill option which is also useless.
                Note: Could you please replace it with an advanced model or replace it with 2tn (I will bare that extra amount)

                  This complaint is regarding Daikin invertor AC that i was purchased 2 Yr back and from the day of purchasing i am facing its service related issues.
                  Actually i purchased this AC from Pearl Trader Panipat ([protected]). In first year when i request for first free service then their service center replied we do not service AC which are purchased from Pearl trader. Now from last one year my AC is not working properly. After few minute it spread hot air. Regarding this i am continuing complaint in pearl trader and i also complaint in Daikin service center. Every time their mechanic came and say "sir isse mai thik nahi kr sakta mujhe samjh nahi aa rha isme kya problem hai mere according sab thik h lakin pta nahi kyu fir bhi cooling nahi kr rha " . Means he is not able to detect the problem . I have spend a hole year just complaining but till date i have not got any solution. My AC is still same. My contact detail is given below .

                    Actually i purchased this AC from Pearl Trader Panipat ([protected]). In first year when i request for first free service then their service center replied we do not service AC which are purchased from Pearl trader. Now from last one year my AC is not working properly. After few minute it spread hot air. Regarding this i am continuing complaint in pearl trader and i also complaint in Daikin service center. Every time their mechanic came and say "sir isse mai thik nahi kr sakta mujhe samjh nahi aa rha isme kya problem hai mere according sab thik h lakin pta nahi kyu fir bhi cooling nahi kr rha " . Means he is not able to detect the problem . I have spend a hole year just complaining but till date i have not got any solution. My AC is still same.

                        We bought ac roughly 2 years back
                        We chose Daikin as it was promising
                        After buying this 5 star inverter AC we had less electricity bill but now within no time this machine has stopped cooling the room
                        Technician from daikin was called and he told us pcb needs either repair or change which will be around 4 to 6k
                        Now he says der is no definite reason as to y this happens to pcb in our case and this can happen pretty much again
                        Daikin inverter 5 star AC has thos trouble.
                        So y is diakin still selling this product if they know it's not compatible
                        Now wat should I do just keep paying for new pcb every year ? After paying 38500 for this useless ac ? I feel cheated and Daikin looses our trust

                          Reg : Complaint against sub-standard 1.5 ton Windows AC and against cheating
                          behaviour of service mechanic

                          I reside in Delhi and purchased Daikin WAC-FRWL50TV162 1.5 Ton 3S 9054162 from M/s Pranav Electronics, D-95 Main Parwana Road, Delhi-51 vide Invoice No.57 dated 28.7.2021.

                          M/s Unique Air Conditioning Works, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-51 carried out 2 services – first on 14.32022 vide Service Receipt No.77897 and the Second on 8.6.2022 vide Service Receipt No.77235.

                          The AC stopped giving service in August, 2022 that is just after 12 months and a few days from its purchase. A complaint was lodged on 23.8.2022, the details of which are as under:

                          A mechanic, Gaurav Kumar (Phone No.[protected]) visited our house and refused to look at AC without payment of Rs.650/-. On persuasion, he examined the AC and informed that the front Coil of AC had leaked and AC cannot be repaired without service charges and other charges.

                          Now, I submit hereunder the chronology of the events which have led to our traumatic experience:

                          • The front Coil leaked just after 12 months but less than 13 months period from purchase of AC. This shows poor quality of the product and nothing more could be added to it but a word “Sub-standard” Coil.

                          • The mechanic, Gaurav Kumar, (Phone [protected]) informed that the charges of the company are very high and he personally would charge lesser amount and install genuine parts of the company at lesser rates.

                          • He convinced us that such a practice is very common and they are able to arrange gas and parts through their sources and the customers have to incur lesser expenses for genuine parts so arranged by them.

                          • He also assured to take AMC for future at a reasonable charge.

                          • He examined the AC and informed that there was leakage from almost all the curves of the Coil.

                          • He charged Rs.2800/- from us for repair of the Coil and Gas and assured 3 months service in case of any problem.

                          • He closed the Complaint vide Complaint Code 14657992 Ref id 27233592.

                          • The AC went out of order just after 4 days from that day.

                          • Gaurav was informed over phone but he said that he was in Jaipur to attend a training and could not come. But he assured to send some other person. (his phone records will confirm and verify our many calls during that week).
                          • One Sukhman Singh was arranged by him who after examination of the Coil informed that the Coil cannot be repaired anymore and had to be replaced.

                          • He explained that being not a mechanic of Daikin, would arrange Coil from market only and fill the gas to put AC in order. Gaurav in the meantime stopped taking our calls.

                          • Sukhman charged Rs.5, 500/- from us for replacement of the Coil and filling up of gas. (But the Original Coil repaired by Gaurav was not handed over by us to Sukhman as it is an evidence of repair carried out by Gaurav) (It is still with us).

                          • The AC stopped working the very next day. Neither Sukhman nor Gaurav has responded our calls. Gaurav has been contacted today also but no response.

                          The Air conditioner is not working and you can well imagine the torturous experience we have been undergoing not only due to heat and humidity but also the behaviour and cheating on us by a representative of Daikin which is big name in the industry.

                          We request you to please look into all the major aspects of the complaint and arrange to get us some consolation/relief for reposing our confidence and faith in Daikin products.

                          This is in continuation of my yesterday's complaint a copy of which was marked to Customer Service of M/s Daikin also. I received a call from M/s Global Solutions and the caller, Ms Tanvi, a Computer Operator, as she introduced herself over phone stated that they have a service request from me and they would be sending a mechanic to assess the problem. Further, I would have to bear the service charge and the cost of repair.

                          I explained to her that I did not make any request but there is a complaint about the product and some other issues narrated in my e-mail. She insisted that the service request is there and either I have to accept it or reject it. On my request, she called another lady on the phone who also insisted on the same that either I agree to the visit of a mechanic or refuse it.

                          I made a few attempts to make them understand the issues raised by me in my e-mail. Both of them during the course of this conversation were not inclined to understand the spirit of my e-mail and got offended. I was told that I was free to talk to anybody about my issues but if I am refusing the paid visit, my request with them would be closed. Their language and attitude was unprofessional and insolent as if they have not been trained and sensitised about the problems of the customers.

                          Ultimately, I received an SMS "Daikin Customer, Cancellation proposed for ref. DEL[protected], Estimate not approved, if not agree pls notify within 48 hours." This message substantiates my submission that they insisted on payment of visit and other charges. As for their behaviour, it was highly disrespectful and unprofessional.

                          Under the circumstances, I fail to understand whom to approach and how to get relief from M/s Daikin.

                              I purchased a VRV 14 HP and the same got installed in Sept 2021 through Sri Sai Cooling Systems., Moradabad.
                              The unit has been functioning erratic since installation. Despite repeated calls to the dealer as well Daikin Executive Mr. Sandeep Kumar, none of the issues have been resolved to satisfaction till date.
                              1. I was to have Smart Mobile Connectivity: Nothing so far
                              2. Some of the indoors make air noise as good as an exhaust. i am including a Video.
                              3. Two remotes were locked and despite repeated complaints, it was explained to us that they are fine. Now these very ok remotes were unlocked in the last visit of August. I have attached the picture.
                              4. One of the indoor works on the invertor with no other power supply. Video attached.
                              5. Above issue were even inspected by another dealer from Gaziabad and all was fine even as per them.
                              6. Till date we have not been explained the various remote settings and the light displays and or warnings on the indoor units.
                              7. The icing on the top is that I made 3 calls to the customer care and explained all this and also requested them to connect me to a senior executive/manager.. for which i was kept waiting for 15-20 minutes on these calls and no one responds. On the last call I made i was informed that I would receive a call within 24 hours.. I think the same was 18th Aug 2022. I have a screen shot fortunately.

                              I request that Daikin should not sell products if they dont have responsible & skilled staff, technicians and dealers.

                              I made a big blunder of choosing Daikin over Mitsubishi.

                                We purchased two Daikin ACs ( 2.2 Tn and 1.8 tn ) from Vijay Sales, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on[protected], installed on[protected] at the cost of Rs.55, 000=00 per unit having sophisticated latest technology, robustness and power saving features. Earliar we were using Panasoni 1.5 Ton AC since last 13 years with no coplain of gas leakages and more maintenance. But with this sophisticated beast, we face gas leakage problem at multiple elbow joints in 2.2 Tn unit in a span of just 1.5 years. We leave in very low dust / pollution area of Ahmedabad surrounded by lots of green trees. I am 100% sure that this is a maunfacturing defect from the company. We are paying Rs.3000 for the gas leakage to your Service provider company Airway Solutions, Naranpura, Ahmedabd. They are just repairing those elbow leakages with soldering saying one month of warranty from leakage from same elbows. This is quite ridiculous.. we don't want this repaired unit at our place. We want immidiate replacement of totally fresh unit against this old unit otherwise we will go to consumer court for justice. Attaching all documents herewith.                                         After shifted to mathura from bareilly, I asked for installation of 1.5ton split ac to Daikin online. This was asked to palak electronics of mathura against my ref. Id[protected] and work id[protected]. But due to palak electronics engineer faulty installation gas started leaking just after installation. I was conveyed to palak electronics but they made excuse "it's normal to have gas smell". NOW cooling is very low and near to zero and palak electronics mathura is saying it's 03 moths passed, so you have to pay for gas filling. GAS LEAKED DUE TO EITHER FAULTY INSTALLATION OR DELIBERATE faulty installation.
