PCB

Three of my PCB cards of the inverter based outdoor units have gone bad. The company charges Rs 9200 with labor per card. I never knew the penalty one would have to endure while going for INVERTER ACs. The measely power savings is not worth it in comparison to the Price one has to pay for PCB.

The company knew about the defective PCB, thats why they came upwith the extended warranty after Sept 2020. What about poor consumers...

My ac down for 30 days

I bought the 2 tons inverter ac from Vijay Sales Thane in October 17 it broke down on 5 April now service person who came today 11th May says PCB and compressor is damaged need replacement compressor is within warranty will try for replacement PCB plus gas will be charged response after 30 days I asked him how long it will take for parts replacement says 15 to 20 days frankly speaking don’t ever buy a Daikin AC they are a cheat company...

Lack of Service for A/c

I have written 2 emails to Daikin Customer service email id, "[protected]@daikinindia.com" but they don't respond. How to get the issue heard. Is there some other way of escalating the matter to somebody in the organization in India or their parent Company is Japan.
Japanese are supposedly process oriented but this is surely an exception. Their product is good but there service is pathetic....

PCB failure in just 2 years

What's the PCB warranty on Daikin 1.5 ton inverter AC purchased on 9 Aug 2019. Is it 1 year or 48 months additional on PCB ?

Service person saying it has 1 year warranty only and asking for 9000 for outdoor PCB replacement. And worst case that replacement PCB wouldn't have a warranty of single day. If this is the case I am ready to put in Junk and would be my last purchase of Daikin.

It's pathetic that critical...

New purchased Split Ac complaint not resolved, despite repeated calling.

I have purchased a split Daikin ac 1.5 last month, few days ago it lost cooling. I have registered a complaint recieved a complaint number GHA[protected].Cx / id[protected], despite repeated calling to the service provider number provided by Daikin they are not responding at all. What the hell is going on? Have I made a mistake purchasing a Daikin product....

Most of the they will not attend call

They told, no service people available in this season, very irresponsible reply...

Defective Air Conditioner received

I purchased Daikan 1.5 Inverter AC on the 26th of March and within 15 days we observed there is no cooling. We had a team who had install the AC to look into the problem and it is been diagnosed as gas leak. Since then I am chasing the dealer, Daikan team but without any luck.

Note: With the increasing heat, I had purchased this AC for my parents to give them comfort, so they can have good sleep, but its been over 20 days.....

AC purchased from vijay sales, kapurbawadi, Thane in Aug-2021. Installation done in May-2022. While installation, it was learnt that AC outdoor unit not working. Complaint raised with vijay sales for replacement. They said complaint forwarded to daikin but from your company no response yet recd....

Pathetic call centre response, and poor service from Daikin

3 Rd May lodged a complaint, 4 th May 22, technician from AIR EXPERT Hyderabad visited changed the gas charged Rs 3500/ . Problem persists, trying to reach call centre no proper response, called Air expert service centre no response. Diakin let a loyal customer down don't advice to go for Diakin AC as services are pathetic....

Daikin has provided poor quality product and its parts. PCB is the main part in inverter AC, which is very poor quality in Daikin ACs. In 5 years, 2 PCB are damaged. Last times, we somehow managed to get it replaced on chargeable basis. but now again it is not working due to PCB fault.
Requesting you to kindly admit the poor quality manufacturing of this model FTKP50QRV16 and kindly do the replacement...

Malfunctioning of Daikin AC

DAIKIN AC failed to start at 35 degree centigrade

DAIKIN AC failed to start at and above 35 degree centigrade. Complain ref id 26331416 dated 24.04.2022. Inspection done and it's charges taken but not repaired the machine till now. Machine is only 3 years old and it has warranty of compressor....

I have 3 Daking split ACs installed at home. Out of those 3, one has been having issues since Apr 27, I raised a complaint on Apr 28. Despite calling daily to send engineer, the team visited only yesterday i.e. May 1st.

First engineer who visited from Unique Cool points named Rashid took an hour and then said the problem might be of a. Gas Leakage or b. faulty PCB and said another team will visit to fix...

Daikin inverter split AC's 1.5 tonnes each (model number FTKM50UV16V) purchased on 27th march 2022

I purchased 3 Daikin inverter split AC's 1.5 tonnes each (model number FTKM50UV16V) on 27th march 2022 from a store in Hyderabad. The cooling in all the 3 AC's is poor and not cooling below 26 degrees.
One of the AC has started to throw warm air and is showing F3 error code. There is no response from service centre and are asking to expect a delay of 10 days or more. There is no one to take up the call @ customer care.

Daikin 1.5 Ton Inverter AC PCB problem (Never Buy AC of Daikin)

Why any reply from Company is consider as Complaint resloved?
Purchased AC in 2020 and not working due to problem in PCB of outdoor.
The poor quality or inferior product beware before purchase of Daikin AC strongly not recommended.
Further no any warranty is available on replaced parts of company.
