Hi, i made complaint for my ac issue several times on customer care nunber but service engineer gasnt vusited yet. Its bern 5 days today. All service center numbers given to me are eihter switched off or not answering.

Very patahetic service of daiken. If they cant provide srvjce they should shut down their business.

I ritesh kumar from hyderabad purchase 5 ac in 2018 from air master airconditioning solutions .Out of 5 3 ac are split ac and reaming are cassette ac model no fka71cvm and one more fcvf140brv16 .I am facing pcb problem as per the service provider from the dealer i have taken .They are not even taking call and supporting in this matter .Other service providers also not giving service because of pcb board is only provided to the dealer from we have taken ac .We dont know how to solve this thing and fallen in trap of daikin .       I purchased a Daikin 1 TR SPLIT 4" FTHT 35 UV 16 INV from your dealer Weather Maker, Sector -49, NOIDA (UP) on 11 Feb'22 along with four ACs of various capacities.
      In the last three months, this AC has stopped cooling five times due to gas leakage.Everytime the pipe in the outdoor unit burst from a new spot and gas leaks. It appears that the material used in the outdoor unit supplied is of inferior quality or fake.The details of my complaints can always be verified from your customer care.
      This kind of frequent breakdown is quite frustrating and needs a permanent solution.
      In view of this, you are requested to investigate and replace the outdoor unit as soon as possible.

        I purchased 2.02 ton Daikin ac, while installation copper pipe got broke by installation guy which came from Daikin service center itself. Also the way he moved pipe along the wall was not appropriate. As i see there are many bends init.

        My Daikin AC was not properly installed, now the person who installed says that AC is damaged and has to replaced I raised complaint 4 days back but there is no action taken. Even though I spend 60k and still I have to suffer with this heat in my room.

          I purchased 02 new DAIKIN Inverter ACs (Model No.: Indoor FTKL50TV16V, Outdoor RKL50TV16) on 8th and 11th March, 2020 (Invoice attached).
          It's been in operation for a season only (Not-In-Use during Covid period 2020). But since the last 2 weeks, one of these is tripping several times during operation, with each running time of merely 20 seconds. This was unexpected from a renowned brand like Daikin. What comes next was way more harassing experience than above.

          DATE: May 13, 2022 : Service request raised with TICKET ID : 26508099.

          I was directed to "KGN Cooling Solutions", who was not reachable at the number provided along with the ticket message. However, he called himself and asked for 500 Rs. visiting charges without any valid GST receipt. On insisting for a valid GST receipt and proper technician, the person confronted and ended the call. On calling the toll free number, they verified that the valid visiting invoice will be around INR 590/- and they will intimate the service provider.

          DATE: May 17, 2022 : Technician Visit day

          Called the service centre guy (Imran), who assured me of sending a technician, although it was clearly audible over the phone that he was telling someone to visit and ask for PCB repair. The technician (Imran) came, and without properly checking for the probable causes of the faults (as the unit wasn't displaying any error code), the person simply said that the Outdoor unit PCB is not functional and will need to be replaced. When asked for proper diagnosis/repair, he simply said that this is what they are asked to do in such cases as they haven't been trained for providing proper fault diagnosis/PCB repair. It seems that they were already prejudiced to the service they were going to provide; as in their SERVICE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE, even without any visit, they had already printed other components replaced under the "Details of the Repair Work" section.

          Moreover they provided only a softcopy of the GST invoice(that too on insistence). It seems like they are only attached with daikin to grab their customers and then providing their own services as a third party without any affiliation to daikin.

          The product defect and aftersales service, both were subpar the standards of any reputable brand. Atleast a dedicated authorised service centre is expected.

          Requesting you to provide a proper support on the issue at earliest (as the technician has left the outdoor unit exposed without its casing which is prone to any external damage).

            THE WORST SERVICE EVER

            I had purchased a Daikin AC on 14/04/2022 from Utility Engineers Sector 35 B Chandigarh. On 15th May it’s cooling had been stopped. I have been following up with you guys from 15th May regarding this issue. Request had also been raised on your so called Customer Service but no one has visited to repair it. They had assigned the request to local Daikin Customer Dealer (Pin 173205) but they are not ready to check as according to them there is a probability of Gas Leakage and they will not bear the charges for the same. The AC is under Warranty. I have also contacted company’s representatives who had installed the AC. They are not interested in picking up the call. No one is taking ownership to get my AC repaired. According to technician company’s policies are so rigid and they will not pay for Gas to local Dealer. This is so sad to hear that Company is not taking any ownership for the products which are under warranty. So Pathetic!!!

              As our one complaint is pending since 4.05.22 to there Bhopal service provider
              They says that PCB of the my invertor model Split Ac is not working to be replaced
              Since that date not reached to there store from there supplier end
              Also at Bhopal there one service center asking Rs 10300.00 while other asking Rs 3600.00
              Pl what to be correct cost
              As well as very poor service experience as well as always mis guiding
              I never recommend any one to go atleast this brand

                I have purchased a Diakin 1.5 ton 3 star Inverter Ac having model number FTKP50-S dated[protected] from your authorised distributor Garg Diakin Dealer Gol Daggi Bathinda with bill. From very first day AC not working properly in peak summers as it’s outer unit PCB got tripped at higher ambient temperature.PCB has manufacturing fault and also this message was conveyed to me by your service persons time to time that this model Inveter ac has a issue all over region regarding PCB tripping at higher ambient temperature.

                I am total unsatisfied and disturbed because of this issue. This AC doesn’t work in peak summers because of this issue.

                Request you to kindly rectify this PCB issue as it is manufacturing fault.

                It's my humble request kindly take this matter on priority and resolve the issue as it’s a big question mark on Diakin Invertor ac relabilty in peak summers, moreover why you are selling these type of ac which doesn’t work in peak summers, you are making customers fool by selling non reliable products.

                I hereby request you to kindly check my ac thoroughly, and give me written confirmation and test guaranty certificate that this ac outer unit PCB is working fine on higher temperature else replace it.

                During purchasing no body (COMPANY AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR)told that this inverter ac will work in winters not in summers as its outdoor unit PCB will trip in summers.
                Really its cheating done by diakin by selling AC with faulty PCB and after that customer are asked to pay 15000 for replacement of PCB that will not trip at higher temperature.

                BEWARE OF THIS DIAKIN INVERTER AC NEVER BUTY THIS IT IS NOT AC, IT IS FAN FITTED IN AC BOX.

                  I am totally disappointed with Daikin . Just after 3 years the PCB of my inverter A/C has gone bad. The official service centre is saying it will need replacement and will cost 8500 INR which is enormous amount and also said it doesn't come with a single day of warranty. Absolutely ridiculous fron such a reputed international brand.
                  Hopefully someone responds and takes action.

                    Three of my PCB cards of the inverter based outdoor units have gone bad. The company charges Rs 9200 with labor per card. I never knew the penalty one would have to endure while going for INVERTER ACs. The measely power savings is not worth it in comparison to the Price one has to pay for PCB.

                    The company knew about the defective PCB, thats why they came upwith the extended warranty after Sept 2020. What about poor consumers who bought before that. They are having to pay thru their nose just to keep these junk machines going. never expected this EXPLOITATION from daikin.

                      I bought the 2 tons inverter ac from Vijay Sales Thane in October 17 it broke down on 5 April now service person who came today 11th May says PCB and compressor is damaged need replacement compressor is within warranty will try for replacement PCB plus gas will be charged response after 30 days I asked him how long it will take for parts replacement says 15 to 20 days frankly speaking don’t ever buy a Daikin AC they are a cheat company

                        I have written 2 emails to Daikin Customer service email id, "[protected]@daikinindia.com" but they don't respond. How to get the issue heard. Is there some other way of escalating the matter to somebody in the organization in India or their parent Company is Japan.
                        Japanese are supposedly process oriented but this is surely an exception. Their product is good but there service is pathetic.

                          What's the PCB warranty on Daikin 1.5 ton inverter AC purchased on 9 Aug 2019. Is it 1 year or 48 months additional on PCB ?

                          Service person saying it has 1 year warranty only and asking for 9000 for outdoor PCB replacement. And worst case that replacement PCB wouldn't have a warranty of single day. If this is the case I am ready to put in Junk and would be my last purchase of Daikin.

                          It's pathetic that critical & costly components are failing in just 2 and half years. I am using O General & Mitsubishi AC which are much older & running absolutely fine

                            I have Daikin Windows AC under warranty, it has a gas leakage problem for which i have registered the complaint 3 days ago and the company assured that they will their engineer in 24 hours, after the complaint 2 executive came in given time and they checked the issue about mentioned problem, they went without solving our problem and said that 'some other executive will come to resolve this issue', i waited for 24 hours but no one came, i call the company and they assured the engineer will visit in the evening that day but again no one came, i contacted Daikin again they assured that executive will visit next morning but no one came, once again i contacted the company they told me the engineer will definitely visit in the evening then i got a call from the engineer and he assured that he is coming in one hour at my place for resolving the issue, i waited for two hours and called the engineer, he told me he is arriving in twenty minutes as he is near to my place, i waited for one hour and called tha engineer again, he said 'Company has assigned me someone's another work in mayur vihar on urgent basis so he will not able to come today as directed by the company', i again contacted Daikin but they didn't pick my call, after doing so many attempts i recieved a call from Daikin and he said ' i will try my best to send engineer today ' but no one came till now. I have mentioned in my first call to Daikin that i have a patient at my home so forward my complaint on urgent basis but i am suffering from 3 days and the company didn't hear me after so many attempts.

                                I have purchased a split Daikin ac 1.5 last month, few days ago it lost cooling. I have registered a complaint recieved a complaint number GHA[protected].Cx / id[protected], despite repeated calling to the service provider number provided by Daikin they are not responding at all. What the hell is going on? Have I made a mistake purchasing a Daikin product.

                                    I purchased Daikan 1.5 Inverter AC on the 26th of March and within 15 days we observed there is no cooling. We had a team who had install the AC to look into the problem and it is been diagnosed as gas leak. Since then I am chasing the dealer, Daikan team but without any luck.

                                    Note: With the increasing heat, I had purchased this AC for my parents to give them comfort, so they can have good sleep, but its been over 20 days.. I am only chasing with no solution.

                                    I request you to please replace the AC, with a new one since this is in the warranty period.
