Worst service As I made complaint yesterday regarding my a/c none responded with my own effort I contacted Mr.sathya daikin regional manager Tamil nadu... Service person giving wrong info to the manager and a person name Mr.gearad who is a service incharge ... They are telling my house locked but the thing is that a/c is in my shop which is open all days from 9am to 9pm... Now my a/c is gone they are telling me that they should do chemical cleaning and I have to pay Rs.1750 + 700 charges.. My a/ is jus 10 months old n warranty is still there...I am requesting for service for more than 15days but today only they came...because of poor service it went off...I have all they voice recording that I spoke to daikin service and I am not going to leave...I will go consumer court and will prove it its WORST SERVICE

Daikin a/c has no service.. Pls don't buy... I own 3 daikin a/c in that i have 2 a/c with free service not yet over... From 13th july i am calling[protected] and[protected] they gave me a reference no.22249 but nooooo use at all they never sent any person to attend till now...2 days they answered after that if they see my mobile no. They are not picking phone at all... If i change no. And call they are picking and putting me in hold... I love daikin but regret...     Team Daikin, I am facing one of the worst customer service of all the various brands of electronics am using at home. Therefore i am forced to writing it in various forums. As many i had a false assumption that Daikin is a pioneer and wouldnt give any problem. Unfortunately the 1.5 ton splic AC i bought on 7th may 2015 stopped working within 2 months on 24th June 2015. Its been almost half a month, and daily i have to make 2/3 calls to a so called service centre who doesnt know ABCD of customer service. The service center who installed is "Snow city enterprises". Mr Ameen([protected]) is the person in charge there. The following are the various complaint numbers which are registered. Every time you call customer care you get a complaint number registered. Nobody know what happens after that. No follow ups. As you can see for that same problem so many number of complaint numbers have been raised. 24/07/205 - MAA[protected] 01/07/2015 - MAA[protected] 03/07/2015- Attended by "Jai Air Systems" service centre. After trouble shooting found that all the gas has leaked and apparently leaked from the coil inside outdoor unit. They asked me to contact the service centre who installed the unit, which is "Snow city enterprises". 06/07/2015 - MAA[protected] 09/07/2015 - MAA[protected] 09/07/2015- Attended by "Snow city enterprises" and removed the outdoor unit and took it to service centre to repair the coils. 11/07/2015 - Received the outdoor unit after repairs. Now am waiting for the outdoor unit reinstallation. More irritating thing is the number calls i have to make and get stupid response. Mr Ameen from "Snow city enterprises" gives the same answer every day morning i call them and get a reply "Today they will be attending", i again call in after noon to confirm, reply is "Today they will be attending". Evening i call them again, reply is "Today is already late they will attend tomorrow". Only one word comes to my mind regarding your customer service "Pathetic". Please do something which actually benefits rather than a reply stating" We regret the inconvenience you have faced.     This is a torture . We installed five AC's of Daikin. Three Casette ACs and two split units. There is simply no concept of service. They charge a huge premium for AMC almost 4000 Rs per AC. even in spite of that no one ever comes when you complain. Average time to service is three days. We are so frustrated that we are no thinking it better to sell it and install some other brand like Hitachi specially for the master bedroom AC which barely works continously for more than 4 months.

      Please find attached the bill as per attached. · S.S refrigeration bill no. 1253/dtd 17/3/15. · Model daikin 1.8 TR 3 Star Model FTC 60PRV16. · Sr.No :- FTC60PRV16 – 0001837. · Cu :- RC 60PRY[protected] We have purchased this unit as we were already using about 12 units from last 05 years without any trouble. The unit were installed by 25th March during renovation of my room in lucknow. The unit was started on 28th March and we are suffering since then . Please note the below series of problems as on date. 1. The gas leaked the same night and we called Mr. Shakti and Dealer. 2. They supported us and sent the team for Gas charging. It was told that Flare got leak. 3. Again on 29th March the Gas leaked. Again the team came and recommissioned. It was told that it was negligience of installer. 4. On April 8th again the unit stopped working . It was told that there is leakage in Indoor.The same was rectified. 5. On April 23rd Again the unit started creating problem with Low cooling. This time we registered the complaint LKO[protected]. 6. We went on vacation and returned on 18th May. After running for day or two again the Ice formation in Indoor took place we registered complaint LKO[protected] . dtd May 21. It was decided that the Indoor is choked and was taken by dealer to its service centre and it took quite a time 10-12 days to install back. 7. Again after working for a week time, the ICE formation in Indoor took place. The complaint was registered LKO[protected]. Dtd Jun 11.We were told that the unit was running on DRY mode for quite a some time hence ther is No issue. 8. Again on Jun 25Th, The same issue of Ice formation took place. Complaint LKO[protected]. This time it was told that the units require service and hence it was cleaned. 9. Now again the same problem of ICE formation and then low cooling and tripping o[censored]nit started.Complaint LKO[protected]DTD 6TH JULY 2015. THIS TIME NO ONE HAS TURNED UP.. Throughout the summer we have suffered by the grace of Daikin, and Now we want to replace this unit immediately OR refund the amount. It is enough for us to bear. Regards Alok Saxena [protected]

        I have an daikin air conditioner 1.5 ton and I purchased it 2 years ago it worked fine for 1st year lesser in 2nd year and inefficient in this year I complained a lot of times regarding the cooling of AC but the service center ones only they call and do never come. I complained for about 2 months and only once the serviceman came and he took the indoor and returned it after 2 weeks and still the AC is not working I paid rs 3000 for service...

Ac is under extended warranty from Reliance Digital-Thane so Daikin says cannot replace part and Reliance Digital Kapur Bawdi Thane is neither responding nor taking a written complaint sent to them.         The AC was inspected for the 3rd time today and still could not be repaired. The PCB is not available.

        We have 4 computers in this office and are w/o AC for the past 12-14 days.
        Very weak response from Reliance as they this product is defective by design and we are informed part not available.

        IN LIGHT OF THE ABOVE WE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY REPLACE THE AC AS THERE ARE MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN YOUR INVERTER AC - NOT SUITABLE FOR MUMBAI CLIMATE- 2ND TIME WE ARE SUFFERING.

        Letter sent to Daikin Service Manager:

        "It is 16 days since the Daikin Inverter AC machine has not be repaired by Reliance Digital who are your authorised selling partners.
        They don't accept our written complaints. They are located next to Cine wonder mall on Ghodbunder road. manager is one Mr Ashwini Singh.
        Service center Manager is Sajid Khan Tel: [protected]. (Says part not available) - Please speak to him.
        The outdoor unit PCB is not working.

        On further investigation with AC showroom managers and online study we have come to the conclusion that the Daikin Inverter machines have a manufacturing defect that the outdoor DC PCB is not tropicalised for Indian humid conditions and hence keep getting spoilt. The cost is also prohibitive.

        Hence we request you to kind change the machine to a Normal standard Non-Inverter machine.

        3 different teams of engineers have already inspected the machine and say part not available.


        It is not out of place to mention we will have to go online to various blogs and reviews which will spoil Daikin name
        So request you to kindly change the machine as office work is suffering badly with 4 computers and a server in the office.

        We have called your toll free no. a no. of times but still problem not solved.
        This unit is under warranty of Reliance Digital who are not responding to our complaint calls saying part is not available.
        Its is 17 days now. Your call center says cannot help but sends service engineer- report as below

        The Daikin Inverter AC inspected for the 4th time today by another engineer from Shree cooling creation but no progress.
        Model FTKC50 NRV16 and RKL50NRV16 Serial No 0000578

        Its more than 17 days since AC cannot be repaired under warranty from reliance. Request immediate replacement o[censored]nit.
        Even a non Inverter unit acceptable.

        Any damage to our computers and server due to non functioning of the AC will be to your account.

        Daikin Inverter Ac under Reliance Digital rescue plan warranty unrepairable.
        No response from Reliance Digital.

        Need replacement immediately as AC not working since almost 3 weeks as per terms of Rescue plan.
        Rescue plan No. 221047 purchased from them at Orion Business park store Thane
        Its more than 3 weeks and still the matter is not closed by Reliance Digital for Daikin Inverter AC under rescue plan. On calling we get message that commercial solution done but is being postponed everyday and no response to our calls by Reliance personnel.
        Office w/o AC for > 3 weeks

        Extremely Bad experiance.

          Hiii i bought Daikin Split AC of 2Ton approximately 2 years back, 15 to 20 days back the compressor stopped working and it was told to us that the compressor is not reparable and it has to be replaced as it is under warranty of 5 years, till date no action has been taken by the authorised dealer from whom the AC was purchased and the company help line no is of no use

            We purchased model number ftk50prv16 serial number 0025789 dated on 11th April 2015 from Ra electronics, manjalpur, vadodara. We paid total payment for new fresh products and you sent defective products.since last two month we are suffering tremendous problem in product. yet.first we got damage problem in indoor after 15 days we got replacement. We used it 7 days and got another problem in outdoor. it was tatally dead no response.we complain to your authorized servic center they replace pcb and filled the gas they solved the problem but my outdoor tottaly disturb. Cooling problem panding not solve yet your technician came and measure all parameter he said all parameters ok but we don't get satisfied cooling. There is no cooling corners of the room. When the fan comes across our side we fill minor cool like air cooler. we paid full payment for new products and you sent defective products. So my request you to please replace my entire ac with other invertor model of diakin. I bought this product shown value of daikin good goodwill. My relatives have other brands invertor ac and they are using 29 to 30 temperature at night snd they are satisfied with cooling. and we are using 24 we can't go above 24.

                I had purchased A/C from A.T.IMPEX, Mumbai – 400009. on 10/01/2015 and they have installed in my office on Monday 12/01/2015. on the next day I found the problem in A/c that, Compressor will not restart after cutoff to reaching to particular tempreture level. I had lodge the complaint with the co. from which I had purchsed the A/c and secondly I had lodged the complaint by mail and by tollfree number to Daikin Airconditioner India Pvt Ltd. and also talked with Mr. Narendra Service Manger of Daikin Co.
                Mr. Rizwan from Authorised serice centre ( M/s Nice Cool) of Daikin Co. had visited my place on 16/01/2015 and he told me that there is a problem in ”PCB”. and he had given me report card after noting the same. on 19/01/2015 Mr. Ganesh Engineer of Daikin Co. and Mr. Illyas from M/s Nice Cool had visited my place to solve the problem, but they had given a report card that ”PCB” is faulty and need tobe replace.
                On 21/01/2015 Mr. Shavir from M/s Nice cool came to my place and change full installation, wiring & ”PCB” and given me the estimate of Rs.5000 apprx. But the same problem continue and whatever ”PCB” he had installed in my A/c is also faulty.
                On 22/01/2015 Mr. Shavir and three other employee of M/s Nice cool ( Authorised Service Centre, Mahim) came with another ”PCB” and installed the same but my problem is not solved and I had paid by cash of Rs.4950.00 towards installation and wiring.
                Conclusion is that after replacing ”PCB” two times but the problem is not solved and they are refused to replace the machine and just they are doing experiment in my office with New A/c.
                I want full Machine should be replaced or my money back.

                    My AC is 2 years old. 4 months back we had a cooling problem, we made a complaint to Daikin and there service representative Jai Air system attended the checked the status and told us there is a gas leakage, which needs to be blocked and gas has to be refilled for INR 4500. We have done the service from them on 10/4/14. Last week 5/9/2014, again our AC is not cooling. I have made a complaint to the Daikin toll free number. They are saying that I have to pay service charges and for spares if any. I am 100% sure that they have done something wrong in the previous service. that is why we are getting the problem. we have two units of same capacity and model in two rooms. Till now we don't have any problem in one unit. only we are getting repeated fault another unit and the type of problem also same. What is the solution for this? Every four months 4500 rupees is huge amount.

                      I had purchased a daikin split ac four months back from rohit refregeration. For last one my ac is not working. First i started calling rohit refergeration, contact person mr prakash. For two weeks he said he is send a engineer but no one came. He stopped responding to my call. Then i started contacting daikin and they appointed many people and yet nothing has been done. There is every two days new person from the daikin coming to my residence for the ac. I request you to please help me. My parents are old, and i have been pleading the company to get my ac repaired or replaced as it is in warranty. I am going through a mental hassaement by these people

                        I purchased a 1.5 ton AC on June 8th and was installed by one of the company agent <coolstar as told to me>. But after 2 days when I checked with Manual the installation was done incorrectly. : They had left no space on top of the outdoor unit -- while their instruction set suggest to keep 30mm space for service. They put all outlet cables in same insulation which as per their own instructions is incorrect. and insulation too was in correct. I mailed their customer service mail id for same and they called me back in a day. They heard about it and said that installation is faulty and should be corrected but blamed it on dealer and asked me to talk to dealer. Later on when they contacted the dealer and dealer sent them the service number thru which it was installed by company agent they agreed that it was done by company person and not by local dealer. After this they also visited the site and took some photographs to forward the complaint. But this just got stuck here and till to date ( almost 7 weeks have passed ) no one is turning to fix it or even replying to mails I have got tons of service numbers but none are being worked on. LKO[protected] service call for installation -- which was done wrongly LKO[protected] not sure how and why it was closed? LKO[protected] never followed up LKO[protected] logged one today on call center

                          Dear sir,
                          We had purchased Daikin Air conditioner on 1/5/2014. We had gone to Jai Mata Aircon to buy MITSUBISHI but on persuasion of Mr. Dua we purchased Daikin Inverter (Model -FTKV50PRV) SI (I/D)-2566 and (O/D)-1848 . The service centre has come and visited our AC twice. But the service has been unsatisfactory.
                          We kindly want you to replace our AC since it is not even 2 months since we have purchased and the temperature in KOLKATA is 40 degrees. If we do not get proper response we will have to file a case in Consumer Court.

                            I bought new daikin inverter ac worth 46000 from tayal air conditining solution showroo.they said it Is best In our store.so I bought It but after insttallation I feel that cooling of ac is so bad .when I start It the room temp Is 36 after 4 hours It only reach at 30 .so I call to showroom they said they send their mechanic but no one come yet.sir plz help me i want my money back give me sollution thanks

                              Dear sir/mam, We have bought Daikin A.C from vadodara(Gujarat) sales corner.I am living in bharuch city which is 70 km away from vadodara.As they gave us full Packed of 1 Nos of indoor unit and 1 nos of outdoor unit. As our engineer came to home for fix it we have found the defect in outdoor unit, the defect is like when the A.c will Starts the fan of outdoor unit was swing inside the outdoor unit so the fan was touch with the body of outdoor unit. So we have also made complaint on daikin customer care number which is [protected]. As per their reply they told me to wait until the engineer came to home to fix it, they also sent a massage on my number the complaint number AMD14051595P on[protected].They also sent a number of an engineer [protected].But there is no response from the engineer and the daikin customer care says all the time that the problem will resolved but there is no response from the daikin group. We are in so much trouble in this hot summer days without A.c. WE are helpless.Hope you can do something for us.

                                Beware of Daikin Inverter Airconditioners

                                I bought a 1 Ton Daikin Inverter A/c on 14th March 2013. On Sunday the 18th May 2014, 14 months after purchase the A/c broke down and stopped functioning.                                 I purchased a 1 ton inverter A/c on the 20th Mar 2013 and on the 18th May 2014 early morning at 3am the A/c stopped functioning. I logged a compliant immediately and Daikin sent a service engineer today to look at the problem. I am told that there was a voltage fluctuation and the A/c has got burnt inside. There were 3 A/c running at the same time - 2 from Samsung and LG which are older than Daikin and apparently only Daikin got burnt. I got really annoyed at the story that the Diakin Engineer told and spoke to the customer support team, Mr. Robin Andro and Mr. Sathyanarayanan ([protected]), Service Incharge in Chennai branch and they dont seem to be bothered about the problem. There were 3 A/c's running in my house at the same time and only the Daikin A/c has gone dead. The service engineer is giving a lame excuse of voltage being high - apparently only Daikin A/c gets into voltage issues while the other work fine though they are very old. I am truly dissappointed choosing a product from Daikin. If the A/c breaks down in 14 months what is the guarantee that it would work properly even if it is rectified?. Are Daikin A/c's built to last only the warranty period of 1 year after which you are at the mercy of Diakin Support?
                                I have purchased a Daikin too and infact I have had a better experience with the product than the other airconditioner brands that I have. You should try contacting through this email id: [protected]@daikinindia.com I'm sure someone would help you right away. Or you can connect with the Daikin people directly on any of their social networking sites.
                                I have written multiple emails to [protected]@Diakininda.com but haven't got any proper response yet. I had a detailed discussion with the Diakin service person Mr. Sathyanarayanan and he promised to send a professional to assess the situation. Subsequently I get a call from M/s Jai Air Systems saying that I need to change 3 PCBs in my A/c (quote attached) and even after that there is no guarantee that the unit will function as there could be other issues and only after installing the 3 PCBs the further course of action can be determined. I tried calling Mr. Sathyanarayanan several times and subsequently but he refuses to pick the call. Is this the kind of service set-up that Diakin has? Have I committed such a blunder by buying a Diakin product?

                                Fortunately thorough a friend of mine, I have got the contact details of Diakin M.D Mr. Jawa and plan to pose these questions to him tomorrow.

                                  I am Diakin AC customer and i brought the unit in the month of May 2013.and my product in under waranty till this may 2014 and this is april Around 25 days back my AC machine got a problem, the problem is the out station unit is not working and fan in the outstation unit stopped working and i made a complaint of the same to the daikin customercare available at Viajayawada nearest city but nobody attended my comaplaint till after 5 days and its not fixed my problem immediate day i got the same problem, this time i called to the tollfree number of Daiken and the case is attened twise by the technical guys and the second time he took two parts of machine one from inside unit and other from outside unit and not returned back till today its been 2 weeks around i beleive and not even attending my requests by several calls to the customer care office in Viajayawada and nobody is giving update on the case no SBD[protected] Peek of the same case is when ever i call the tollfree number i need to wait atleast 20 mins in the calls Finally agents in Vijayawada took action on 18/04/2014 and said out of sympathy they are replacing my outdoor unit. But Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. It broke down in two days on the afternoon of 20/04/2014 . And its perfect cheating behavior case daikin ac . how could a brand new outdoor unit can break down with in two days (total 5 to 6 hours of working time) If it was not broke down now we will be in a feeling like we got a new replacement and we can trust daikin atelase after 20 days of chase .daikin guys can cheat us basing on our nill knowledge on the product or trust on them. This is not easy case to forget their mistakes and misleading nature towards any customer . I am really not sure how can i get rid of this problem .i dont want this unit and i dont want this chasing job .please help me to get back my money which i paid for this unit .i am not happy for the unit and service and support and attendance .some how i just want to get rid of this nasty problem . please tell what should i do get out of this problem and get back my money 100%

                                  It's sad to hear about your experience with Daikin. On the contrary I have some great experience with their product. During one such off event I wrote to [protected]@daikinindia.com and the response on my complaint was quite quick. Maybe contacting the people at Daikin directly would help.

                                    I purchased a Daikin 1.5 Ton Air-conditioner from Great Eastern Trading Company, BT Road.

                                    Dated: 03.05.2013,

                                    Customer Name: Ratan Kumar Bora.

                                    Model No: FTEL50NR V16

                                    Manufacturing NO: 0054942 (Outdoor unit)

                                    Manufacturing NO: 0056239 (Indoor Unit)

                                    Two guys came for installation. One of them named Musharaff ( Mob:- [protected] ). They did the installation, took Rs. 4400 ( approx) and never gave any installation report or Bill. They said Nasid (Mob: [protected]) will give us a Bill of it, but he never turned up and just kept of deferring. Till now didn't receive any installation bill. Didn't receive demo for the same from Company Engineers.

                                    From the very next day the AC started giving troubles, low cooling, leaking water from indoor unit inside our room and now from last 10-12 days the Vent stopped Swinging.

                                    We contacted our dealer Great Eastern Trading, BT Road, they were never looking after the case seriously. They said not to contact the company, they will take care of it but never did whats required for our satisfaction.

                                    The installation guys (Musharaff) came and they did some washing and said that, when the water will leak we have to suck the water out pipe !!!!! ( Is this the specialty of Diakin ?)
                                    But after all their effort still the problem persists.

                                    After talking to Diakin Customer Support on 08.07.2013, they suggested to speak with MR. S.P. Singh (Service Head KOLKATA).

                                    Mr. Singh took our phone number and address and send a Service Engineer on 09.07.2013.

                                    Mr. Saheed Anwar (Diakin Engineer Customer Service), his report as below:

                                    Inspection Date: 09.07.2013

                                    Report: Inspected and found water leakage and flap is faulty.

                                    They were trying to repair the vent. But I stopped them.

                                    I want my faulty Air-conditioner fully replaced. Its just 2 months old.

                                    NOTE: WE HAD A LONG VERBAL FIGHT WITH GREAT EASTERN TRADING COMPANY. THEY SAID THEY WILL REPLACE IN 2 - 3 DAYS.

                                    Please look into the matter immediately and take urgent action.
