Dear Team,
As mantion request no for my ac problem 9th of may your one of representative visiting my home and check my ac and calling me regarding defact because at the time visiting i am not at my house after discussion i am saying your representative pls resolve issues he saying me with in two three day's we resolve the same i am saying ok but don't remove any part's without replacing new part but your representative take some of parts for replacement but still after 15 day's follow up no one ready to give me solution my problem.Many Time i am calling your customer support but i am not taking any Status its very bad situation. You and your service center no body brother for customers.Its last conversation with you guys after that i am taking next step i am go to consumer Court after 8th of june.

    I purchased daikin ac on 16may2017 and in just after 7 days it starded producing abnormal noice.
    I called customer care n registered a complaint on 23rd but still no call or any technician visited. I called them daily n they always do promise to be get serviced today. But no one visited or called.
    The worst customer service.

    Still issue not resolved the daikin boy visited on 8june2017, tolad ne for replacement of remote control and relocation of outer unit. But still he neither replaced the remote nor relocated the outer unit.
    Very pathetic service.

    I purchased this ac from reliance digital store nagpur, i already did many emails to daikin and also to reliance. but just after few days from the date i purchased, this ac showing multiple issues as - 1st indoor unit kit-kat sound, then remote not working, then outdoor noise, and now a new problem of water leakage from indoor unit also arised.

    The first 2 complaint of indoor unit sound and remote not working was resolved by daikin/reliance but noise issue is still not solved and a new issue of water leakage.

    I cant understand why the drand like daikin and reliance not replacing the product. They are repairing it again n again but after 1 solution another problem arises. And both companies wasted more than 12days of mine. If i count the cost of my work which i have to leave because of their visit, it is more than the price of this ac.
    So frustrating and disappointing.

      Dear Daikin Team,

      I purchased 1.5 TR AC Model No.FTC50RRV161 from your authorized dealer of sales and service Ms. Shagun dated on 1-April2017 and installation also done by their team only.

      The first problem was immediately reported after installation of 5 days-Cause Gas Leakage due to which AC was not cooling (This took 5 days for rectification)

      The second problem I reported on 10 May 2017 (Ref No.IND[protected])which is still not attended.Problem is that compressor is not getting cut off and cooling is not appropriate.I purchased 1.5 TR AC for a room of approx 100 sq ft and I am not able to get uniform cooling and compressor is working on full load causing an excess amount of electricity bill.

      I want to describe Daikin in two perspectives 1) After Service 2) Product Quality

      After Sales Service Support:
      I am already having experience of two company AC Samsung & Llyod and I should say that the worst customer orientation I have found in Daikin.Your dealer and service engineer are not competent enough to solve any customer problem, they are not having desired competency skill neither in term of technical aspect nor in dealing customer complaint.
      They don't know what should be gas pressure in this AC model.They come to check AC without thermometer they inspect AC by waving a hand in front of AC.
      They are not aware of the approx cycle time (they dont know this term).They dont have air flow meter to check air flow-I dont know how they can inspect AC functioning without these equipments and basic knowledge.
      I am not demanding that AC should get cutoff at 16 degree but atleast it should fulfill ASHRAE standards

      Please ask your guys to atleast strict to company norms of customer complaint resolution time (Hope so they are aware of these terms)

      Now comes your toll free number-They only know single line "Your case has been esclated with high priority" there escalation is not worth while.

      Product Quality:
      Within a period of 2 months, this is my second complaint.I am already having Samsung & Llyod AC and I purchased Daikin as some of my friends suggested that product quality is good being Japanese design, but sorry to say that 1.5 TR AC is not able to cool 100 sq ft room pathetic, how can you imagine?

      I am not very much sure that any action will be taken by this mail as well, but I am very sorry to say if this would be the case I will definitely move to consumer forum.

      I request you to please give me contact details of some responsible person having technical competency to understand the issue & get rectified.

        Dear daikin इंडिया team,

        Due to long time delay by daikin team & very unsatisfactory. I request to daikin top senior team, please must be replace my outdoor unit and optional refund my paid amount (Ac purchasing amount rs.32500). I am mentally harassment also from daikin team (Due to poor sevice, poor response & long delay in service).

        Still we are struggling with poor service of daikin team. Outdoor unit still in breakdown down which damaged/hamper by service team.

        As per service engineer said outer unit installation is wrong which done by daikin team (Free installation including in ac purchasing). Daikin team had not escalate/correct in 2 services that installation is wrong.

        As per fact daikin provides poor service from day one of installation. So daikin इंडिया is fully responsible for outdoor unit & replacement with all dues refund which i payed during purchase of ac rs. 32500.

        So i requested to daikin team please must be replace my outdoor unit and optional refund my purchasing amount which i paid rs. 32500.

          Sir,

          I would like to inform you the following facts

          (1)
          I have purchased a split air conditioning unit of
          Model no:- (1) indoor unit:- ftc35rrv161, mfg. No:[protected] out door unit:-rc35rrv161, mfg. No:- 0006794 and installed on 17.06.2016. But before commissioning the a. C unit at site the dealer person prepared the installation check list in his office duly filled all the test data and after completion of installation the installer insisted me to sign that prefilled installation check list paper. Then i asked the installer to take all the actual test result at site with the appropriate testing meters and then only write down the reading of test result in the installation check list paper. Actually the installer having no testing meter (Thermometer, ammeter, voltmeter, pressure gauge meter, tong tester etc.).in this regard discussing with him though i came to know that this is their practice of work, i insisted him to follow the actual procedure of testing of a. C units as guideline given by the oem and that time he admitted his fault and he told me that next day he will come with necessary testing meters and should complete the job as per norms and then only signature of consumer will be taken on installation report. But in spite of several reminder over phone the job has not been done so far.

          (2) not a single service have been done by your dealer so far (Anil refrigeration, siliguri) which is included in the purchasing condition. (Three free services included in this purchasing scheme which is companaie’s offer). I this regard so many requests have been given over phone to this dealer. Only calling them they have being giving their own time to doing this service but never come for that. Always i have been waiting for them on the basis of their given time, taking valuable time from my own business. Not only they are not doing their job but also harassing me in this regar.

          It is my request to take immediate action in this regard.

            I have a 1.5 T Daikin Inverter A/c FTK 50 Model. This is the fourth year o[censored]se and has had several trouble from the second year on wards.

            1. The Coil had to be replaced 2 times in 4 years, costing ~ Rs.13, 000 first time and ~Rs. 9, 000 the second time.

            2.Within two months of coil & valve replacement this year, the 3 PCB have gone bad (this is after no voltage fluctuation & constant use of Blue Bird Stabaliser). The Replacement coat of 3 PCB is another 14, 000/- + Tax

            3.The Rotary Fan has also gone bad. The replacement cost of same is 5800/- + tax.

            Having to spend ~ 30, 000/- in repair in one year ! My question to Daikin is, What kind of quality Product are they manufacturing in India? Why are the spares so expensive ? Why are the consumers not informed on high cost of spares at the time of sales? What 3rd rate vendors are used to service their products who are busy trying to make extra buck over and above such expensive spares of Daikin?

            Daikin after sales service sucks even after charging such high repair cost. They don't respond, are out right rude and god help their call center executives.

              I had purchased a Daikin 1.5 Ton split A.C. Model F T C 50 P R V 16 as on 4- July 2016 from Refrico cantt road Lucknow. It is not cooling the room properly and it's airflow is not sufficient too. Sometimes It's blower gives air only from the right and left corner of the indoor unit and not from the rest part of air outlet. As far as I am concerned the customer Care system of Daikin A.C. is not good because inspite of being under warranty till now . I have to remind for routine service many times and then they say that call the Refrico cantt road Lucknow for routine service where I had purchased it. What is the benefit of Daikin customer care. Then I call to Refrico minimum 2 to 3 times afterwards a person comes and gives service to my A.C. At the time of first service my A.C. has been washed a little and dust cleaning . but on second service only cleaning of air filters and removal of dust has been done. Please give attention to my complaint so that purpose of purchasing an A. C. may complete in this summer season. Expecting favourable consideration from your side. Thanks & regard. Rizwan. Lucknow.

                I had logged complaint for ac not cooling & abnormal noise coming from air-conditioner on dated 01-may-17 till today complaint was not attended.ac is in under warranty & not a single call i have received from daikin side regarding service, i had talk to customer care more than 5 times also with dealer they use to say we have forwaded the complaint engg. Will visit as soon as possible but after 20 days no one has reached yet, i am very dis-satisfied.

                  I purchase daikin inverter split ac because of reputation and word of mouth from my friends.. But when i installed, the company does not provide cable for installation.. So i gave it to them. Also water pipe i have given them. Still they charged me 30 per sq ft for installation... Just to hang. Water pipe they took 200 rs extra and 200 for cable installation.. Thieves... Just one suggestion... I am a disappointed customer... Money is not a factor... But being a thieve u are destroying ur own market reputation.. I will post this review on all review and make sure that if you robbed me 400... You will loose business of ateast 2 customers.. Ie 30000 loss..

                    On[protected], i purchased 2 (Two) 1.5 tons ac model no. Ftc50prv16 from the local dealer uma cooling centre, rehabari, guwahati. At the time of purchase, the dealer has given assuarnce of servicing and in reality he provided service. But in the month of april, 2017 there arose cooling problem and as such i asked service enginer o[censored]ma cooling centre to look at the problem. After checking, problem, the service engineer o[censored]ma ccoling centre informed that the compressor is not working and since warranty period of compressor has not expired, i should lodge complaint in the helpline no. [protected].
                    Accordingly, i lodged complaint on[protected] and the representative of dikin inform me that my complaint would be redressed within 24 hours. I was happy after receiving assurance from the company.
                    However, nothing happened. So, again i called dikin helpline on 30th april, 2017, then the representative of diking expressed apology for not providing service and told me that it would be addressed shortly.
                    Till 5th may 2017 nothing happened. So, again i dilaed to dikin helpline, again i got same parrot assuarance that my complaint would be sorted out on priority basis.
                    On 7th of may, 2017 i wanted to talk with some senior representatives of dikin, soone mr. Pintu took the call and again he told me that he would take the complan on priority basis. I was happy that my complaint would be redressed shortly.
                    Till today nothing has happened except the same parrot assuarnce that my grievance would be redressed on priority basis.
                    Today, i had tried to call mr. Pintu but he declined to receive my call for the reason known to him
                    It seems that this company gives false assurance of warranty and customer should aware before purchasing its products. I am contemplating to file consumer case against this company for defficiency of service.

                    No one coming to repair, have taken Rs 5500 for annual maintainence .Please try to get my money back as they now cheating us and not ready to come and repair my AC. I got a serious headache and gone sick with the water continuously leaking and I have filled at least 20 buckets of this water and also has ruined my wall.

                      I purchased 5 star split ac from daikin solution plaza g-33 kalkaji new delhi-19 on 07/05/17. Outdoor unit didn't work on installation. After sale service person said there's problem with motor, so i opted for replacement instead of repair as the ac is brand new. Now even after almost two weeks nothing has been done in this matter that too at the peak of hot weather and my many emails and calls. How and when can i expect to resolve this. I'm really feeling harrassed despite spending rs.48000 on it.

                        I have purchased ac from daikin on 13.05.2017. At time of purchasing dealer has written consent that the standard installation will be provided free if cost but sorry to say that at the time of installation they asked for havy money.
                        I have purchased all the material like water pipe, wire etc.. From market and handed over to daikin engineer for standard installation but they refused to do the work. After complaint they have installed without wrapping the pipe.
                        I have asked the reason of installation without wrapping. The reply from them was the cost of company wrapping is rs.400 so they have done without wrapping
                        My ac is not working. I have informed several times but no one is comming.
                        What is the mean of standard installation if all the charges have to pay to engineer.
                        Water pipe-rs.40 per feet
                        Feeting charge-rs.300
                        Wire-rs.40 per feet
                        Wrapping -40 per feet.
                        Whether my ac will be installed with wrapping or not?

                          I bought ac in the month of april2016... It functioned well for a year. Since 17th april ac is not cooling. I complained to diakin service centre on 19th of april.. Some local mechanic came and said that there is a problem with the out door unit. I am trying diakin customer care since then but till now no response... Just the customer care people are saying that your complaint is registered as an emergency basis... But it' an month since my problem been solved.. They are giving me some local numbers to call.. But those people are not responding... I don't know what to do... Whom to call

                            I had lodged complaint in the last days of March 2017 online as well as on customer number too. But my complaint did not attend by the company and kept unattended uptil 5th april, 2017. On 6th april 2017, Mr. Anil whose number mentioned above sent msg me that this is number for any complaint and attending the complaint soon. After sometime, one technician came and checked my new daikin split ac which was not having any current. He said that the installation of this ac is done wrongly. He for the time being corrected it but said for rectification in installation. Immediately i told to the technician to do it correct immediately and he said i will come on saturday to do this. My warranty was expiring on 16th april. So the technician did not made visit my home despite calling him on his cell time and again. His cell No. is [protected]/[protected]. They closed my complaint without satisfying my end. When I contacted Mr. Anil, he says u have not informed me and technician is requesting me to take amc to attend this complaint. Since my complaint is not attended to before expiry of warranty then how can we expect the services will be provided well on time after availing amc of this ac. Kindly take stern action against Mr. Anil and technician who did not attend my complaint timely and these types of peoples are spoiling the name of the company. My number is [protected].

                                  We are a corporate and our 3 air conditioners are not working and it has been whole 1 month that we have registered our complaints and we have been following up with the customer care. Every time they give some number to call upon and follow up there. This is heights now. We haven't been provided the solution yet and the people have stopped answering the calls also. We have been following up with faizan and rahul who takes care of "cool point" in noida and navneet who sits in the warehouse in sector 51 in noida. But these people are pathetic. Daikin is the worst company and their after sales service is pathetic. They are highly unprofessional people who doesn't care about their customers.

                                    I baught daikin 1.5ton 4star inverter model ac on 20-4-17. It was installed on 22-04-17. It just worked for 6 days, after that from28-04-17, it is not working. Not getting cooling. I informed this to the mechanic who installed it. He said that he would come within two days. But not came yet. He getting angry when i called on phone and now he is not lifting his phone. I also informed to the sonovision show room where i bought ac. They just said that they informed to the daikin service centre and they will approach you. Its very hard in this hot summer to be patient and wait for this long period.
                                    I am totally unsatisfied with the service of daikin ac. Please take necessary action quickly so that i may recommend the company to my near and dear.

                                      I have purchased a split AC from Khosla Electronics Pvt.Ltd. on 02/05/2017 and the same has been installed on 03/02/2017 by authorized Staff of Daikin but there out let pipe is not in proper position according to my requirement and also your staff as the Name Tarak has been demanded for necessary wire etc. as Rs. 4000.00 for installing AC and also the said amount has been paid by me in cash to Tarak.

                                      In this Connection, there is not given to me any Bill for the amount and also outlet pipe is not installed in proper position .

                                      so, you are requested that Please give the bill of the amount and your visit is necessary to inspect the installation

                                      as your early action in this respect will be solicited.

                                        My daikin split ac model no ftkv50 was serviced by daikin people and after that it was found, the outdoor unit fan motor got defect. Compalint was booked by the service centre as well as by me a number of times online, but till date nothing has been done so far. Everytime the service centre people say parts is not available. 4 days back they informed me that parts have arrived but now they demand money before hand . There is no response from the daikin head office. Now i'm compelled to lodge a complain regarding the matter.
                                        Kindly help me sir...
