I made a complaint ref.259846 dt.01.04.17 but after 5 days no one visited on site & no one can contact me about the complaint.
Your after sale service is so poor that can't define.

I never recommened anyone to purchase any product of daikin company

I hope you will take necessary action in this metter.

Last year I bought 4 Daikin ac’s from one Mr.Arun Jaitley (Mobile No. [protected]), who had claimed to be a Daikin dealer from Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi. The ac’s were installed (3 Split and 1 Split Inverter) at my residence at B 111 Greater Kailash One, New Delhi 110048. Though he did not hand over the invoice for the ac’s, he supplied the ‘Warranty Cards’ for all 4 ac’s. The cards do mention the Product Model and Serial No....

I bought daikin invertor ac in may 2016 its not been one year and ac is not cooling. I put a complaint in june 2016 their engineer came but could not take care of my complaint. I purchased 6 daikin air conditioners about a year and half back. One of them has gas leakage and am told it is r32 and should be referred to the company directly. The customer service seems to to completely non existent and not equipped to to handle sales made versus proportionate service required. I have made several attempts to call customer care and the call gets terminated after long wait to be heard.

AC's Drain Tray is broken and complaint is registered on 9th March, 2017 Its been more than 2 weeks and no one is responding properly. We are always getting answer as out of stock. They don't know when the stock will come.

The channel partner for Dwarka, Impulz Softwares, is incapable of rectifying the issues we complain about. In the last 1 year they made 10 visits, trying to rectify an issue and left after creating another one. Despite requests to Daikin, nothing changes and the same bunch of inefficient engineers come and mess up the AC. Complaint No. [protected].

I would request the consumer forum head to take the strict action against the company as my problem did not get resolved and I getting the call from authorised service centre they are sending the quotation instead of replacing the machine as I am not only the consumer who is facing the problem as you can check the complaint made by many others customer the same problem of cooling and compressor issue but there is no one to solve the problem...
