Recently i had fitted a 1.5 te daikin ac, model. No. Ftkp 50 rrv 16 (Inverter) at bhubaneswar, being purchased at angul. After much investigations it is found that price of this ac is heavily fluctuating from place to place. Followings may be clarified.
1) the ac was brought from ganesh enterprises, angul, odisha who is the authorized dealer of your company for rs.49000.00 (Retail invoice sl. No.1592/dt.[protected].in door unit was of august, 2016 make having sl. No.0005687 and mrp was rs.15700.00. Like wise the out door unit was of july-2016 make having sl. No. 0004693 and mrp was rs.34500.00. Thus the total mrp was rs.50200.00. The ac was fitted at bhubaneswar and rs.1500.00 extra was paid for installation.
2) this ac price is rs.42500.00 at bhubaneswar. Even the atkp series of 2017 make having mrp of rs. 51200/-is available for rs.42500.00.
3) so, i have been seriously cheated by the authorized dealer who is reluctant to accept it. Ihave inquired at many stores in bhubaneswar regarding the price this dealer has taken. All are astonished for such price difference and cheating.
Necessary action may be expedited in this regard at the earliest, as the dealer is not honest and reputation of your company is deteriorated.

It is astonishing and ridiculous to note your comment "We hope your issue has been resolved now ".No communication regarding action taken and the result of the complaint either from your side or from dealer side.Without any action how you are questioning like this? I had never expected such false and harassing comment like this from the world's No.1 Co.Please let me know if you have taken action action and the solution made?

I think all the jokers are sitting in c care department.Nothing is done till date I am stick to my reply on 8/05/2017.Please read it again.Let me know your action taken in writing in this site and the result there of.What repeated rubbish reply?
Booked an ac model ftc 35. In coolex exhibition at cahndigarrh.
0n 21/4/2017 with a written promise of installation on 22/4/2017.
Nothin happened tilll[protected]. On enquiry i found that ac is not in stock. Ifnthe ac is not available then why the booking is done and why the consumer is harrased.

    One year before i purchased brand new daikin split ac on 20/04/2016.in period of one year ac was repaired 3 times but every time dealer mr. Rakesh shah take lots of time in repairing after repairing ac, ac was not worked for one singal day. I also suggest dealer to change ac but he not responding and he take lots of time and when i say him complain for eng from daikin but he not provide service from company person

      With reference to my service request number DEL[protected], raised on 11th April 2017 and after repeated reminders and follow-up, your technician reached to inspect the AC and advice the coil is to be replaced for the Indoor unit and submitted me the quote for Rs 9500.00

      After i failed repeatedly from your Customer support, for getting the justification for how 2 year old AC Coil is damaged and what is the integrity and quality of the Coil.? As I could not beat this summer and with no option in my hand, finally replaced the coil and I was charged with Rs 12000.00 by Daikin.

      I would like to express my concern, that I choose to purchase Daikin AC with all reviews and considering the best in quality and performance after filtering all other AC brands, I consider the DAIKIN is the best product and it proved totally wrong.

      Cooling coils and compressors are the main parts in the AC, and how anyone can expect Cooling coil will damage within 2 years of time, and Daikin quietly claims that product is out of warranty, Is it means that lifetime of Daikin is only 2 years??? If I need to spend 12000 Rs every 2 years, then why should I choose the Daikin over other AC brands...All my neighbors were using Split AC with different brand and none of their coils were damaged, if you claim the environment is not good. They had history of at least 5 years running. Then how Daikin failed in the same area.

      I am frustrated to know that the cooling coil is to be replaced with in 2 yrs of purchase. And apart from that your customer service and service team is pathetic, they take no responsibility for this cause and everyone wanted to escape from the Situation.

      And DaikinIndia twitter handle is very busy in IPL, they least bothered on its customer, every time we contact, they had standard response "Give us some time, we will come back to you" Is this how you treat your customer. For proof pls chk the twitter handle "@dhana_s83".

      Now it is done with Daikin, Please humbly take back your AC and give my money back this is my final stand.

      Thanks for your product. And i never use or recommend your product to any of my known.

        We are one of your customer.we own a daikin 1.5 ton split ac.during the erection process, the guys who came to fit the Ac has found some papers related to daikin while removing those guys broken blower wings.Note:a weird sound was being heard since the erection..We complainted alot but no one responded to this issue...Hope my request is considered and repaired...

          Purchased one daikin air conditioning split ac atc60r from reliance digital axis mall new town calcutta on 27.4.16 with an expectation that will get best cooling effect at my residence from the renowned ac manufacturer of india.

          Unfortunately my experience is entirely different from reality. Two times gas has been discharged and i have hardly got an opportunity to use the same.

          First time it was within 7 days after installation the gas was discharged. Now during on set of summer at kolkata when the ac is a must i found that ac not giving proper cooking. Registered a complaint to the customer care. Docket no 363043 dated 13.4.17.

          Today the machine has been inspected by technician and the service report is attached that is self speaking.

          I am quiet shocked and worried about the future of this costly machine which is under warranty coverage. I would request you to look into the matter seriously and take steps as mentioned in the subject matter above.

            I bought daikin 1.5ton inverter AC last week form my mobile showroom. The service person call for installation and he asked me where to fix the outdoor unit. I showed the place but he just keep the outdoor unit there without putting any bolts. It is in public place if there's no bolts then anyone can take that. So I call the service centre( [protected]) and asked why didn't you put bolts. They told me they will put bolts only if I fix it on the stand so I said ok then fix in stand. But till now no response from them. I am calling them daily and asking they telling me they are busy with installation work. There is no response from daikin service center. While installation they got Extra 250rs for drilling charge and their bike petrol. But there's no bolts and no drill and they don't even put the pipe for the wate from the indoor unit. I have4 samsung ac. This is my first AC in daikin and thanks for the great customer support.

                I have a Daikin Ac and I am asking the service centre for free service for the last one month, they somehow delaying the service giving some fake reasons, when I went to talk with them, they clearly told me to complain or call the Daikin toll free number and ask for help, their attitude was very poor and it seems nobody can do anything about it so they are doing anything they want, I don't know anything will happen or not but I would expect at least Daikin take this matter seriously otherwise their sales is going to dip very soon, I will never ever recommend Daikin to anyone, not because of the AC but just because of the customer service.

                  Hi,
                  I bought a Daikin AC 2 weeks back after hearing a lot of good review online and from few of my friends who bought this.

                  I bought a 1.5 ton five star AC and it is performing worst, we had samsung, LG ac at our home and I would rate them better than this.

                  after 2-3 mins of operation the compressor stops working resulting in hot/normal air blow.
                  Also the room temp is not maintained, it cools only in the span of fan and not the entire room.
                  not at all happy with this product and I want to return this product.

                  please respond, we have called the local service guy almost 5-6 times and everytime he is saying that this is the way this AC performs...then why I spent so much of money on this brand, I would have easily got any other brand costing 10K less than this.
                  please let me know the process to return this product, as it is not at all performing.

                    My name is mahesh. I have bought 1.5 invertor model and it is pain i cant explain, every time it gives me one or the other problem.

                    ·my daikin a/c is not working, on 30th march i have called customer service (Cs), give the required details, and a complaint / request no was provided to me 247317.

                    ·waiting for 3 days, since no one bothered to call me, i have called the cs again. They gave me a number [protected] and told jaffer will help you. I called that number and he never responded.

                    ·yesterday i called cs and told no progress has made so far! They gave one more number, told it is head office number [protected]. I called the number and he told he will look in to it, promised me that by evening someone will call me. No one bothered to take care of faulty daikin a/c.

                    ·i am not sure what sla you have when it comes to resolving the issues? Do you guys bother about your fellow customer? Did you guys make a unhappy customer happy?

                    Do you guys respond only if we take social media and customer complaints? Or you want me to against daikin legally? Please do the needful.

                      Countie 1 hour ac is running in full cool mode but room temprechr is 30 degrees. Service man said all gas and all thing is ok.
                      And technician said there is no problem with Daikin air conditioner. Please take action soon. And local authoried service center is not given me copy of service. he said when service is paid then you can receive copy of service.

                          Last year I bought 4 Daikin ac’s from one Mr.Arun Jaitley (Mobile No. [protected]), who had claimed to be a Daikin dealer from Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi. The ac’s were installed (3 Split and 1 Split Inverter) at my residence at B 111 Greater Kailash One, New Delhi 110048. Though he did not hand over the invoice for the ac’s, he supplied the ‘Warranty Cards’ for all 4 ac’s. The cards do mention the Product Model and Serial No. but without any date. Mr. Jaitley were supposed to give us the invoice and fill up the warranty card at a later date. The ac’s were working very fine and we had completely failed to collect it from Mr.Jaitley inspite of numerous follow-ups.

                          This year, when we had called him up to service the ac’s in the first week of March ( free of cost as mentioned by him while delivering the ac’s), he promised to do it in the next couple of days. Since then he has stopped taking my calls. I am a senior citizen and suffering a lot because of this scorching heat. I bought Daikin as they are the leader in the ac’s all over the world. But my experience with your dealer is pathetic and very poor. May I therefore request your good office to take care of the servicing of these ac’s immediately? It is indeed a shameful act of Daikin as there was a serious lack of due diligence of this dealer. However, as the product code and model numbers are available with me, you will be able to retrieve the record.

                              I purchased 6 daikin air conditioners about a year and half back. One of them has gas leakage and am told it is r32 and should be referred to the company directly. The customer service seems to to completely non existent and not equipped to to handle sales made versus proportionate service required. I have made several attempts to call customer care and the call gets terminated after long wait to be heard.

                              Last year i attempted to call them to attend through the "so called free service coupons" but no one responded, even thought it was not peak season.

                              Now the dealer "kay dee electronics" who first claimed that they do provide service for daikin, informed that they are "only helping", as quoted by their sales person, contact no [protected].

                              How is a customer expected to get an aircondoitioner serviced when it is required.

                                Prev Year I purchases Unfortunately Daikin Split AC, beliving on your fake commitments shown over website and Ad on tv. Now I am trying to call poorest service center and each time I call I am unable to put my service request each time avg wait time was 30 Min. After choosing call back option, it has been more than 3 days since I am waiting for call. There is no way out to reach customer care,

                                The same has happened prev year also. I open a service request and service boy came after 15 days. and it was assured to me that same scenario would not be repeated again, .

                                Again you are harassing customer by doing the same again.

                                Now suggest in this heat how can i run my AC.

                                What can I do is I will get my AC repaired from outside and will submit bill to Dakin. In case Daikin Refuse to reimburse the same I will more to consumer forum for Fraud against daikin.

                                I am struggling to get my ac serviced but again no response.

                                This is complete harassment by DAKIN.

                                Please get the AC serviced withing a day or 2 as this is the you promised while selling AC to customer. In case of failure I will take further actions,

                                And please dont comment and send me message that we have forward your concern to team and blah blah. I need resolution.​

                                    Hi,

                                    The channel partner for Dwarka, Impulz Softwares, is incapable of rectifying the issues we complain about. In the last 1 year they made 10 visits, trying to rectify an issue and left after creating another one. Despite requests to Daikin, nothing changes and the same bunch of inefficient engineers come and mess up the AC. Complaint No. [protected].

                                    Would appreciate if our request is taken up at the appropriate level.

                                      Dear sir / madam:
                                      I am writing this letter with great anguish and frustration over quality and performance of daikin vrv product.
                                      We were delivered the daikin vrv systema as per the order vide invoice no. [protected] dated 31/10/2014. Total value of this invoice was rs. 7, 24, 561/- & 50, 641 against invoice no [protected] dated 17/11/2014. Besides this we paid rs. 2, 49, 351/- to htl (Daikin distributor)...

                                      From the day i have purchased the air conditioner, there is water leakage problem & the service team has repaired the ac several times but the problem could not be addressed properly. Several mails has been exchanged between me & customer care (Daikin), but they are not at all responding for a replacement with new machine as its under warranty period. At the time i write a mail to customer care, they only reply with the default message. There is no contact from their side at all for the repairing of the ac and everytime only assurance is being given to me. Its so painful for me getting such kind of poor response from daikin. Also last time i called for replacement, daikin customer care told me to contacvt their bhubaneswar branch office (Mr manas). I called mr manas 2 times but there is no response from him also despite this case is being known to him for the past 2 months.
