I purchased 6 daikin air conditioners about a year and half back. One of them has gas leakage and am told it is r32 and should be referred to the company directly. The customer service seems to to completely non existent and not equipped to to handle sales made versus proportionate service required. I have made several attempts to call customer care and the call gets terminated after long wait to be heard.
Last year i attempted to call them to attend through the "so called free service coupons" but no one responded, even thought it was not peak season.
Now the dealer "kay dee electronics" who first claimed that they do provide service for daikin, informed that they are "only helping", as quoted by their sales person, contact no [protected].
How is a customer expected to get an aircondoitioner serviced when it is required.

Have logged in a complaint online on your website, giving model no, date of purchase etc.

Now, can i please demand some decent customer service with timelines.

The service and support is the worst I have ever seen and the complaints is more and comfort is less
