I have bought DAIKIN 1.5 Ton Inverter AC on 21st Mar 2016 from AC Bazaar showroom in TNagar, Chennai.
When I bought it, the manager assured me that he will deliver my AC and will do all the installation with in 24 hrs.

But the AC is not delivered !!!

I am calling them since 22nd Mar 2016, a very next day of the date of purchase but no response. Everytime when i used to called them they generally dont give any info to customer, they disconnect the call by saying they will check and give me a call back. BUT THAT CALL NEVER CAME.
I am seriously fed up. These people make fool of the CUSTOMER.

Today when I called them in the morning, the manager said he need 3 more days to deliver and now in the evening he changed his statement and said he needs 10 more days to deliver.

Every time he is giving fake information and lying on his last statement.
We are totally disappointed with your service and fake commitment.

After so much follow up from my side, now Manager informed me that DAIKIN is not supplying the AC, DAIKAN is suppose to achieve some target so they are booking the AC in the current financial year without the stock. I mean what a joke... after taking the full amount from the customer\purchaser DIAKIN company is not delivering the AC.

IS THIS A CORRECT INFO ???

I am surely going to share this info on social media, to aware common man regarding such fake policies of the DAIKIN company, so that no other person will get suffered like me.
I will also share my AC invoice which I have attached to this mail.

    I purchased AC product from Sai Agencies, Guntur vide Invoice No.11434, Delivery Challan No.59 and Reciept No.27 dt.13.03.2015. Installed at my house at Thulluru village, Guntur Dist., AP. From the beginning the product is not functioning and giving troubles. Two or three times service workers attended but not working in good condition. Once Inner circuit Board replaced. Presently it is found that motor is not working in condition. Though repeatedly complained and ocntacted over phone, company service people and show room people giving evasive replies. Warranty period is going to lapse and they are dragging on the matter. The attitude on the part of the shop keeper and the service personnel and company is causing much agony and inconvenience to me and the same is "deficiency of service". I am suffering a lot due to the irresponsible attitude of the company people for not giving satisfactory service for the defects and deficiency. Product not working upto the standards assured. Treat this complaint as final one for replacement of the product or else legal action will be initiated in Consumer Forum for deficiency of service.

      I have purchased a daikin 1.5 ton split ac 2 star. on july 15
      After 1 month of installation the gas got leaked...
      i complained to the shopkeeper and company service... after 7 inspection they refilled the gas..

      after 10 days the problem is there again. Now no one is helping me...
      So i asked the shopkeeper for solution and he suggested to replace the pipe and refill the gas again at my cost.. I agreed and done it on dec15

      now on 10 feb when i tried to use the ac after the winter season the problem is the same no cooling...

      what is this brand doing i dont understand...
      i live in a complex of 200 flats and now 600 people of this complex will never buy daikin... thats for sure...

            I have brought Daikin 1.5 ton split ac inverter type in Chennai Ratna fan house it was working only 16months and then compressor not working from the 16th month. Service guy came and gave us 16k quote for the replacement of inverter Electronic units as we have received U4 Error(original price of AC 52K including booster and installation) and said he will not guarantee that it will work longer. Even he has asked to go for AMC for 8000 per month seems very high compared to price I have purchased. Still now the AC kept idle after that. Now i am forced to buy new AC. Poor after sales service and high cost spare parts makes it impossible to use old units. All the Daikin Inverter customer should file a petition in court to ban selling the failed Daikin Inverter model in India. Government should take necessary action against this kind of companies in India.

              I bought a 1.5 ton inverter AC worth Rs 50000 and as soon as the warranty gets over it started giving trouble, I raised the complaint on 05th July 2015 about the cooling effect and this problem has not been sorted till date. In between your technician who doesn’t know anything visited my premises 3-4 times and they all have different stories all the time, just to resolve the problem I already invested 6500 but nothing has been resolved as they have no knowledge of what they are doing. I am giving a time of a week to resolve this matter else I am going legal and I don’t mind if I have to spend some extra for the lawyer fees and all. Your technician has so far refilled the Gas, changed the compressor and the PCB Capacitor which has in total costed me 6500 /- but it doesn’t work at all. If you don’t resolve the problem then I make sure I will never recommend this to anyone. I need my money and the replacement asap for the harrasement.               Hi,
              I dont think either of your team is following up with the others which means common CRM is not available for the channel partner, I received a text from Daikin and this time with new channel partner with the number, I had to call him to request to visit my premises, they came yesterday and had no idea of what has happened in last 2 months.
              I narrated the story and then he found that problem is with the compressor sensor and he needs to place the order, today I called them again but they have no idea whats going on.
              This is going to worst from bad, I am sure they will ask me to pay another 3-4k for the equipment. No point on earth I will pay any extra money and if i had to pay this then please refund the cost of PCB Capacitor.
              You are a BRAND plz dont work like a rickshaw puller organisation. Why you guys dont call the customer to get the feedback? I need to know the email address and mobile number of the nodal officer and india head. Trust me I have the right to know this and you cant deny to give me the same.

              i am pinesh sakaria from mumbai central, mumbai western zone,
              my complaint number is bom[protected] dated 24/04/2016

              your engineer came to the site for resolving complaint he found one the part not working properly he suggest us to change the part for which he will charge 6000/- approx ( only for part ) lab our charges extra

              know the problem your engineer says to pay in advance and the n when the part will come he will bring the part & then replace it
              he never share the quotation and never confirm in how much days the part will come & also he talk rude like we are running away dear sir its my home not a hotel or a food stall that we will run away

              what if i pay you today & your engineer wouldn't turn back with part

              and its only 19 months approx i have fitted ac how a inverter part get damage as if we dont have any power fluctuation or load sheeding in town, u only think if your company doesnt have faith on customer

              how u expect the faith of customer in you company its better to remove your company air conditioner & replace it with a nice company which have faith on the customer

              we have 6 tablets ac and 6 split ac in our office and home but we think your company doesn't want customer they are jst interested in money & supplying faulty air conditioner to customer

                I bought 3 daikin a/c service very very worst ordinary brands a/c 's are working properly in my friends house and office but me and my friend oliver bought daikin a/c i bought 3 and he bought 2 mine is 1 year old and his a/c is 6 months old both are facing problem...Even if a/c is on for 1 hour its not getting cold...for free service they are not coming and we have to BEG them to come but they won't come 15days...if you call customer care they will give one no. and if you call that no. he wll give one no. and then he will give one no. at last some one will come and tell that a/c has some defect pay Rs. 7500 we will rectify and give you next month...WORST A/C

                  I made a complain on 23/08/2015 service request no CCU[protected] for repairing my faulty AC. Though it was said that the servicing would be done within 3/4 working days but more than 2 weeks have passed but nothing has been done. The service centers just ask me to wait for some more time without any clear response. Kindly look into this matter and bring end to this harassment.

                    I have Purchased an A.C on 12.06.2014 from Great Eastern Appliances Private Limited. Throughout the year the machine is creating lot of problems and need to get serviced regularly which is not expected from a new product. After several complaints there is lack of proper feedback from the company and they are are not ready to solve the problem due to such time difference my warranty has also expired. The branch manager as well as the Assistant is not ready to get in contact in spite of several calls. I raised complain ticket against the service on 07.08.2015 and without solving the whole problem and without my prior approval my complain was closed and no solution was given to me. The machine is continuously in need of regular service to which the cost burden would be very higher. Hence I would request you to look into the matter and take needful action as soon as possible.

                    Dear Sir,

                    First of all, my Air Conditioner has been serviced over 12 times since my purchase due to recurring problems. Hence, I had requested for either extension of warranty or replacement. However, the dealer did not agreed for either.

                    Secondly, the technician closed my complaint without my consent of satisfactory servicing. This is absolutely to improperly close down my complaint.

                    Thirdly, despite my several times chasing the branch manager, I did not receive any reply from him. However, yesterday the Regional Manager Mr. Rahman told me that complaining to Consumer Forum is of no use.

                    Kindly take stern measure to resolve my complaint at the earliest. Details required by you are as follows:

                      Nr. Kali mandir, white bunglow Security rajubhai @aadave9: @DaikinIndia pathetic service... I'm using Daikin inverter AC fr 4 yrs, & spent 8k in instalments in 1 month. Again 10k expense of coil...? Serviceman from agency (Dew Point Air, Satellite) had came for the first time and took away the MCB of indoor unit and next day fitted the same back stating issue is in outdoor unit and no one turned up again. New agency (Future Solutions) came and replaced the MCB of outdoor unit for 5k. But cooling was not there hence he stated the valve of out door unit is leaked and causing gas leakage which he filled for 3k. After 3 days cooling got vanished again punctured found in indoor unit today on asking it was coil which is faulty and need replacement worth of 10k... ??? If i'll get that replaced I'm sure my outdoor unit will be needed replacement in couple of weeks. This clearly shows that Daikin has not set any service standards for customers... I feel like cheated as I have already spent nearly 10k and now again 10k's expense is there according to agency 'Future Solutions' of Ahmedabad. For the AC bought in 30-33k...                       Neither the agency Future Solution has returns the component (coil of indoor unit) nor they are responding over phone... It seems they are doing charity to me...!!!

                      As per the last communication with agency 3-4 days back they have not received any communication from Daikin/companies side for my issues...!

                        TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN. On 28th of March 2015, I bought a Daikin FTF50PRV16 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Air Conditioner, and installed it in my shop. I made this purchase at Khandelwal Electronics & General Agencies, Akola. And the bill is made under the name of my shop that is IFRA BOUTIQUE. Unfortunately, your AC has not performed well . It is not working as expected. The cooling is negligible even if the AC is kept at the coolest settings. When complained about the same, the service man came and said it required water servicing. He did servicing but it seems that it didn't made any difference. Since then i have complained to Daikin and to Seller almost 4 to 5 times and the service man has only one thing to say "AC needs water servicing". The service provided by the seller as well as by DAIKIN was inadequate and irrelevant. How can a brand new AC needs servicing every week. I am tired of your bad service, and in order to resolve the problem, I would appreciate Daikin to take the product back and refund the sum paid to you. Even the Seller doesn't seem to care about customer service. Daikin customer service is the worst and moreover the seller (Khandelwal Electronics, Akola) is rudest seller i have ever seen. They doesn't seem to care about customer. The Sale of Goods Act 1930 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. As you are in breach of contract I am rejecting the product and request that you refund the sum paid to you of INR 42000. I also require you to make arrangements for the AC to be collected from the address mentioned below. If I do not receive your satisfactory proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter, I intend to issue a claim against you in the court without further reference to you. Ref Old unresolved complaints made in jun 2015.No enggineers turn-up till date(1) Bad oddur from indoor unit(2) AC is chilling outside environment wastage of electricity Sir, I am not expecting any help from your plant engineers who suppose to be expert and fit persons to explain several faults in the inverter TYPE split AC, I am simply reporting that my above referred AC- presently when outside temperature is 28-31 degrees the OD condenser coils are badly chilling like evaporators coils. As it is a unique AC which is chilling the environment ​instead cutoff refrigerant circulation to condenser. This is highly objectionable since it is amounting to wastage of extremely costly electricity of country. It is very strange as to how this FAULTY unit is dumping the coolness outside in environment and thus it is obvious wastage of electricity please dont refer this complaint to technician but I am expecting a plant engineer to reply and /or visit and satisfy himself before dumping the problem on customers head as being done by other several JAPANESE companies. It is not out of place to mention that any 3/4/5 star rated ordinary AC is not cooling the environment even in winter when outside temperature is 22-24 degree centigrade.                           Added :Now I have checked up my electricity bills and found out that this unit
                          alone consuming about Rs8000/- per month for a temperature setting 29-32
                          degrees centigrade of indoor unit X 7 to 8 hours per day ( I don't
                          expect a funny reply from DAIKIN that this AC is not made for 29-32
                          degrees Centigrade). The inverter model which is suppose to save 40-60%
                          electricity but in this particular case the unit is cooling the
                          atmosphere, dumping the cooling into environment and thus eaten up a
                          huge consumption. During hot days chilling of condenser coils of OD unit
                          could not be noticed but in present time of high humidity and low
                          outside temperature which is 25-27, the same has immediately found. Now
                          the question is that how much power had already been wasted during peak
                          summer when outside temperature was 38-40 degrees during night time
                          could be easily assessed by any technical person. As a user I don't have
                          any precise equipment to provide you exact values but I kept a close
                          watch the performance functioning of said faulty DAIKIN inverter AC 1.5
                          Ton (FTKP16PRV50 1.5 ton split) . As for as company is concerned they
                          have not supplied any information to the customer that this machine is
                          chilling the atmosphere and costing you more on electricity bill,
                          secondly it gives you odour in dry weather. The issue of bad odour came
                          to surface within seven day of installation, the could not be rectified
                          till date. It is also seen that the visiting customer care technicians
                          doesn't have any solution other than washing the unit and cleaning of
                          filters. The fine values and preset adjustment's are set by the software
                          cum engineers TEAM who have developed this technology BUT they are
                          never interacted with customer and/or bothered to visit site as and when
                          such problems being reported by users. In our country it is true that
                          always all multinational companies -&amp;gt; everything has been shifted
                          and nicely dumped on customer head (This may be taken on record).

                          Further I found that DAIKIN had never responded in writing, therefore

                            I have purchased one AC 1.5 T FTC50PRV16 / RC50 PRv16 from your dealor Lotus Indore on dated 24.1.2015 in winter season bill no.27R1401397. i started using it In the month of May, but cooling problem came, then I register my complain at customer care on dated 22.5 .15, comp no. BOM[protected], but no response from your side, than I contact LOTUS on 30.5.15 Then technicians came and check AC and said there is problem in compressor, they took outdoor unit and in few days they reinstalled the outdoor unit, saying problem is solved and have changed the compressor . but, still there was cooling problem. than again i complained to Daikin local ASM Mr. Mukesh Sharma . and than again technician came and they took indoor and outdoor unit to there workshop on[protected].still both outdoor and indoor units are with the company, i have even mailed and send pictures to the company but they didnt even had a curtsy to reply my mail and problem remains unsolved.
                            even after spending so much i have suffered the whole summer season.

                              Worst service As I made complaint yesterday regarding my a/c none responded with my own effort I contacted Mr.sathya daikin regional manager Tamil nadu... Service person giving wrong info to the manager and a person name Mr.gearad who is a service incharge ... They are telling my house locked but the thing is that a/c is in my shop which is open all days from 9am to 9pm... Now my a/c is gone they are telling me that they should do chemical cleaning and I have to pay Rs.1750 + 700 charges.. My a/ is jus 10 months old n warranty is still there...I am requesting for service for more than 15days but today only they came...because of poor service it went off...I have all they voice recording that I spoke to daikin service and I am not going to leave...I will go consumer court and will prove it its WORST SERVICE

                              Daikin a/c has no service.. Pls don't buy... I own 3 daikin a/c in that i have 2 a/c with free service not yet over... From 13th july i am calling[protected] and[protected] they gave me a reference no.22249 but nooooo use at all they never sent any person to attend till now...2 days they answered after that if they see my mobile no. They are not picking phone at all... If i change no. And call they are picking and putting me in hold... I love daikin but regret...                                 Team Daikin, I am facing one of the worst customer service of all the various brands of electronics am using at home. Therefore i am forced to writing it in various forums. As many i had a false assumption that Daikin is a pioneer and wouldnt give any problem. Unfortunately the 1.5 ton splic AC i bought on 7th may 2015 stopped working within 2 months on 24th June 2015. Its been almost half a month, and daily i have to make 2/3 calls to a so called service centre who doesnt know ABCD of customer service. The service center who installed is "Snow city enterprises". Mr Ameen([protected]) is the person in charge there. The following are the various complaint numbers which are registered. Every time you call customer care you get a complaint number registered. Nobody know what happens after that. No follow ups. As you can see for that same problem so many number of complaint numbers have been raised. 24/07/205 - MAA[protected] 01/07/2015 - MAA[protected] 03/07/2015- Attended by "Jai Air Systems" service centre. After trouble shooting found that all the gas has leaked and apparently leaked from the coil inside outdoor unit. They asked me to contact the service centre who installed the unit, which is "Snow city enterprises". 06/07/2015 - MAA[protected] 09/07/2015 - MAA[protected] 09/07/2015- Attended by "Snow city enterprises" and removed the outdoor unit and took it to service centre to repair the coils. 11/07/2015 - Received the outdoor unit after repairs. Now am waiting for the outdoor unit reinstallation. More irritating thing is the number calls i have to make and get stupid response. Mr Ameen from "Snow city enterprises" gives the same answer every day morning i call them and get a reply "Today they will be attending", i again call in after noon to confirm, reply is "Today they will be attending". Evening i call them again, reply is "Today is already late they will attend tomorrow". Only one word comes to my mind regarding your customer service "Pathetic". Please do something which actually benefits rather than a reply stating" We regret the inconvenience you have faced.                                 This is a torture . We installed five AC's of Daikin. Three Casette ACs and two split units. There is simply no concept of service. They charge a huge premium for AMC almost 4000 Rs per AC. even in spite of that no one ever comes when you complain. Average time to service is three days. We are so frustrated that we are no thinking it better to sell it and install some other brand like Hitachi specially for the master bedroom AC which barely works continously for more than 4 months.

                                  Please find attached the bill as per attached. · S.S refrigeration bill no. 1253/dtd 17/3/15. · Model daikin 1.8 TR 3 Star Model FTC 60PRV16. · Sr.No :- FTC60PRV16 – 0001837. · Cu :- RC 60PRY[protected] We have purchased this unit as we were already using about 12 units from last 05 years without any trouble. The unit were installed by 25th March during renovation of my room in lucknow. The unit was started on 28th March and we are suffering since then . Please note the below series of problems as on date. 1. The gas leaked the same night and we called Mr. Shakti and Dealer. 2. They supported us and sent the team for Gas charging. It was told that Flare got leak. 3. Again on 29th March the Gas leaked. Again the team came and recommissioned. It was told that it was negligience of installer. 4. On April 8th again the unit stopped working . It was told that there is leakage in Indoor.The same was rectified. 5. On April 23rd Again the unit started creating problem with Low cooling. This time we registered the complaint LKO[protected]. 6. We went on vacation and returned on 18th May. After running for day or two again the Ice formation in Indoor took place we registered complaint LKO[protected] . dtd May 21. It was decided that the Indoor is choked and was taken by dealer to its service centre and it took quite a time 10-12 days to install back. 7. Again after working for a week time, the ICE formation in Indoor took place. The complaint was registered LKO[protected]. Dtd Jun 11.We were told that the unit was running on DRY mode for quite a some time hence ther is No issue. 8. Again on Jun 25Th, The same issue of Ice formation took place. Complaint LKO[protected]. This time it was told that the units require service and hence it was cleaned. 9. Now again the same problem of ICE formation and then low cooling and tripping o[censored]nit started.Complaint LKO[protected]DTD 6TH JULY 2015. THIS TIME NO ONE HAS TURNED UP..                                     I have an daikin air conditioner 1.5 ton and I purchased it 2 years ago it worked fine for 1st year lesser in 2nd year and inefficient in this year I complained a lot of times regarding the cooling of AC but the service center ones only they call and do never come. I complained for about 2 months and only once the serviceman came and he took the indoor and returned it after 2 weeks and still the AC is not working I paid rs 3000 for service...

                                    No service being provided in warranty Ref : Invoice no. 0050 Dated 08/04/2013 Extended Warranty for yrs valid upto April 2016 Sub: Daikin Inverter AC (Serial No 3P315107-3D) The AC is not working for past 1 week. Ac is under extended warranty from Reliance Digital-Thane so Daikin says cannot replace part and Reliance Digital Kapur Bawdi Thane is neither responding nor taking a written complaint sent to them.                                     The AC was inspected for the 3rd time today and still could not be repaired. The PCB is not available.

                                    We have 4 computers in this office and are w/o AC for the past 12-14 days.
                                    Very weak response from Reliance as they this product is defective by design and we are informed part not available.

                                    IN LIGHT OF THE ABOVE WE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY REPLACE THE AC AS THERE ARE MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN YOUR INVERTER AC - NOT SUITABLE FOR MUMBAI CLIMATE- 2ND TIME WE ARE SUFFERING.
                                    PLEASE REPLACE WITH NON INVERTER TYPE OF AC.

                                    Letter sent to Daikin Service Manager:

                                    "It is 16 days since the Daikin Inverter AC machine has not be repaired by Reliance Digital who are your authorised selling partners.
                                    They don't accept our written complaints. They are located next to Cine wonder mall on Ghodbunder road. manager is one Mr Ashwini Singh.
                                    Service center Manager is Sajid Khan Tel: [protected]. (Says part not available) - Please speak to him.
                                    The outdoor unit PCB is not working.

                                    On further investigation with AC showroom managers and online study we have come to the conclusion that the Daikin Inverter machines have a manufacturing defect that the outdoor DC PCB is not tropicalised for Indian humid conditions and hence keep getting spoilt. The cost is also prohibitive.

                                    Hence we request you to kind change the machine to a Normal standard Non-Inverter machine.

                                    3 different teams of engineers have already inspected the machine and say part not available.


                                    It is not out of place to mention we will have to go online to various blogs and reviews which will spoil Daikin name
                                    So request you to kindly change the machine as office work is suffering badly with 4 computers and a server in the office.

                                    We have called your toll free no. a no. of times but still problem not solved.
                                    This unit is under warranty of Reliance Digital who are not responding to our complaint calls saying part is not available.
                                    Its is 17 days now. Your call center says cannot help but sends service engineer- report as below

                                    The Daikin Inverter AC inspected for the 4th time today by another engineer from Shree cooling creation but no progress.
                                    Model FTKC50 NRV16 and RKL50NRV16 Serial No 0000578

                                    Its more than 17 days since AC cannot be repaired under warranty from reliance. Request immediate replacement o[censored]nit.
                                    Even a non Inverter unit acceptable.

                                    Any damage to our computers and server due to non functioning of the AC will be to your account.

                                    Warranty Invoice copy attached.

                                    Daikin Inverter Ac under Reliance Digital rescue plan warranty unrepairable.
                                    No response from Reliance Digital.

                                    Need replacement immediately as AC not working since almost 3 weeks as per terms of Rescue plan.
                                    Rescue plan No. 221047 purchased from them at Orion Business park store Thane
                                    Its more than 3 weeks and still the matter is not closed by Reliance Digital for Daikin Inverter AC under rescue plan. On calling we get message that commercial solution done but is being postponed everyday and no response to our calls by Reliance personnel.
                                    Office w/o AC for > 3 weeks

                                    Extremely Bad experiance.

                                      Hiii i bought Daikin Split AC of 2Ton approximately 2 years back, 15 to 20 days back the compressor stopped working and it was told to us that the compressor is not reparable and it has to be replaced as it is under warranty of 5 years, till date no action has been taken by the authorised dealer from whom the AC was purchased and the company help line no is of no use
