I had purchased 5 Daikin ACs - 1.5 ton inverter ACs in Oct 2016. Since installation 1 of the AC is not working. I called up the customer care many times and they send different Service engineer all the time but none has been able to resolve the issue. Hi i purchased a daikin invertor ac one around 2 years back
And its the worst experience that i had of purchasing an air conditioner. Its gives the worst cooling i have 4 more acs in my house way older than daikin and are functioning very well . I urge the daikin team to kindly replace my unit with a non invertor ac which atleat works like an air conditioner .

I bought a 1 ton daikin inverter a/c on august 2015. On sunday the 28th may 2017, 22 months after purchase the a/c broke down and stopped functioning. I have 2 more a/c's from panasonic and ifb that were also running at the same time and quite old when compared to daikin. We have given a complaint of daikin split ac for not cooling.

Service engineer visited and cleaned the filer which improved the air filter.

But the cooling is same as before.

After confronting your engineer, a great revelation came ahead.

As per him it takes 2 hours for ac to cool after cleaning the filer. Wow.

Not expect such type of answer from a service engineer...

I had procured daikin split ac from your bhubaneswar outlet (Great eastern, 22 and 22b, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar, odisa-751009) on dated 15-october-2016. Since it was first installed it has never been used at all. Now when we start using this summer we don't see that ac is cooling at all. I have already launched a compliant in daikin customer care on dated 22-may-2017 and having complaint ticket reference# 831583....

We have requested a Dry cleaning service for Daikin AC on Saturday and requested them to do it on weekends as weekday is not possible for us.

I purchased daikin ac on 16may2017 and in just after 7 days it starded producing abnormal noice.
I called customer care n registered a complaint on 23rd but still no call or any technician visited. I called them daily n they always do promise to be get serviced today. But no one visited or called.

I have a 1.5 T Daikin Inverter A/c FTK 50 Model. This is the fourth year o[censored]se and has had several trouble from the second year on wards.

1. The Coil had to be replaced 2 times in 4 years, costing ~ Rs.13, 000 first time and ~Rs. 9, 000 the second time.

2.Within two months of coil & valve replacement this year, the 3 PCB have gone bad (this is after no voltage fluctuation & constant use of Blue Bird Stabaliser)....

I had purchased a Daikin 1.5 Ton split A.C. Model F T C 50 P R V 16 as on 4- July 2016 from Refrico cantt road Lucknow. It is not cooling the room properly and it's airflow is not sufficient too. I purchase daikin inverter split ac because of reputation and word of mouth from my friends.. But when i installed, the company does not provide cable for installation.. So i gave it to them. Also water pipe i have given them. Still they charged me 30 per sq ft for installation... Just to hang. Water pipe they took 200 rs extra and 200 for cable installation.. Thieves... Just one suggestion... I am a disappointed customer... Money is not...
