I had purchased an inverter ac on 12th April 2017 . It was not functioning from 25th September 2017. After somany Enquiries ( calls as well as mails) they had visited and tried to repair the machine. As they fail to resolve the problem they had replaced both the outdoor unit and indoor pcb on 16th Dec 2017.As a customer it's my right to get warranty extension for 1yr from the date of repair. When I contacted to the daikin office at Cochin they told that I'll get the mail regarding this 1 week after the replacement o[censored]nit. But till this time I didn't get any response and when I called to the daikin office Cochin they are not sure about the things. We got an information that free routine maintenance service durin warranty period for my ac is on
1st 12/08/2017
2nd 12/12/2017 and
3rd 12/04/2018. I got this message only on 05 /12/2017 and that time it was
complaint. I want to know about the warranty extension and the free maintenance services.

Sir/Mam,

My name is Prince Sharma last month i purchased dikin 1.5 inverter ac, but
from the date of installation. my ac not even work properly even for 10
minutes because when the insallation was done by dikin proffesional staff
was not done properly the ac didnot oing well cooling and i was complaing
from last 1 month on dikin coustomer care ever time new dikin person come
on my shop and they blaming each other and asking for money.No one reday to
accept his fault help me on this matter kindly send a technical team to
check and find the correct culprit who is responsible my faulty
installation.
kindly solve my problem as sson as possible i am unable to use my ac other
wise i have to go consumer court. i am attach my bill and service recipt of
the dikin person .

BAD SERVICE BY DIKIN REPLACE MY AC AND RFUND MY MONEY MAKING FOOL BY DIKIN

HELLO SIR/MAM,

My name is Prince Sharma I have purchased a dikin 1.5 ton inverter ac on 13/2/2018 from last more than 1 month i am continously complainting on coustomer care and mail on [protected]@daikinindia.com, but no response from dikin all engineers sent by dikin all making fools and repeatly sent by dikin coustmer care by complaining.Each and every time they are unable to find the problem why so expensive ac is not making cool . They said its working like . I surely donot want this ac of low cooling like 5 yr old ac which no gas .

kindly send a replacement team at my shop and refund my money and take the scrap from my shop and also cancel the service dealer ship of "DURGA REFRIGENRATION TAGORE GARDEN" because they was the first who installed my ac and said me plz call dikin technician for more help we are helpless . I want to know who were they. iam again attch my bill and service bill.

    I had purchased a daikin inverter air conditioner on april 2017 with one year warranty. It was not working from 2017 september onwards. I informed it to daikin customer service and to the shop where i had purchased the item. The technicians from shop as well as the company checked and told that some of its parts are damaged and must replace. They did not solved the problem yet and it's almost 70 days. During this time i had called many times to customer care and service technicians of cools services calicut. They are not even giving proper information. Now i am forced to file a case in consumer court against them.

        I have purchased 1.5 ton ac from jeevanjee plaza, lajpat nagar, new delhi in march 2017. After installation in a week i complaint at store to mr rahul anand of thunder storm noise is coming from the ac. He sent man to service the new ac. I was surprised but agreed to service. But it was still persisting. I again complaint customer care within a period of six month they sent to service 4 times including wet service. I had spoken mr prabhat sharma sales manager of daikin india pvt ltd. And explained my problem.. Sorry to say nothing happenef. Please help.

          We had purchased 1.5 ton split ac 5 star from vijay sales faridabad vide their invoice dt 25/6/2017.

          From the time this unit was installed, it is giving lot of whistling noise.
          Yr engr from air command visited and he recommended replacement of fan motor which was done by him. But the noise remained as it is. Subsequently yr engr visited and the problem remains unresolved.

          Request kindly resolve the problem immdtly.

            My daikin invertor ac model outdoor unit was not working from 2 nd oct'17. I tried to call customer care and then i tried r. R airconditioning engineers, chennai.
            They came on 3rd and said fan motor jam. They took fan motor, outdoor and indoor unit pcbs. They are travelling by two wheeler, attending other service calls and handing over parts at your service center next day. Service center analysed on 4th and telling that fan motor and out door unit pcb to be replaced. They will take one day to get spare and we need to pay advance for the service. Rrae will come collect advance, this is our procedure. They will come and complete the service by 6th. This is not peak period as a customer we are the sufferer as per your procedures. Can i expect some solution to my problem and other customers in future. Thanks in advance prasad

              I had done a major blunder by buying a daikin invertor ac 2 years back.
              Most problematic ac i have ever seen in my life. I am sharing the mail communication for my problem with daikin, it will clear that what kind of service you will get after buying this ac.

              Your hi tech engineer persons visit today to take the outdoor unit for changing the compressor (Which is under warranty and was changed just 4 months back).
              Now they are saying they are unable to work on the outdoor unit because of it's location, in spite of telling them that the last time when compressor was changed (From air command engineers) the location was same. Last time they have taken out the unit from the same place changed the compressor at my home itself and installed the unit at the same place where it is right now.
              I live in a flat and all the other flats in my society has outdoor unit installed par the same place and leave that when daikin engineers has already worked on the outdoor unit on the same location 4 months back, what is the problem now, why your engineers show unnecessary attitude to customers... Why.

              Now the hitech engineer persons have also taken out the refrigerant from the unit and what little cooling /working it was doing is also gone now it is just a costliest crap i've ever got.

              Kindly look the kind of after sales service you people are providing.

              Now i am not giving a single paisa to daikin company and you people has to replace the whole unit with a new one. I am literally fedup from the last eight months calling you/writing mails and now this is seriously hightime..

              And i need a written confirmation (Do not call now) on this mail within next 3 hours with the date and time by which my unit will be replaced the new one otherwise i have to route my problem/harassment through consumer forum.

              so guys more than 1 month had passed and the ac is still not working.
              after replacing the outdoor pcb twice and the once the indoor pcb, the
              engineer from daikin concluded that the compressor is faulty.
              so 2 days back the compressor was replaced and after that again the ac
              didn't work and i was told that the outdoor pcb has to be replaced
              again (Which was to be done the very next day), and till the time i am
              writing mail to you nobody has turned up to complete the work.
              about 10 days back when the indoor pcb was changed, the engineer told
              me
              that the outdoor pcb has also to be replaced and he will be back with
              the
              same the next morning, but i was so fed up at that time, i personally
              went
              with the engineer to gurgaon to get the pcb and to be replaced the
              same
              evening. But the result was nil as the ac didn't work.

              i even stopped following up for the same from today itself.

              daikin has to pay for the suffering which my family had to face from
              last 1
              month as from the last 1 month the ac on my wall is just a showpiece (I
              even
              can not say it is a show piece as it also doesn't have nice looks).
              i have paid the premium rates for daikin ac to have prompt solution to
              problem and not to follow-up for days to get my ac repaired.

              i will take this issue to consumer forum till i get compensation for
              the
              suffering for me and my family.

              the complaint was attended by the persons from*"air command engineers,
              91-[protected]"*, they told me that the circuit

              the outdoor unit has problem and has to be repaired/replaced, so they
              took
              the board for repairing and came back the next day and after
              installing
              the
              problem was not rectified, so they have given different reasons that
              the
              stabilizer is not working properly, there must be problem in the
              electrical
              line and what not.

              however as the problem was not solved we have not given the repairing
              charges for board which they told was rs. 1200 but they begged me for
              the
              visit charges which i had paid of rs. 450.

              on the next day when i called air command engineers, i got a reply
              that
              the circuit board has to be changed and i will get a callback from the
              central team (I dont know what is a central team???) of daikin, but
              for 4
              days i didn't got any call.

              again on 5th may 2017 i registered a complaint (No. Kol[protected])
              which was also appointed to the same service center in which i told
              them
              the circuit board has to be replaced but 2 new service personnel came
              and
              they started to check the equipment from scratch.

              finally after 1 hour they took out the circuit boards from both inside
              and
              outside unit and left the indoor unit open and assured me that they
              will
              back with the solution next day.

              but after calling them for next 2 days on the third day 2 new persons
              was
              there to attend the problem and after installing the pcb's they
              problem
              was
              not rectified. So they told me that they tried to repair the pcb's but
              was
              unable to do so (This was the second time the daikin engineers try to
              repair
              the pcb's but failed... Clapping).

              now from last 10 days i am waiting and calling everyday for the pcb
              replacement but i am getting different replies (Only 1 card was in the
              warehouse and it was given to someone else... The other card is
              coming by air from pune... Our warehouse is changed from
              delhi
              to gurgaon... Blah blah blah).

              so, now i need to knock the door of consumer court for the solution as
              after
              paying rs. 15000 extra just for a brand i am not getting services as i
              should deserve.

              i the month of may 2017 when the temperature of delhi ncr are touching
              new
              highs, the daikin ac is also doing the same.

                There's so much noise at least 10 times we have visited and complained and attended also but the sound effect in the house is horrible

                I have never heard the unit giving so much voice that to also daikin 1.5 ton bought from vijay sales little world kharghar mall not even 4-5month and earlier when bought withing a month there was cooling issue... Cooling got sorted then noise started different engineers or service people come and has different opinion one says ur according to room temperature the noise come other says bcos the location set is wrong so we need change the location and charged bloody 2500 bugs and some earlier said if noise is not there then cooling will also be not there... These people think bloody the money spent comes as rain from heaven its hard working money and the money of someone who is educated but mints from making fool out people...

                Very much pathetic and disgusting attitude of lack of professionalism i must share this in public media and even to there international management team for what they are supplying and playing with people's money...

                  I purchased my daikin ac 1.5 ton on 30/03/2017 frpm kay dee electronics, sector-18, noida. Till date of installation i was having problem of cooling and indoor unit water leakage., almost 3-4 times the engineer visited 2 times from registered complaint and 2 times through dealer side, but no solution given by any one the dealer is also not providing any visit sheet, because of service issues... Even the dealer engineer does not report about any major problem in ac.. And said it is just the gas leakage... I am really very much irritated.. And complained in daikin centre with complaint id gha[protected].

                  Today 18.09.2017, daikin engineer visited and checked both indoor outdoor units after check they found several coils leakages in indoor unit, i am also dissapointed to see these coils, indoor coils look like old and are in worst condition, it is creating many times problem in swing function also.

                  I request you to please change my whole indoor unit as i m not satisfied to be a daikin customer and enclosed herewith service completion certificate which was provide by your service provider.

                  Please solve my problem as soon as possible, on urgent basis, product creates too much disappointment within 6 months of purchase, and what if it will cross the warranty period.

                  Hope you will take action immediately and solve our problerm.

                      I have 3 inverter ac (Model atkp50qrv16) bought in feb-march 2016.

                      I was having a problem with one of the ac and when i called your customer care with the error code (F3), i was given their number (Aircare e-138, amar colony lajpat nagar - iv new delhi - 110024 ph: +91-[protected])

                      When i spoke with mr. Sanjeev kumar (Ceo) he told me he would get back to me as his technicians were not available at that time. Later in the day, i got a call from[protected] on monday, 28th august 2017 from some person that a technician would visit me on that day and charges are 650 + 18% gst (It should be 400 +18% gst as per your customer care).

                      However, no one visited me that day after repeated calls and assurances. On 29th august a technician visited me and not knowing anything about a inverter ac told me, either this is wrong or that is wrong (I showed him the error code f3). When i spoke to the person on[protected] and told him that visit charge is supposed to be 400 +18 gst, he told me "emergency case ka yahi hota hai" however he told the technician to take 550/- which i paid as just wanted the ac to get fixed. He also told me that if someone calls you, please say that your ac is fixed as i had told him that i have spoken with daikin customer care and have lodged the complaint for the ac with them vide ref no. Del[protected] which i trusting them did (Cancelled call)

                      Till date my issue is not fixed and i would like to seriously complain about the above mentioned persons. I hope some serious action will be taken against this malpractice and breach of trust by overcharging against such service partners of yours. They are a disgrace to your company and i will be raising this issue to the highest level.

                      Bunch of frauds milking the customers who have faith in the brand.

                        Hello!
                        I'm an unfortunate owner of diakin 1.5 inverter ac [ftkp50-ci | serial no. Indoor - 10802 | outdoor - 8441]. I chose this ac in hope that though it's a costly one-time purchase but it will save money on electricity in long-term. Bought on 25th april, 2015, diakin's team installed the ac at our place. I explicitly asked them to put the corrosion-proof coating on the coil & a stabilizer.
                        They said, daikin ac already has a corrosion-proof coating & inbuilt stabilizer - so we don't need to put either of them. Though! They insisted on buying amc from them, to which i declined (Thinking that my old samsung 2 star window ac has been running fine since 5 years except some coating charges and annual servicing; so, nothing shall go wrong with this expensive one.).

                        Little did i know then, of my upcoming agony; and with arrival of 2016 summers - it started. I switched on the ac & it was dead. I called daikin customer support. My ac was still in warranty period, so, they revived it for free. There were holes in the cooling coil due to corrosion & they soldered them all. Engineer name was abdullah, from noida sector 12 service center. After a month or so, i called them again as my ac has died again. This time it was out-of-warranty. They asked for some exorbitant charges which i declined to pay as they have just fixed it recently. Eventually, i gave up because of increasing intense heat and after negotiating with the daikin service engineer over the phone, ended up paying a lump-sum amount of rs. 3200 for gas re-filling and more hole-closing. This time ac again worked for a couple months or so and then died again. This time, the issue was different than previous time. Indoor unit hasn't stopped working completely but there was no cooling at all. I called the same service engineer and he said that complete cooling coil must be replaced & it would cost me around rs.10-15, 000 (Approx.). I told him that i'll get it replaced next year.

                        Came summer 2017, i called same service engineer from daikin and he quoted rs.8, 700 for cooling coil. He said he'll fill gas for free as he was the one who filled it twice last year & he'll place an order with daikin warehouse for new coil on my behalf and will call me back when he has one. Week passed-by without any response. I called again and he said there's no coil for this ac in their repository as this model is out-dated and he'll call back as soon as he get one. Another couple of days went by without any response. I called him again. He said, he still doesn't have the coil & no news on when he'll get it. My frustration was increasing with soaring temperature and i called daikin service center. They logged in my complaint and assured me that someone will get back to me. Couple of days passed by and no one called. I called again, and to add to the trauma - they did not have any records of me, nor my complaint. I again got my complaint logged and provided all the details. After couple of days i called again and voila! - they still did not have any logged complaint and had no records of me. Upon showing some frustration - customer support executive told me that there must be some technical problem due to which your profile is being deleted or something! Anyways, i again got my complain logged. This time i got a call from noida sector 10 service center. They quoted rs.10, 500 for cooling coil & rs.3, 500 for the gas recharge + 14% vat extra. According to them, these were company charges. I declined as previous engineer had quoted me less. When i told him the same, he asked for the previous (Abdullah's) contact number and cursed him on phone for quoting less. He said, that adbullah is lying and he doesn't know anything. I mailed daikin customer support and told them about misleading quotes. No reply for a few days and then i again called them back and then they transferred my complaint to another service center. Now, mr. Hansar khan from sector 51 service center gave me quote of rs.8, 700 for cooling coil & rs.3, 500 for gas re-filling + taxes. Finally, after 1.5 months of chaos - on 6th may, 2017, an engineer from sector 51 service center came and replaced the cooling coil. I was happy that ac was working finally & hoped for no more breakage.

                        But it stopped working after a fortnight and again some other engineer came from same service center on 27th may, 2017. Again the problem was same - indoor unit was working but no cooling. He checked the unit and did some cleaning and it started working. But this was also for a short duration. It stopped cooling again and another engineer came from same service center on 9th june, 2017 and he said it was due to low voltage. I should get a stabilizer and only then it'll work. After a week or so, i got a stabilizer connected (Same exact model prescribed by him). It again worked for some time and soon it died again. On 12th august, i again called same service center and mr. Hansar khan asked for visiting charges and i declined. He said that the coil had no warranty and he's not liable for any damages what-so-ever after he had changed the coil. I again called daikin customer support and they gave me a landline contact no. Of sector 1 service station. Nobody picked the call on that number. I kept trying for 3 days. At last, on monday evening, i again called daikin customer support and asked them that i did not want to pay and i want my ac repaired as i have already paid enough for it to get working. Executive escalated the issue at their end. Days went by and no response. I again called daikin customer support and they again escalated it at their end but again no response. I also mailed them about it and received the same response, that my case had been escalated but again no further response for 2 days. Again called them back on 17th august and they provided contact number of their head service department i called them and they told me that they will arrange someone to get it fixed. At evening 2 engineers from sector 4 service center came and asked for visiting charges. Upon narrating them about the situation, they said you should call daikin again. I called them back and they said that - "no engineer is willing to come to your place as you are not willing to pay the visiting charges. I'll have to find someone who is willing to come. It's difficult". Finally, engineers from sector 51 service center came and did a thorough checking. This time also they couldn't find fault and said - pcb card is defective and it'll cost additional rs.6, 250 to get it fixed & left for the day.

                        Today, after spending approx. Rs.20, 000 on repairs within 2 years of purchase i'm still sitting with a broken daikin ac while their support staff complaining to me that "they can't help me if i'm not willing to pay". I'm stuck with this crap and there's no-one to whom i can complain to. Every time i call or mail customer support they have standard reply - issue has been escalated. Service centers won't even listen without feeding them money (Visiting charges). Their machines do not work even though they are charging a premium for them.

                        So! Now, i have no option left other than posting my story online so that atleast other consumers are not cheated and looted by daikin & should take a decisive call before thinking of buying a daikin product.

                        Note:- i also have a voltas spilt ac (Half the price of this ac) which is working fine since last 3 years (Only had to get gas re-filling done, once - this year).

                        Only thing good about their AC is that it very quite & saves electricity. But that's the end of goodness. The parts are of very low quality & breaks easily(Or it's just that I bought a faulty unit).

                        I would have been a happier if their service staff had fixed it it in 1st go. I would have paid for the faulty part. But their numerous visits and not fixing anything and keep charging for one thing or another and their pathetic customer care has really made me sick of these people. And to add cherry on the cake, after numerous complaints I received a mail from Mr. Jitendra Tiwari (Daikin - Deputy Manager - Service) who is still trying to sell me their AMC package after I pay for the repairs.

                              This is for kind information that i purchased above ac in july 2016 which worked well in last summer till november 2016. Next year in april 2017 when i booked for free ac service, the technical person came amd informed me that its pcb is not working. After that they replaced pcb but cooling didn't resume. They checked for gas leakage and repaired for the same. Same problem recurred after one and a half month. The came again and repaired pcb again. Since then cooling didn't resume completely. When company technical person came for second free service in july 2017, he also noticed cooling problem but didn't resolve it. I contacted service centre for amc pf above ac but they responded after 3-4 calls and at the time of their visit they informed me that there was no gas in the ac. When i talked to sevice centre they didn't give satisfactory answer. Now i am frustated due to repetitive problems and due to rude behaviourof service centre. Please help to get my problem resolved as soon as possible.

                              When engineer came to install he said that it will cost 4150/-. When I said that I will buy the items. The engineer said Rs 50 per square feet for installation whereas we got installation free.
                              And not the least the engineer threatened do whatever you can do he don't care.is this the way Daikin company deals this is really pathetic.

                                I would like to inform you that i’m very disappointed with service of daikin india from last one month we take many follow-ups with helpline number, head office for my a/c repair and still it’s not done or we don’t get any response also now i’m thinking that why we purchase daikin a/c we have many option in market but sorry to say i’m not prefer daikin a/c to my friends and others.

                                Story come from 29th of may 2015 when i’m purchase daikin a/c and engineer take 1 week for fixed the a/c because 1st time he don’t have gas daikin a/c gas is different from others so other engineer come along with gas after 2-3 days and when he charge gas out door not work because some issue is out door and gas leakage is happed than gain engineer come with team and repair the things and say to me we do repair this outdoor but it’s not proper solution then i say please replace the outdoor but engineer says we don’t’ have authority for this please talk your vendor but as you know we don’t have time in today busy life and a/c is repair so ……….
                                So 2015 is gone and a/c is switch off time to time a/c service is going on and again problem come in 2016 summer but till now in guarantee so again it’s repair and fill the gas. After summer a/c is switch off.
                                Again summer is come in 2017 and a/c not work same issue come of gas leakage in our door and my transfer is done in shimla when i’m go to my home then wife tell me the issue but you know no time in today busy schedule but my wife again and again tell me issue and summer on high then i’m starting do compliant first day engineer not come second day come and just tell the issue ans ask for money. We pay 400/- he says other engineer come along with gas next day but nobody come again i’m complaint then after 2 days other engineer come and says we charge 4200 rs for gas i’m saying please check before fill the gas he says we don’t have time to check if i check then gas fill is must then i tell the engineer please check and if problem is same as per earlier so please give service copy i talk to help desk buy he is not give any copy.
                                Now i do call in help desk and head office daily or after 2-3 days now this is my daily routine work because my family don’t sleep in night because of a/c problem.
                                I’m talk with mr. Kartik, mr, gopal but no solution done

                                Toady again i log a call in help desk and talk with mr. Pintoo he says please give me a 2 hours’ time i just call to you but after 2 and ½ hours no call come then again i call customer executive says mr. Pintoo call to you within 5 min but again no call below is detail of my call log.

                                I would like to inform you that I am very disappointed with service of daikin india, I bought AC last year from one of DIAKIN distributor in Nalgonda, There was a Gas leakage in AC and called DIAKIN customer support to check but they checked and said that they will charge some big amount to refill the gas and it is now in warranty still Customer support are not ready to fill the GAS . It was only 10 months how could this will happen If there was a physical damage then the person should be charged without any damage by itself GAS was leaked out and this was clearly said by DIAKIN engineer itself. So why to we pay even a product is not efficient for 10 months and even it is in warranty why these people are not rectifying the issue.

                                From last one week we take many follow-ups with helpline number, head office for my a/c repair and still it’s not done or we don’t get any response also now i’m thinking that why we purchase daikin a/c we have many option in market but sorry to say I will not prefer daikin a/c to my friends and others. Strictly very bad and worst experience with DIAKIN.

                                  I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac from daikin in apr' 2016 in delhi from hariom electronics, clock tower, ghanta ghar, delhi-110007, and since last night (2-aug-17) facing a major issue in the same. There is ice formation happening internally in the ac with zero cooling. I am trying to understand since morning from daikin that howcome this problem can come within 16 months of buying their product but not able to get any response. The dealers and engineers are only interested in their visiting fee and i am being provided different contact nos. And told to call pillar and post from today morning with no solution till now. As per the engineer, the cooling coil is damaged and there is an issue in nitrogen gas leakage in the ac. Have already spoken to daikin customer service[protected] with ref. No. Del[protected] dated 3-aug-2017, dealers - mr. Manoj sharma ([protected]) and daikin head distribution in delhi - mr. Tarun vadhera ([protected]) but instead o[censored]nderstanding the problem that a defective product have been sold to us, i am just getting a response that "we can't do anything about this and you will have to bear cost of around 15000 to fix this problem". I do not understand as to why i should bear this cost if daikin and people working for daikin are not concerned about its reputation. Would request you to please look into this matter on top most priority and you can get in touch with me for further details.

                                  There is a continuous pressure from Daikin to bear the entire cost (Rs. 15k) for defective product sold to us. Have used multiple AC brands earlier as well and have never faced such issue within 15-16 months of the purchase. Are they fooling the customers that post completion of 1 yr warranty period, the product gets defective and then a hefty cost (half the amount of AC purchase - 32K) is levied to the consumer. Would request you to please look into this matter on top most priority so that Big Brands like Daikin can stop fooling the consumers.
                                  Thanks for your response. However, let me make this very clear to you beforehand that I will not bear the hefty cost levied on me due to a defective AC sold by Daikin to us. You can inform your relevant authorities about the same beforehand.
                                  We have also purchased 1.5 ton Daikin AC from Jankpuri, Delhi and same problem since Jun 2017.. Daikin people visited twice...every eng suggest the servicing is due and the did servicing twice in 2 months but still same issue...not cooling.

                                    I am writing down here as an affected consumer and highlight how we are being cheated by big brands. Last year i bought 2 daikin split ac (1.5 tons each). Just to ensure people are aware before buying and make right decision, i have listed down problems i have faced till date:

                                    This all happened within one year:

                                    1. Outdoor unit of one ac was defected. Fan colliding with body. One engineer from daikin came, looked at the issue, took out his hammer and started hitting the body. He continued using hammer till fan stopped colliding with the body. This was the resolution from their end.
                                    2. Called authorized dealer for installation. Gave rs 3600 for installation. Both acs were not installed properly. He did not even know that company advises to use atleast 10 ft copper tube for better performance. He fitted using 2 ft.
                                    3. As acs were not installed properly there was leakage issue in both of them throughtout the season. 3 times had to get gas refilled. Luckily it happened within one year otherwise i would have paid rs 4500/- for every gas refill. Fyi it is r32 compressor and that is the company's rate for gas refilling.

                                    Just completed one year, now they have the best excuse that your ac is out of warranty:

                                    4. Frustrated with my one year experience with daikin, called local engineer, and reinstalled both acs and refilled gas for 4th and 5th time.
                                    5. Now, just after one year a leakage is detected in condenser that cannot be repaired. Costing from the company is around rs 8000 for new condenser and rs 4500 for gas refill. And as it is over one year i will have to pay that from my pockets.
                                    6. Earlier the technician did not get to know leakage in condenser so he gave a bill for 4500 saying we will refill gas and do minor repair. I gave him 2000 advance he asked for. After two days another technician came saying it will cost 12000. When i asked i do not want to get it repaired give my balance amount after deducting visit charges, his reply was i do not have money other engineer will come and return balance amount, not sure when that actually would happen.

                                    It has just been 1.5 years and i will have to pay rs 12, 500 if i need my ac to work. What kind of harassment is that? Is this an ethical practice?
                                    Looking at how my last 1 year has gone, i would rather suggest you people buy any local brand, atleast you will save money.

                                    There is no need for posting a comment here as a mere formality.
                                    It was very clear from my post that I had refused to pay 8, 000 for new part and 4500 for gas refill. It was obvious that I will not shell out 13, 000 on an AC, I purchased last year. I would rather dispose it off for free.
                                    I posted this so that others are aware of the quality of your products and could make a right decision.

                                    Just to show that you care about consumers, all you did was raised a request (so that you could put it here) in which the engineer did not even visit. He just called and said "Sir main aaya tha aapke ghar, aapko wo part change karana hai, request aayi hai". And just like last time I refused. You tried to put everything on the consumer saying "Our team got in touch with you and you refused to pay the repairing cost and our team returns the advance received money. Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with."

                                    If that's the case, I still have these points unanswered:

                                      I mr sanjay s kamble bought the ac three months back and know it is not wrking it's complete in dead condition. I followed up with the dealer (Mahalaxmi electronics - bhayander) but i didn't get any response from his side. I haven't used the ac for long only twice i onned it and than it stopped working. Due to high humidity my children's r not able to sleep. I hope u will look into the following matter

                                      Ac not in working condition only three months passed purchased from bhayander dealer
                                      No response from dealer side hope u to look in the following matter

                                        We had purchased 02 sets of daikin ac on 20th march 2017 from akashwani radio & transistors against bill no. 689 and since purchase we have been complaining that we are facing cooling issues in one of the acs and the installation person told us that it was some internal fault and then again another person came saying that the product was not properly installed causing leakage of gas. Since then we have been registering multiple complaints in daikin customer service from our mobile no.[protected]Latest ref: cha[protected] & unique customer id 11115540 dt 20/07/2017) and even spoke to chandigarh customer landline no.[protected]Mr. Viajy singh) but none attended our compliant by visiting our residence in panipat. We have been regularly calling customer care and getting confirmation mesages but fail to understand why the issue is not solved.. It teh product faulty??

                                        How long we all have to wait since summer season will stretch for maximum next few weeks and we are not sure, what shoule be the next course of action for a helpless customer if he does'nt get any response from daikin in next couple of days even after begging everyone.

                                        Daikin should respect their customers and attend their complaints efficiently within couple of days followed up with after service call from customer care enquiring for their satisfaction instead of loosing customers in future.. We have never received any problem while using samsung ac from last so many years and switched to daikin which seems to be a very unfortunate decision on my part.
