I had purchased two ac from great eastern of the brand daikin, as per the policy of company we are eligible to get 3 services in first year from the company but not get any service from company till date even we made several request to consumer but it is only a policy of making foolish to the people.
Everytime they take a request and allot the work to their engineers but they do not visit the site.

    I bought daikin invertor ac @ ratna cools tnagar on 01.09.15 inv no 19393. While buying they said they will cm for free three services. But no body came. Since the cooling was bad i called toll free no. My service request no is maa[protected]. After calling nine times service engineer came on 25.05.16.& he said gas is low & he will cm back in two days. After i called him today he said gas is not available. U can contact chennai manager kumar ([protected]). He is not picking calls.
    Worst service. Pl. Avoid buying daikin

      Registered complaint about ac lost cooling after 1 month of installation.
      Then unique engineers from ghaziabad attended complaint. I was told that there was a gas leakage so gas needs to be charged. Then these guys took 3-4 days to come with gas charging setup. An incompetitent person did gas charging and took the entire day to charge the gas and finally went without resolving the problem saying that he is not trained for inverter ac.
      Then i registered the complaint again. This time another service provider sai services visited. The guy looked knowledgable and after checking informed that the gas is not charged properly so need to recharge the gas to ac.
      Now on the decided date i came to know that the service call will be attended by unique engineers as otherwise unique people will not get their charged amount from daikin.
      Unique engineers team is totally unreliable and incompetent to handle inverter ac as per my experience.
      Now there is no response from either daikin or from their dealer.
      I have tried to raise the matter with vijay sales to take the ac back and awaiting their response now and will move to consumer court if required.

      But the image of daikin as a brand has definitely lowered to zero due to the service quality and may be they have a good product but worst service experience. There is no sense of ownership to resolve an issue. I will never recommend daikin to anybody.

        Hi,

        We run business in Kallakurichi and have installed 6 Daikin Air Conditioners (A/C).

        Out of these machines, 3 machines had various issues
        1 - Had water leakage from indoor unit
        2 - Remote not function properly
        3 - No cooling/not working

        We have contacted customer care and have raised service request ref. no. MAA[protected] on 14th May and still not even one person have contacted or visited our business place.

        The issue has been in our business for past one month and we have got no response/action from either Daikin Customer support nor support personnel.

        As we are into services business and working of Air-conditioner has to be our utmost priority. But we have no/proper response from Daikin customer support or Support personnel.

        We have been getting standard request number and acknowledgement from Daikin customer support with no resolution in sight.

        We had trust in Daikin support and have invested with more than 6 AC units. Now we are totally frustrated with this kind of response from their end.

        We recommend people not to buy Daikin A/C's for business.

            This is bhupal reddy from narasaraopet, guntur district. On[protected] i have purchased daikin ac from vijetha electronics (An unauthorised show room in narasaraopet)... Who takes the ac's from sai electronic of nagaram palem in guntur and sai electronics vijayawada.

            Vijetha electronics people send a mechanic known as asmath... Who did not install it properly. With in four days gas has leaked and ac stopped functioning. First i approached vijetha electronics people of narasaraopet. They approched mechanic asmath... He demanded four thousand to fill the gas.

            Later i called daikin india customer care. They given a contact number of sai electronics ramakrishna. Customer care people told that he will come and fill the gas. When i called him for filling the gas he told that he will talk with asmath and get you back. After two days he replied that we are helpless and you need to pay the amount for filling the gas.

            In andhra pradesh daikin service is working or not?

            When he (Asmath) came to install the ac he told that with in few days he is going to take daikin dealership in narasaraopet town. Presently unofficiallly he is suppplying daikin ac's to the electronic show rooms in narasaraopet town.

            These show room persons of andhra pradesh and some of the mechanics are behaving like a mafia. Its going to be a troublesome situation to the daikin product in andhra pradesh.

              My self P SRINIVASA RAO.I Bought DAIKIN 1.5 ton AC on 05-03-16 at sowndarya shopping mall in Visakhapatnam.Since 01-05-16 It was not working.On 03-05-16 I complained to daikin customer care.Then they registered my complaint via ref no SBD[protected].Then they sent a message as dear customer your service request will be attended by our channel partner V.KAMESH ph:[protected].On 04-05-16 technician came to my house he checked then he told that AC compressor damaged.He told that with in 3 days he will replace Compressor.But till now they did not take any necessary action.I called to kamesh on 09-05-16 but no response.I want to my AC total outdoor unit to be replaced because it is under warranty.With 2 months AC damaged but they did not take any responsibility to consumer.Finally I hope you helps me.Please take necessary action.Please

                Date of machine installation[protected]
                Since inception, this is the 3rd time the compressor has failed & it needs a replacement.

                1st time in oct 2013 — was replaced under guarantee/waranty
                2nd time in june 2015 — was replaced under guarantee/waranty
                3rd time in may 2016 — i have been billed at rs 28265/- for the same.

                This shows there is some problem in the machine.
                There is no resolution being provided for the same.
                Kindly suggest a solution for the same.

                  I have purchased 8 daikin inverter a/c from essar electronics bhubaneswar, 6 of them bein 1.8 ton and 2 being 1.2 ton..

                  A 1.2 ton a/c is not cooling and we have given several complains to the dealer, daikin customer support. Everytime the service boy comes takes rs.1000 services the ac and goes and then the next day the same problem persists.

                  The service boy are mot able to catch the problem with the ac. I dont know what type of techinician the company employees.

                  Did not expect this from such a big company.

                  They call themselves as the leader in air conditioning in the globe.

                    Hello am Dr.Arun prasath, kidney specialist recently purchased Daikin AC from Vivek private limited, Madurai, ST No:AAACV1186B ST001.
                    MY bill number is [protected].date of purchase:30/04/2016.
                    When I asked for AC installation, they came to my place, since 4 holes to be made in the walls, they told someone to do the work of making holes, so that they will hang the AC alone, since instead of making 4 holes and one installation, they can make 2 to 3 installations.
                    There is a line in the bill stating"warranty void if installed and or serviced by unauthorised service personnel". So if consumers are threatened by such statements, why would daikin service people want only the holes to be made by someone else.
                    This purely shows the greediness of service engineers of daikin, using this summer season they want to install only the "easy go" installation and make money and illtreat the customers.
                    Earlier I have LG AC in my home.Now I repent getting Daikin AC due to poor service from their people.

                      It is my painfull information to you that i was a customer of daikin ac gave a complain regarding unfair going of ac(Compressure).I gave so many call to your register mobile number but i goes in vein i think your representative and ur superviser are not paying much more attention towards my complain.The engineer contact number they have sent of prasant mishra and santosh sahoo i talk with them but they me that they can do anything.If it happen longer more then we would take decisive consumer case against daikin of india it may be noted that i have tried 100 times called to ur corresponding contact number autherised engineer and care but they were behaving a like a civil case in a court delaying more and more time .Please kindly take steps within 2days.My complain no-ccu[protected]

                          my Ac was not woking from 12/004/2016. i triying to complain thportal but complain was register for two days . lastly I am able to complain obtain on 14/04/2016 for my stopped AC. which i purchased on 06/05/2015 fro L K Refrigration . my complain no CCU[protected] under warranty, my complain was on 14/04/2016. but still now no body was attained the complain. I am contacted their regional office at kolkatta but no action was shown on ground. it was my mistake that I buy a AC which was no Service facility at all

                              One air conditioning (Ac )unit has been defective since its delivery. Company's technicians attended on installing the ac unit after 1week of delivery that too due to after several telephonic attempts. They say that ac unit is defective, so it cannot be installed. It is not working due to some defect in unit. Nearly 3 weeks have been passed, the company isn't responding on this regard. One of the technician told that there will be replacement of the ac unit. But no response from company. Several telephonic and email attempts have been made. Kindly look on this issue

                                Daikin cheated customer by rejected ac installation

                                Our neighbour a sr citizen needy couple have purchased a 1ton Daikin spit inverter AC as they do not have tolerate hit for their old age, on 18/12/2015 in christmass offer from FAIR DEAL, 69, D.H.Road, near taratola bridge, kolkata-700053.bill no-42126 in the name of Sipra Das, add:21/2, sahapur colony, newalipore, kolkata-700053.The shop also charged illegal 14.5% vat without vat challan, And inactive from day one after installation.installer warn them not to switch on before 24hrs from installation, they do the same, after 24hrs it seems inactive. Then they complained sevaral times to them, but they do not change the inactive machine and they never respond, i demand to you please change the inactive machine immediately otherwise i will take some drustic legal action against you as a well wisher of my senior citizen non earning neighbour.

                                As per your customer care service person 24hrs is the time to be taken to resolve the issue, but iam waiting for your service since 18th December 2015. but till this moment nothing is happening.

                                always and as usual false commitments are only coming from your side.


                                If the issue is not going to solved let me know your MD mail id to whom I really want to check what is daikin's view about customer.
                                Today after 5days from complain date the technical person of Daikin company has visited the site. He told us after long experiment and checking the indoor panell board was dead and others defects from initial stage, This is manufacturing defect. That means eithercyour company sold this machine without tested ok.or the dealer did this willingly to clear his stock by selling of defected A/C.
                                So we are suffering from 4 months from date of purchase the inverter AC, by your fault.
                                So I am demanding to Daikin company to totally exchange the present defected machine by new fresh tested ok upgraded machine with compensation. As we gave you total fresh money for fresh upgraded new inverter machine. I am not accepting the repaired machine instead of new fresh machine price for any reason.
                                Please do this immediately, otherwise compensation will be charged more and more as per your delay.

                                  I own a Daikin 3 Star split ac with model no FTE50MV16, in which the blower is broken for which I needed Daikin to bring the spare and replace the same.

                                  I have complained to Daikin customer care center on 02/04/2016 with complaint no : MAA[protected]PRI, and the customer care person told within 24 Hours their service representative shall call me to fix the timing. But as there was no such call from Daikin I called them again...

I purchased 02x daikin1.5 ton air conditioner 3*split air conditioner on 26/03/2015 from hiyer cool systems, domalguda, hyderabad (Hereafter referred to as dealer), who as per their invoice categorically claim to be “authorized dealer of all air conditioners”. The dealer despite repeated requests failed to make the said acs functional as they employed novice technicians for pecuniary financial gains and not the technicians of daikin technical support services. On 16/03/2016 the dealer point blank refused to make the acs functional.
                                  2. Hence, a complaint was e-mailed to daikin customer services on 17/03/2016. It took daikin services 06 six days to act on the complaint and the said 02 (Two )acs were made functional finally on 23/03/2016. Daikin toll free customer services was daily called seeking status of my request no.[protected] to no avail.
                                  3. Throughout this process of chasing the dealer and then the company itself, i along with my family members suffered immense mental agony & inconvenience (Especially my son who is quadriplegic). All of these facts have been repeatedly brought to the notice of the dealer as well as the company, to no avail.
                                  4. Daikin technician on 23/03/2016 informed us that under mentioned parts of one of the acs are damaged/ missing –
                                   external gas pin – broken (Likely to cause gas leak).
                                   indoor nuts – 02 –missing.
                                   external outdoor cover – missing.
                                   external dummy nut – missing.
                                  5. Despite having complained by e-mail to daikin customer services, no action has been taken to replace the abovementioned parts.
                                  6. Apathy of dealer hiyer cool systems and daikin towards customer is amply displayed. With disdain, i may state that this kind of attitude shown by its customer care and dealers was not expected at all from an immensely reputed brand such as daikin, who seem to have no sympathy for their customers.
                                  7. The said parts have finally been replaced on 29 march 2016 – pity u customer

                                      I had purchased a daikin 1.5ton ac at viveks ltd on 27th march 2016, they delivered it on 29th march 2016 and installed it on 30th march 2016. On 3rd april 2016 afternoon hot air came out from the indoor unit and black plastic pieces came out with noise (Within 3 days new ac not worked properly). I had launched a complaint at viveks service centre but they are not responding properly till 4th april evening. After my repeated call they called me and said they had sent a mail to daikin.

                                      I asked for the replacement of indoor unit and not the replacement of blower only.
