I have purchased 8 daikin inverter a/c from essar electronics bhubaneswar, 6 of them bein 1.8 ton and 2 being 1.2 ton..

A 1.2 ton a/c is not cooling and we have given several complains to the dealer, daikin customer support. Everytime the service boy comes takes rs.1000 services the ac and goes and then the next day the same problem persists.

I own a Daikin 3 Star split ac with model no FTE50MV16, in which the blower is broken for which I needed Daikin to bring the spare and replace the same.

I have complained to Daikin customer care center on 02/04/2016 with complaint no : MAA[protected]PRI, and the customer care person told within 24 Hours their service representative shall call me to fix the timing. But as there was no such call from Daikin I called them again...

I have bought DAIKIN 1.5 Ton Inverter AC on 21st Mar 2016 from AC Bazaar showroom in TNagar, Chennai.

I bought a 1.5 ton inverter AC worth Rs 50000 and as soon as the warranty gets over it started giving trouble, I raised the complaint on 05th July 2015 about the cooling effect and this problem has not been sorted till date.
