Hello am Dr.Arun prasath, kidney specialist recently purchased Daikin AC from Vivek private limited, Madurai, ST No:AAACV1186B ST001.
MY bill number is [protected].date of purchase:30/04/2016.
When I asked for AC installation, they came to my place, since 4 holes to be made in the walls, they told someone to do the work of making holes, so that they will hang the AC alone, since instead of making 4 holes and one installation, they can make 2 to 3 installations.
There is a line in the bill stating"warranty void if installed and or serviced by unauthorised service personnel". So if consumers are threatened by such statements, why would daikin service people want only the holes to be made by someone else.
This purely shows the greediness of service engineers of daikin, using this summer season they want to install only the "easy go" installation and make money and illtreat the customers.
Earlier I have LG AC in my home.Now I repent getting Daikin AC due to poor service from their people.
