Respected sir /Madam, Good morning.
I beg to say that there is an illegal construction is going on in our upper floors' flat and thus we are facing lots of difficulties due to these.
All the concretes, bricks have fallen in front of our house door.
All the upper floor's water tanks are illegally fitted in our front door's portions in such a way that when the tanks overflow, the water are falling in our front door portions as there is no bells in the tanks.
There are too many dampness, cracks have been made in our home walls due to this construction, lower flats can fall anytime because it is getting weaker and weaker. This is a DDA janta flat and thus it is a one room set. But upper floors are constructing like a mig flats of 3/4 room sets by capturing the open space and the space allotted for the tanks by DDA, by moving the water tanks in our lower portions .
Please take some legal actions so that the building doesn't fall and the lower floor owners can live properly without problems, dampness and breaking /falling off the building. Thanks.

Every third day there is no water in my flat, I have got all pipes, connections, motor checked there is some problem in my building since we shifted in 1998

As Rohini comes in high class society area . In sector 14 DDA market all "sewer are open" . And flooring is broken very badly .

2017 me flats nikla thaa lakin abhi tak flats ka kaam pura nahi hua h position letter bhi mil gaya h 4 saal se rent per rah rahe h bacho ka school me admition bhi nahi kara pa rahe h position letter mile bhi 4 month ho gaya h A2 52 LiG flats siraspur

First the making of lift in 8 flats was going onand now one of the flat is under renovation and they are blocking the common passage or road, all the flat owners are facing problems, kindly help.

मेरे पापा ने DDA की OFFICE जाकर APPLICATIONS लगा चुके है| वह वो APPLICATIONS जमा तो कर लेते पर उन के पास समय ही नहीं है|
सर मैने RTI मे शिकायत दर्ज की है
जिस के DOCKET NUMBER -2899834
-मेरी DDA से कोई शिकायत नहीं| आच्छा काम करती हैं पर सर कही-ना-कही गलती तो हुई हैं|
या फ्लैट उसी कीमत पर या हमरे रूपया वापस कर दिजीऐ|

Hi Team,
I am living in Qu block at 1st floor. There is water seepage in my bedroom from above floor which is rented. The owner is not making the necessary repairs for the same and not letting us do the same.
It has now become difficult to even sleep.
My parents are senior citizens. I am looking for quick help.

To my disappointment, my letters dated[protected],[protected] and dt.[protected]copies enclosed) could not impel any of the officials either to clarify my objections or to adjust the amount paid on[protected] on account of ground rent and maintenance charges plus interest thereon. This was confirmed by concerned staff on a personal visit to your office by Sh. S.K. Gupta on[protected]copy of visitor's slip attached).

It is all the more painful to state that information sought under RTI application no. DDATY/R/E/20/02563 dated 10.12.2020 (copy enclosed) was suppressed and its appeal is still pending with the worthy office of first appellant authority since[protected].

Under these circumstances, there is an apprehension that the amount paid on[protected]copy enclosed) has been fraudulently misappropriated, which is more baffling.

This sort of delay and tardiness handling complaints reflects otherwise spoil the image and credibility of the organization. It is, therefore, requested to enquire into the matter and do the needful at your earliest. since it has already been delayed by more than a year.

The park namely Bagwan Parshuram/neighborhood situated on the Hari Nagar Clock Tower New Delhi 110064, is unmaintained, neglected, very poorly look after by the staff, it's shows the staff is just giving eyes wash for to keeping plantation, the grass is very uprooted, waterlogging seen everywhere in the park, exercise Gym is unhygienic, old mechine which may cause any damage to any person, the park is just going on the mercy of God and the staff is getting handsome salary on account of looking after, it's better to be leave completely onto natural
maintenance so that funds should be use for batter cause.

Hello I had applied in pm uday scheme for registration of my apartment in march 2020 with the user name Sheela Devi w/o khushal singh
Registration ID : DDA/[protected]/176160

Its been a more than 1 year and still I had not get my GIS reference number..

The company which had done a survey was SHIVOM ENGINEERS ASSOCIATES PVT. LTD.

I had called them multiple times but they used to say that our process had been completed and we had forwarded the application to DDA but the Dda had not uploaded the GIS reference number...

Its a request to you to plz look out in this matter

I want to say that the grass has grown very much in the stadium premises. The worker (i.e the mali) is not doing his job. A person who says he is the incharge of the stadium doesn't behaves properly with people. And he never encloses his identity like what is his name or designation in the stadium. He also doesn't let us play football in the football ground where even the poles have also been imbeded.

Otstanding water bill of amount Rs 20526 was paid by net banking ICICI bank, pament ID[protected], but after payment the page did not return to
the DDA payment site and the receipt for the same is not generated, however the payment is successful .The consumer No is DDARZ0022362 and in the name of Alok ranjan

My name has appeared in the draw of DDA 2017 and I submitted all the document and required money. I got allotment letter and kabza certificate. But till date registry has not done. There is a park near our residential area. Which is never maintained by any DDA person due to monsoon too much of green grass is grown there and no one comes to cut it or maintain it. Too much breeding of mosquitoes is taking place near our house premises which gives threat of malaria and other diseases. Kindly send some one to cut the green grass grown there and one person should we assigned to maintain it from...

I am here to inform you that I have tried many times to surrender the allotted MIG flat No. 916, Seventh Floor, Dwarka Sector 19B, but the status shows rejected which maybe due to the payment of application money was from my wife's account for the alloted flat and on 11.05.2021 I uploaded the cancel cheque of my account (Shyamal Kr Soren) to surrender the flat which has been rejected on the basis o[censored]nmatched IFSC code and Account number later on I have uploaded again the cancel cheque of my wife (Pushpa Munda) which again rejected with comments that Name is different. Now this issue is unresolved.

However, in this regard I have also tried to contact concerned officials to resolve this issue, but there is no positive response on the same.
