Hi,
I am staying in sec 8 rohini in DDA flats. in our colony almost all the flats have extended there premises in one way or other.
When I am doing it my neighbour is not allowing it only because of personal grudge with other neighbours. Please suggest me some ways to deal with it.

THERE IS SAME TYPE O[censored]NAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION AT 19D MIG DDA FLATS, MOTIA KHAN ALSO. TOP FLOOR HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED ILLEGALLY.

I applied for dda flat vide application number 0394899 draft no. 136912 dated 08.09.2008 for Rs 1.50 lacs
through Axis Bank Bhiwani Hry but i have not yet recreived my refund

DDA — DDA Refund not received

I had deposited my Application No. 0534564 along with DD No: 039169 at ICICI Bank, Sector 63, Noida. But till date I have not received the refund. Please help.

Dear Sir,

I have filled up two Application for DDA Flat 2008. One with my wife and my name and other one on my name only.
I was totally unware that only one applcation can be filled up in a family. Now DDA authority is denying to refund my amount back.
These days i am depressed by DDA response. Kindly suggest and help to come out of this tough condition. Thanks

DDA flat 2010 — not received refund

i have applied for DDA flat in DDA housing scheme 2010. DDA has out the result but not refunded the money till now.

I had applied for dda 2014 housing scheme. Application number was 6001530.
I had done Neft from my sbi account using icici gateway. I have no whereabouts about my refund. I havenot received my money back.

I wish to bring to your kind notice that an illegal construction is going on in full swing at 11-D Pocket-R Dilshad Garden and no MCD official nor any police has ever showed any concern regarding the same . How can one simply get away by doing such an illegal act . It is hampering the safety of the entire building .
Requesting you to action on the same asap .

DDA Flat — Illegally occupied

A Flat No. C-21, DDA FLATS, VIVEKANAND PURI, DELHI- 110007. NEAR SARAI ROHILLA POLICE STATION, HAS ILLEAGALLY OCCUPIED BY A WOMAN NAMED MRS. SUSHMA.

I would like to register the complaint with you regarding flat no. B-185, D.D.A SFS Flats, Sheikh Sarai Phase 1, New Delhi-110017 belonging to Mrs. Pushpa Sota. There is no approval from DDA and above all an illegal construction has been constructed on the terrace which is against the by laws. Due to this construction a crack has developed in our flat wall which is on ground floor (B-183). Being a concerned citizen I would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action as it could lead to fatal accident since crack on the wall is visible.

Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention towards the poor maintenance of the Bhalswa park, adjacent to Bhalswa lake.
There's not a single dustbin present here due to which people litter here and there. Hence, the park always remain dirty no matter howsoever sweepers cleans. There are two portions of the park. The first one is the greener area with more bushes and trees. The second and the last portion, besides Boating area, which is basically less greener with no bushes, always remains dirty.

To make it worst, there's no system of cleaning the lake owing to which the ambience there, becomes more dirty and unhygienic. There's no strictness to check people doing harm the public property of the park. They ride autos and bikes inside the park and that too on the grass which tramples its growth.

I hope you take immediate needed actions for the development of this beautifully planned park and help us providing a serene environment.

DDA DELHI — non receipt of application money

I had applied for dda housing scheme 2010.The application numbers was 9458534(sarita kumari),754039(ravi ranjan kumar) & 9670561(ravi ranjan kumar). The registration amount for the first two application forms was paid 50,000(DD no. 712399 & 712269 resp.) & Was applied worngly for lig flats.
That is why I had applied the 3rd application(above mentioned appl.No.9670561)in the name of me for lig flats and paid the registration amount of rs.1.5 lakh(DD no 712526).
The dda scheme 2010 lucky draw was declared in the month of april 2011 & I was an unsuccessful one. But I had not yet received all my application amounts till today.
May I be helped by the grahak seva in the matter.

DDA & MCD ARE KNOWINGLY ALLOWING THE ILLEGAL UNAUTHORISED CONSTRUCTION IN THE DDA FLATS.
IF YOU COMPLAIN THEY WILL START VICTIMISING YOU.IF YOU GO TO COURT FOR JUSTICE.THE MCD WILL MAKE YOUR LIVING DIFFICULT.

I am also sailing in the same boat. I have written an email to the MD and CEO of Axis Bank - Shikha Sharma - shikha.[protected]@axisbank.com. You can also try the same, but she also seems to be as lame and as lax as her banking operations. After all, the flows from the top!

I have been trying to contact Mr Gaurav Tandon of Axis Bank as per the information given in the brochure for DDA Housing Scheme 2010 (ie[protected]. But this is always busy. Needless to say that I have not yet recived the refund of registration money because of some reason even after about a month after the draw. The details of my bank are as given below:

i m constantly calling sujit/saurabh regarding tracking of refund,neither of them asnwers the call how one would track the refund.

y such a reputed bank is playing with customers money and time.????

Dear sir, I filled DDA Housing scheme 2014 through IDBI. I made DD of 1 Lakh on 11/10/2014. I have receipt signed by IDBI Bank. As on 03/11/2014 on 6:00 pm status is Form not found Feeling frustrated and cheated Kindly help
