Is it a bogus site that complaints are not being even acknowledged and therefore the question of redressal does not arise.Pl look into the matter and address the issue.
As the complaint is bonafide no response has been made by DDA. Therefore. immediate refund has to be provided.
Even after 4 months of lodging a complain there has been no redressal of the grievance. It is clear that DDA has recovered higher amount on account of inflated bill. The matter need be immediately looked into and refund of excess amount need be immediately done. Regards. P K Sinha, [protected]
More than four months have passed and even acknowledgement of the complaint has been missing.What is the purpose of this forum when no steps could be taken for resolving the issue. The concerned Department to look into the matter and immediately address the issue.
