Respected sir,
I kiran kumar dutta resident of da block, dda lig flats, hari nagar is living here since 1979.
Water supplied is totally contaminated, water pipe lines has not been changed since 1979, 2 months ago my son was daigonsed with hepititus e because of poor water supply. I request you to kindly look forward to the issue we are facing. We have complained many a times in the jal board office but no action has been taken despite many reminders. It has become a very serious issue for us because we are paying the water bills for no use. We are buying branded water to drink, from the past 2 months.
I would be highly obliged if you would take appropriate action for it.

    Hello team

    I would like to inform that we have really frustrated with djb and aam party to having no water supply from past 2 months in our area (Street no-10 om vihar ext. Uttam nagar west) its really disappointing there are no action taken on our several complaints and we are still have challenge to live without water supply, everyday we have to buy water bottle and spend lots of money on it.

    We already have done mistake to vote aap in previous delhi election and i think this is the result.

        There is no proper water supply for the last 2 months in j block pocket-52, rampuri, kalka ji. The water supply has not been restored causing undue hardship to the residents of this area who are living on the middle of the street as any water released is pumped by heavy motors installed by the residents who are living in front row depriving us from getting any water.

        Kindly look into this and save us from living a miserable life without water.

          I have received a bill of rs.3433/- for the month of 12 march 2018 to 26 april 2018 for 45 days. Total units consumed 75 in just 45 days.in this bill meter reading status is showing ok.

          In this context, i am giving you following facts :

          1 sir, first of all that my meter is working properly. Me and my wife working private company and our job profile is touring. We are not staying regularly in this house.

          2 also in previous bill 11 december 2017 to 12 march 2018 units shown is 47 in just 91 days.

          3 sir, it is domestic line. Hardly, if we consume water regularly, in 2 months bills, units will not consume more than 10 to 15 units maximum. Water supply is available here, in morning 2 hours and evening 2 hours only. But in this bill you showing units :

          - 47 units in 91 days 11 december 2017 to 12 march 2018
          - 39 units in 475 days from 23 august 2016 to 11 december 2017

          I am sorry to say that, it is domestic line, if you want to send the bill on average, its not more than 20 units apprx. How to send this bill on huge reading?

          Kindly check the meter sir, meter is working fine, please correct the bill accordingly.

            In WZ block of Inderpuri delhi the water is contaminated with sewage water.
            Below are issues listed:
            1. The water supplied in past 24 hours has abhorrent smell ( it smells of sewage)
            2. The water has brown colour. we are not able to use it for even our basic needs of cleaning.
            3. This is a REGULAR occurrence.

            Due to these issues we are even considering buying water from tanker just so that we can do our daily business. without fear of illness.

            Not receiving a single drop of water due to heavy motors installed by the residents who are living in neighbourhood and behind our house depriving us from getting any water. There are also taps attached to the main pipeline which are always found to be running and lowering the preassure of water which could not reach the exact destination.

              It has been 10-15 days since there is no water supply through pipelines. The water that we receive through them comes only once in two days that still is contaminated with sewage water leading to the diseases like hepatitis-A, diarrhea etc making our lifes more miserable. Every summer we face these problems but no significant action has been taken by the responsible authorities till yet.
              Our area is L-Block Vijay Enclave Near Palam Dabri Road New Delhi-110045.

                Please refer to bill id[protected] dt 27/4/18 k no [protected] in the name o[censored]ttam kumar in r/o f 19/b 2 dilshad colony delhi 110095
                .
                Sir with regret it is stated that by mistake the metre reading has been recorded incorrectly showing the reading as 1863 thereby showing the consumption of 100 kl for the period 26/2/18 (1763) to 27/4/18. Whereas the metre reading as on 13/5/18 shows just 1816. (Photo of the same attached for your reference)

                So i request your kind self to look into the matter and rectify the same in your records and raise the correct bill which may not exceed the exemption limit. I shall be very very thankful to you.

                  Water line leakage on road between Sunehri Bagh Apartment and Anubav Apartment/Vallabh vihar apartment is observedsince last one week but no Engineer from Jal Board or from North Delhi MCD has bothered to take action. beside wastage of precious water, the road has also damaged and PWD is also ignorant.

                  Surprising that in the present situation of water scarcity, such negligence are being tolerated by Delhi Government and MCD officers as well.

                  regret to note the casual attitude of BJP municipal Councillor Ms. Chitra Aggarwal who is supposed to look into the problems of residents. BJP councillor made tall promises before election but all false

                  Expect a fast action from concerned department.

                    Dear sir,

                    My water meter (No: m[protected] has been stolen on14th april, 2018 and a police report (Lr no: 1088174/2018) has been made on 16 april, 2018 and new meter has been installed on may 05, 2018.

                    However, the latest bill from delhi jal board dt. 13 may, 2018 says that the meter reading is 173 units as on 11 may 2018, while the reading as on today (13/05/18) on the new meter is only 3 units.

                    Therefore, we would request you to rectify the mistake and cancel the exorbitant bill amount of rs. 4, 449/-.

                      I have meter connections k no [protected] and [protected]. The meters for said k no had been installed by me personally in mar 201. Djb has not provided the same. But the bills i am receiving includes meter rent. You are requested to refund the meter rent since mar 2014 onwards. I have already made complaint to you kind office on 21 mar 2018 as well. Diary no for the same is 5007

                        We people of multani mohalla, rani bagh, new delhi 110034 are suffering from very less supply of water from jal board, we have to stay awake late night around 3am daily for water. And sometimes it doesn't show up at all. Kindly resolve this problem just for our mother's sake. They are sleeping just because of lack of water supply.

                          This is to bring to your notice that the supply of water is hampered in our building e 988 cr park. When the others are having their tanks full during your supply nowadays we don't even have water coming to our building.
                          Kindly look into the matter as we suspect some fault/clogging of pipes sending your supply to our buidling.
                          The timings of water supply in our area is it 6-7 am and in that time our tanks don't fill up at all.

                            I am bharat tokas s/o smt. Lt sunita tokas, resident of b-1/1215, vasant kunj, new delhi and using services of delhi jal board under consumer k. No - [protected].
                            I has been paying on regular basis my water bills as per the consumption, till the month of june 2014 from here onwards faulty and average water bills is generated by delhi jal board on higher average calculations method.
                            From june onwards, on regular basis i am requesting through written as well as e-mail to the delhi jal board rectify this problem but nothing fruitful comes out.
                            After approaching the concerned office of djb, vasant kunj has founded that sri jai veer singh rathi of your office and the meter reader was humbly spoken to me about the sudden spurt in bill. He explained that the meter has jumped and stopped showing reading in their records and they are calculating highest consumption slabs abnormally (Surprisingly he had the reading card in hand and the abnormal reading jump noted from the meter was not noticed) and suggested me to get the meter changed and did offer his help to get it done.
                            After that i wrote an application on lines as suggested and subsequently the meter got changed. He even got my meter’s certification done from his known contractor on payment. The help was obviously appreciated without any grudges.
                            I raised and requested to solve my quarry under complaint application/dairy number - 2994 on date 03.06.2016, when this excessive billing abnormality will be solved and the excess amount plus lpsc should be rectified so that, i can pay the correct charges as per my consumption of water will be taken into consideration and accordingly the amount will be paid.
                            Inconsistencies and abnormalities in readings, showing sudden increase in consumption and other points can be noticed by your authority your self.
                            And you are also aware that what is the position of water supply.

                            I also wish to draw your attention towards the increased consumption of 150 kl or plus is not correct at all.
                            After the water meter is changed, its shows by consumption i did not even crossed the slab of 20 kl per month but every month lpsc is piling up and the delhi jal board is not eager to solve this issue and even further they had given me intimation of disconnection of my water connection, if as soon as possible, i did not pay the frivolous water bill of their department.
                            I has attached some bills with this complaint.
                            Mr rathi has since not been able to help me inspite of the fact that i have spoken to him seeking help and respite but probably his duties, responsibilities and business has not allowed him to come to my rescue.
                            Meanwhile it will be very interesting for you to study and refer to patterns of billing patterns of adjoining flats whose tanks are overflowing most of the time. And the billing they are incurring.
                            I will earnestly request you to please an appropriate decision after this plea.

                                People have complaint many times but one came to repair water pipe line. I looking it approx last 3 days. Million tons of water wasting and drainage. May i know who will stop it and repair it.

                                  This is to inform you that my water bill is not generated from last year august-17. Your meter reading person every time taken reading but not getting water bill. I was 2-3 times visit to j block jal board (Sarita vihar) office but not getting possitive response. Reading person behaviour very rudely. Now suddenly huge amount bill generate then how can i pay this huge amount. Please help and resolve my problem on priority. My details given below

                                    A new meter is installed at my site by Delhi Jal Board. But in every bill it is mentioned that the meter is stopped. No on ever comes for meter reading. And as no one reside at the address. it is not possible that every month the bill is generated with a huge amount. Pls take any action and do the needful.
                                    I am a resident of west arjun nagar street no.2 . All the residents of this area are complaining about the contaminated water being supplied to us in morning time when we all are in hurry to get to our works. Its a serious issue we are going through. Hoping ur due consideration.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am a resident of kalkaji dda flats, (Block j-2) new delhi.
                                      The whole locality is being supplied dirty smelly water from the past 2 weeks and the condition is getting worse day by day.

                                      The water is so dirty that today while washing my face, even my eyes became itchy.

                                      Please look into the matter as many residents do not even have a ro filteration system installed which makes them more prone to diseases which r likely to arise from drinking such polluted water.
