Complaint: we have deposited amount rs.7200+against meter security along with bill on dt 31.03.2016 with djb. Despite several written reminders & personal visit with zro pratap nagar no action taken till date. Fake & bogus bills are being sent to this office regularly.

I have given a application for mutation (Name change) on 28 april 2018 with the all required documents at yamuna vihar jal board office and my application serial no. Is 10.

After that, till than 3-4 times i have visited to yamuna vihar office and meet the concerning person but till now i am waiting for fruit full result.

Kindly requested you to please look into this matter seriously and complete the whole work as soon as possible. I will appreciate an early best response from you.

I have been facing acute shortage of water supply last two month in my house for the same k. No. I have already registered a complaint on ph. No.1916 vide your compt. No. [protected] dtd.30/31.05.2018 but no body contacted me till now. Actually my house is situated at gali no. 4, c-blk, amrit vihar burari delhi 110084. I have taken the water connection from the 25 futta pipe line, which creates such problem, now i want to change my water connection from the 25 futta pipe line to 16 futta road pipe line at the same address at gali no. 4 as an early solution to the acute shortage of water supply. It is therefore requested that this problem of mine may kindly be solved at the earliest please.

jd prataap n je naseem ahmed incharge not doing there job properly not pick there phone always also mis behave with people when they called up asking for water

I am amit resident of e-42 rajiv nagr ext. We are facing a big challenge to tolerate your drivers n conductor on every week. Now i am frustrated n giving you the written complain against those people who actually thought that they are the god n order maker. On saturday (2-6-18) he is drunk n torture to my wife daughter n my old mother. He literally abusing her in front of everyone those who are availing the service of djb.

I have been receiving highly inflated water bills due to faulty meter. I have already paid a huge sum last time however this month again I hve received a very high bill for water consumption considering we are a small family.
Request to please address the issue

We have brought in the notice of your local office in mukherjee nagar delhi about the leakage of water on a piece of road adjacent to house no. 2098 outram line kingsway camp delhi 110009.
But action to stop this leakage is not yet taken by your organization.
It is pertinent to mention here that due to this leakage full flow on the road at night and sometime there is no flow during noon/afternoon. This leakage and flow of water on road definetly causes mosquitoes and spread diseases.
It is therefore requested to get it plugged so that no water will be wasted and no diseases will spread.

Please refer CA No. [protected]. For the last one month, the water supply in the area is of totally contaminated water supply and it is very dangerous for the people living in the locality. The sewage system is totally blocked and the water mixed up with the drinking water supply.

Delhi is very disappointed for drinking water supply. I am a resident of pooth khurd. I have been facing the problem of 'no water' since past 6 days. People and houses around us have submersible connections and have ample amount of water to waste. I don't have it and hence facing the problem. I had been to the delhi jal board in our area but they dismissed the issue saying we don't know anything. This is not at all expected from the authorities. No one is listening to the complaint. If it were their issue, it would have been their topmost priority. Why not the layman then?! Why not the common people? Please resolve the issue asap. I'll be grateful to you.

I'm a resident of m-73a, malviya nagar.

There is old tubewell of delhi jal board back side of my house. From last few days, i am observing litres of water overflows every day in the early morning hours.

As i know this tubewell is no more working, as we are getting water of sonia vihar supply, but this tubewell main disposal is connected with our main water supply line, hence when we have supply water, due to the heavy pressure of water it goes back from tubewell pipe & overflows.

Due to this huge amount of water is getting wasted everyday morning.
Please look into this matter at the earliest.

T's been more than 20 days we are facing such a problem in drinking water. The water suplly from delhi jal board is smelly as if it's gutter water.
People are having problems in their stomach now, because of dirty water. It has such a smell that people are not even willing to clean their teeth from it.
People have started taking the bisleri cans from the other water can suppliers.
If this problem will continue like this then none o[censored]s will now pay the water bills & will do strick against djb very soon.
Hell lot of complaints has been done from our side, but there is no improvement.
We will also write this compalint in the newspaper, even if their's any leakage in the drinking water pipe, then why cant it be repaired till date. It has been more than 20 days now.

We are facing the difficulty in getting heft water Bill without correct meter reading done. We are receiving bill with written as RDDT, even nobody come to check the meter which is working properly. We lodged many complaint about it but nobody responded.

He had a thick pipe with which he used to clean the street with constant water flowing. I don't think he had any right on underground water.in our locality where there is shortage of water supply. He is the one who wasted so much water just to clean the street where there...

He had submersible and with a thick pipe, clean the street, without any need. Everyday mcd employees clean the street so without any need he waste the water a really huge quantity of water.in our locality there is shortage of water. People are starving for water. Please respond as soon as possible, it is not possible for us to see him like this. Please please respond as soon as possible.
