Delhi Jal Board Complaints & Reviews

Sir we last payed our water bill in august 2017. From then onwards every month the bill amounted to rs. 0 and now suddenly a bill worth rs.1253 is charged against us on 20th may 2018. How is it possible that for 9 months the board overlooked our water consumption and now is abruptly charging us. Kindly look into the matter and inform me asap how and on what basis this bill has been made.

This is for your action and information that it has been noticed from past months that residents of b-164, street no-19, chattarpur enclave phase-2, are misusing djb water like any thing, they are unnecessary pouring and flowing water on roads, approximate of[protected] ltrs per day, due to this activity, senior citizens cannot walk on roads and, its a massive water wastage by them. There is a tremendous water problem from two months in our area (Road no. 44 & 45 punjabi bagh west, new delhi - 110026). Water is supplied only for 5 to 10 minutes. Whenever a complaint is lodged water is supplied for few days then again there is no supply. Now there is no supply of water from last four days. People have no drinking water. Please sort this problem out asap.

They have 5 connections from which only one has meter on it other 4connections they are using are unauthorized and they are doing this very secretly. For the last so many days the water coming in our locality (Rohini sector-11, g-1 pocket) is very stinking, smelly and dirty. We the residents are facing extreme critical condition. We cannot use this stinking water for cooking, bathing etc. There is a chance of epidemic in our locality.
