Dear sir/mam
I am resident of sector 2 Rohini. We have facing problem of water supply in our area, since 2007 it seems to 10 years we are facing same problem. We registered compliant regarding this many times but we didn't get satisfied from delhi jal board's service. Nobody had taken any of action to resolve our problem. We tried to contact sector 3 water supply office but they didn't resolve our problem and always avoid by giving stupid excuse. By chance water supply starts, water which came from tap was very dirty and yellowish in color. Now there is no water. It's very difficult to survive because it is effecting our day to day and health also. You should have to resolve our problem.
We are living in Rohini sector - 2 pocket - 6 H. No 725
Plz reasolve this as soon as possible

    I have a medical dental center in majlis park adarsh nagar, from last 3 months very irrgular water supply even no water supply from last 20 days. Due to this my medical center suffer bcoz no proper cleaning and sterlization done. I have complain twice on 1916.. Got complain number but no response till date. My connection is commercial, and i am paying even more for no water i got. Pathetic service. Feels helpless.

      Ram nagar area in tilak nagar is getting sewaged water for the last 15 days. The water we are getting is black and smells of sewage. The water line was dug up twice but no solution could be found. After that repeated requests have not yielded any results. Kindly look into the matter as early as possible as there is no source of getting drinking water.

      I live at Inder enclave ph-2 Kirari Suleman Nagar. There is no water supply in our locality and water supply by Delhi jal board is very dirty like drain water. Full of contamination and very foul rotten fish smell. Water supply after 4-5 days but supply water is not used as drinking or other works .. please solve these problem .
      In Ram Nagar Area Gali No 1, PIN Code 110055, there is very poor supply of water in some house holds and the tap water is being used for construction of the house by putting water motor in line.

        I am a resident of rajgarh colony gali no.1 satsang marg, delhi. I am experiencing smelly black water from past two week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it.

        It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue. I have already complained about it in edmc website but doesn't think any reply would ever come.

          I sandeep kumar is resident of f-217a mangal bazar laxminagar delhi-92. Water supply is not coming since 9 o'clock in morning. Yesterday we have faced the same problem. It is very difficult for us as there is no water since morning. It is usual to face water problem in this area sometime dirty water with bad smell sometime shortage of water supply. I have complained several time but there is no solution provided pls look into the matter urgently as without water in this hot summer season it is difficult to survive.

            It is shameful to state the situation of water supply in one of the most affluent pockets of delhi (West punjabi bagh) where the water supply from delhi jal board has been contaminated with adulterants and smells of sewage water for last 3 weeks.
            Even the water purifiers can filter this water and daily chores for our kids have become a big problem as we need to use mineral water for all the activities from brushing in the morning to washing utensils.

            Cant believe that we are running digital india campaigns on one hand and on the other we cant ensure clean drinking water to the people residing in the capital, puts me to shame to think about the plight of my fellow country man residing in rural pockets and rest of india.

            On reaching out to the local jal board office they come out with some excuse on digging activity happening somewhere, without providing any solution or any kind of assurance.

            Now there is water in lane with minimal pressure but consumers at start of lane suck up all water with their HIGH POWER MOTORS so it's an extended water crisis now. It's suicidal situation now without water

              The construction of house at du-81, pitam pura, new delhi-110034 is at digging stage of foundation. There is continues water coming out of ground as we start digging. The water is odourless and clear. We observed that the the source of water is from the base of rcc column of the adjacen house no. Du -82.

              This must be a leakage from the main water supply pipeline, in the service lane. The work has come to standstill for indefinite period.

              An immediate remedy is requested.

                I reside in shalimar bagh area of new delhi and there is supply of gutter water at my house for last 3 months.
                Nobody is ready to register the complaint, the zonal office doesn’t pick the calls.
                I am tired of contacting the authorities but no one is ready to help.
                This water is deteriorating our health badly
                I have tried contacting the authorities about it a lot of times, they visited but couldn’t resolve the problem for weeks.
                Then they went saying that there’s a default in the pipeline and it’s a very expensive project, we can’t help it.
                I request you to resolve this problem and take action against the zonal office officials who don’t pick up the calls.
                They are sleeping and the consumer is suffering. The water quality is so bad that one can’t even breathe in the house with running water.
                Need help urgently

                  Dirty water is being supplied in "krishna nagar" - east delhi. Water is so dirty that you would not like to take bath. It has foul smell. People are forced to buy ro water purifiers which is not required for delhi. Maintenace cost of such purifiers is also too much which people have to bear when "dirty water" is supplied by "delhi jal board (Djb)" in "krishna nagar" (East delhi).

                  I request djb to inspect and supply good quality hygienic water for residents of krishna nagar (East delhi).

                  I am living in dabri and my area is suffering from dirty water past one week and no one can take initiative to clean this water and this water is not suitable for even washing our hand or cleaning clothes. I request you to clean water in dabri as soon as possible.
                  Water is not coming for at least 30 days neither in MCD OR SONIYA VIHAR CONNECTIONS in SULTANPUR COLONY, TRANSFORMERWALI GALI.
                  We are facing this problem for last couple of weeks ita very difficult to survive with buying water bottles and water Tankers charge minimum Rs1200 for filling up water tanks.

                    Your kind attention is invited to my various complaints (Non supply of water between 6.00am-9.00am & 6.00pm-8.00pm without motor in house nos.53-60) made to centralized complaint control room on mobile no.[protected] and they have forwarded to concerned area officers, details of complaints are as under:-
                    A) 1-complaint no.7252 dated 25.04.14
                    2-complaint no.9546 dated 22.05.14
                    3-complaint no.9650 dated 29.05.14
                    4-complaint no12977 dated 24.06.14

                    B) apart from above, ihave also complaint to public grievence monitoring system on 20.05.14 bearing no.[protected] and they have also forwarded to djb for action.
                    In this regard, it is submitted that 1-2 times someone/mistry/ labour have attended the job and they are unable to sort it out the problem and finally said that it seems some blockage in main line or blockage of controlvalve possibility is there.

                      My last compliant was send on 27th march 2018. Due to my continuous email, your department had not taken any serious action on the above subject. Again smelly & gutter water supply in our area, i dont know why you are not cleaning that pipelines

                      I am one of the resident of street no 13, ranjeet nagar, patel nagar. The water supply in our area is affected and its really very dirty with dust particles and smelly water supplied since two days. It is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like hell.

                      Hope that you people will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are safe.

                            Sir,
                            It is authorized jhuggi cluster and by mistake it was demolished by the delhi govt. And then by further order since a year we have been staying here without drinking water and even without a drop of water for any other purpose.
                            Around 100 families staying here in this capital without water - please send at least one tanker everyday to them for which act of your kindness here all the people will be obliged.
                            Sir,
                            All these people neither literate nor have any idea how to get their basic rights. I on behalf of a voluntary organization - the last hope doing this complaint for them - sir please do the needful and if possible please healp them by sending a water tanker.
                            Due to lack of water 10-20 people in this jhuggi cluster are living under skin diseases and other water related diseases.

                                  It has been more than 20 days that i am facing severe water supply issue at my residence. Repeated complaints to the j. E. & a. E. Of the area has not helped the situation.
                                  I am informed that these days due to shortage of water the supply does not reach around 20 houses near my residence as they are at the fag end of supply line. I also understand that the shortage issue is expected to continue for a long time.

                                      Hi, deepak this side. I live in palam colony, raj nagar part-2nd, h block street no.11, we are facing problem of water supply. From the last 6 days we are not getting a single drop of water. Could you please mentioned that, why all these things is happening. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible because we all are facing problem. Your prompt action will be appreciate.

                                      NO ACTION TAKEN BY DELHI JAL BOARD. WE ARE FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. AFTER COMPLAINT WE GET WATER ONLY FOR TWO DAYS FOR 30 MINUTES. DO REALLY THINK THAT THIS TIME IS ENOUGH FOR US.
                                      Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      The water meant for sanitization is being misused by the Owner / Management of City Centre Mall, Sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078. No action is being taken by the Delhi Jal Board in this regard

                                        I live in sadhnagar part 2, palam colony
                                        The water supply we getting past few days is getting uglier day by day

                                        We get water like once in 3 days and the type of water we get is so dirty, it appears white and stinks a lot like what you call "nala water"

                                        And please supply as regularly if possible, it's not a shortage but still like once in 2 days

                                        Idk please fix this issues its been days.
