Your kind attention is invited to my various complaints (Non supply of water between 6.00am-9.00am & 6.00pm-8.00pm without motor in house nos.53-60) made to centralized complaint control room on mobile no.[protected] and they have forwarded to concerned area officers, details of complaints are as under:-
A) 1-complaint no.7252 dated 25.04.14
2-complaint no.9546 dated 22.05.14
3-complaint no.9650 dated 29.05.14
4-complaint no12977 dated 24.06.14

B) apart from above, ihave also complaint to public grievence monitoring system on 20.05.14 bearing no.[protected] and they have also forwarded to djb for action.
In this regard, it is submitted that 1-2 times someone/mistry/ labour have attended the job and they are unable to sort it out the problem and finally said that it seems some blockage in main line or blockage of controlvalve possibility is there.

Considering the above, it is once again requested to kindly look in to matter and sorted out immediately. Hoping for early action please.

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to inform you that you are sending the bill without taking meter reading, Kindly check the meter reading send the bill after water meter reading. I got this month bill amount 883 whenever last month I got is only 410. Kindly check the meter reading. Consumer no.-[protected].

    Respected sir/madam

    My last compliant was send on 27th march 2018. Due to my continuous email, your department had not taken any serious action on the above subject. Again smelly & gutter water supply in our area, i dont know why you are not cleaning that pipelines

    I am one of the resident of street no 13, ranjeet nagar, patel nagar. The water supply in our area is affected and its really very dirty with dust particles and smelly water supplied since two days. It is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like hell.

    Hope that you people will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are safe.

      I am a resident of f block vikas puri. From last 20 days approximately there is strong smell in water and it is increasing everyday. Kindly look into the matter soon so as to prevent the residents from various water borne diseases. I expect some official to visit the area soon and resolve the matter

      I am a resident of j-12, lajpat nagar 3.the water tanks of my neighbours who live in j-11, are always overflowing.they never turn off their motor.i have informed them repeatedly but they ignore and continue their ways.please take an appropriate action.so that the wastage stops.

Bill no[protected] for period 19 dec 2017 to 19feb 2018 shows arrears of 915.96 whears all bills have been paid in time which has been shown in bill history stated in the bill. Arrears due are therefore not understood. Please send amended bill at your earliest to enable me to make payment in time as usual. Thanks

          Sir,
          It is authorized jhuggi cluster and by mistake it was demolished by the delhi govt. And then by further order since a year we have been staying here without drinking water and even without a drop of water for any other purpose.
          Around 100 families staying here in this capital without water - please send at least one tanker everyday to them for which act of your kindness here all the people will be obliged.
          Sir,
          All these people neither literate nor have any idea how to get their basic rights. I on behalf of a voluntary organization - the last hope doing this complaint for them - sir please do the needful and if possible please healp them by sending a water tanker.
          Due to lack of water 10-20 people in this jhuggi cluster are living under skin diseases and other water related diseases.

            Please note that I have complaint of wrong billing of GH 14 regarding wrong billing but still no reply received of K NO, = [protected]
            As i have written earlier that no one was staying in the house till october 2017. Although i have paid more on 10/10/2017., which i am writting as under:-

            Now again you raised the bill rs 2597.13. Even though i have placed meter there but no one care that . So I request you to kindly do the need full. Thanks

                It has been more than 20 days that i am facing severe water supply issue at my residence. Repeated complaints to the j. E. & a. E. Of the area has not helped the situation.
                I am informed that these days due to shortage of water the supply does not reach around 20 houses near my residence as they are at the fag end of supply line. I also understand that the shortage issue is expected to continue for a long time.
                Request urgent action to resolve water supply issue.

                Everyday these tenant in the ground floor opens the tap and many liters of water get wasted leaving the tank empty within hours.

                Please take stringent action.

                    Hi, deepak this side. I live in palam colony, raj nagar part-2nd, h block street no.11, we are facing problem of water supply. From the last 6 days we are not getting a single drop of water. Could you please mentioned that, why all these things is happening.                     The water meant for sanitization is being misused by the Owner / Management of City Centre Mall, Sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078. No action is being taken by the Delhi Jal Board in this regard

                      I live in sadhnagar part 2, palam colony
                      The water supply we getting past few days is getting uglier day by day

                      We get water like once in 3 days and the type of water we get is so dirty, it appears white and stinks a lot like what you call "nala water"

                      And please supply as regularly if possible, it's not a shortage but still like once in 2 days

                      Idk please fix this issues its been days.

                          Since 5 days, the supply of water is so bad..
                          Appearance of water is black in colour.
                          Smells like naala.
                          Seem like naala is being supplied to us.

                          If it is used for cleaning or washing purpose, instead of cleaning things are getting even dirtier.

                          I[censored]sed for consumption, it is spreading illness and stomach problem issues.

                            This complain is regarding lack of water supply to rohini sec-24, pocket-11 for last one week. The area water supply was covered for many years by dda. But recently delhi jal board has taken over the responsibility. Please look in to this matter, as residents are facing extreme difficulty without water supply.
                            Hopeful that the govt will take necessary action for remedies.

                            Rohini sector-24 pocket-11 do not have water availability for last one week. We never had any water issue previously.
                            It is being heard that area is being transfered to Delhi jal board. However redidents have no confirmation yet. Whatever the reason might be it is highly desirable to restore the water supply.
                            Please look in to matter and resolve the issue.

                            Complainant is resident of this locality.
                            Since the past 24 hrs the water supply in A-2 block of Safdarjung Enclave has been very bad. The water is muddy, dirty and contaminated. It is black in colour and unfortunately there is also shortage of drinking water. This is causing healtj problems

                              We residents of block 10 vijay nagar double storey delhi 110009... Black smelly dirty water nalla pani is being supplied since 6 days... People having health hazards.. Water is not even perfect for safai etc... Mcd water supply is very bad since last one week.. We are having too much problem.. Water is very much smelly black in colour.. Somewhere nalla water is being mixed.. Please resolve the problem at your earliest.. Otherwise residents may get ill due to same.

                                I getting wrong bill since last 3 years reading status as sddt. When iam talking with reading executive he is saying contact office when visited office they are saying contact reading executive.
                                I am continuously using water and meter is also working but they are saying that the reading updated is more than the actual reading displayed in meter i think for thr wrong updation this is no my mistake. Please do the needful asap. I am payin approx 1000 in every 2month where i think according to the consumption it should be 0.

                                  There is huge problem of dirty and smelling water from last one week. The quality of water is very dangerous. We are daily purchase 6 water bottles sir it's very expensive for us. Please take action on this problem quickly because this type of water creates many health issues and we don't have any other option of supply water.

                                    I am a resident of s-107b, sunder block, shakarpur, delhi - 110092 and my contact no. And email id are [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    Dirty water mixed with gutter water is supplied by delhi jal board for the last many months. About which i've complained many a times at concerned department but no action has been taken yet.

                                    Morever, because of such grimmy water i've stopped using the water supplied by djb and because of that my water meters have stopped working and they send bills with unacceptable amounts. I've complained for both the things. The photos of the complaints have been attached for your reference.

                                    However they have again sent the bills with heavy amounts. Current bills status is -
                                    1 k. No [protected] bill amount 3949.00
                                    2 k. No. [protected] bill amount 2285.00
                                    3 k no. [protected] bill amount 3949.00
                                    4 k. No [protected] bill amount 4000.00
