    We are resident of street no. 9 madanpuri, west sagarpur, new delhi -46. We are facing severe water problem specifically in the mentioned area. No is hearing our complaint. There was so many communication held with the designated official but its sad that they don't have ears to hear. And what mr. Kejriwal is doing we don't know cause we also complaint him about the situation. Hope someone will help.

      Sub: excess wrong billing-ref connection no -[protected] and records are not updated for meter change.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I was surprised & shocked to see that my meter record says stop meter (Which is already changed on 15th nov 2017) and my water bill no[protected] dated 22-jan-2018,[protected], dated 28-mar-2018 and[protected] dated 24-apr-2018 for rs 14, 024/-, 27, 046/- & 28, 932/- respectively. Which is abnormally high for consumption of 287 kl (86 days), 217 kl (65 days) & 22 kl (22 days). Earlier bill came & rectify for 50 kl for 60 days.

      There is something drastically wrong either in the metre reading by your meter reader / base of the bill calculation is average this seems to be wrong calculation on average policy.

      This is to inform you that i had already change meter on request of your meter reader (Djb employee) on 15th nov 2017, this is seems to be that in your team have not did update your records with the information of meter change and also did not providing dairy number for the same.

      A assurance given by djb employees that excess amount paid will be adjusted and update their record but so far no action has been taken by them.

      I hereby request you to look into this matter & do necessary action/ correction in the bill at the earliest.

        There is leakage in water pipeline on main auchandi road dariyapur kalan delhi -39 near shiva modern school. Water is floating from leakage for last two days and lots of drinking water is wasted on road. Water is everywhere on the road near the leakage and the public as well as the transport is facing problem because of the leakage. So it is my request to address my complaint regarding the water leakage to save the priceless water. Thank u

          This is to bring to the kind notice to the delhi jal board that there have been a continuous supply of water with a very bad odour in the street no 3 of old kardampuri village (It comes under hon. Mla mr gopal rai & ward babarpur).
          Despite of several written complaints by rwa to junior engineer, there is no solution yet.
          I here by request the zro (N/e)- iii, seelampur mr rajinder singh ([protected]) to please look into the matter on a very urgent basis as the residents have been facing the hazardous medical calamities.

          I have not been able to understand why there is so much of delay in the resolution of the problems every time. How come je of your department deny for the services to us & infact asking us to arrange the money among ourselves for the resolution"

          Please tell me," is this our kra & responsibilitility to resolve'

          I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter on a very very urgent basis.

            I live in govindpuri gali no 5 near kalkaji, we have not received water from last 2 weeks, its very difficult to manage without water, and i am working in office so its very difficult to stay at home and try whole day for water, so kindly solve this issue asap, before this issue we received water at 4am every day but from last 2 weeks its getting worst and we cant manage with this issues at all so its a request from every one please splve the problem asap

              My last bill dated 25.06.2018 showed reading 969 and the meter was ok. Incidentally on our return after holidays, i observed some discrepancy in the meter and managed to replace the same with new one through some licenced plumber.

              On 14.05.2018, i received a bill for rs. 1623.36 with consumption of 26 units for 5 days i. E. For the period 26.04.2018 to 30.04.2108 which is hightly inflated as per my consumption.

              It may be observed from my last 12 months consumption that consumption for 30 days/one month is below 20 kl and bill is always zero as per delhi government guideline.

              Please therefore correct the bill amount to rs. 0.00 and raise a new bill as per actual average consumption for the past 12 months.

              I shall be grateful to receive the correct bill with rs. 0.00.

                non supply of water in your area, jvts garden chattarpur

                Hi,
                I m leaving in jvts garden, chattarpur and we have only sonia vihar water supply.
                But we are facing lots of problem since last 1.5 month, water supply is very limited to our building.
                Only 5-7 minutes water comes in alternate days. Whereas 70% building have full supply of water and they enjoying.
                But in our row no water since 45 days.

                Pls help....

                Dear sir
                My kno is [protected] and getting poor water quality from last three months. The water quality is very bad (Grey water) and seems like djb supplying sewer water without treatment at stp. The water cannot be used for drinking nor for domestic household purpose. People are getting ill and thus need urgent attention. I personally get my water tank cleaned number of times in past one month to check the issue but the problem is still not resolved.
                My water tank is again filled with grey (Black) water. I checked the issue with local delhi jal board office and they informed me that my connection is from sunlight colony 2 instead from jeewan nagar and the water supply of sunlight colony 2 (Near to my house) is not clear due to sewer line breakage or pipeline breakage. They are also not able to identify the issue and said that it may take 2 months’ time to resolve the issue.
                This raise following two problems:
                1. My house is in jeewan nagar then why the connection has not been linked with jeewan nagar water supply.
                2. Why sunlight colony water quality is very bad and people are forced to drink grey water which is increasing illness and may result diarrhea and deaths.
                Need your full cooperation and support on this. I have raised several complaints as follows but the problem has not been resolved:

                  Hi, i live in laxmi nagar. There's a girls pg in my street that waste a lot of water daily just to clean their front side of street. They seriously waste too much of water. Please help! Location - b block near v3s mall laxmi nagar east delhi. The warden is very rude. I told them to use less water but they behave rudly and do not listen. I am very concern about water crisis that india is facing. It's my humble request to help me out.

                    I would like to inform that we have really frustrated with djb and aam party to having no water supply from past 12 days in our area (Moti nagar d14-b) its really disappointing there are no action taken on our several complaints and we are still have challenge to live without water supply, everyday we have to buy water bottle and spend lots of money on it.

                    We already have done mistake to vote aap in previous delhi election and i think this is the result.

                      House no 19 nishant kunj pitampura delhi 110034 is owned by three separate floor owners-but ground & first floor owner neerajsalwan has forcibly made boring in the back lane of his house and illegally extracting ground water. This is a gross violation of laws. His high-headedness has not stopped even after repeated requests by the nieghbors and residents welfare association. His unauthorized boring menace has also caused huge disturbance in the neighborhood. You are requested to take a strict and punishing action and immediately demolish his illegal / unauthorized construction of boring and save the ground water.

                          I kiran kumar dutta resident of da block, dda lig flats, hari nagar is living here since 1979.
                          Water supplied is totally contaminated, water pipe lines has not been changed since 1979, 2 months ago my son was daigonsed with hepititus e because of poor water supply. I request you to kindly look forward to the issue we are facing. We have complained many a times in the jal board office but no action has been taken despite many reminders. It has become a very serious issue for us because we are paying the water bills for no use. We are buying branded water to drink, from the past 2 months.
                          I would be highly obliged if you would take appropriate action for it.

                                There is no proper water supply for the last 2 months in j block pocket-52, rampuri, kalka ji. The water supply has not been restored causing undue hardship to the residents of this area who are living on the middle of the street as any water released is pumped by heavy motors installed by the residents who are living in front row depriving us from getting any water.

                                Kindly look into this and save us from living a miserable life without water.

                                  I have received a bill of rs.3433/- for the month of 12 march 2018 to 26 april 2018 for 45 days. Total units consumed 75 in just 45 days.in this bill meter reading status is showing ok.

                                  In this context, i am giving you following facts :

                                  1 sir, first of all that my meter is working properly. Me and my wife working private company and our job profile is touring. We are not staying regularly in this house.

                                  2 also in previous bill 11 december 2017 to 12 march 2018 units shown is 47 in just 91 days.

                                  3 sir, it is domestic line. Hardly, if we consume water regularly, in 2 months bills, units will not consume more than 10 to 15 units maximum. Water supply is available here, in morning 2 hours and evening 2 hours only. But in this bill you showing units :

                                  - 47 units in 91 days 11 december 2017 to 12 march 2018
                                  - 39 units in 475 days from 23 august 2016 to 11 december 2017

                                  I am sorry to say that, it is domestic line, if you want to send the bill on average, its not more than 20 units apprx. How to send this bill on huge reading?

                                  Kindly check the meter sir, meter is working fine, please correct the bill accordingly.

                                    In WZ block of Inderpuri delhi the water is contaminated with sewage water.
                                    Below are issues listed:
                                    1. The water supplied in past 24 hours has abhorrent smell ( it smells of sewage)
                                    2. The water has brown colour. we are not able to use it for even our basic needs of cleaning.
                                    3. This is a REGULAR occurrence.

                                    Due to these issues we are even considering buying water from tanker just so that we can do our daily business. without fear of illness.

                                    Not receiving a single drop of water due to heavy motors installed by the residents who are living in neighbourhood and behind our house depriving us from getting any water. There are also taps attached to the main pipeline which are always found to be running and lowering the preassure of water which could not reach the exact destination.

                                      It has been 10-15 days since there is no water supply through pipelines. The water that we receive through them comes only once in two days that still is contaminated with sewage water leading to the diseases like hepatitis-A, diarrhea etc making our lifes more miserable. Every summer we face these problems but no significant action has been taken by the responsible authorities till yet.
                                      Our area is L-Block Vijay Enclave Near Palam Dabri Road New Delhi-110045.
