I am physically disabled person. I stay on rent in a ground floor in 16b/29 devnagar in road no 3. I want to know what is time for regular water supply in this area. My ro got damaged due to high tds. For drinking water i depend on potable water. For washing and other purposes water is absolute necessity. My parents stay with me who are both senior citizens. At times it is observed that water comes at 2 pm.. At 2 am... It's very difficult to cope up. Please let me know a proper time schedule for water supply.

With reference to above said my k. No., this is inform you that iam very much disappointed to delhi jal board. Sir other then this i have been so many complaint registered to customer care department regarding messy water, sewar blocked and no proper water supply in our area, but till today neither did is satisfied response and nor my complaint resolved.

Sir my humble request to you kindly consider on that and do the needful at your end and earliest because this kind of water is not worth of drinking.

Dear sir,

I am resident of b-3 /19, second floor, sector 15 rohini, new delhi 110089. For last several days, we're receiving dirty smelly water (Seems line is connected with sewer line).

We've bowl the contaminated / polluted water before drinking but still it's impacting our health conditions. We're hereby requesting you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest convenience.

We are facing a issue of water in deep vihar rohini sector 24 there is no timing of water to come and even in a week 2 or three times water comes which is also not sure when it ll come can somebuddy tell me from which jal board it comes so we can file a complained against these water mafia no mp mla take care of anything all of them just need vote delhi jal board department is worst no buddy take care of peoples daily need which is water....

As i have written earlier that no one was staying in the house till october 2017. Although i have paid more on 10/10/2017., which i am writting as under:-

Please note that my k no. Is [protected] on the name of sh ranbeer chand ohri. I have paid rs 5269.65 on 10/10/17 by tansiction id was vps/citrus/p*djb / 20171010 from icici bank. I have already given a letter that no one is staying in the flat, that was lying empty.
Now again you raised the bill rs 2597.13. Even though i have placed meter there but your person removed it for new pipe lines were lying at that time and no one placed the meter again. So i request you to take care of my water bill and give me new bill.

I want to draw your kind attention that we live in p&t colony civil line delhi-110054, there is construction work is going on last one months, the contractor is using the domestic water for construction work, so that there is poor quality of supply in p&t colony last month.

Please take necessary action in this regard and stop the misuse of domestic water

This complaint is regarding the matter of sewage water coming out of all our household taps as it filled our tank when we switched our motor on this morning. We live in multan nagar, paschim vihar. This is a matter of grave concern as we could have suffered from dangerous ailments have we had consumed the water before we found out the water was stale and stinking. We now have no clean water to drink or for any household chores. I request you to immediately look into the matter and provide us with clean water as soon as possible.

We have 400 mtr plot building in rajouri garden on my fathers name. Even after having noc from my father for we applied on my brothers name water connection for the floor for 6th part of dwelling unit from delhi jal board which comes under delhi govetrnmen. The demand of water connection is created rs 6 lac including sewer connection. As we also have the sewer for existing building for other connections used by building.
It is surprising that same water connection which is provided for rs 3500. For 200 sq mtr plot and for 400sq mtr plot it is charged rs 6 lac.

I want to draw ur attention towards breakage of pipeline in jahangir puri road blk - k, delhi 33 landmark - industrial training institute (Iti) near babu jagjeevan ram hospital. I already registered a complaint[protected].. But there's no progress.. Plz take some action as soon as possible. Due to excessive water leaked from the pipe line roads are jamped and water spread all over the roads. Public also suffered.

This complaint regarding for charge high bill without take meter reading. I am living in pratap nagar [delhi 07]. Alone. Earlier oct 2017 months the jal board karamchari usually come and take the meter reading. But after oct'17 they have not check meter reading the they generate bill 634 [21 kl water]. & now they again generate 27-jan to 3-mar they charge 684 [29 kl]. Can you amazing
The single person can use water 29 kl for 1 month. I am sure they took meter reading wrong don't know where they took.

Please resolve my query neither i will complaint to news paper /media to expose how they are charging wrong bill.

We are facing this no water problem in g3 sham nagar p. O tilak ngr -110018 since this 31 december 2017 n now we are fed up actually... Our day n nite are spoiled just for the sake of water... Sitting for water supply for long hours n then even water doesnt come and if by chance water comes... It comes for very short while. I request u to take strict action against this on immediate basis.

Kindly note i have received bill of 38779/- two times one dated 30th april 2016 and other one dated 6th february 2018 with previous and current meter read date both mentioned as 01st april 2016.

Kindly send me the correct bill as both current & previous date can't be same and that too when i was not present in home.

I would like to have your attention over my issue with delhi jal board as i am being charged with wrong bills.in 2016 i received an overly charged bill due to incorrect meter reading. After a lot of visits by my relatives to the dilshad garden office the bill was ammended. But now again this year i received wrong bill. We have been meeting mr. Mahesh sharma at dilshad garden office but has not been of any help.
I kindly request you to look into this matter seriously as i mentioned i'm 81yr old lady and cannot deal with such matters all by self. My relatives have been paying regular visits to the office from ashok vihar, north delhi.

I have paid delhi jal board water bill on 16/11/2017 vide bill id[protected] k. No. [protected] having bill amount rs. 2953 by online through paytm. Now recently water bill id[protected] k. No. [protected] shown rs. 1396.88 as arrear that is wrong. There should not be arreared shown as previous bill i have already paid. Kindly necessary correction/rectification be made in this bill.

Sir for the past 2 months laying of new sewer line work is going on in our area we the people of street no 5 refused to laying of sewer as we dont have water logging problem or overflowing of sewer. Sir our street from the crossing of chotu ram marg is one way and on other side of crossing sewer connection for 3 houses will be done the contracter is keen on digging the crossing point for the connection we are saying that the point can be joined to the point where already a big sewer is present. By doing this we can access the road easily for daily work and the contracter can do his work.
Sir you are please requested to see in this matter.

There is a sewer overflowing problem in greater kailash enclave 2 since the last 10 days. The exact location of sewage overflowing is between a-1 and d-29 greater kailash enclave-2. This is raising a stink and water logging. This is a serious health hazard.

Please take immediate action to have the problem resolved.
