I have received a bill saying it's a 2 months bill. It is from 9 nov to 11 jan. And i received a bill of rs 4500. Pls check the bill and adjust it in the next time as i m sure this could not be my bill. Water supply is there for only morning and evening. Pls see in to the matter and help. How can such bill comes for 2 months. I think there is a problem with the reader. He did not take the reading properly. Somebody should come and check the meter once. How could u just give such bill.

I have been paying nearly about INR 2500 in every 2 months. I don't know how they calculate this but I want refund of what I've paid till date and should only charge what is genuine.
We went to their office which is situated in Rohini sector-6 but none of them are ready to listen.

    From last two cycles my water bill received is abnormally high. We are only three person living in this house. Water is supplied only during morning & evening hours for a limited period. For last cycle[protected] to[protected], i have received water bill of rs. 1, 180/- for 55 units on lumsum basis. Now in this cycle from[protected] to[protected], i have again received water bill of rs. 1, 088/- for 48 units, which is totally incorrect according to our family size & consumption. Our previous cycle consumption was 16 to 17 units for 2 months. I have paid the bill of rs. 1, 180/- on the presumption that it will be corrected in the next cycle. But current bill received is rs. 1, 088/- which is not justified as per consumption. Please send me corrected bill, so that i can pay in time. For the time being i am not able to pay rs. 1, 088/- till the bill is corrected.

      We are receding wrong and excess water bill for more than last one and half years. This may be because of the fault of meter reader. The matter came into our notice in aug 2017 when we checked our meter refund and found the actual reading 1444 only where as reading in the bill dated 7.7.2017 was shown 1555. Hence we came to know that we are paying wrong bills for a long time when bill amount was suddenly hiked in sept 2016 where as our earlier bills and consumption was very less. Current reading is also 1570 as on 4.2.2018 and meter is ok where as in last bill meter status is shown as rddt
      Kindly look into the matter and arrange to issue correct bill and refund of excess amount already paid by us.

        I am residing at rz-53 (Old no.43), bajaj enclave, gali no 3, kakrola, delhi-110078. My apartment has 10 flats. Out of which, only 5 flats are occupied and every occupied flat has water connection but one connection out of them is illegal as water meter is not fitted in that. Moreover, the person residing in that flat (At ground floor) is using water from last 9 months, without paying a single penny to 'delhi jal board'. Please into this matter.

        I am residing at Bajaj enclave, Kakrola, Delhi 110078. From the last 1-1.5 years, the 'old palam road' in my locality is very bad conditions. In rainy seasons, it becomes like a hell for the commuters. I have complained about 2-3 times in 'GULAB SINGH AAP OFFICE, KAKROLA' but no resolution till yet. So, please look into this matter as this road has very high traffic.

          We are facing regular dirty water supply due to our area supply pipe line damaged I complained so many times, they only said we have new pipes but implementation we have no budgets .so we are paying regular water bills k no. [protected]. so please do something as soon as possible. In Our area there is 30flats and they all facing this problem, in few months we are giving online complained, written complained, so many times . We think that we do wrong to elect this Delhi govt because nobody can do anything but we think that govt don't no our problems so that's why we are mailing this to Delhi they resolve our problems definitely.

            I have lodged a complaint in your office c-2/b, janakpuri under no. 4809 on 13.12.2017 wherein i have submitted that my water meter is working in proper condition and your department has shown it as stop (Stp). I was out of country for six months and two bills had been raised on stp basis which i have paid.in the said complaint i have requested to refund or adjust the amount which i have already paid in the forth coming bills. It is surprising that instead of addressing the complaint a fresh bill of rs.2803.00 has been raised in my name on stp basis. I assure you that my water meter is working in proper condition and there is no need of it's replacement. You are once again requested to correct the fresh bill and refund or adjust the amount which i have paid for the bills raised on stp basis.

              Sir, this is to bring to your kind notice that there has been a huge leakage from the open ground next to outer ring road at a block dda market munirka opposite j&k bank atm. We have made the complaint for the same many times but no action has been taken. Huge amount of water is leaking every day for the past few months which is a huge loss and a source of nuisance also. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                Dear sir,
                We the resident of k - block lajpat nagar, part-ii, new delhi-11024 bring to your kind notice that there is a piece of land located behind house no. Ii-k-61 lajpat nagar, new delhi-110024 to ii-k-67 lajpat nagar new delhi-110024 which is occupied by the staff of delhi jal board having two rooms located within the area. The remaining part of this land which is ought to be used as green area is being used as a dumping ground. The said land of around 1000 square feet comes under delhi jal board (Delhi government).

                As stated above the land is being used as a dumping yard/ ground. The delhi jal board is operating its sewage complaint desk from the said location. About 4 to 5 karamcharies of delhi jal board sit there to look after complaints of sewer blockage during the day. There is no guard to look after this area after 5:00 pm.

                Sir, the land left apart from the rooms is fully deserted and is not maintained by any department. As a result the look of the sight is very dirty with overgrown weeds and a dense area which has become a danger to life and security of the resident of all ground. Moreover the area has become a filthy place and emanates a stench that is unbearable for the residents.

                As the land is left as a no-man's land with no provision of adequate electric lights, it has become impossible to move in the area after sunset and has become security threat for the resident of the area.

                With this note, we, the residents of the area urge you to get the site inspected immediately. We urge you to take immediate steps to clean the land remove the malba, weeds and overgrown plants.

                  I am residing in D-14, MCD Staff Colony, Azadpur, Delhi-110033. In front of my house, on the service road of PWD an underground Water pipeline of Delhi Jal Board exists. At this point, there is leakage in the pipeline and due to this, heavy Water is flowing out on the road. the local residents and passerby people especially old and school going children are suffering badly. This leakage is from the last 15 days and nobody from Delhi Jal Board has come to repair the same.

                    I, Kishan Kumar Gupta am a resident of E - 15 Ashok Vihar Phase 1 . On 30th April 2015 I submitted application for disconnection of my water meter ( K number [protected] ) as my building was to be reconstructed . I paid the final bill amount which was Rs 896 . The disconnection application, and final bill are attached in files below. After completion of my building I installed 3 new water meters ( K No - [protected], [protected], and [protected] ) for which i have been regularly paying the bill . The last bill of all 3 meters is also attached in files below .

                    However my previous water meter has still not been disconnected from Delhi Jal Board"s account and I am continuing to receive bills for the same . The concerned authority at Jal board office is not ready to disconnect the previous meter ( K No - [protected] ) and asking me to pay Rs 14, 461 ( bIll attached below ) for meter which I have not been using since 30 April 2015. kindly look into the matter .

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I, panchanan nayak is a consumer of delhi jal board. K number-[protected]. I earnestly request your kindness to refer my water bill no.[protected], bill date: 22 jan 2018, bill cycle (2017-5), bill basis average. The amount charge was 414.66 and paid online on 30 jan 2018.
                      You are requested to note the previous meter reading was 243 and present reading is empty. And i have been charged an average bill. I am not convinced why the charge is average? Why it is not on consumption basis? In that premises i am the only one who has been charged. Since beginning i am being troubled. I m a consumer not an enemy of delhi jal board. Then why i am being ruthlessly troubled. Earlier to this i have lodged many request complaints, but no fruit.
                      The meter number 47116 is perfectly working and updating the reading which on 23 jan 18 was 278 units.
                      Please look into the following deficiencies and correct the record;
                      1.in address rz - c - 12- 234 is wrong : it should be rz - c - 12-23 a (The registration and address proof was submitted at the time of application)
                      2. Till date no bill was charged with latest meter reading: should be considered by sending reader or we should be asked on phone for latest reading or through whats-app or messenger.
                      With due respect i request you to do the needful to kindly amend my address and send the corrected bill. My payment must be recorded to my account.

                      The meter reading in the bill is incorrect. The bill generated by DJB is wrong. Apparently the meter reading noted by the individual was of other flat. This problem has been faced by my neighbours too.

                        One mail communication is going on with djb since august. At that time djb informed me that my water meter is faulty and need to change. I started discussion on that time and they have charged 43 days bill with average unit 25kl/pm. My concern is if my water usage is below 10kl/pm since past two years and also after meter changed it is below on average units then why i need to pay average unit bill amount.                         My concern is : - if meter is faulty then djb charging minimum average amount bill which is 25kl/pm. But the point is if meter has mechanical fault then how can consumer is responsible for that. If we have touched anything then djb can charge. If the unit consumption comes under 20kl since past 2 years then and after meter change as well then how can in between 43 days i used more then 30kl water.

                        Also if you can check my all old mails, then i was also taking follow-up between 18th july to 30th august and continuously working with djb for updates. Initially i was surprised how my water meter is faulty without touch anything. You can check my old communication for that aswell. My point is i was continuously working with djb but now djb is asking penalty amount which is not under my usage.

                        I am saying this is not consumer fault its mechanical machinery fault and consumer is paying minimum average unit bill for that. Please suggest in this case.

                          Sir, i am the owner of flat on upper third floor, back side on house property no 283/181, gali no 7, maddi wali gali, vishnu garden, nd. All the flat owners jointly shared the development of rs 8400/- for the property duly paid by shri kailash r/o upper second floor on property no 283/181 as per the advice of govt. Approved licensed plumber shri b n gupta (As all our water connection related formalities were completed by him, including filling of new water connection form) due reasons unknown to me my address has been wrongly given as that of second floor in place o[censored]pper third floor.
                          Besides this, i am not residing at the said premises as i am living with my husband at the staff quaters allotted to him by his office. So i am not using the corporation water at my upper third floor residence at property no 283/181. But i am receiving the water bill every month showing the meter as dumpy despite my water meter showing reading of 1 klo. L. Unit being consumed.
                          Though i have paid the bill for three month on date, it is however requested to you to kindly look into the matter and do needful at the earliest and make correction of my address in your record and rectify the water bill.

                            Some time Water supply is too bad it smell like sewerage water. Due to that lots of water got wasted, for waiting of good water.

                            It is serious concern.. Djb not able to supply good water..?

                            I have called to Djb help line number 1961 on 22nd January, 2018. And have raise my concern related to dirty water supply and ask ticket number... They refuse to provide ticket number.. As per them ticket number will receive to mobile number... Till today no ticket number receive... Today I have try to call there no 1961...now number not able to connect...

I am unable to get the fresh water supply in the said house due to some problem in the water supplying pipe. Have not received water supply since last 3 to 4 days.                                 We maintain residence in ramesh nagar area of new delhi.
                                For the past 2 weeks there have been cases of polluted water (Both drinking and for other purpose) coming through the pipes. The water has foul odour and unpleasant taste. Even the texture of the water is not clear. Sometimes, water did appear muddy as well. We suspect the water line directed to homes have been merged with some other lines leading to polluted water. Some officials of delhi jal board came few days ago to resolve the issue. Some digging work was done. The water quality improved a little bit but it for last 2 days it again reverted to the same poor quality. All the other residents too are apprehensive of this fact.
                                Request you to resolve this matter at earliest as it may effect the health of the residents.

                                    I want to complain about not proper supply of water in our area, i. E shastri nagar (Delhi-110052). This is we are suffering from a month or more earlier there are slots of water supply that (5-9 both in morning and evening). Now it hardly comes in the morning and what to say about evening. Please resolve the problem as there is no intimation about the problem and no information that how long it will gonna be. It is troubling a lot to the people living there.
                                    Sir this have really bad effects to the people thinking like me i am a very much against of (Summer seavles pumps) no person have the right to use ground water, but by doing this you are somehow promoting these kind of things.

                                      I varsha manglani, a paying guest at 16/42 4th floor old rajinder nagar requests you to look into water wastage issue by fellow building members. Person living on the ground floor of 16/42 old rajinder nagar is into continue misuse of water. Their tanks overflow everyday for about 3-4 hours draining water into streets. After repeated request no action has been taken. Tons of water is wasted daily. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased this dda mig flat no 77 pkt 1 sect 22 dwaraka from one sham sunder dhawan in the year 2000. Water connection was applied in my name by ptoviding all necessary papers. That time office was at mangla puri and was dealt by dda. After taking over by djb my old meter was removed without my knowledge. After that this area was transfered to private contractor. After much persuation the meter was replaced in the month of december 2017.
                                        All pending bills have been cleared. But its showking that on 17.01.18 zro dwaraka slaped me disconnection notice on the name of previous owener by giving wrong k number.
                                        Please look in to seriously. I have paid my all pending dues. My last bill up to 15.1.18 is in minus ie -3193.
                                        The pvt. Contractor promised me to resolve the issue at the time of fixing new meter.
                                        Please correct your records as well as revenue records.

                                        Dear sir the above k no has no any pending bill. But by showing some one else s k no I have been given fissconnection notice.wrongly by ZRO Dwaraka. They ate not attending my complaints. I have given application in 2000 for change of name. They are not doing. Please help.
