I purchased this dda mig flat no 77 pkt 1 sect 22 dwaraka from one sham sunder dhawan in the year 2000. Water connection was applied in my name by ptoviding all necessary papers. That time office was at mangla puri and was dealt by dda. After taking over by djb my old meter was removed without my knowledge. After that this area was transfered to private contractor. After much persuation the meter was replaced in the month of december 2017.
All pending bills have been cleared. But its showking that on 17.01.18 zro dwaraka slaped me disconnection notice on the name of previous owener by giving wrong k number.
Please look in to seriously. I have paid my all pending dues. My last bill up to 15.1.18 is in minus ie -3193.
The pvt. Contractor promised me to resolve the issue at the time of fixing new meter.
Please correct your records as well as revenue records.

I have complaint about wrong billing but no one had taken this matter seriously b'coz you are not paying these amounts.
Every time you suggest me to contact zro rohini office but seriously no one listen to us. One person who note down the reading named ashwini contact :- [protected] he said i will not come for reading. What does it mean, is there any responsibility or not.

I am rajeev r/o we 100b (Cuid[protected], mohan garden, 110059. I have paid inr 9000 amount in cash on 21st july'17 for water meter connection at my given address, receipt number is :[protected], k number is: [protected]. However no one came to my home no one informed us about this connection.

Would request you to do the needful and get the connection installed at my home.

This is regarding the noise pollution created by installing 5 no pumps by Sh. Om prakash Prabhakar in the back lane outside their premises of B F H -73 Shalimar Bagh causing noise pollution all the time.
Hence you are requested to ask the owner of the house no B F H-73 Sh. Om Prakash Prabhakar to shift these pumps inside his premises as he has constructed enough space inside his house

There is a regular complain from dev nagar that the water supply is very poor in this area. The normal tap water has not afix time in day and no water supply in evening time. And the water which supply from tap is not clear tap water can not drink with out purify. This water smells a lot. We can not drink this water and even we use purify or ro this can not good. Even our purifier is also get stuck with it.

My water meter and motor has been stolen by thieves some days before. Kindly lodge my fir complaint so that i can apply for a new water meter. Sir last 2 month our street sewer is over flo. We complaining many times. But no one come not come out for solving the problem. Sir are in big trouble now. We go mcd office and delhi jal board office. Mcd officer says that sewer under in delhi jal boardplease help us as well as soon possible. Sir

This complain is regarding the k number [protected]. I have been charged 339.62
Due date is 29 jan 2018. My pmr date is 24 nov 2017..
Issue is that last month when i reach jal board shivpuri i was told that i have not to worry about bill cause my 665 ruppes are already in my account and my bill is in minus that suggest that if in future bill will come the amount will b deducted. But this month i was charged and when i reach the office i was told that this is deducted accidentally and this may happen as my meter reading status is rddt that i know is not okay. But than who will check the right working of my meter. I have been using water sufficiently whole day.. And if there is some problem with meter than who is supposed to do something about it. A guy at jal board was not at all happy to tell me anything regarding it. My family is new in delhi. I just need someone to help me against this matter... We need to know why we are charged and why are meter is indeed rddt.

There is sewer blockage and overflowing in the main holes in the lane of m 8 pocket i. E. M 8 a 2 to a 4, dilshad garden, delhi for the last 5 days. 04 complaints made to 1916 customer care but no response. For the last three days black and more than one inch insects in thousands are coming out. Still no response, now it is understood why djb does not give complaint numbers

Hi delhi jal board,

This is to inform that my water meter was stole few days back from my house (P. N-9 g. F omvihar phase 1a uttam nagar, 110059 new delhi) and i had called to 100 to inform the police they advised me to buy a new water meter to over come the current situation and they asked me to put a complaint against delhi jal board in order to inform for future necessary steps. Though for now we have installed new meter and it is working fine.
Please advise us on next steps.

This is to inform you that water meter (No.2016a2358800) for flat l-68 b second floor, malviya nagar, k. No. -[protected] along with pump and motor has been stolen today.
This new meter was recently installed on 4 th august, 2017.
Upon enquiry it was found that the presswala sitting close to the meter first noticed this and informed the tenant. As per him it appears that the theft must have been done at night.

Also some rennovation work is going on in the ground floor house with lots of labourers moving about.

Request please take necessary action urgently.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that my water meter has been stolen on the night of 17/18 jan-2018. My connection no. Is k no.[protected]. It was installed on the ground floor. My address is f-23, ff, model town-1, delhi, 110009.
So it is requested to put a new meter as soon as possible. Please put a complain no in my mobile no. :[protected].

We have already lodged fir at model town, police station bearing fir no. Nwd-mt-000063 dated 18/01/2018.

Kindly do the needful. I would request you to install a water meter immediately. I am a regular water consumer of djb and paid bills till date on time.

I have received sanction of sewer connection from office of zonal engineer (South) iii, djb govt. Of nct of delhi, greater kailash i, new delhi 110048 for construction at my premises, h-1590 cr park new delhi 110019, vide djb letter no. Djb/ze /91 dated 23.10 2017. I have paid a total fee to djb (Vide chalan 91) of rs. 1, 42, 896.00 (By dd no. 084515 dated 17.10.2017 ex-hdfc bank).

Licensed plumbers started digging for sewer connection at the site earlier this week, but their work was stopped yesterday (19/01/2018) morning by some unauthorised personnel (Claiming to be from sdmc / mcd departmen/s), probably expecting some gratification. The site work has remained suspended till today, 20/01/2018, and i am suffering losses for compensation payable to my plumbing contractor/s.

You may kindly investigate on the matter, and are requested to take serious actions, against those persons responsible for illegal stopping of our project work, probably expecting some gratifications which i refuse to pay..

Hello sir,

My name is ravinder kumar r/o h. No. 140, jawahar colony, mandi pahari, near shiv mandir new delhi-110047, here we are facing problem due to shortage supply of water because colony govt. Tewwell are burn. So 35 approx families are living, due to large no. Of family we could not get proper water supply, here we are requesting to add 1 water tanker on daily basis, so that each & every family can get at least 2 or 3 bucket of water. Please raise our request to concern department.

The water supply has been a serious issue since past 3-4 days. The water comes on alternate days and sometimes black, dirty smelling sewage water also comes along making the whole tank dirty. On other days water smelling too much of chlorine comes. The water smells bad and is unsuitable for drinking purposes. Water is very important for life. By providing such kind of water to us, the government is playing with our lives. A government that fails to provide to its people even the basic amenities of life, is not of any use.

K.NO. [protected]. we received new connection water bill amount 28, 568/- for 100 sq feet plot. They charged us development charge and usage penalty charges. I went 2 times at Delhi jal board Burari the officer are talking badly and blaming to take illegal connection while we did not take any illegal connection. Today we submit the application for revise the bill. Disappointed with Delhi jal board staff, aren't supporting, early get angry, speak loud, don't give advice or help.

I request to delhi jal board to please remove the panelty amount from our bill as we are financially not well.
I promise to delhi jal board that i will pay the rest of the amount excluding panelty as early as possible
I several time go to nearby delhi jal board office but don't get any help from them.
Today they came to disconnect our connection and warn us that they will cut it tomorrow.
I request to delhi jal board to not to cut our water connection as it's a basic need of life and please remove the panelty amount from our bill as my principal amount of bill is just aprox 2000 or 3000 inr

I hope you understand my situation and give relief and remove the panelty amount from my bill.

Your's kakrola mode zone officer in not collect meter reading from my house. Other 5 meter reading he was collect dated 13th jan 2018.
And my meter is working condition but he was give me unmeter bill rs 883.
How can i pay just my current reading from sept is 0077 to 110 is till dated 13th jan 2018.

Hello,

We are resident of chirag dilli (South delhi). There is problem in the region which is still taking too much time to get resolved. Problem in water pipeline/sewage line (Not identified yet) has lead to huge hole in one of the road in the residential are (Road near prachin shiv mandir/sheetla mata mandir). The hole is big and is hampering day to day commuting and is dangerous as kids and old people reside in the adjoining areas and the delay may increase the risk even more. The djb authority has not assigned any expert to look into the matter and labor is working without any supervision. Kindly look into it.

I am attaching a photograph which is old, now the road is even in more worse condition and the hole on road is bigger, taking width of the road.

We have a heavy leakage of water from supply line for quite some time. I had lodged a complaint with djb on 1916 on 05 jan 18 but did not get any response, i have repeated my complaint another three times with the latest being yesterday. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have always received assurance from the customer care center that the complaint would be attended to in 12 hrs but despite 11 days having lapsed no corrective action has been taken nor have i received any call from any staff from djb seeking information about the leakage. The amount of water lost daily is very significant and i feel helpless despite being proactive in my effort to save this precious resource which djb claims to be committed in saving. The leakage is from supply line near madan lal block, asiad games village, near siri fort auditorium, new delhi 110049. I hope that my appeal on this forum will elicit the urgency required in attending to this gross wastage which i witness twice in a day. Regards capt us charan
